Consumer Complaints and Reviews
This contacted by a Steve ** from the N & G Capital stated that I owe money to this loan company. They have been calling stating that I owe the company above $452.00. They keep calling and threatening to have me arrested at my job if I did not pay this amount. I asked them to send me documentation and the warrant and they claimed that they sent it to me. They did not do that.
On June 21, 2012, I received a nasty phone call that a processor was on his way to arrest me on my job. I called them and told them that I didn’t have the money until I get paid. Mr. ** kept asking me do I have $300.00 and I kept saying I don’t get paid until Saturday. He then agreed on that. I tried to call on Saturday but no answer. Then on Monday, June 25, 2012, they received the money. Then on Tuesday, June 26, 2012, while at church, a Mr. ** called and informed me that that I owed him $452.00. I told him that I already paid it to a Mr. **. He then stated that he did not know a Mr. **. I gave him the number and told him that he needed to contact Mr. ** because I paid my debt off.
When I called back to N & G Capital, a man answered the phone (wouldn't give me his name) and I told him what happened. He got very nasty and told me that was none of their concern and that I needed to contact Mr. ** and let him know it was paid off. Mr. ** never called N & G Capital but looked up the phone number and said they were running a scheme. I looked up the number and it had people making complaints and one was that they said a thing about having a loan and asking for $400. I also looked up Mr. ** number and the number is also a scheme and he was also asking about a loan and coming to the job just like Mr. **. When I asked Mr. ** and Mr. ** for loan documents that I have supposedly signed, Mr. ** sent me nothing and Mr. ** sent me some papers and someone had forged my name. I have not heard from them since. I have been sending e-mails and until this day, I have not heard back from them.
I did business with this Loan Point company back in 2009 for a $300. They deducted $90 every two weeks for four weeks and today 12/23/11. Over two years later, I'm getting a claim filed against me for not paying the loan amount. This company is a fraud and will pursue further legal action.
This company should be charged with fraud and convicted. I had a loan for $700.00 in July, and they have taken $210.00 every payday since. When I tried to get this matter resolved, they did not respond by phone or email, but contined to tell me to contact them. I wish there were some way to regain the money I lost.
This loan agency has been deducting $180.00 from my checking out and when I just put through the original amount loan, it still contained the $180.00 fee although it is not due yet. This company does not seem to have an address as I cannot locate it on the internet. Please assist me. I am sure thousands of individuals are being robbed of their money as it is happened to me.
I took out a loan for $300 with this company in July '07. They have been debiting my checking account $90 every 2 weeks since then. I called them up after reading several forums about them and other payday loan companies and asked them to close the account and mark it as paid in full. The agent asked me how did I feel my account was paid out--the $90 I've been paying was only interest, none of it was going on paying my balance down. I have already sent a complaint to the BBB and to the Attorney General's office here in Alabama.
I have paid nearly $1000 to these people on a $300 loan.
