    FDX gets it right! What a great day when you get excellent and I do mean world class customer service. Not only because I got what I needed. Because the professional and fast way Pauline ** in Medley Florida took care of my customer and I. This type of customer service is what I strive to teach and provide in my organization daily. I wish FDX and their competition had more people great as Pauline **, you're truly an asset to FDX. My order is part of an international order with extreme high importance.     FedEx is the only shipping company I use. I have sent and received packages from numerous shipper and have very rarely had any issues with FedEx. When receiving over the border shipment, the duties are already paid because it is always bundled in with the shipment, the packages quite often show up earlier than promised and the cost is a very small amount more than others but well worth it since it’s almost hassle free.

      My new Fedex Driver Marquise ** in Waycross Georgia is really great! I am Elderly and he is always respectful and courteous in every single interaction I have had with FedEx in the past 2 weeks… at a time when packages are delayed and frustrations are high, he remains solidly customer oriented and without a doubt the best and exceptional local delivery driver FedEx has!!!

      I am a resident of Newnan Georgia-Summerlin Community, and I wanted to express my gratitude and great appreciation for your delivery employee Briahanna **. This is my third delivery, that I am aware of, from Briahanna and I can say that her service is far greater than exemplary. Today, after my delivery was not completed by another deliverer, Briahanna went out of her way to retrieve my package and personally brought it to me after I had been waiting months for this special arrival. Briahanna is an excellent communicator, a professional and delivers with compassion and respect for consumers. I am truly grateful for her dedication to her work and integrity. Again, thank you Briahanna for being an excellent example of work ethic and I want FedEx to know that they’ve made a wise choice and that you are a pillar of what ‘community’ means.

      I just had a recliner delivered from Amazon through Fed Ex and Milaki in Chesapeake, VA was SUPER! Milaki had set the recliner by our garage as the delivery instructed and when I came out the front door he brought it up for me. It's a heavy box and I was so thankful for the extra care he gave---and the fact that he could muscle it in. Too heavy for me!

      This company is a joke! After being informed my package had been delivered, I phoned to report it was NOT delivered. Customer service is only a recording saying there is no information. What crap! I will NEVER use FEDEX again!

      My package (an expensive painting) was scheduled to arrive 6/12. Two days later and after sitting in my home for many hours it is still not here. The customer service phone number is a joke. A complete waste of time. Use FedEx at your peril. And don’t even attempt to contact customer service. It is a complete waste of time

      FedEx is delivering a Sony TV to my on 6/12/25 for my Birthday on 6/15. I took day off to receive TV and do required signature. Driver knocked and when my arthritic legs got me to door he was gone. He did not stay long enough to leave delivery sticker. Now TV was to come on Friday 6/15/25. I had to take a day of vacation leave to sit at home all day and wait for Fed Ex. Delivery system showed package on truck "for delivery today". No one came. Late afternoon I call customer service and barcode was damaged so my package was sent back to Norcross. I was told it would be delivered MONDAY.

      I am off again on Sunday and work Monday. I asked for a manager and in 15 minutes got Ryden. Customer Service is not his calling! He could arrange for me to drive to Norcross tonight to get TV. Are you kidding. I would not drive to the nearest Publix to get it! He would do nothing to get the delivery to me when I was off work even though they run weekend deliveries!!! I was absolutely blown away by the lack of empathy after they had screwed up for two days they think the customer needs to adapt to their rigid regulations. I want nothing to do with Fed Ex in the future!!!

      One of the worst customer service experiences!! FedEx rep promised that a package would be reattempted today (because their delivery person did not bother to ring the doorbell). I called to follow up and was told that it would be re-delivered. When I received an email that said it would not be delivered until Monday. The individual reps I spoke with were obviously not in the U.S. and none of them seemed to know what they were doing.

      Daughter had to packages being shipped to my place as they are rural and I’m in the city. She was told they would arrive June 11. Because I was out they left a slip saying I missed them and I could pick it up after 6 pm that evening. I called the customer support line and was told not to worry that they would try another two times. I mentioned that the slip did not say that assured me they would.

      Next day June 12 nothing arrived so around 4pm. I called the customer support and they said they would expedite the package so it would be delivered that evening between 5-8 pm and they would text me when it was on its way. I was confused because tracking said they had tried two times that day and I was home for most of it. Customer service said it was still in the warehouse. My daughter gets an email an hour later saying it will be delivers the next day in the morning.

      So June 13 I speak to the driver and he only has the one package, and he said no one in my area works until 8 pm and the other package must be in the warehouse. My daughter calls FedEx and they said I could pick it up with proper ID. Waiting for three days for a package that I was told by their employees would arrive that never even made it out of the warehouse. It took me 30 minutes total to grab it from the warehouse.
