Absolutely amazing experience! I was honestly very nervous after reading some negative reviews, but everything went perfectly from start to finish. We travelled from Switzerland to Madrid for a very special concert, so it was extremely important for us to receive our tickets on time. The tickets were delivered as promised, they were 100% valid, and we had absolutely no issues entering the venue. Customer support was kind, reassuring, and kept me informed throughout the process. The whole experience exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely use Vivid Seats again. If you’re worried because of some of the reviews, my experience was completely positive. Thank you for making this unforgettable experience possible!

The website is not very user friendly. The process is quick but it would be helpful if there was a live person to assist. There's only so many questions available on the website to resolve purchasing problems.

Overall, I was satisfied with the experience; however, the one suggestion I would make is regarding the timing of ticket delivery. If you know that you will be going out of town or unavailable, I would greatly appreciate tickets being delivered earlier rather than waiting until the day before. Receiving them sooner would help reduce stress and provide additional peace of mind, especially when trying to plan ahead or make arrangements in advance.

Whenever I have had a reason to reach out for assistance the response has been prompt, helpful and handled with great care. I would recommend using Vivid to anyone. Great customer service!! My experiences I have had are trying to find out if tickets purchased have certain perks with them. Was provided with answer from Vivid I needed. The other instance was when we had traveled out of state for an event that was 2 days but when trying to attend the 2nd day there was a problem with our tickets. I was devastated. Since the tickets were a gift for my husband. I contacted vivid and explained the problem and they did everything needed to correct it and gave me the option of attending still or getting a refund. I appreciated how quickly they took steps to correct the problem and their handling of the situation.

Great seats at a great price, quick and easy and took no longer than a few minutes. Several different payment options are available for better customer experience. I will be using this app in the future.

Great customer service for being online. They were quick and straight to the point. I didn’t have to talk in circles, asking the same question but with different words. I’m really impressed and feel confident that if I ever had any issue with tickets that it could quickly get resolved.

It was super easy to get a refund for a show that was cancelled. I used the customer service chat feature in the Vivid Seats app. I just had to answer 3 simple questions and I was done. Thank you for making the process so smooth.

I absolutely love using Vivid Seats. I’ve never had an issue with them and always received my tickets in a timely manner. I received my tickets just a day after buying them and tell me why they were about $25 a piece cheaper than actually buying them straight from Ticketmaster. WOWZERS!

Always fast to talk or text someone… Easy to use app… Only get my tickets from this site. Have been using this site for years now and the prices are always reasonable and cheaper than other sites and tickets are always delivered on time.

Vivid Seats is the app I always use. My last two orders were disappointing in that I could not get the discounts to apply that were on the notifications page in the app. I would still recommend this app. I have never had issues with getting my tickets.

Great and easy directions and help. I had a great experience, and the AI was very clear and direct and everything it said was correct. I ordered my ticket, and I couldn’t find how to access it on the app, and the AI told me exactly what to do to find it. Great job!

Was a little disappointed, having to wait to be notified about getting the tickets. I feel it should have been seamless. In addition, I should have been able to purchase parking with the tickets. Location of parking is unsure.

Customer service through the app was a bit difficult to find initially. Once I located the chat functionality, I was pleasantly surprised. The chat was extremely helpful, quick to respond, and friendly.
