I have an issue with the delivery of my order from 6/27/23. Supposed to be delivered by 08/10 and no news. No answers to email, after several phone calls and messages someone picked up the call and said “We will update you in your email.” “No ship date yet.” Baby is about to born any minute and no stroller. When I asked the person on the phone for her supervisor, she said “We don’t have a system that escalate calls, we will update on your email”. BEYOND DISAPPOINTED WITH BUGABOO!!!

Should I have read more reviews before getting the Bugaboo, I would have gone for another brand. There are lots of reviews complaining about the lack of customer service of the brand. As per the experience I've had, I do not recommend the Bugaboo strollers.

I had this stroller for about 3 years, however it was used for 3 months with my first child, as I only bought this when she was a little older and then we put it away, now I had my next daughter and the front wheels are squeaky and they don't work well, and the warranty is over, but how are you supposed to know it will not work or have any issues when your child finishes with it and wait for the next, and for a high priced stroller I was not dreaming I would have to replace it that quick, extremely upsetting and customer service was a disaster, they couldn't care less, so now I need to figure out how I will buy a new stroller when I already thought I made an investment in this, try other high quality brands with better service so at least if something goes wrong they'll help you out, thank you.

I bought the Bugaboo stroller 5 years ago and still use it as a jogger stroller for my 5 year old, I love the versatile ability that you can rearrange the seat and even have my child ride on the stepper. It is well built and would definitely recommend the stroller, it is worth the price.

I tried a couple strollers and Bugaboo was the one that I preferred. I love how the stroller has a lot of accessories that I could purchase so that I can make an upgrade to it and make it more enjoyable. I also love how lightweight it is and how easy it is to maneuver and store. Their online navigation was very easy, too. It is good quality for the money.

My husband and I bought a used Bugaboo stroller at a garage sale for our son, and we loved it. I love that it turns easy and it was really lightweight. The canopy was perfect. It completely covered him when we needed it to. And it was easy to maneuver in and out of the car. That was our favorite stroller. I also bought a Bugaboo stroller for my cousin.

I have a Bugaboo Chameleon, which I bought it in-store in Turkey in 2016, and and I have one issue with it. There is a cover and it is torn to connect to the body. There is something and I do not know how to fix it. I do not know if Bugaboo is covering globally or not. But, for the rest, I don’t have any other issue.

The Bugaboo stroller is compatible with our car seat and it was better built than the other ones we had. We ordered the basic, standard one over the internet and the purchase process was easy. They’re a higher price point but I like the quality going with it. It folds up really small as well. I have a sports car that has a small compact trunk that majority of the strollers would never fit in, but that the one we got does. And with the way it rolls and absorbs the impact, when I have my baby in there, I wanna make sure the ride is smooth. Everything in my experience was great.

Bugaboo was well-suited for our family and for our use that we were gonna use it for. We were able to purchase it online pretty easily without any hassle. The stroller is good. I love the way it is, and we’ve been using it ever since we got it, and my kids love it too. It’s probably one of the best strollers that we got.

Handle broke when our children were in the wagon, be cautious, this can be life threatening in situations like stairs and similar. Communicated this to Bugaboo but they did not seem to care and just told me to buy a new handle. Check pics!
