I signed for a Hulu Disney plus package. They actually charged me double for the $9.95 package. Though a refund was given with the comp. wk of free streaming still CANNOT LOG IN! NOT WORTH IT! So aggravated!

Be careful when you try to sign-up for the service, their website tried to RIP YOU OFF couple of days ago. I tried to signup of monthly service; their website glitch signed up for $99 service. It was my bank's email alert informed me that my debit card was charged for $9 and $99. I had to call ESPN+ customer service and they were not even able to find my record with email, my name and name of debate card (even they already changed twice) and I had to escalate to a supervisor, to resolve that issue, now it seems I'll get my money back in 3-5 business days for their fault. I desperately needed money to pay my other financial obligations and I have to borrow from family member to save myself. It caused me lots of frustration, anxiety and work time loss. They had literally ripped me off, hopefully everything should be fine.

We pay for Disney Plus to watch sports on ESPN. We pay but our cable company is Spectrum. We don’t care about their fight. We care they take our money under false advertising. They showed Wisconsin women’s volleyball on their list of programs, but we couldn’t get it. My opinion of Disney has changed drastically. It is all about the money. No forewarning, no customer input, no customer concerns - just bottom line. If Disney can bill me, and not provide me what was advertised, isn’t that a fraud or scam!

My subscription was canceled in July and they issued a refund. Now they charged me for Aug using a cancelled debit card but won’t tell me how they did it. Sounds like fraud to me. Avoid them or get ripped off.

My family looking forward to the Raven game this Saturday missed the entire game because Hulu was unable to deliver. Strange that Hulu does not seem to have any technical difficulties billing and collecting fees from me every month. Now I understand they are looking again to raise the monthly charge. You would think and increase in cost would result in an increase in reliability. Not the case the streaming service continues to have disruptions. Customer service seems designed to keep customers from complaining. Disney now owns Hulu. Perhaps that is the problem. I remember when Disney was magic - no longer. Would not recommend Hulu to anyone. Will look into more reliable streaming service.

If I am required to pay to view the movies, series, etc. Why is there 5 ads per movie or more. Heck why do I even have to see the ads if I'm paying for the service. This is really petty of the streaming apps to put ads in while we pay for the service.

I have had Disney Plus for a long time. My original account expired in Sept of 2022. I realized I was being charged double last week. I have two accts with two different emails. The more expensive has been expired since Sept of 2022. They are refusing a refund. Very very disappointed. Only reason I kept this is for my grandchildren. I’ve ask them to stop trying for auto payments. They tried again this morning. I ask them to stop the other day. Cancel my stuff. But obviously they aren’t going to do it. That’s 20 I’ll not get back each month since Sept 2022.

Forced to control the TV app via my cellular device. Limited selection versus, Disney's plethora of productions. Waste of time, money and, effort. Downloading this app has me disappointed to say the least.

I just want to watch The Mandalorian, I keep coming back thinking it's different but never is. I can't stream from my phone to my TV anymore (works with every other streaming service) and now I get license errors or other faulty errors. It seems like it's always new issues every time I come back. I will not be returning again anytime soon.

I’ve had this account since they started streaming and with the new update I cannot stream on my Roku TVs and it’s been 5 months now since I updated to the trio bundle only for no change. Then to find out I closed another account in December that was a Solo account that has not been closed and have been getting charged 10.99 a month with no access because my account doesn’t exist. Just spent 10 minutes on a live chat trying to figure out what am I being charged for only to tell me all they can do is close the account. No reimbursement or anything. Just something I thought was done months ago. They have gotten some hit movies and gotten greedy. They don’t care about the people that’s been behind them from the beginning but we will see a plummet in sales with the recent price spike.
