I applied for a loan for $300 and I didn't know if it got approved or not. They had been deducting money like crazy. I found out they had been debiting over $700 from my bank account. I called One Click Cash and talked to them. They say I still owe them $190. Screw them. This company is a 100% rip off. From a $300 loan to paying off over $1000, that's indeed a rip off company. I wish this company shuts down and the owner would go to jail for scamming thousands of people. Whoever gave them a good feedback probably worked for them, so don't be fooled, because I pay them back on time. They are worse than a credit card company. Now, I go to my bank to fill out an affidavit to stop this **. Trust me, they are professional scam company.
I got a $500 cash loan with the understanding it would be repaid at $150 a month for a total of $700 with fees. To date, they have taken $980 from my account. I was informed Monday that I would owe $150 a month until Feb. 2013; the $500 loan would cost me over $2000. Someone has to stop this company from taking advantage of people who are already struggling. Thank Montel Williams and his Money Mutual scam for this. What an **. I want a lawyer in a class action suit to contact me.
I went through One Click Cash and had no problems with this company. I had regular contact with them. Every time I called, I speak to a live person. I was given a password to have access to my account. I paid my loan off in 6 months. The $120 a month is basically, you are paying the fees and not the actual loan. You do however have the option to pay your loan off in full or pay more than $120 a month. No payday lender can put money into your bank account unless you give them your bank information and e-sign the paperwork. Online payday lenders work the same way if you walked into a payday lenders office. In my experiences, the only ones who complain about payday companies are the ones who just want free money. I cannot say that I would recommend this company to anyone because it is up to the person if they really want the loan or not. I completed reviews before accessing this company and the only reviews I could find were all bad, so I took a chance and since then, I have had no problems with this company and would loan from them again.
I am trying to contact One Click Cash concerning the fact that I had paid them off more than the principal I borrowed ($200). They have already withdrawn $240 total from my bank account and they claim I still owe them money, despite the fact they are not licensed to operate as a payday lender in California. I have sent them an email declaring I prohibit them from further withdrawing anymore money from my account, but I just received emails from them stating, "please allow 3-4 business hours to process your request."
I expected them to answer back within 3 to 4 business hours, but they didn't. Then, I received another email stating "Our processing department is currently closed. Your documents and/or request will be reviewed and processed in the order in which they were received, during normal business hours. Processing hours are 8:00 am CST to 3:30 pm CST. " I believe they are just giving me the runaround so that they can continue to withdraw more money from my account. I paid them more than I borrowed, but they are relentless.
Now, they want to withdraw $110 more this month, which I never agreed to. I filed a complaint with the BBB of Nebraska, and although One Click Cash did respond to my complaint, this is what they said: Thank you for contacting our company and making us aware of a customer issue. At this time we are unable to discuss the account with any unauthorized 3rd party. We would like to help the customer resolve any questions they may have. Please have the customer contact us at the following so we can assist them. Thank You."
Again, they are giving me the runaround, as they said, "at this time we are unable to discuss the account with any unauthorized 3rd party." How is the BBB "any unauthorized 3rd party?" They are operating illegally and deceiving unwary consumers. I just want them to consider my account paid in full and leave me alone. I have already paid more than I borrowed and they are not licensed and, therefore, operating illegally here in California. Please help! I have emailed their Compliance Department as instructed, but I have yet (and doubt) to hear from them.
I think you will be interested to know the following information. I am writing you today in complete and utter frustration in terms of a $400.00 loan via Money Mutual. Money Mutual connected me with OneClickCash.com. My understanding was to receive $400.00 and pay back a total of $500.00 with $120.00 payment installments. I recently went on OneClickCash.com to find out my last scheduled payment, to see that I owed $400.00. I was confused so I called OneClickCash.com and thought that there was a misunderstanding. The representative I spoke with first said that a $120.00 fee was being taken out of my checking account each month to extend my loan. The emails I receive from Oneclickcash.com tell me when my next payment is due.
At this time, I have emailed OneClickCash.com. I have called them three times since Monday, June 4, 2012. I was told by the past two representatives that my account is in review. I asked to speak to a manager and each worker tells me that my account is in review. I was told a manager was going to call me back within 24 hours which was up on 6-5-2012 at 1:49PM PST. I have not received a call yet. My checking account is now overdrawn by $120.00 from OneClickCash.com and an additional $35.00 fee for overdraft charges. I am very upset. I have been taken advantage of through Money Mutual's trusted Montel Williams and I am beyond the understanding of internet and electronic fund transfer laws. I need help. I am on SSDI and do not have enough money to pay off these scammers.

Do not use this rip-off company. I, too, have made payments at a rate of $90 per month for the past 5 months for a $300 loan and they think I still owe them $360. All the money I have given them has been stolen from my account under fraudulent pretenses. I thought I was paying back my loan and all they were doing was just stealing my money. I do not want an attorney to contact me unless they are actually going to do a class action suit against OneClickCash, in which case I would then be interested.
I took out a loan from One Click Cash for $300 and paid it back in full. No problems. Two months later, I took a loan out for $450 and paid it back in full. No problems. It looks like the people, who are having trouble and are dissatisfied with this company, do not repay their loan in full. My advice is pay your loan back in full, and you will have no problem.
On January 3, 2012, I took out a small loan of $350 with this company. I have since repaid the loan and and interest which was $455. Now, they keep debiting my account and to date I have paid back almost $700. I want my money back, and I want these people, who take advantage of people like me, put out of business. I have paid them back on time. I have kept my end of the deal and now they are jerking me around and being totally dishonest. The people who run this company are crooks and should be prosecuted and restitution paid to people who they paid loans to and were honest enough to pay them back. I have written my Senator, my Congressman and I am prepared to go public if necessary to the world wide media. Thank you.
I had an unknown person from an unknown company call and tell me that One Click Cash has filed a lawsuit against me for not paying them. I have paid them and I am current on my payments. I told the gentleman that I had no idea how he got all of my personal information, social security number, date of birth, address, etc. It scared me how much information he had about me. I had to ask him 5 times what company it was that has filed suit against me for not paying. When he finally told me One Click Cash, I told him that I was current on my payments and they had taken $170 out of my account last week. He told me that I was not telling him the truth and that I have not paid. I said I am looking at my bank account right now and they have taken $410 out of my account to date with no problem.
He again said I was lying to him. Then he proceeded to threaten me and told me that if I did not tell him how I planned on resolving this issue, there would be an IMPD officer at my house at 4:30 p.m. tomorrow (4/20/2012). I told him that he had no case against me and that they could not arrest me for not paying a bill. He said, "Yes we can and you will spend time behind bars." At that point I was fed up and said, "Okay, when I hang up this phone, I will be calling the police department to let them know that you are harassing me and threatening me and then I am calling my attorney and filing a counter suit against your company and One Click Cash." He then said, "Oh, okay, bye."
This company is a total scam. They have already collected $410 from me and they are saying I haven't paid them a penny when I have. When I checked my account after the call, they are claiming I still owe $455. For what? I understand paying to renew the loan, but I only did that twice and then notified them that I did not want to renew the loan. Why do I still owe $455 and why am I being threatened to be arrested?
I was supposed to receive my $150.00 One Click cash loan today. It hasn't been deposited in my checking account. I asked for the loan on Friday and it said that it was approved and would be in my checking account today. I'm just wondering where it is. I'm not paying something that I didn't receive. Thank you.
I was researching cash loans online at Christmas time because things were tight. One Click Cash seemed to be a good deal, but I was still skeptical. The website has you fill out pieces of your personal info a little at a time, so it doesn't seem as if you are actually applying for the loan. In fact, at one point, I didn't feel good about it anymore so I deleted my information and closed out of the website. Apparently, I had given them enough info because they credited my account with $300. Since then, they have been debiting my account at least twice a month. To date, they have taken $765.12 from my checking account. I am going to have to close that checking account and open a new one because my bank won't stop payments to them. Scam!
First of all, One Click Cash is owned by another company called Ameriloan. This particular company has a list of complaints as long as your arm. I have tried to pay them back with 2 debt consolidation companies. One Click Cash refuses to deal with them. They call my employer even after being told not to. They have harassed my supervisor at work. I have turned both One Click Cash and Ameriloan in to my attorney general's office in my state.
I had called them to ask what the payments would be for a $400 loan. They told me that it was going to be a ridiculous payback amount and denied the action to continue. Because I had done the paperwork for the loan, they continued to process it for their own. I, too, would like to join the law suit against them.
One Click Cash is a total scam. There are no other words to explain it. My loan was $250.00 and thought I was paying back the loan--$75.00 for 5 months and $50.00 for one month. Now I'm being told $110.00 for the next payment, and they told me my balance is $260.00. I'm on limited income. They just raked me over the coals. $425.00 and I find I haven't paid the principal. A class action lawsuit needs to be filed.
Before I agreed to accept the loan, I asked, “Will this help my credit score?” I was told yes by a OneClickCash operator. After 4 payments of $90.00 every two weeks, I called back because total balance had not gone down. I was told I was just paying a service fee and they don't report to any credit agency. I was lied to and taken advantage of by this scum bags.
What happened to me is not unique. I asked for $200, they were supposed to get $260 back and they have so far taken out $350 out of my account and told me I still owe $195. They have even taken two payments in one month out of my account. I don't believe that this is part of the contract. Now I have to change my checking account number so they can't take any more money out. There are so many complaints about this company and with the same complaints. Is there a lawyer out there that is looking into this? I would love to join a class action suit.
Like a lot of others I saw on here, I got a payday loan from them. The documents were very difficult to understand, how this works and the people I talked to explained things incorrectly. I was told I would get the loan and would have the payments deducted from my account monthly. If I wanted to renew I would have to let them know before my monthly payment was due and pay $55.00. I was having $105.00 deducted every month, which I thought was paying back the loan. After 5 payments, which should have paid off the balance, I phoned to verify and was told that I had only been paying the amount to renew and I had not paid anything towards the balance of the loan yet. One Click Cash rips you off and takes advantage of people by being misleading and having documents that are not understandable.
I read through a series of loan papers with conflicting information on as to how I would be paying One Click Cash back. Tomorrow, my loan will be deposited into my account from One Click Cash and I have tried over and over on their website to cancel this loan before it even hits my account. There is no option on the site and I have seen people be charged 2 to 3 times what they borrowed and I can't stop this. I can't afford to lose this much. I'm going to have to cancel my checking account.
A $450 loan turned into disaster. They are taking $135 from my account every month. They say it is only going to interest and not the principal. They had sent me yellow and black cards with numbers to activate the loan. Help!
I was approved for a $400.00 loan, they told me it would cost me a total of $550.00. I was not told that they would be taking $120.00 service fee every payday, as I get paid every 2 weeks. After reading all the nightmares on this site for one click cash, I am going to close my checking account and send them a cashiers check for the $520.00 I owe them and no more.
I borrowed $500.00 in August 2009 and they took out my account every month. It should pay off but they want me to pay more. Someone calls at my job and give information to my employee. It is not their business and my job people were very tired to hear when they disturb and call us almost every week. The customer service knew that I am a deaf and should not give all info them about me. They have my email and should not give them all info. That is why I ignore them every week. I plan going to get an attorney and file to sue them for giving them my SSN. OneClickCash is stealing their money and I don't trust you anymore.
I borrowed 450 dollars back in November 2010. One Click Cash has been debiting $135.00 every two weeks from my checking account. I thought this was my monthly payment. I called today to confirm that I was paid in full and was told that I haven’t made one single loan payment. I believe they’re ripping me off. I have since closed the checking account they were using. But I fear that if I don’t pay the amount of $585.00 by the 15th of Feb., my loan amount will double or triple and I will be sued. I spoke to the rep today she said it wasn’t their fault if I didn’t understand or didn’t read the loan documents they sent me. I feel I have been robbed.
One Click Cash did not present the terms of the loan and the amount stated was different. I called to make payment agreements, explained that due to shortage of hours at work, I could and would make pay small payments to pay off the money. The balance is double the amount of the $400.00 loan.
They completely lied to me about loan took money out. They shouldn’t give information to other company. They pretty much robbed me legally.
I took out a loan with OneClickCash on 8/9/11 for $400. At the time of the loan I was informed through email that I would be charged $120 for service fees and interest and that $120 would be automatically withdrawn from my account on each pay period. Well, they withdrew in August, September, October, November, and December. As of December 31st they have withdrawn $650 out of my account. Today they had the nerve to send me another bill saying I owed $155.
When I went to check my account online with them, it says I still owe $455. When I calculate this I told one of their representatives that they are charging me $1105 for a $400 loan. I asked to speak with a manager when I was on the phone. The lady hung up with me and told me one would have to call back. I have never seen such horrible customer service. I will be changing my bank account immediately and stopping payment. This is ridiculous and I am getting a lawyer and my area news company involved.
I did not realize I would be paying $1000.00 plus back on a $500.00 loan. I closed my checking account and emailed them. I will make attempt to pay back the $500--but not $1000.00. They will have to send me an address to mail my payments to them. So far I have not received any address. Yes, an attorney can contact me as I am not clear on what to do.
One Click Cash says they deposited $150 in my checking account on Sept. 26, 2011 which I had put in for. Well, guess what? It never made into my account. My bank and I have faxed all documentation form my account since Sept 1, 2011 and there was no deposit of $150, then they tried to take $270 out of my account and were successful, but I never received the $150 to start with. They are scammers and all online payday loans should be banned.
I borrowed $400 from one click cash back in August. They never sent me a contract nor did I sign any paperwork. Only after they deposited the money (which I wasn't notified it was coming) did they tell me the terms of my loan. I told them at that point I didn't want the loan, but they said there was nothing I could do. So for 3 months they took out $120 that none of it went to the principal. Then, they took $670 with no notice. When I called them, they said I could do a reloan but they wouldn't do anything about the $670 they took. So basically, I have no choice but to take another loan because they have put me in an even worse position. I thought the consumer laws about pay day loans had changed, but One Click Cash doesn't have to follow the new laws.
I needed some extra cash. I applied through Money Mutual, and they matched me to One Click Cash. I borrowed $300 plus interest, that equaled 90 dollars. Just today, I noticed that from the date they deposited the loan, they have debited a total of $750 dollars from my account. The representative named Shury said that, the extra money was because I did not pay the loan in full on the first payment. I asked her, "if you guys automatically debit from my account, why would you not debit the full $390?"
She said, "we need a written consent". I read their emails, and it just indicated the payment due. It did not say if you don't make a full payment, you will pay almost three times the amount of your loan. This is a disgrace, because people who borrow money, are not in the best financial situation, and this company takes twice or three times the amount of the loan from its customers. Montel ** should be ashamed to represent such companies. In addition, the representative had the nerve to tell me I still owe $123.00.
I have lost $350 to this company so far, and they have no shame in admitting it. The representative would not do anything for me at all. Therefore, I paid them almost twice the amount I just to borrowed to hold me until payday.
I got an email saying I owe the first installment payment, when I applied. They said they could not grant my request. So now, I am going to be short on paying my bills. I do not think I should pay for something I was never approved for. This company should be out of business.
