Got repeated calls indicating there was legal action pending. Reported that I had received a loan of $500 in 2010. I informed them that I never applied and never received any such loan. They continued calling me. Finally I told them to simply mail me the documentation that I had ever received the money, cancelled check or whatever with my signature on it and I would send in the payment by return mail. The caller grunted something about how I better get a lawyer and hung up.

Someone from Integrity has been call me about some payday loan I have not paid. I have never hear of this company. He keep saying that there are papers that will be serve to me, if I don't paid them 200.00. I have tried to call them back, but the line is busy. If they call back I will let them know they have to call my lawyer.

A man called me, stated that I owed a payday loan with them in 2012 and it was deposited into a MetaBank account. I informed him I never had a payday loan with Integrity loans. He became upset and I started to laugh at him because I know he was trying to scam me. I told him where I work and what I do and my lawyer was going to contact him. He immediately hung up on me.

Had a voicemail from a lady called herself Ms. **, said she was a check fraud investigator. So I called this morning to see what was the problem, she told me that she had paperwork on her desk that was getting ready to go to the state's Attorney General's office for prosecution. She said that I took out a payday loan and I did not pay it back. So when I asked her from what loan company and the amount, she could only tell me that it was a Class C and the amount could be anywhere from 200 to 600 dollars - but now I owe over 1000 and all she needed to know for me was I going to be compliant. Well of course, I said, but I need to know the original amount of the loan and the lender. Well she of course could not see who that was, she just kept telling me.

Advanc LLC owned all of these lenders and that they were suing me for fraudulent check writing. The more questions I asked her, the more irritated she became. And because I was not complying or was not understanding, she transferred me to somebody else - which by the way after she transferred me really sounded exactly like her - but I proceeded as if I didn't know it was the same person and try to find out who exactly the lender was. But of course she could not tell me either and said that I needed to go back to the Compliance Officer which was Ms. **.

So after being transferred back to Ms. **, I asked again the original amount and the original lender. At this point I felt she was getting a little perturbed with me and she said to me, "I'm just going to sign off on this, you're going to have to take it up with an attorney, let him find out that information, the State Attorney General's office will be contacting you. Good luck Miss **", and she hung up. That's when I decided to google Advanc LLC and came up with a million and one complaint. So what do I do from here? I guess just wait for the Attorney General's office to contact me with a warrant. Lol.

My friend was contacted this afternoon by a "Capstone" company in Ohio by a ** claiming he owed Integrity Advance LLC money from a loan he never paid off. They asked for $875 by 2pm or he would have a warrant for his arrest. He called me and I immediately knew this was a complete SCAM! He called back and was transferred to an ** no last name who said that he could pay $475 today and then they would send him documentation of how much he exactly owed and to whom. No account number was given and they kept telling him "Good Luck"... same as the other reviews documented on this site. They continued to indicate he would have a warrant out for his arrest. I told him to ignore all calls and next time they call let them know he has contacted the police about this scam. Unbelievable how people have nothing better to do but try to scam hard working individuals! All for the easy dollar... Well news flash... not getting a penny from here!

I received the same phone call the rest of all these people did; said I took out a loan somewhere and didn't pay it back. They wouldn't tell me where it was taken out at or the amount. I was told good luck and was hung up on. So I called back, I was laughed at, swore at and hung up on. That happened 7 times until they finally answered and said they would document my unwillingness to cooperate and a warrant would be put out for my arrest.

So I called my local police department. They sent out a very nice officer. I told him the story. He took their number, went out to his car and called them. He came back in, said they passed his call around and hung up on him also. But he was able to find out they are some kind of collection agency. He told me they can't bully me into paying them and if they were a legit company, they would want to talk to me to work with me. The officer said to wait and see if something comes in the mail. The officer left and called me a few minutes later and said he googled the different company names they gave him and found out it is all a scam.

My advice would be to report them for harassment! Who would call someone to collect a debt and tell them "F you, you **, you son of a B, we don't have to tell you anything you **, go to hell." And then hangs up. Sorry for the language but I am so upset, this JUST happened 30 minutes ago.... Oh, the clown that left me a message was Corey **. I later found out it's just a recording with his voice. He called from **. But all of a sudden he was in court when I wanted to talk to him. The different names they gave me were Advance Loan, LLC, Pre-trial Intervention and Litigation Services. Good luck everyone!

Started calling me today about some loan I supposed to got in 2012. Can't tell me how much it was and threatened to throw me in jail. I'm trying to figure out how did these people even get my phone number. This isn't even a phone I had back then. I don't trust this at all.

Scared. Called them, said I owed $1307.66 on I think on a $300 loan. Before checking this out I paid $400. Still threatening me. This was four years ago. Canceled check. Debit card. I do not need this right Now. Call from check recovery system. Payment went to Cooper Financial. I do not know who to trust. Did not hear from them for four years. And now to be threatened. I just need them to accept what I paid them now and just leave me alone. I can't take it anymore.

I received a call to my cell phone and on my caller ID it showed only 311 (?) - it did not show a full number. So I picked and someone on the other end said that I owe Integrity Advance Loan 475.00 dollars. I never in my life got a loan or know an advance loan company like that. They kept calling so blocked them. But I received a message from them on my voice mail. I received a letter by the mail and it doesn't look professional? It says:

"Dear (My name), please be advised that Oakwood Financial, the current creditor - dept purchaser has purchased the account referenced and it has been placed with our office for collection. Upon our receipt and clearance of the balance due, you will be released from any further obligations regarding this delinquency. "If you notify this office in writing within 30 days after receiving this notice that you dispute the validity of this debt or any portion thereof, this office will obtain verification of the debt or obtain a copy of a judgment and mail you a copy of such judgment or verification. I got a call 2 days ago from a company that would not even give me their name just I owed Horizon Opportunities $628.00 which I know I paid off 2x in July 2012 so she said I have one hour to fax the proof. How do you get proof from these companies? When I asked her what the original loan amt was, she could not answer and I asked who the original payday lender was, she could not answer. The phone #that she called from was 866-803-0755. Did anyone ever get served papers from this company to go to court? How do you prove you paid them if they do not give you a proper name and I found out Horizon Opportunities is now called CWB Services.

I advanced cash contract out our supposed debt to a collection company to collect a five-year old loan to which they have our bank information, did not in five years made an electronic withdrawal until five years had passed. Now a collection service is threatening us with fraud. She should not throw around that term so loosely without reflecting on her employers. I asked the representative to produce document proving money was deposited in our account and why there was only one payment withdrawn from the account that was only closed 2013. She said she would email me with what information .

I took out a online payday loan in April of 2012 in the amount of $500. I wasn't able to make the repayment due to insufficient funds so I set up payments until it was all paid off. Now almost 2 years later, the man, Denise **, is calling my employer, my children and everyone else to get my information. My son gives him my new number and he then says he is "serving" me with a legal claim from The Union Group for a charge of fraud with Integrity Advance for non payment of $1,025. What?

He gave me a claim number and the number to The Union Group to settle my dispute. Of course I gave them no information. They wanted me to verify the account number on the loan and to send proof that the account was paid. Like how am I supposed to do that? It was paid using my debit card to a bank I no longer use with an email address I no longer have. These people don't send you proof of accounts paid. You just hope they take your payments and stop asking for more.

I admit I was irresponsible using this kind of a company, but I have changed my life since then. I'm a follower of Christ and have since, repaid ALL my debits and am living a responsible life. My question is are these guys legit? Do I have to even pay attention to them? How can I stop them from harassing me?

I received a call today from a lady that told me she wanted to verify my address because today she had a claim that came across her desk. When I inquired what she was referring to she gave me the phone number and claim # to contact someone else regarding the claim. Oh but before she got off of the phone she informed me that this would be the only time to clear this up with her because she had papers to process on me. When I called the other number they had to verify my information and ensure that I had not had any papers served on me before they let me know that the papers are from a claim that I passed a fraudulent check to Integrity Advanced Loans back on Dec 15, 2010. That we could resolve the situation if I took care of it today because once I was served with the papers then I would have to take care of it with the courts. They were both very pushy.

After those conversations I received 4 other calls from a restricted number on my cell and my land line. Think that they are harassing now... If it keeps up I will bring a lawyer into this. Have not been able to call Integrity... did send an email to find out what is going on. But since I have not heard from them in almost 3 years don't think that I will hold my breath.

I had the pleasure of dealing with this company just today. Initially a gentleman called me stating that he was a "locator" and needed me to call a number in regards to some money that I was supposed to have borrowed in August 2010 & informed me that I should have gotten some paperwork last week. B/C I was totally confused, I called the number and spoke with someone name Ben. He explained to me that I had borrowed $500.00 in Aug. 2010 and that now b/c I hadn't paid the bill, I now owe $1000.00. He did not want to hear that I have never borrowed any money from this company. I finally instructed him that I was going to notify the Attorney General's Office for Mississippi and the local court system for the city that I stay in to see if any such warrant has been issued. He then told me that his locator would have to be the one to deliver the papers and not my local processor. They are definitely full of **.

I took out a loan with this company in 2011 and paid it all back. However they continued to take money from my checking account in small increments of different amounts, claiming the loan was not paid off. I had to close that checking account and open up another one to prevent them from fraudulently taking money. I get a call today from a make believe process server, claiming if I do not contact the collection dept in 30 mins, she would be coming with the police to serve me court papers. I called the number and they tried to say I owed the $1400.00. I told the rep I spoke with I do not owe them anything. She said they would be willing to settle for $500.00. I told her if they need to take me to court, I will see them there with the judge.

I need help. I had a company call and said I had taken out a payday loan in 2009 for 1200 dollars and that if I didn't pay, I would have documents brought to my house and I would go to jail. They said they had a private locator that would be bringing these documents. I think after reading all of this, these people are trying to fraud my account. I have called the police and have given all info to police... I will be going to bank in the morning and closing my debit card. Is this company legit or is it truly a scam???

I have been receiving phone calls on my job harassing me about an advance that I took with this company that I never received in which the only thing they will tell me is that it was back in 2011 and gave me the last couple of digits on the bank account. Well that account was closed well before then. I requested that they send me more information but she says that they can't and papers will be issued to my job. I told her to stop calling me and go head and issue them if this the only way I'm going to find out so I can defend myself.

In May 2012, I borrowed 200 dollars from them, had paid interest with them and hit a spell of unemployment as well that month - which is why the load - Well I contacted them and they agreed to $125.00 to be taken out. The next thing I know I am getting a call from my bank asking if I authorized those withdrawals, separate ones totaling over 200 dollars. I said no and the bank blocked them and I changed my account - and heard nothing from them for over a yr - now a cammer is trying to say I'm going to court over them and the balance is $600?? Humm - I can pull bank statements where I did pay finance charges.

So I get a call from my sister (recent brain aneurysm patient), my mother (who is 83 yo), and my son (13), that I was going to be served with papers and I owed money and that jail time is pending. The vermin called from three different area codes. I kept calling all 3 phone numbers until I got a Kelly ** who said she was in the area and was going to serve papers or - I could call an 866 number and give them my debit card or a prepaid card. I asked for the case number and what county they filed these papers in and got a runaround.

I asked for an address, an exact amount and what the date for this loan was and got - you guessed it!! - a run around. She said she was in the neighborhood and will be serving me papers face to face. So I told her to come ahead. The thing is folks, she is not a LICENSED PROCESS SERVER!! She is a telemarketer working for a bunch of bottom feeders. Call the Federal Trade Commission and your State Attorney’s Office. I am!!

At the moment I took out a $500 loan with Integrity Advance LLC. We were like most people. Just need a little extra money at the time to carry us through a hard month. I printed off the contract, made sure I understood all the terms. This was on April 11, 2011. I contacted the company 3 days prior to the full payment being due (The full payment was due on April 29, 2011) and set up the payment plan. Which is what the contract stated I should do if I could not make full restitution. The gentleman that I spoke to was very nice and gave me the date my first payment would be due ($150) and the following dates for the future payments. The total amount to be paid back was $650. I repeated everything back to him and he said that was correct. I set it up to come automatically out of my checking account.

What happened next was the beginning of a nightmare! These man calls me on April 29, 2011 saying that I have not made my full payment and now I am in default of the loan. Confused, I told him that I had spoken with a representative 3 days prior to that and had set up a payment plan. The man put me on hold, came back a few minutes later and said, “We don't have any record of that! You owe us money NOW!” This man had an Indian accent and said they needed money now. He was very rude! He wanted me to send them $350 right away. I asked him how he wanted me to send it. They wanted a MoneyGram. I took their information and sent the money. I then called them to confirm that they had received it. They set up the next payment to come out 2 weeks later. They told me to send it the same way for $150. So 2 weeks later I sent the next $150 payment per MoneyGram to the same address and called to confirm they had received the payment.

On May 27, 2011, I noticed that Integrity Advance LLC had take out $150 out of my account. I called the man I had spoken to with the other 2 payments I had made, and asked them why they had taken out that payment. He said that once my payment info is in the system they can't remove it so the system will continue to take out the payments. I told him that is not right! So I let that payment go through because I did owe one more payment of $150. So at this point I thought I have paid off the loan. (350+150+150 = $650).

The next month on June 24, 2011, Integrity Advance takes out 2 payments, one for $150 and one for $175. I called then again and asked why they took out $325 from my checking account? Once again they said that... Once your bank information is in their system, they can't remove it. I told him, I have paid my account in full. You have NO right to keep taking money out of my account. Then I asked then to credit that amount back into my account. He said they cannot do that. Their system will not do that (credit card systems will credit your account back). He argued with me and said that they would not give me back my money.

At this point I went straight to my bank, filled out a complaint to get the $325 back. Once the money was returned to my account, I shut the account down. Now 2 years later, I get a call from some man saying that he has legal papers for me on a defaulted loan with Integrity Advance LLC. He gave me a phone number to some supposed collection agency. I called them. They say I owe Integrity Advance $1500. Then they wanted my credit card info. I have filed a complaint with the Tennessee Attorney General’s office and I am going to file one with the state they are in. I have all of my receipts and I will fight this. People DO NOT do business with these people. IT IS A SCAM!

I received 2 messages from a "Robert" yelling in my voice mail telling me I had charges pending against me. When I called the number, I spoke to a Ben ** who says I took a loan out in 2009 but it didn't go though my bank so I am still liable for the charges of $585. It didn't go through my bank because that bank account was closed prior to 2009 so it would not make sense that if this was a legitimate loan that I didn't change banking information. I have in the past used payday loans and I think that is how they got my information...

I took out one loan and paid it off fairly quickly. When I took out a second loan, I was having issues getting payments debited correctly. The company was charging high amounts of interest. I found that they are not licensed to do business in any state so the loans are illegal on top of the rates. I got in touch with the company and had already paid back more than the principal. I stopped drafts etc. Without my knowledge this company generated an illegal paper check and drafted hundred of dollars from my account in an attempt to get their money. I caught it in time and filed fraud charges with the bank. Do not pay them above your principal and contact your state Attorney General. My AG office is helping in the matter.

I returned a call to this company. They stated I owed them a loan from 12/10/2009. Robert ** was yelling at me that I was lying when I told him that it was paid in full at that time. He stated I could go to court or pay them. He was unable to let me speak to a manager or supervisor. Telling me he was the only manager/supervisor there, there was no one else but the man signing the checks and he did not come into the office. I feel his conduct was totally uncalled for.

I got a phone call today at my job from a private number and the lady told me that she was contacting me to serve me papers because I was being sued. She gave me this number 1-877-563-3691 and she gave me a case number as well. She said she would give me time to call the number and to get a lawyer. So I called the number. A lady named Kim ** picks up. I give her my case number. After being on hold for, I guess, from 5-10 mins, she comes back and tell me what I was being sued for. She said that I took out a loan with Integrity for $110... and that the total now with late fees is 410 dollars. She said that they tried to collect 3 different times.

At first I said ok I'll set up a payment, but I needed time so after I got off the phone with her ... I tried looking up their website but I couldn't find a page so I called her back and told her that I will take it to court because I couldn't find anything on them. So she said, "Okay, they will have the papers for you within 24 hours." I said okay... My question to you... what's the status on your situation? Because I know I don't owe them anything and I called a number back in 2009. I can't remember the number but the guy told me that they may have sold SSI numbers to whoever is trying to get money out of us. Then I'm reading different reviews and some people are saying that the company was sold. So I don't know but I'm getting me a lawyer because this is crazy.

According to the collection department that I received a call from this afternoon, I took a loan out in 2009, that they had my account number and all my information that Integrity did not get their money but they had my account number. The collection department or the company that Integrity sold the loan to stated that I owed $505 plus fees and they wanted to set up payments or set up a court date for the money owed. But they could not give me a number to the company and they pretty much called me a liar because I never got any information from them regarding the loan. But they are now wanting to collect after 4 years. This is ridiculous that they try to collect after that long.

This morning, I wrote about them taking $552 plus from my account via an unauthorized check. I just tried contacting them via live chat (as email never receives a response) asking what the balance was due on my loan (live chat claims to not work for the company). Their response was, "Your account has been forwarded to our internal collections department for handling. Please call 877-562-4980 (option 4) for assistance."

I called the number and option 3 was what I wanted (balance info). It would not let me choose this option. I could only choose option 4 (collections department). After being on hold (high volume claim) for a few minutes (I wasn't going to hang up), I was sent to voice mail... Obviously they know they are wrong and avoid people like there's no tomorrow. So on a $500 loan, I have now paid $1600 of which $700 I have not authorized and I'm being sent to collections????? I think that's over 200% interest that I HAVE paid... Anyone know where I can get legal help for this???

So, like most people, I was in dire need of some quick money to hold me over until payday. I received a $500 loan from Integrity. They said they were able to put the money in my account the next day and said that I could access my account online and reach them anytime. I was supposed to have regular payments every payday of $150 and the interest payment would be $150 for a total of $650. I figure it was a small price to pay for quick cash. I have now paid over $1000. The amounts deducted were never the same. I could never reach anyone unless I used chat. I wanted a statement to see what was going on. I was referred to the website and told to go to the returning customer section and I would be all set. Even though the person was very nice on chat, they claimed they did not work for the company and could not assist me any further.

I sent endless emails. I cannot find an address for these people. After one chat, I thought I got lucky. I thought maybe the person I was talking to had some sort of conscience because I received an email the next day that looked like some sort of statement. I nearly flipped - it didn't make sense. I immediately emailed them and told them that they were no longer authorized to access any of my accounts. My bank put a block on my account so that they couldn't access it. The block worked, so I thought. I woke up today to an email saying, "Thank you very much for your payment of $552.50." What??? I went online and looked at my account (I just mailed checks for my car, electric, cable, etc). THEY sent in a check with my name and old address in the address area and in the signature area, it said "No signature needed". I never authorized this. Of course, when my bank opens today, I will be down there. I love my bank and don't want to change banks but now I have to at least change my account. Do not borrow from them. You are better off trying to talk with the companies you owe money to to make payment arrangements.
