Can't get on the website and sign in to see how much I owe and check the payment out and I don't have a job no More and website is screwed up and every time I go to the website it tells me to call yall.

They did give me a loan, but the bi weekly payments are crazy high. I got a 1000 loan from a different company and my bi weekly payments was only 77.00. Compared to $142 with Uprova. Thank you for the opportunity. But will not ask for another loan through Uprova. Unless the payments are less.

Very easy to use and pay off. Funds came quickly. The reminders of upcoming payments were very helpful and the ability to pay more to principal and pay off early saved a TON in interest. Very happy I used them.

I had been a loyal customer to Silver Cloud spanning several loans which were all paid back in full in relatively and sometimes very short timeframes. Subsequently, I was denied credit and awaited a letter describing the reason. When I received the letter it simply said unable to verify income. When I called to inquire, the loan specialist said Silver Cloud doesn't even use an income verification process. How can I correct something when the staff won't even acknowledge if and how it's done?

I have borrowed from this place 8 times. I have paid back my loan every time. I was going to borrow money again and then they said I could not. I had to wait for a letter 30 days later. It said my information could not be verified. I asked them what that meant and they said they could not tell me. No one could tell me why I could not borrow money anymore after 8 times borrowing money and paying it back. I have a good job and have a bank account with direct deposit. It is a bit strange. Maybe because I pay it back right away, they are not making much money off of me. It is a bit fishy?

The sign-up process at Silver Cloud was simple. It took 10 minutes. Everything was very smooth and transparent when I worked with their rep.

The percentage rate is really awful. But other than charging people 700%, it's fantastic that Silver Cloud does what they do. The lending process was super-duper easy and the reps have all been fantastic, helpful, and very friendly. This process isn't something that everybody's excited to do and they were really good about making it a less humiliating experience.

Then once I filled out the application, the approval department called me just with a few more questions, and after that, it was all over. It was nothing long. There was no long drawn out conversation. Customer service has been really nice. I’ve had to call them on several occasions just to lower a payment.

I've used them in the past. They were professional. When I've been struggling, it's been something that can definitely help and save me from bills not getting paid. The process was very quick. You apply and then you'll have the money the next day. But it was incredibly overpriced. If you can't pay it quickly back, then don't do it because you're gonna pay.

I've been affiliated with Silver Cloud Financial for a while. I hadn’t used them in a while. Then, I just recently used them a month ago. The interest rate is way over too high. But that's the price of business. On my last one, I ended up paying you guys 700 off 1,000. I ended up paying them 1,700 for borrowing 1,000 in less than a month. That’s too much. I had good customer service with them though. It was a couple times I had to call them, but the service was good.

I was searching online and Silver Cloud came up. I tried it out and I got approved right away. It was quick. The process was completed within two minutes. Two days later, I got my money. Somebody called back and confirmed the information that I gave on the phone but most of the process was done online. It was an excellent experience. They've increased my loan a couple of times. When COVID came in, that hurt things a little bit because my hours have been cut at my job but they have been working with me, which was fair of them to do that. Silver Cloud helped me when I needed some extra cash.

Overall Silver Cloud is great and I really appreciate the help with getting the loan that I desperately needed. The only complaint is that the beginning Payment to repay is a little high. I understand it is a company and it needs to make money.

Once I decided I wanted to deal with Silver Cloud, the whole process took about a half hour from start to finish. It was easy and informative when an information needed to be delegated my way. It was quick, too. I haven't had any complaints during the multiple times I've used them. Working with them made certain burdens easier to take on at certain times.

I have only been with Silver Cloud for less than 1 year. However, if I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Customer service and prompt response time rate high and are beyond excellent! Has friendly staff and flexibility in terms of refinancing are also major plusses!

Silver Cloud has a quick process and the application was just a matter of relaying information. I've been a repeat customer and with my most recent experience, it took less than 30 minutes. My interactions with the reps, which is the confirmation of the loan amount and what the loan agreements are, have all been positive. They know what they're doing. Based on the painful interest though, I would recommend someone to go with the more traditional route if they had that ability. I wouldn't go to them if we didn't need the funds, but it's been helpful. The experience is easy. If someone doesn't have any other option, then it's worthwhile pursuing.

I took a chance with Silver Cloud and I love them. They don't seem like they're crooks. They're fair. They help you out. If you need to increase, they'll do your increase. They're very nice and friendly. They don't add on unsuspected fees. It's great when you need some extra cash fast.

I don't like that they call the bank and verify every time when we've already established a checking account from the last payroll. Other than that, the lending process was easy.

The process with Silver Cloud is easy, convenient and fast. What made me choose them and what's made me continue to go back is that I've been able to get half off my first payment and I've been able to avoid all the predatory fees that Silver Cloud and other people charge for payday loans by paying it back on that first date and getting that half off. They've also been very gracious to extend my repayment time from the two weeks to four weeks without it costing me anything else.

Silver Cloud is easier than any of the other lenders. I was still trying to decide whether I wanted to pay that high interest or not, but I was in a position where I didn't have a choice. It costs a lot of money to get money when people are in this situation but as far as their process, they did all the work for me and made it easy for everything to happen. They helped me through a spot where I needed help. The process was sufficient for what they needed and for what I needed. It took less than an hour which was quick.

There are other lenders I use but with Silver Cloud, I like being able to pay the loan back whenever I want to and not having to wait till the due date to pay it off. I've had several loans with them. I've taken out a loan, paid it off, then taken out a loan again and paid it off. The process was pretty fast and easy. Everything was pretty straightforward. I was able to do everything at home online. If I needed something expensive done on my house, it was easy to get the money to do it, and I just had to figure out how to pay it back. But my interest rate was pretty high. It'd be great if it could be lower.

Staff is always nice, polite, and informative. Although this is an extremely expensive loan, it is appreciated. I would love monthly payments and/or an incentive to borrow again, such as lower interest. Thank you though for being there, especially as I had to deal with the pandemic and not able to work.

When I called Silver Cloud, they were very easy to work with. The online application process was very simple, easy and self-explanatory. I've called to make final payments and pay offs, and the customer service is always good, very friendly and informative. Overall, the process is very quick. It's usually within 48 hours.

Their rates were a little better and the timeframe was good. The amounts that they were qualifying for met my needs. So it was better from the options that we had. It not easy to qualify, but the application process was easy. The response time was very quick and the funds were distributed fairly quickly as well. I applied in the afternoon one day and the next morning, the funds were there. The rep that I talked to was super cool. I called when I needed to change one of the dates around. She let me know I need to send in some paperwork. It was really easy. It wasn’t a hassle. Silver Cloud helped in the time that I needed it. The repayment process was fine. It was a great experience. If you’re in a bind, this would be the place to go.
