I purchased a 12 pack (can) of Sprite Zero at Jubilee Market on 9/15; the had a weird taste! I could not drink them, and this is the only soft drinks I typical drink. I was going to return, but the market has a no return policy due to COVID (whatever that means), so I was stuck paying the $8.59 and throwing them away.

I usually prefer Coca cola to any other soda but lately it's just a waste of money. I have trashed 2 out of my 4 12packs just this week. It's either flat or has a chemical taste to it. Last night it burned my tongue and lips. The chemical taste was overpowering. I'm not sure what they have done different but I wouldnt recommends buying it. If you buy 2 cases my bet is you will be dumping at least one of them down the drain. I saved the soda from last night with the strong chemical taste and smell am looking into a way to get it checked out to see just what I have been drinking for the past month.???

I have made many purchases now of Coke cases of cans that are flat and tasteless upon opening. After the second purchase, I was upset over my wasted money so I called Coca-Cola to complain. I was put on hold for 20 minutes (which I really think was on purpose to frustrate the consumer more to give up) but the company did send me coupons to acquire new product. Unfortunately, I experienced the same product quality issues two more times and have now given up on my once favorite beverage. I also experienced leakage of product from numerous cans with no visible puncture or leakage points. I really do believe it is a manufacturing issue and see numerous other people have experienced the same problems. I’m sorry I gave so many chances and wasted so much money.

I can't find ANY of the Coca-Cola products that I used to find before. This started around April or May and seems to gotten worse and worse!!!! I go to ANY store and all there is no (Cherry Coke, Vanilla Coke, New Coke, Coke Zero Sugar, Caffeine Free Coke, Cherry Vanilla Coke, or Orange Coke). Also I can't find any of the many diet Coke flavors anymore either! The only thing in the store is the plain "old" Coke and Diet Coke...that's it!!! I also only find regular Sprite.

What happened to all the other flavors???? This is 2020, we like variety! Why are all the other flavors not in stores anymore but listed as products online? Why are you only giving consumers the plain flavors and not the extra flavors or variants? This is a horrible way to do business by removing all the products and only offering 2-3 products instead. Now I have to buy Store Brand soda if I want variety, yes the store brands now actually offer more variety than a huge company like Coca-Cola, I'm very disappointed! Thanks for ignoring your consumers!

My entire life I preferred Coca-Cola over any other soda. Something happened to Coke this year and it does not taste the same at all. It seems like there's less sweet, less syrup, less flavor. It just tastes like carbonated water with half the stuff it used to have in it. Yuck! Bought a 12 pack in the store, opened and took a drink of the first coke then dumped it in the sink! Thought maybe either A. I have coronavirus and lost my sense of taste or B. It was canned without enough syrup. Just tasted like carbonation. Opened another, same thing. Had kids taste it to make sure I wasn't trippin. Kids said it tasted messed up. Opened 3rd one.. Same. Whole case is bad. What did coke do?!

I have purchased diet Coke since they came on the market and have loved them for all these years. What have you done to them that makes them taste so bad now and go flat? I would buy an average of 6 to 8 a week, and purchase 12 Pack cans for trips as we traveled. After the past two months of having to dump more than I have drank, I will no longer be buying diet Coke and will warn other friends and family about what is going on with it. I do not understand why coke thinks it is so good for them to change the recipe of a good thing to always make it worse, have they not learned their lesson from years in the past? No, you're not crazy. The new Coke (not to be confused with New Coke) is unpleasantly different. Flavorless, practically un-carbonated, slight moldy-mildewy flavor, and charging the same price for smaller containers. (Yay capitalism.) First liter bottle I purchased I threw out halfway through because I thought there was something wrong with it. Got a two liter, and to my horror, it tastes the exact same.

As someone who would indulge as an every-so-often treat, and opted for Cola over candy and sweets, the fact that now this iconic beverage is flat, ill-flavored and unsatisfying, and to see that this was an intentional move by the company seems tantamount to corporate suicide. Everyone in the household agrees Coke has suddenly become one of the worst tasting sodas on the market. You'd think they would have learned their lessons 30 years ago.

Yes. Coke is bad for you. Sugar is bad for you. So are cigarettes. I can still go to the store and get a 20 pack on almost guaranteed lung/mouth/throat cancer, why can't I get a 2 liter of (remotely possible) pancreatic cancer? Just put a warning label on the cans or something. Sheesh. Y'all thought sales were slumping before. Let's see how Q4 2019 looks after putting this swill on shelves. (Funny if Coke does what they did before and bring back the original formula after enough social outcry to reinvigorate sales.) Pepsi, if you're listening, please, don't follow Coca-Cola's lead. It's gross, and smacks of dishonesty.

I've been drinking and pouring out glass after glass of cold coke over ice. I first thought that perhaps it was me. Then I thought it was the ice. Now I think it is the coke. It has a peculiar taste and completely different feel. You know what I mean -- that grab you by the throat punch of a glass of ice cold Coke.

Before researching, I was going to return my Coke to the store thinking it was contaminated. Now I see they've changed the formula. Great -- no more Coke for me. I can't get it down. Yuck!! I dropped one can on the kitchen floor and it shot Diet Coke all over the place. This has happened several times in several different 12 packs not just one. Making the cans thinner these days??? Also, Diet Coke’s are going flat quicker than they used to, it’s ridiculous!! They used to stay carbonated 24 hours after I opened a can, now they go flat within a half an hour. Is it thinner cans and different recipe causing this. Seems someone at corporate is pinching too many pennies and it is resulting in a lesser product, and from the reviews I have seen on here it’s not just me. I have been a loyal Diet Coke drinker for more than 30 years. I’ve noticed over the past couple of years that more frequently there are “duds” in each case...cans that just taste off, flat, no real cola taste. I’ve also noticed that opened Diet Cokes seem to go flat much more quickly. I’ve been pouring out cans half full of flat Coke after only 20 minutes or so. If I have a Diet Coke during a 30-minute meal break, I’d like it to taste good to the end. It is my theory that the Coca-Cola Company has intentionally modified the Diet Coke formula so it goes flat more quickly, promoting people to toss it and get a fresh can, thereby increasing overall sales of Diet Cokes. That said, I’m afraid I may have to give Diet Pepsi a try and see if it fares better.

I bought a Coke at local gas station at about 7pm, it was evening and dark, got back in car with wife. I was thirsty so I open top. Note, I always listen for lock tabs if anything I open that I do not hear lock tabs I will throw away. The lock tabs broke and I took a big drink. Told wife, Angie, it didn't taste strong or funny so she took a sip and agreed, so I figured it was weak but ok. A minute later while getting on Interstate 55 I took another drink and something hit my lips from inside Coke, so I blowed what was in my mouth out the window, waiting to get home to see what was in Coke. Bright lights showed a white looking small square flat piece of something about 1/8 in square, and several floating brown/white almost round pieces of something. Holding up to light you can see different colors of stuff floating in bottle.

That's not all, there is also some small particles of hair chunks. Needless to say I was vomiting all night. My problem is I want to know what I have drinked that is in my body now. What kind of disease I might have in future. Zoom in on jpg the last three numbers are 490 and you can see hair ball where I got it to stick to inside plastic bottle. That's just nasty. You know what I think it is.

I purchase the 12 can package of 12 oz Coca-Cola at our local Kroger Supermarket for $4.99. In the last 6 months I have noticed that I get at least 1 damaged Coke can. This week I got 3 damage coke cans. That means out of 12 cans of coke I have to throw away 3, so I really only purchased 9 cans. This ridiculous. What can I do, and what does Coke plan to do about their packaging? This is very costly.

My ankles quit swelling completely, with my same activities. I can't say you didn't clearly have it on the label, but just want you to know this water can cause health problems. So I own a local business and about a year ago we decided to start carrying soft drinks. A Coca Cola representative came into our business and was offering fairly low pricing to get everything started so we decided to go with Coke. The first month or two, everything was fine. Then I noticed the orders would come days after they were supposed to. I really didn't think much of it, but as time goes on they now either don't come at all or they show up very late and missing a good bit of the products I ordered! I've call several times to complain and it's never helped.

A few times when I've called they have actually deactivated my account! I've decided I'm going to place a very very small order every month or two, just so that I can keep the free cooler. As for the rest of my products, I've been going to SAM's Club and getting a MUCH better price and not nearly as much hassle! I hope this review helps at least one person to avoid Coke or do what I'm doing, that way they're not completely messing with your business!

Please check your soda for a fizz that won't stop and smell the liquid. It will smell like burnt aluminum. For me I bought a half case from a store in Washington state in September 2014 and that night at home at room temperature I opened a can out of the half case of Coke Classic and only had one drink and the taste was bad. So I went to my sink and sat the can in it and it was boiling out of the can. So I contacted Coke and they told me I should be fine by morning. The can had pushed over half of the soda out of the top of the can and Coke called me and asked to get the can to have it inspected. So they came and got it from me and in a few days called me to let me know their machine that sprays the liner into the cans had plugged up and was sorry. And after that Coke started calling me every other day to see how I was doing. Hmm? Makes you think "am I going to be ok?"

So I went to my doctor and had blood work, but let's back up to the second day. My tummy was not feeling good and I had a burning in my mouth and throat and went to my doctor and did a lot of tests and got sent to a ear nose and throat specialist and said chemical burns in my mouth and infected all the way down and everyday got worse. All the meds they gave me did not touch the hell I was going through. So I thought of my dad and the battery in the truck to stop the acid he would use baking soda and water. So I took some and WOW in just a few minutes the burning was almost gone but the damage was already done. So every day I would use baking soda and water but my tummy was infected so antibiotics and one treatment would not treat it so I had to do it twice. And my sight has been giving me some trouble since this and I have a list of issues wrong.

And after 6 months Coke stopped calling me and turned my case over to their insurance company. And it's been a little over 2 years now and they have not paid one cent for any medical treatments. And since this has happened I've lost my home my animals because it took me to walking with a cane just to get up and move around. And my wife and kids and I all live with her parents to help us out. One thing that goes through my mind is what about someone's kids that drink one of these and no one knows what's wrong because they told me they shipped out a whole allotment stores in the whole northwest.

The month after this all happened I went back to the store and bought another half case of the Coke Classic and I guess they did not recall any of the cans because I opened a few of the cans and found 4 of them that was bad and it upset me. I'm leaving a picture of one of the cans down below. I cut the top to look inside the can and after looking you will think twice before drinking out of the can again. And if I get a request to show some of the things wrong with me I can post them for you to see. I can go on and on about all the things that has gone wrong with my body since this but only if someone really wants to hear the whole story. Thank you.

My family drinks Coke on a daily basis. I literally buy a case every day and have always loved the taste and the fact that it doesn't go flat as fast, BUT recently within the past few months I have noticed that a lot of the cases I am buying have a slightly different taste and go flat A LOT faster. I can get a can out and it goes flat within the hour and used to I could leave a can sitting all day and it would still have its usual fizz. Now I am wasting so much that I am having to throw a lot away 'cause once it's flat I cannot handle the taste. The taste itself even seems different. It doesn't have as much of the familiar aftertaste.

Another problem I have encountered is the cans easily busting. I can barely touch the side of the table and it busts. The cases are made even cheaper but I can deal with all that. It's just the old familiar taste and the durability of fizz that's the problem. I understand that costs are up, but they are up for the consumers also. I have single-handedly played a part in the profit. Seeing that I literally spend HUNDREDS of dollars a month on Coke, and I feel like I and others deserve to at least have the same product because the taste and the fizz is one of the only reasons I buy it instead of other sodas. I thought maybe it was the store I got em from but I have bought it from different places at different times and still the same.

Every once in a blue moon we'll find some older product that is still the same great soda we all love but it's getting farther and fewer between. I mean, HAVE you truly been changing the ingredients or adding more water or is there just a bad batch that just happens to be still circulating? I just don't want to spend hundreds of dollars on something when it isn't what I love anymore. I'm afraid that doing this will hurt sales and profit even further and lead to even more cost cutting and ingredient changing, and if it gets any worse I'm going to have to change to something else which I really don't want to do but if it's going to keep getting more and more. Like the others why wouldn't I just go and buy a cheap off-brand 'cause as of now they keep fizz just as long. I hate to complain but I don't want to lose my favorite drink to budget cuts and just thought I would say that I CAN tell the difference.

Either there's a lot of workers dropping crates upon crates and shaking it up, or a bad batch has been distributed, OR ingredients HAVE indeed changed. Either way I thought you'd like to know so that maybe you could either fix the problem or figure out another solution that doesn't require changing the taste and the fizz factor that Coke became famous for. Thanks and have a great day. Oh and I didn't realize I needed a receipt so I do not have one on me at this time but I buy in Delbarton, Varney, Williamson WV and in S Williamson KY stores if that helps any at all.

I grew up with Coke and I will grow old with it. My family is addicted to Coke, and we cannot go by a day without having a taste of it. It's not healthy, of course, but it's delicious, like most other harmful stuff you would want to stay away from. But it's the most refreshing drink after eating. There's a weird kind of satisfaction when upon drinking and it gets on your throat and there's that slight roughness of the liquid passing through. This kind of feeling is uniquely given by Coke, not by any other soda. I also prefer its slightly less sweeter taste than Pepsi. It also does not have that bubblegum taste like RC or Pop Cola here in the Philippines.

I really liked the taste of the Vanilla Coke back then. I haven't seen it in the shelves of shops for a while. I've been told there are still some on sale in membership shopping stores. I most certainly don't play this way, but for Vanilla Coke, along with the cheap cost of imported booze in said stores, I might have to avail myself of the 'advantage' (forced to shop here than anywhere else instead) card.

Curious as to what was new about this Coke Life, I grabbed a can and added it to my shopping cart. Coke Life was supposed to be a "healthier" version of the regular Coca-Cola having reduced calorie content since stevia was used to sweeten the drink.

I paired Coke Life with pizza afterward and it tasted great although not as fizzy as the regular Coke. I don't know about the reduced sugar 'cause it still tasted sweet. Then again, Stevia is a sweetener with no calories. I felt bad I didn't grab more can while I was at the store. Now my next aim is to hunt this product down in the various stores available in my city. I sure do hope I find one that offers it. Bummer.

I've always loved Coke, even as a little kid. There's no better feeling than eating a nice afternoon lunch at home with your favorite meal cooked by your mom and having it with an ice-cold glass of Coca-Cola. Before I became old enough to drink, Coke would always be my drink of choice whenever I'm eating out of the house. I could drink an entire liter of it in one sitting easily.

Lately I've been trying to lose weight and have been reading up on the sugar content of food and drinks. I was surprised to find out how much sugar is in a can of Coke, and I read many people's experiences on how much healthier they've become after they ditched the soft drink. I thought to myself, this can't possibly be true, right? I mean how can a drink that tastes so good be so bad for you? So I decided to go give it a go and give up Coke for 2 weeks to see if it will make a difference in my weight loss.

The result was staggering. Though there was an initial loss of energy the first few days I wasn't having my Coke fix, in time I started to feel more energetic. I realized that though Coke did give me a certain energy boost after I drank it, it made me more lethargic a few hours after, and without it I could maintain my level of energy for a longer period of time. I've also been able to lose weight faster by sticking to water with every meal I eat. Not having too much sugar in my body has made me feel livelier, improved my quality of life.

So now, I only drink Coke during special occasions, about twice a month at maximum. I probably will never be able to stop drinking it, but now I don't crave it as much as I used to. It's just too unhealthy. For all those trying to lose weight, read up on sugar content like I did, and you'll be surprised. I'll always love Coke, but my days of guzzling it down endlessly are over.

Big shopping areas don't have it either, although they do have the Cherry ones available. The only time I can to buy some Vanilla Coke would be when I get to go to Duty-free shops. I wish there is a way that it can tastes as good without being too much of a health hazard. However, I have observed that its tastes varies. It tastes better in a glass bottle container than in plastic, or in can. Coke makes each meal more exciting. But sadly, I really have to stop drinking coke, lol. And I would rather stay away from Coke Zero, I've heard it causes cancer.=( True or not, it also does not tastes that good.

Anyway, I would also like to comment on one thing. Way before, each Christmas, this iconic drink/company use to put up very festive Christmas decorations in their Coca Cola Plant here in my city. We would park nearby just to see their "Santa Claus with all his deer" display, sometimes decoration will be about the nativity (depends on the theme, it's different year to year) but sadly, right now all they put up are Christmas lights and nothing more. I wish they could do things the same way before, so my nephew and niece could enjoy the same Christmas tradition.

Considering drivers have 14 hours to work a day and he has 16 stop and 140+ cases to put on the shelf without them sending him help along with waiting an hour for managers to check him in because they believe their job is more important, it should be understandable that he gets in late but they blame. He's a southern man and work hard. I will make sure that the company is properly sued if they fire him for complaints that they haven't followed up on or found valid proof. And as he proudly look for another job, I will make sure of it to find a good lawyer to prevent my husband from becoming the escape goat to these incompetent people, especially their racist receptionist. So in closing I would like to inform everyone that the product sucks and Pepsi is better anyway. Thank you.

I started to work for coca cola in 1987 as a lab tech in quality assurance/production. For approximately the last 8 years I have complain of sewer/drain fumes in my work area that were making me sick. The company denied there were any problems and continually disciplined me for attendance because I would get sick from the smells. In the last 2 years the fumes have become a daily existence. In January 2014 upon returning from vacation, I became ill from fumes that were as worse as I had ever smelled them. I went home and coca cola disciplined me for leaving. I advised coca cola that I was going to file for workers' compensation for my illness. I was being disciplined for attendance while going through the process of opening the claim.

I was denied by the facility leaders for 3 months to even open the claim. Coca cola still denied there was a problem. At the same time in March 2014, in a monthly meeting, coca cola informed us that they needed our help in regaining product that we had lost the right to bottle due to excessive contamination. When pressed for answers coca cola explained that contaminants were coming from the drains. I felt vindicated and thought I would not have any more problems getting the claim allowed and having my attendance corrected. I was wrong however because on August 12, 2014, I was terminated for attendance even though I had a worker's comp claim going through the process and all of my attendance issues were related to the sewer problems. Coca cola has yet to resolve their sewer/drain problems, nor have they regained bottling rights for the lost product. I also feel these incidents will just be swept under a big old rug because of who is involved. What rights do I have as an unjustly terminated employee and as a consumer?

Luckily, I saw it before opening the bottle and drinking out of it. I find this absolutely disgusting and revolting. And the fact that it has happened in the past and not been dealt with properly is what disgusts me more. I realize you cannot prevent every wrong thing from happening in your company but when something as unsanitary as this happens more than once, I would say it's really time to get to the bottom of things. I was told that a "gummy substance" is not something that is usually found in your company... Yet people who work inside your company probably do chew gum... which is where this would have came from. All I can say is you have lost a once loyal customer Coca-Cola. Truly Disappointed.

I recently, for the second time, found a leaking can stored standing upright in a cabinet in our house. The leak damaged the cabinet. I wrote to the President of Coca-Cola Canada to ask for reimbursement of the cost to repair or replace the cabinet. The follow-up ended up in the hands of their insurer, Crawford & Company (Canada) Inc. who advised me in writing that "...there is no evidence of any negligence or wrong doing on the part of Coca Cola Refreshments Canada Company. Therefore on behalf of Coca Cola Refreshments Canada Company, we are denying any and all liability for this incident and we will be closing our file." I sent a photograph to the insurer of the damage caused.

In a telephone conversation with a representative of both Coca Cola and Crawford & Company, I pointed out to them that nowhere on the can is there a notice of the warranty period (I was told they only warrant them for one year) nor a "best before" date nor a notification to the effect that the contents should be consumed by a certain date. I would be interested in hearing from others who have had the same or similar experience.

They never checked the height to make sure it fits in a conventional cooler (the coolers that are sold in every store for picnics, boating, vacation). Every other bottling company has specific sizes that allow bottles to fit standing up. Coke just changed the bottle size and now it is a problem. They refuse to listen and this is a major design oversight on their design. I have 4 different coolers and the new bottles do not fit in any Coleman coolers.

Help stop corporate theft. Help. Why? Why? Why? Why is it legal for a major corporation to lie to an employee? I am an employee of Coca Cola Corp. I was recently deceived by their maintenance manager and their West Coast Division Human Resources manager. They were not happy with me and offered me a voluntary lay-off, which I felt was a good idea as I felt they were going to terminate me anyway no matter what I did. It turns out that had I volunteered for unemployment and filed, I would have been committing fraud, which is a felony. How can this be allowed? I complained to Coca Cola about this and have been given no response.

I was then terminated the very week I was supposed to be laid-off for failure to fill out a work order correctly. But their managers were not only backed by the company but rewarded for such criminal behavior. I do not at this time have e-mail but any help would be good. I would like to appeal to all the people who have lost unemployment and were accused of fraud to e-mail Coca Cola and complain why should only individuals like us suffer and they are untouchable. A can of Fresca exploded in the face of my 11-year old son when he picked it up. The aluminum walls of the can burst open like a flower, propelling the can from his hand toward his face. My son received a deep cut under his chin that needed stitches, and lost hearing for about a minute. I have the can and pictures of the can that shows that the main body burst open rather violently.

Because this can was stored in a garage refrigerator that was sporadically used, the contents in it had frozen, as it sometimes happens even when things are not in the freezer section. To my knowledge, a canned soda should be able to withstand freezing. Other Fresca cans around it were not frozen. I know of people that take frozen cans of soda to school so that it stays cold for longer. Nowhere on the can does it say that picking up a frozen can of soda (in this case, Fresca) may cause it to explode in your hand.

My son was obviously scared, both because he was profusely bleeding and also because he could not hear temporarily. Luckily, no cuts to the face occurred; however, it is likely that a sizeable scar (1 inch) may remain at the bottom of his chin. Local Coke rep called to apologize, offer Coke memorabilia, and send a box in which to send the can in question to them. I do not know whether to send the can in. I do not know if there should be a legal consequence, but it seems to me that someone should take this danger seriously.

I couldn't figure out why some unopened 20-oz plastic bottles of Coke occasionally leaked in the refrigerator. The bottles that leaked had been placed on their sides. I later learned in conversation with a Coke employee that bottle seals are often slightly broken in transit. This can occur when cases are placed on top of each other at the plant and in the trucks. Plant workers and truck drivers use a degree of force when they place cases atop each other. And I'm told that's all it takes to break the seals. On average, apparently, half a dozen bottles in each case of 24 will have broken seals by the time they are sold. And that's all it takes for the product to leak from a bottle that's placed on its side.

This is not unique to Coke, but to virtually all drinks bottled in plastic containers. A consumer can tell if a seal has been broken by feeling the bottle to see if it feels "solid" before it's opened. If the bottle is "soft" it's seal has been broken. Twist the top to tighten it, and it won't leak. My opinion is that bottlers should do a better job and the companies that make the containers should make a better product to prevent leakage.

These reactions are something that could be expected, and the company has lists of side effects and possible reactions for these medications. I did not think drinking a bottle of Dasani water would result in a similar reaction, but it did.

I would not have had any idea the reaction I was having was from the water, but my son happened to mention that he and his girlfriend did not like the metallic after-taste of the Dasani water. It was then I looked for the ingredients on the label, as I know that some companies add vitamins and minerals to their water. On the Dasani label, it lists magnesium sulfate as an added ingredient. I told my son that is what I was having a reaction to. I had taken some prescribed medication 15 to 20 minutes prior, and I thought I was having some kind of reaction to the medication. I started itching, and even my eyebrows were itching! I would never have thought it was from the water.

I have not drank any more of the Dasani, and I have taken the same medication with no reaction. I just wonder how many other people have drank this same water and had reactions but would never have thought it was from the water? I think Coca-Cola needs to put a warning on their label or remove the magnesium sulfate from the water.

I called the 800 number and voiced my complaint. They told me it would be given to someone local and I would be contacted in 7 to 10 days. I did not note the name of the person I talked to, but I was given a reference number. Our son received for Christmas a Coca-Cola EZ Freeze Mug. Being a Coca-Cola collector and drinker of only Coke, he was thrilled. Following the simple instructions, i.e., place upside down in freezer, he found that after only a few minutes, it had shattered and the cooling/freezing liquid had naturally run out, making it totally unusable. He was, of course, extremely disappointed. More so as it had been a "Kris Kringle" present (people give a present and it is in turn given to somebody not known to them). This meant he had no way of finding out where it was bought.

Contacting Coca- Cola Australia, we were told that the Australian Coca-Cola was only a bottling company and was independent to the parent company in America, that it had absolutely nothing to do with merchandise. They did also say that they had a lot of complaints about this particular product. The mug was presented in a large Red box with Coca- Cola brand written all over it and also had the insignia "Official Licensed Product Coca- Cola brand." The website written in large letters across the back being www.cocacola.com.

Amatil Australia suggested that I contact the distributors but I felt that as it had been bought in good faith as a Coca- Cola quality product, that the ball lay in their court, not the distributors. One does not contact the workman but the boss if there is a problem. On contacting Australian Consumer Affairs, they confirmed that I needed to contact the parent Company in America.

This is unfortunately when the heartache started. I contacted them on the 1st of January and received an ID thread thanking me for contacting them and letting them know about the faulty product! Nothing else was said. I waited for acknowledgement about the fact that we had a faulty mug and that they would replace or reimburse us or at least personally contact us to offer advice on how we could replace it. Nothing happened. I have contacted them further on the 9th January, 12th January, 18th January, 27th January, 16th February. All I have received is another thread number, nothing further.

It is now the 20th February and I still have not had a personal reply. Albeit the mug was worth only about $10, but it is the principle of dealing with the disappointment of a Christmas present and further disappointment when one cannot proceed further than what is probably an automated response. I would greatly appreciate you looking into this matter for me. Even though we live in Australia we, too, are consumers of one of your Icons synonomous with the United States. Even a contact email that actually makes contact would be appreciated.

As it stands, I am appalled at the arrogance of Coca- Cola in dealing with its customers. Small though we are, we are the foundation of its product. It has cost many hours at the computer trying to find an answer so far to no avail. I do have a copy of all correspondence sent if needed. I look forward to hearing from you.
