I never approved of a loan with this company or signed anything. One day, I notice on my bank statement that they debited my account for $90, and weeks before had deposited $300 in my account. I don't check my account every day. So, I had no idea they deposited the money. Unfortunately, I used my debit card, and now it seems I have to pay them back, even though I never signed one thing saying I wanted a loan from them. I don't know how to get them to stop debiting my account. If they want the 300, which I don't feel I even owe them, then fine. They have already taken out $270. I will happily pay them 30 more and call it even, but they stole my personal information and fraudulently deposited money and took out money from my account.
I took a loan of 200 back in June, they said I only owed 275 and they where going to collect on the 24th of July. In July, they only took 75 but since then they have been taking a total of 600. When are they going to stop? I asked and only agreed on said amount. I am a single mother struggling to make ends meat and these people are taking from my children. I want some answers immediately please.
They called me and said they are suing me for $10,000 for a loan I took out. They refused to provide me with the date or amount I alleged borrowed. I looked at my bank statements and can't find a deposit from them. If I owe them, I will honor my debt. I just want to verify the info and they refused to give me the info until after I pay them.
I just received a phone call at my work from a very rude man at One click Cash, threatening me about a loan from back in March 2011. I do remember looking at using a "payday" loan placed on line but never received any information or agreement from them. All of a sudden there was a $400 deposited in my bank account.
I found out what it was and yes, I did use the money. They then started withdrawing on every payday $120 (twice a month). This continued for several months withdrawing well over the pay back amount for the loan. Now I am being harassed by them for over $500.
I no longer have the bank account and they are trying to take money from my prepaid card. I asked to have a number I could call him back on and he said I was avoiding paying it. They withdrew over $500 from my account and I don't owe a thing.
I received $200.00 in my checking account from OneClickCash even though I never filled out an application with them or signed any agreement. Never saw any paperwork regarding a payment schedule. They then continued to take money out of my account every two weeks. I have since put a stop payment on them after I added up the payments I had made to them and they were well over $200. Now I have requested to see the documents that they say I signed. We will see if I get them.

I borrowed $500 from One Click Cash. I was supposed to repay $650 on the 27th of October. I saw a withdrawal for $150 on the 27th, assumed it was the interest, and they would deduct the principal, the following payday. They deducted $150 the following payday ,and when I called they said it was a "service charge" Service charge for what? I still owe $650! They are not going to rip me off anymore. I am closing my account, and will see them in court. They can call my job all they want! What a bunch of crooks. I am instructing the SC AG to investigate.
I requested a loan through mymoneymutual and one click cash gave me a loan for $400 but they want me to pay back $670. So they keep sending for payment to my bank because of my insufficient funds charges.
I applied for a pay day loan through Monte Williams Pay Day Loans. However, once you call them, they have various lending companies who call you back - One Click Cash was one of them. I gave them my personal information so they can wire the money. Since then it has been over a month and they will not give you a contact # to speak with a live party to inform them that you want your loan paid so they can continue to deduct the $90.00. I have paid them over $300.00 in fees because I cannot get in touch with them. Please help me solve this problem. I am panicking; I live alone and I am out of money every pay day. The $90.00 is a lot to me.
I already filled one of these out but I do want a lawyer to contact me. I filled out a form to get information online about payday loans. This was on 8/28, after a few places called I decided this was a bad idea. I never talked to anyone from One Click Cash.com nor had I ever heard of them until they deposited money into my checking account. I never saw nor agreed to any terms. I never signed anything physically or electronically. They accessed my bank account without my knowledge and permission.
I signed up through another site for information on payday loans and that's all I did. A few days later, I saw a deposit from Oneclickcash in my account. I never saw any terms, never asked or agreed to the loan; in fact, I had never heard of them until they put money into my account. I then looked up this company and read hundreds of horror stories. I have since closed that account.
I am trying to get them to send me documents through the USPS showing me where they say I agreed to this. I'm at a loss of what to do now.
We borrowed $400.00 and are still paying for it. They have been taking $135.00 every two weeks and still not one dime on loan. We called. They were rude. They said that that is how it works. They are thieves, scam artist, and taking people for everything. They have this happened in July and the balance has not moved. What I want to know is where is the money going besides their pockets, if not towards the loan. I thought this was supposed to help people, not take everything they have now. We are in the same boat because they are taking $300.00 a month out of our checking account. Because of this, we will have to sell some of our stuff just to pay bills. I hope they are happy and living very well on the money they are taking from hard working people that barely get by.
All of the complaints that I have read are so true about One Click Cash. They are truly overcharging people. I took a loan out for $300 and they told me that I owe them $390 back. They have been taking the $90 but I thought that it would go toward the balance. They are a rip off. I have a loan out right now through Advance America in the amount of $500 and they only want $565 back--and I can re-loan every two weeks. I will never do business with One Click Cash again.
On 6/28/2011, I received a $600.00 loan from One Click Cash. I supposed to repay $782.00, but they have taking $1020.00 from my account. I called and the person I spoke with told me that I was paying on the principle and the amount. I still owe $650.00 and the next pay is $200.00. I will be paying three times the amount.
I borrowed money from OneClickCash and they graciously approved and deposited $300.00 in my account on 8/23/2011. On 9/16/2011, OneClickCash (**) withdrew $390.00 from my account as payment for the loan plus interest. Now, people with Indian accent have been calling my workplace, stating that they are calling from Criminal Investigation Case number ** and that I have not paid this loan, and they are threatening to take me to court.
I am not afraid to go to court with you as long as I have record that this loan was paid, but I want you to know that I will sue your company for giving my information to these Indians to call my workplace, telling the staff that I am under criminal investigation and for threatening to take me to court. I just want you to know this.
Arranged a loan for $300. Finance fee is $90, and I assumed the loan would be paid off after 30 days, per the contract. Instead, OneClickCash took $90 out of my checking account. I still owe them $390. I have requested eight times that they debit my account, called them several times, and sent emails. Turns out I have to arrange with them three business days in advance of the loan due date that I want to pay off the entire loan, with the $90 fee.
Certainly, I am at fault because I didn't read the contract thoroughly and see the fine print on page four that requires contacting them in advance in case of a payoff. But I still think this is a shady practice; misleading, and certainly akin to stealing.
I will try to get them to debit my account and pay off the total amount in the next three days. I tried talking with them but they say it's too late and they can do nothing until they receive their first $90 finance fee. My bank says they took their $90 last week; OneClickCash says they haven't received any confirmation from my bank, that they will receive the $90, which was forwarded to them a week ago.
These people are nothing but loan sharks. I will try paying them off this week and pay the extra $90 fee.
I asked for a loan of $150 months ago. My interest was $49. For the past four months, the company has been deducting the $49 from my debit card. I called today assuming that my account had been paid in full. I was told that for the past months, I had only paid a recurring interest and that I still owed the full amount of the loan. This is a clear case of fraud and I want to report this company.
I applied for a payday loan from One Click Cash. They deposited $300 into my account on 04/15/2011. I agreed to re-pay $390. I paid the following: $90 (05/10/2011) and $90 (06/14/2011). I received an e-mail stating that my next payment would be $140, which was more than I agreed to re-pay. In addition, I learned that they wanted to resume the $90 payments. I placed a stop payment on One Click Cash in order to pay by money order. One Click Cash created check #** titled "Pre-authorized Debit" for the amount of $519, which is already paid.
I never received any money from this company. I just asked for some information and now, they are taking money out of my account to pay for a loan that I never received. Please advise.
They keep calling my phone and work phone. They started taking all kinds of money out of my bank account. Now, my account is overdrawn. And I have to close it out. How can people do this to hard working people?
I took a loan in May for $500.00. My bank account so far has been debited $800.00. When I called them, they advised me that I still owe $570.00. Per the person that I spoke with, these are for deferring instead of paying the balance in full, I was not aware of this, if I was, I would never agree to such nonsense.
On account of this, I will have to change all my bank information because, I think, they are crooks and they are debiting my account without contacting me. I refused to have a negative for my real debts.
I took a loan out last December and have been paying almost 3 times of what I borrowed. I finally had to close my bank account down as the funds for the fee kept withdrawing even after I told them to take more out. I got a call at my place of employment demanding payment. I repeatedly advised the representative to not call me at work and give me a contact number and name to call back and discuss. Again, the representative kept demanding payment and a credit card number. I have had no contact with this company in regards to resolving this since April the representative claimed. So insisting payment on demand 4 months after no contact seemed odd to me.
I used them for a payday advance. I got $400.00, they took the first installment out of my account. I went out of town for work due to tornadoes as I am in the Insurance business. When I got back, they hit my account for $790.00 twice as much as I was supposed to pay. These guys are crooks.
I received a $300.00 loan in December 2010. When I received my loan, I requested that my loan be paid off in one month. The payback was supposed to be $390.00. Six months later, I'm still paying back on this loan. After 4 months, I called and spoke with Will. Will told me he would extend my loan and the full amount was going to be withdrawn in June. I called back to speak with Will because on June 2, only a portion of the money was taken out. I have called everyday requesting to speak with a manager. They would always put a team leader on.
Either, one with a smart mouth, or one who doesn't know what is going on. The last team leader said she was going to call me back after she listened to the call. There was no call back. I called in to talk to a manager again today; the representative guy had a smart mouth. All I wanted for the company to do is take the remainder, $250.00 out my account to pay my loan off. They are refusing to take my money. I will not pay them a dime over the $250.00 I owe them.
I received my loan about a year ago and I am still paying for it. I have a lot of medical problems and I have paid back the money I borrowed plus some. I cannot pay anymore from my S.S. check. What is my recourse?
I used the above company, borrowed $550 in two loans. I paid back almost 3 times that amount. I read the fine print but their interest rates are worse than a loan shark. I believe they should be banned in every state. I wrote them that I am no longer paying the monthly payments because checking account was closed. I have been trying to write them but can not find their mailing address. When they called me, I told them I'm not paying you anymore and I will not do business with them over the phone. Not only One Click Cash, but everyone, be aware of any payday loans on the internet. They are just loan sharks.
I applied for a loan for 250.00 and they charged me 75.00 for the loan. That was fine and I have learned a lesson. My complaint is that they sold my information to a Phishing scam and my bank account was emptied. I am on a fixed income, so that placed me in a real mess. I had to close all my accounts and start from scratch until these people pay me back.
248.99 was taken out of my account and now the bank gave me a new account, however, the balance is 0.00 until I get my next pension check. I am left with absolutely no money at all. They not only ruined Thanksgiving. They ruined my bank account. I feel so violated and I am handicapped. What animals do this?
I had been contacted about making payment because they tried to take out payment from my bank too early and payment was rejected. Then come pay day, they ended taking out the whole total amount instead of the amount agreed upon, which was to be half of $650.00 on a $400 loan. I stayed without a pay check, but I am glad that I don’t have to deal with them any longer. This company is breaking laws I am sure! I couldn’t pay my house payment due to most of my pay check being withdrawn by this company. If not for relatives, I would have been homeless!
These people are rip off. I agreed to borrow $350.00. I agreed to pay off in 3 months. I am still paying $105.00 a month and won't have it paid off till June 2011 at $105.00 a month or service fees. This is not what I agreed to pay. I owe 455.00 at the present moment. If I chose today to pay off. These people are ripping people off. I did read my agreement and where did my short period to pay go? I know in their pocket!
This company is absolutely horrendous. I took a loan out for only $300 and they have been taking money out of my account. Yesterday, they took my entire paycheck and charged me $590 and my bank charged me overdraft fee of $35. I have put in a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and have to go the local bank in my town and get this straightened out. Do not use OneClickCash.com. That is easy. They took my entire paycheck and I am single mother. And they took all my money and now my bills that are due every month are going to be late and I don't have any money until next payday.
I intended to borrow $500.00 in which I only received $400.00. I agreed to pay back in 5 installments. My account is being debited since July and every two weeks, they are continue to charge my account. According to them I had to call and arrange payments online in order to pay off my loan. They have been paying only the interest and they are claiming I still owe $398.00. I have already paid them $900.00. They are a scam and take advantage of people in desperate need of temporary relief. Please help!
