    Resolution response: June 7, 2013

Since another call was made to my home and to my landlord, I have decided to pursue this matter through legal action.

    Original review: June 6, 2013

One Click Cash sent me $300.00 without authorization to my account. When I was finally able to get a legitimate phone number for them, they refused the money back. Within 2 weeks of that call, I received a notification that they were taking $650.00 from my account. After closing the account with the bank, they have, for the last year and a half, been contacting me or contacting my landlord telling him they were planning to "take me to jail" unless he gave up all my personal information. I have called them repeatedly and stated to them to show me the contract that was either signed by me or digitally signed through their internet service, and to date, they have yet to provide that information to me. Given my last phone call to them, my intention is to contact the Attorney General to get involved.

Here is where you can email: customerservice@oneclickcash.com. Here is their phone number: 1-800-230-3266. I have a current loan with them and I signed a document with a high interest rate. However, I reviewed it prior to signing. I do not work for them and will not use them again. Not because of bad service, only because of the high interest rate. When you use a payday loan, remember the interest is extremely high. I think the federal government should control that aspect of payday loans. If you feel like they have not worked with you according to your wishes, then contact the FTC and speak to someone who handles the Federal truth in lending act.

I borrowed $300 from One Click Cash. They charged my account three times. All together I was charged $950. That's not right. Now I can't pay rent and my family and I will probably get kicked out of our home soon. Please help me if you can.

I borrowed $200 from them and they gave me an extended 3-month payment plan. After I agreed to their payment plan, I received an email from them telling me they changed my 3-month payment plan to a 6-month one. I called them and told them HELL NO because after all is said and done, a 6-month plan would have cost me $765 with all their finance fees and interest. They told me I had no choice. Well I live in Mass. and I found out "Payday" loans in Mass. are prohibited and any loan under $6,000 cannot have any more than a 23% interest rate and no higher than a $20 finance fee... I spoke to the Massachusetts division of Consumer and Business Affairs and they told me because of what they TRIED to do to me, I get to keep the money. And they advised me to stop payment on any transactions with through my bank. My bank complied.

Does anyone have a contact phone number for One Click Cash? They are deducting more from my pay check than the original amount. Do not use them.

So I borrowed $350 in December 2012. I use online banking and I discovered that they took the original payment of $350 out. Fine. Then I start seeing more withdrawals. I went through online banking from the day the fund were deposited to the last withdrawal and I discovered that not only did they take the original amount borrowed, they also took an additional $400 out and claim that I still owe $325. I yelled, I screamed, I took action. I went to my bank, filed dispute charges and my bank is no longer accepting communication from them or allowing them to deduct payments. My account is frozen and I withdrew the $400 they stole from me. As a bonus, I have a new checking account and they don't have the numbers.

I mentioned taking legal action against them and the customer service rep said, "Since you are threatening us, we won't help you." I responded with, "I didn't threaten you. I merely made known an option that I have as a consumer. By your statement about not helping me, you seem to be scared and people who are scared of legal action usually have something to hide. I wonder what One Click Cash is hiding? Maybe that they steal money from customers?" She had nothing to say.

One Click gave me a loan for $150 last year. Well, they don't tell you that you have to pay double or triple the amount back to them which is what happened and this put me into a financial mess and left me and my children hurting - that's why you take a loan, because of a hardship, but they totally sink you without a care in the world. I had a $300 loan taken back in Nov. and they are still continuing to take money out saying, "It's all in the paperwork you signed and I can tell you which page," and so on and so on. She also said, "You are to contact them online with your login name and password."

Well, I was able to login one time and no more after that saying "wrong password" - I have it emailed over and over. Still, I can't get in and this is where they get people. Then they just extended the loan adding money on because you can't reach them. Then when you do, they say, "I'm sorry you couldn't reach us." Bologna! They will be sent to the Better Business Bureau, and I will join anyone in suing or putting them out of business for good.

I took out a loan from them and they told me that I can pay every two weeks, so I did. Then I noticed that I had negatives in my account. I called and they said it didn't go through. I said no ** it didn't because I am broke. I got bills and I am the only one working. So yeah, money is tight right now. I asked for an extension and he got an attitude with me, so I hung up. Little did I know they took out $860 out of my account and I owed my bank $1,000. I was pissed. So knowing that they ** up, they put the money back and claim now I am in collection. I owe then $830. Can anybody help me out with a lawyer or something because what they did drove me crazy. I had no food and no means to get to work at that time. I had to ask people for money just to go to work and starve. I hate One Click Cash.

I borrowed $200 from these guys and paid them off immediately after my next paycheck. Lo and behold, a few months later, they are charging me again $125 a paycheck because I did not refinance! These jerks need to be in prison because they're robbers!

I went to the website and filled out the application. I tried to opt out and in the end, funds were placed in my account. I thought, no big deal, they can take the $390 and that will be the end of it. I am on medical leave so I have not kept up with my finances. I just made sure I had enough money in my account to cover my bills. One Click Cash put $300 in my account! Instead of taking the full amount, they took $90. They continued to take funds out of my bank account! I stopped payment on the transaction! I contacted the company and asked for a copy of the agreement so we could resolve the issue. The young lady said she would email it to me, but she never did!

I applied for a loan with this organization and was told that it would be an easy pay off and there were no additional fees other than the ones they were describing, which seemed very fair. Well, I have already paid them $850 on a $500 loan! If I pay the loan in full now, it will cost me an additional $585 for a total of $1435. If I continue to make payments, I am paying $300 a month for finance charges and an additional $100 towards the loan with the balance of $585. I called the company to get more information and the first representative was extremely rude. When I asked to speak with a different representative, she told me that it would not be possible. I then asked for a supervisor and she told me that I would have a 24-hour wait time and then they would try to call me back. I thought that this rep was just rude so I tried to call back again thinking that she was the only rude rep. Nope. The next rep I got was Jody. She again was just as rude as the first lady and preceded to talk to me very slowly as though I was not able to understand her! Needless to say, this company overcharges for a loan, their customer service reps are rude, and their supervisors need to have time to come up with a reason for them to overcharge for the loan.

I received a $300 loan in October 2012. One Click Cash took the bi-weekly payments out of my checking account. I thought I was done. Rude awakening. My bank account became negative and remained that way until I was able to have my income taxes direct deposited into my account (Feb 2013). I did this so I would be able to pay my bank and One Click Cash and be done. When I went to put gas in my car this morning, my bank card was declined. I went online this morning to find that One Click Cash has taken yet another $585 out of my account. My $300 loan has turned into a $1,400 loan. My bank account is negative (again) and there is going to be no way for me to pay this. I'm screwed, but for anyone reading this and needing a loan, find another company!

I applied for a money mutual loan on Sept. 10, 2012. There was no food in my house and I'm on a fixed income. I felt that I had nowhere else to turn. I tried to get a loan through the bank I have been dealing with off and on for 10 years (Regions), but my credit wasn't good enough for a $200 loan. I should have known something wasn't right with One Click when the first payment was due on Sept. 29th. I thought I was paying the loan off a little at a time through these monthly payments, but I was in for a rude awakening. The payments weren't even going towards the loan. I borrowed $350, paying back $455. I'm thinking okay, my last payment will be anywhere from $35-$40.

I looked at my bank statement this morning and they have taken out $155. I called One Click to see why. I was told I still owe $455. I contacted my bank and they won't stop the payments. I don't receive my benefits until the 3rd, which my bank (Regions) will charge me an extra $36 for insufficient funds. If anyone knows of an attorney or anyone who can help me, please email me at **. I live in the state of Mississippi.

I borrowed $300 in November of 2012. I paid them $90 every 2 weeks until this month. Today, I received a call saying that I was going to be arrested on federal charges because I closed my checking account and hired an Payday Loan Attorney to pay them off. The man was rude and was yelling at me to enjoy my incarceration. After reading this blog, I see that this happens a lot in Oklahoma. To anyone seeking a payday loan, there are several good companies out there that are not there to simply rip people off. Stay away from One Click Cash; it's not worth the aggravation!

I've used this company a few times. Despite the exorbitant fees, I really needed the money and signed the agreement. But this last time made me feel very uncomfortable. They withdrew money on two separate occasions that were unauthorized causing all of my payments for other bills to be returned. I spoke with a representative who agreed to use my credit card to make a final payment due to the mix up and leave my account alone. But of course they did not commit to that agreement and made two more attempts to withdraw the money from my primary checking account. I finally had to notify the bank who blocked the withdrawals. Now I’m getting calls daily from this number ** claiming they are attorneys from law firm Gibson and Gibson. They are threatening to have me arrested and all I could think about was "Are these people crazy? All of this for $500?"

I don't recall even applying for this loan from this company. I did try to get a loan from another company two months ago. Now randomly, this One Click Cash company has deposited $300 into my account. I've never spoken with anyone, no emails and I'm not sure what to do since I can't seem to get a hold of anyone. Money is so tight right now and I'm afraid this is going to screw me over even more.

I took out a $500 loan from these people where the contract states they will deduct $150 each payday until the loan is repaid. I'm paid twice a month, on the 10th and the 25th. Well they deducted $150 and $50 on November 23rd. This caused me to incur $70 in overdraft fees. When I called them, they stated that if my payday falls on a weekend, they deduct the money from my account on the last business day. However, in my case, if the payday falls on a Saturday, then I get paid on that Friday. If my payday falls on a Sunday, then the money is deposited on a Saturday. The 25th was a Sunday. I called them, and like all the other complaints here, the lady said it was in my contract where they could do that. It's not in my contract! Do not use this service!

I have never even heard of this company and they call me trying to collect a debt from someone I don't know. Reps are rude, lack in customer service and even hung up on me when I asked them not to interrupt me, even went as far as calling me rude. I never even borrowed money from these schmucks.

I received a $200 cash advance from OneClickCash in September. I paid $60 and then last week I was told if I pay $260, I'm done free and clear. Now they are calling me saying I still owe $90 to them and if I don't pay, they will sue. I have already lost hundreds due to Montel Williams and his money mutual scams. Any advice? I refuse to pay them $90 more.

I have done a few payroll advances at a local shop in Miami and have had good experiences. I decided to get a $500 loan from OneClickCash due to the convenience of getting it done online. It was a big mistake. Just like everyone here, this company has been charging me $150 every two weeks as service fee to keep the account open. I did look over the contract, and it does state that there will be a minimal service charge until the account is paid in full on a monthly basis. The funny thing was I paid the load of $650.00 two weeks after I received the funds yet I am still being charged.

I looked at my account online, and it showed that I had a balance due of $50 and that was the reason why I was being charged $300.00 every month. I called OneClickCash, and amazingly, the girl on the phone was an absolute **, who told me that I needed to read the contract. I asked her to read the part to me where it was all explained. But she said no, it was not her responsibility. I asked for her supervisor and the supervisor was a true gem. She said she would e-mail me a copy of the contract where everything was spelled out for normal folk to understand. This never happened of course, so I asked to speak with a manager, which I actually got.

As it turns out, OneClickCash looks into how much money your gross income is (mine was $88k per year) and decides how much the service charge should be and how frequent the charges would run. Imagine, I am in the middle of a divorce, maintaining 3 households, and I get hit with this nonsense monthly. The best part is OneClickCash refuses my final $50 payment for the next 2 months. Does this company need to have their day in court? Do you doubt it will happen? Not likely. This company is owned by a gaming reserve where they have the freedom to run things as they please, with the added bonus of paying no taxes. So, enjoy the raping everyone!

I took out a loan of $500 with One Click Cash in Aug. 2012. I went over my account the other day to only find out that they are charging me an extra $500 because I didn't set up a certain type of payment with them. When I reached out to One Click Cash to find out about the APR, I was not told about this hidden payment. Now I'm paying back an extra $500 that I've never borrowed. I want my money back now! I need help!

My experience with One Click loan is that I got a loan of $300.00. You pay much more than taking the loan - $1,000,00. I had to close my bank account. Then I got an email from them, claiming they could not make the payment. I asked them to send in the statement and balance and I'm still waiting for the information.

Apparently, several years ago, I inquired about borrowing money from OneClickCash. As I vaguely recall, I paid them off but they kept trying to deduct money from my checking account. The bank finally had to close the account and reopen a new account for me. Now 2 to 3 years later, I am getting calls from those ** again!

This company is a complete rip off! I applied for a loan of $300 and was approved. I thought I had 3 payments and was done. In the end, I ended up paying $690 for a $90 loan. I would never use this loan company again or recommend it to anyone ever!

I borrowed $300. They start taking $90 from my account every month but I received an email from them three months later saying that I owed $390. I'm like, what the **? I've been paying $90 each month. I called them and the lady told me the money they're taking is not for the balance, it is just to extend the time. Who said I needed extension? They refunded me $90 so $180 was still not going towards the balance. After that email, I received another email stating that they were going to start deducting $140 now. I called a payday loan support company, closed my account and they are dealing with them now. But it doesn't end there. I received a call to my job and they said that I was being sued and there's a warrant for my arrest.

To make the story short, there's no such thing; they just wanted me to pay because they couldn't take the money from my account this time. I called them back and nobody answered. So, I downloaded an auto-redial to my phone so it keeps calling until they stop ignoring me. An Indian guy answered so I guess they hired a third party company to handle this type of non-payment cases. The guy cursed at me and asked me why I called so many times (133 calls total). This company is a joke! Don't deal with them and don't take their threads!

I took a $300.00 loan from One Click Cash in February 2012. They began to deduct $90.00 every month from my account. I checked my account and realized that instead of $90.00, they deducted $140.00. I contacted the company and was told that they are going to deduct $125.00 every month until January 3, 2013 which would be a total of $1,215.00 accounting payments. They get a $915.00 profit on a $300.00 loan - that’s **.

I emailed them my attorney's information that a chapter 7 bankruptcy was to be filed. The bankruptcy was filed and they still debited $165.00 from my account. We are now having to chase them to collect the money they just decided to take from my account. They are a scam and a rip off. I would not suggest using them and I am glad they lost $400.00 that I filed chapter 7 on the loan. So this a a great big ** you to One Click Cash.

I went to Bank of Oklahoma and filed a dispute. The branch manager said I've been overpaying One Click Cash for these past couple of months. Then, I called One Click Cash to see how much I still owe them. They said I still owe them $270. My bank says that One Click Cash is ripping me off. Looking at my bank statement, One Click Cash should credit me back $350 because I have overpaid them. After a week battle with One Click, they finally credit some money back to my bank account, which is better than nothing. Then they tried to ruin my credit by calling the debt collection agency stating that I owe them $500 plus charges. I'm confused. If I owe them money, then why did they credit me back then turn around and say I owe them more money? Seriously, One Click Cash is not a trust-worthy company. This company should've gone out of business for good. I hope people who can read this will not be ripped off and scammed by One Click Cash. Now, I will close my bank account and open a new one so One Click Cash won't do that again.

I just got back from my bank (Bank of Oklahoma). I got a loan from OneClickCash. For $300, I have been paying them over a thousand. The branch manager who filed my affidavit dispute said I have been over-paying OneClickCash for several months now. My bank tried to credit some money to my new accounts. Trust, me OneClickCash should be out of business and the owner should be in jail for good - they’re scamming so many people. Wonder how they got so many negative feedbacks? I wouldn’t recommend anyone to get a loan from them. Screw OneClickCash. They suck. Hopefully, there’s a lawyer out there who would sue their ** and shut down their business.
