Lisa Marie ** was one of the most professional, helpful, and knowledgeable tax expert I have ever met. She quickly helped me solve my issue and provided me immense relief. I cannot recommend her or this service enough. Don't let IRS issues stress you out and take the steps to contact Anthem, and especially Lisa.

I am usually very skeptical about things that don’t seem real, but I can tell you with all honesty that Anthem is very real. I made a mistake with my taxes in 2022 when I withdrew from my 401k. I was in a state of panic. I called Anthem and spoke to Paul **. He was very professional and put my mind at ease. It did take a couple of months to get it all processed, but well worth the wait. Half way in the process, I called Paul panicky, thinking I had made a mistake. He reassured me and gave me comfort. I trusted him. As it turns out, I saved approximately 14,000 dollars by calling Anthem to help me. I cannot say enough good things about their service and reliability. God bless Anthem!!

Pricey for services you can resolve on your own. I could have solved the issues myself by contacting IRS and get the same results I got.

I hired and paid Anthem Tax Services several months ago. I have just been served with a notice to levy by the IRS because Anthem has not contacted the IRS in at least 8 months if not more. I have tried to find out the status of my case but no one seemed to be able to answer my questions, that is if you can get someone on the phone or to respond to your email. So here I am several months and thousands of dollars later and I am in worst shape than I was when I hired Anthem. My recommendation, find someone else to help you.

Well, I feel I have been passed around like an old fruitcake. I have sent paperwork, with so far no response. I started paying August 2025 and finished December 2025. It is now almost May. Since I questioned a junior attorney, I must have pissed her off. Little communication, and it is now almost May. I would like my money back.

My husband and I have been dealing with this company for almost 2 years. We have back taxes and they did our taxes and then we gave them thousands of dollars to help us. We were given several different people who was our contact. Our last one was supposed to contact us Jan 12, two months later we are in default because he never contacted us. We were supposed to have a meeting with him today at 4, he never called us. There is much more in between but too much to list. Also, if you do choose to use them, they will find a way to call and try to get several more thousand dollars for various reasons. Do not waste your time and money. I don't know where all of these great reviews are coming from!!

Our service was horrible. We paid of our debt that we owed Anthem Tax Service 4 months ago and still have not heard from them since. No finalized resolution documents were ever sent to communicate with us as to where we stand with no debt. Nothing for our records or peace of mind. We only heard from our agent Chris when they needed their money. Very disappointed with our service. We spent thousands of dollars so that we could be debt free. NP/CP

Kevin was so helpful and spent a lot of time researching and answering all my million questions. He's thoughtful and knowledgeable and kept in contact with me about everything. While the program was not a fit for our needs, the experience was a breeze and I plan to utilize other services they offer in future tax years.

I emailed my expenses and income 3 times. They accuse me of not sending it. Basically calling me a liar. On top of that I take home 5k between social security and my job. They want me to pay 3k to the IRS each month..I am ,75 this year. They want me to live in poverty till I die. They do not listen to me at all. I am SICK of them. I want my money back??

I found Mr ** to be very helpful in making good effort in resolving my IRS tax indebtedness. He was genuine and professional in providing me useful information that left me feeling very encouraged for good results. I owed money to the state and to the IRS. I was about to get garnished but Adam G called the state and got a collection hold. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!!! I was charged $6,000 up front for false promises! I felt as though I did all of the work and got absolutely NOTHING in return after working with case manager, Michael-**, for well over a year; Mr. ** was the second case manager. In addition to the upfront cost, there’s an additional cost of $500 upfront, to file one year of taxes on my behalf. I was left to work with the IRS and am now required to pay them $1000 a month and it’s draining me financially.

Adam ** has been very kind and patient with me throughout this process. I am quite hesitant and I guess somewhat of a procrastinator but he has stayed with me with gentle encouragement. Finally, I can see the light at the end of the tunnel and do not owe anymore back taxes. Everyone at Anthem has been great and understanding. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could.

Adam G is a life savior. I was getting garnished and hadn’t done my taxes in ages. He rushed 5 years of returns and got the levy removed all in less than a month. Everyone at Anthem Tax was amazing and knowledgeable!

My husband and I would love to make sure everyone knows that we wholeheartedly recommend Anthem Tax Services, and especially the attorney Elijah ** and our account manager Edward **. Elijah managed to have the IRS release a hold on our withholding status with our employer, which is rarely something that is approved by the IRS, but Elijah managed to talk to them about our case and help us with this. We were skeptical after years of trying to deal with the IRS on our own, but it takes a lot of knowledge and number punching, which was not something we could figure out after several offer in compromise submissions on our own. Contact them, you won't be disappointed! They are more than FIVE STAR!!

This company communicates mostly when they're looking to add on services to get more money out of you. And they're quite aggressive and offensive when doing so. A rep contacted me about an "offer" that wasn't even valid since the statute of limitation had passed. Anthem has literally done nothing except communicate what I owe; I could've done this myself. $3000+ dollars for services that are non-existent. No one communicates in a timely fashion, if at all, and when they do, have no idea about your personal case. This company is completely inadequate and do not care about their customers at all. My bank account was still levied and they weren't even aware. Save your money!

Highly recommend Adam ** at Anthem Tax. He was the 4th person I spoke with and was fantastic. He spent 90 minutes with me and was honest about the help I can actually get vs the other companies promising me the moon. Adam was informative and compassionate. Just what I needed dealing with this stressful situation.

My agreement with Anthem clearly stated that they would handle my IRS resolution, including the timely filing of a Collection Due Process (CDP) request to prevent garnishment. After contracting for $4,500 in resolution services and $1,500 for tax preparation, I was later contacted by a sales representative, Greg **, requesting an additional $2,000 for “protection” one month after signing up. Part of the reason I hired Anthem was for protection and representation, so this additional charge was unexpected and inappropriate. In total, I paid Anthem $7,600, yet the company failed to perform the resolution services promised. The CDP request was not filed after the IRS deadline, which directly resulted in wage garnishments for both my spouse and me.

I'm very please with my experience with Anthem Tax Services. I had called around and spoke to a handful of top companies. Adam ** was the only person who didn't sound like he was reading a script and actually listened to me. Highly recommend to anyone trying to get back on track with their taxes.

Adam ** turned my massive tax problem into something I could manage. I was in a really mess with the IRS to the point where they filled levies and garnished my wages. I was beyond the point of all self help options they provide. I was at the end of my rope with no clue on what to do. I started researching Tax Attorneys and found Anthem which was highly rated, I called and spoke with Marc who just needed a quick summary of what my situation was to be able to list what options I had. “I engaged Alliant Capital Anthem Tax Service to assist with an IRS issue and debt negotiation, paying $12,750 upfront. The service included setting up payment plans, but I noticed limited progress on debt reduction. Additional fees were charged for voicemails and faxes, which seemed high for the level of support provided. I also had a lien placed on my home and was the reason we obtained their service to avoid this from occurring. I expected more proactive assistance and would suggest clarifying services and costs upfront before committing.” If possible to give less than one star I would!!!!

I had putting put off my taxes for years, burying my head in the sand. I got a scary letter from the IRS and called Anthem Tax Services. Not only did Adam ** calm me down but called the IRS right away and got me ahold so we can get our taxes done. So far the process has been very smooth and the only thing I wish I would of done different is call Anthem sooner.

Every bad review for Anthem is exactly the SAME as my experience. RUN from these folks no matter what they say to you. They are the worst and they are incompetent. What they will do: Tell you what you want to hear in your initial consult, Take your money upfront, in my case $5,000. Then make it impossible for you to contact them. The only thing they will do is put more hurdles and obstacles in your path, for example, I did a verbal information and provided 95% of the information they requested, The they claimed they didn't have it, so I provided it all in writing and backed-it up, Then they indicated OMG, this isn't going to work.
