Continuous buffering, full series and episodes not showing in different locations. Most of the time I can’t access the app on the firestick. All I see is the log in screen. Whatever I do I can’t log in. I’m ready to cancel everything.

I cannot overstate how disappointed I am with Disney and how it falsely advertises/markets ESPN +. I originally had an annual Disney + subscription for $79.99 a year and a separate subscription for Hulu for about $8 a month. I decided to upgrade my service to the trio premium package for $19.99 a month last night. I quickly found out the ESPN + is not the service it is marketed to be, so I called customer service to cancel ESPN + and to revert back to my original subscription, but was informed that if I did that I would be penalized and have to pay something like $120 for the Disney + annual plan instead of the $79.99 that I was paying!

I was never advised or warned about this when looking into the trio premium bundle. Had I been warned I would have tried the ESPN + as a separate standalone subscription!! I would never have expected Disney to use this sort of deceptive/misleading marketing to trick subscribers into trying new subscriptions to then only tell a customer they were grandfathered in at a lower price and lost that forever because the customer trusted Disney and wanted to try its other subscriptions!

I never would write a review, but my Disney Plus Account was THE WORST! It was hacked last night by someone from another country and I had to be on the phone with customer service while I navigated the app in a different language. The customer representative assured me that my account would never be hacked again with the added security we enabled. An hour later, my account was hacked again. I cancelled my membership and I will never go back. I have never had a streaming service account hacked. Disney should be embarrassed.

Wanted to start their streaming service. When signing up through their website, keep running in to setup issue. Using FireFox and Brave (Chrome), had to close and reload to progress through screens. Finally setting up payment would not take PayPal (did not try or want to credit card). Kept getting failure. Got on chat and was told because I am using a VPN website would not work? Was told to turn OFF VPN and enter billing information! I asked if their remote workers made sure their VPN was OFF when logging into their systems, I think NOT. Then was told due to their streaming had REGIONAL restriction. Hello! This is BILLING, not streaming product. They only let people from a specific REGION signup? Think NOT. Also, if I traveled outside of the REGION, I would EXPECT to be still able to access the service. So, instead of saying that they would look into it, they put it off as my issue. Won't be using their service.

The app is super slow and cumbersome. User experience appears to have been completely ignored. Many of the shows are just bad, having watched all the Marvel titles I'll be cancelling my account as there isn't a lot else worth watching on there and if you do find something good, I wish you the best of luck getting the app to allow you to watch it. 0/10

I used to love almost everything they put out. But, since they went WOKE!! They put out really bad entertainment. It's so bad I canceled my account. Star Wars used to be awesome until Disney bought it. Marvel used to be awesome until they bought it. They are only putting out Female roles and I like good female roles, but that seems to be all they put out now. So it really ruins all the male lead roles for little boys and men. Also, it's just not worth the price. I mean come on!

Come up with something new and stop trying to take something someone else made and truly mess it up. Now the The Simpsons suck and thank goodness HBO bought South Park!!! Highly disappointing to say the least. The best thing they did was add Dead Pool 1 & 2, But they do it again and mess that one up too! No more TJ Miller! WTF!! Just because you have all the money in the world doesn't give you the right to ruin all the good movies and series. I sold my stock in Disney because they don't deserve my money!!!! Hope they go out of business!!!! Note To Disney: You Go Woke. You Go Broke!!!

The absolute worst streaming app and website that exists. I'm including Pureflix, College Humor, Twitch, any and all of them. The app doesn't work at all (crashes on starting) on many android phones and it has been this way for years, yet they haven't fixed it. Secondly, HOW IS THERE NO MINIPLAYER OR PICTURE IN PICTURE?? YouTube, Twitch, Netflix, Prime; all the streaming sites have it but this one? How are they such a huge and wealthy company with an awful product, one that is the exclusive source of many shows that millions of people watch?

Third, on desktop you will often just get a black screen instead of the website loading properly. Apparently, this can happen because of ad blockers, VPN's, or for no good reason at all. A company that tries to squash VPN use in particular is unbelievably greedy and doomed to fail. They are used for privacy and many other perfectly legitimate reasons.

Fourth, they took a bunch of very popular shows off of other websites and television stations so they'd have them exclusively, then they don't even let you sign up from many (most?) countries or have a functioning service. I'm honestly shocked that so many people I knew had Disney Plus, can't imagine why anyone would pay for this. Oh, and also, they're now starting to charge you to watch their content WITH ADS. These companies try to lure you in with decent prices or free streaming with ads, then slowly raise them until you're paying as much as you did before but now have to watch ads on top of it. No justification for this.

I wanted to subscribe to Hulu and then learned that I could subscribe as a bundle with my premium Disney Plus account so I did. I was unable to sign in to my account then paid for hulu in addition to save myself the headache. I was not able to sign in- as the account email was already associated with my actual account so I contacted their telephone support. They were unable to help me out let alone speak the english language and I was hung up on. I am canceling my subscription and will just borrow passwords from friends. Nice work guys.

Horrible customer service. Twice I have contacted support and neither time could they fix the problem. The second time after two multi hour sessions on chat, I told them if they could not fix the problem they should refund my yearly subscription and cancel the account. So they cancelled the account and refunded a pro-rated amount. ** idiots. They just gave up! There is an obvious software problem with updating profiles which apparently, they refuse to fix which gives a minor primary account access to change anything.

My Disney Plus account hacked and used by bunch of kids half way around the world in a different country. Disney won’t refund any money. They did not even know that it was hacked and won’t even accept it - claiming that they can only see the activity in my account for past 30 days. No refund possible.
