Enrolling with National Debt Relief was really simple and easy. I was really impressed with the first person that I contacted and I knew right away, “Okay. This is who I wanna go with. I'm really impressed with these guys.” The program made life a lot easier for me because it combined all of my debts. The only thing I had to pay was the one payment a month. So, it was really a lot more easier for me in life with my finances and this was all of my debts. I had over $21,000 worth in debt. I was really happy.

The rep I worked with had a great attitude. He's very professional and really true. I was really impressed with him. He told me about how to go about contacting all the people that I was in debt with and who I owed and let them know that I was turning everything over to them. When I gave him my Social Security number, he was able to pull up everybody that I owed. Then he pulled up how much debt that I owed. He told me that if I wanted to get started with it, he could set up a payment plan. The payment plan was really amazing because I split it up until two payments a month, which is a lot easier for me. I said, “Okay. I'm gonna set it up for the 15th and the 30th of every month.” Whatever arrangements that I wanted to make that would be best for me was fine with them.

As far as my progress through the program, I had online access. They sent me the link and told me how to go about checking everything and seeing my progress and putting everything up. What I really enjoyed is when they were able to make an agreement with one of the people that I owed, they would send it to me, then I had to look it over, and they ask what I think about it. If I agree with it, I had to click on the agree button, and I was on the road paying that off.

I was in this program for about four years. In four years, I had them debit money from my account on the 15 of the month and the 30th of the month. What I liked about it is that if something came up and if I wasn't able to make that payment, I would just let them know five days ahead of time, and they would reschedule that payment for me. I had to do that about four times. Then I let them know how we catch it up the next month. It was really amazing. They would really work with you. Overall, it was an excellent program. The most rewarding thing was that I did get all of the debt paid off. They gave me a deadline as to when all of it would be paid off if I followed through with all my payments on time and in four years, I had it all paid off. I was very satisfied with them.

Jay, the rep, was very helpful and knowledgeable. He said we could do the sign-up process on the computer and he would help me. I told him the computer hates me and we might have a problem. He said it would be easy. So, I sat down at my computer and did exactly what he said. He walked me through it. I had to go through some papers and I told him it might take me a few minutes. So, we hung up and then I called him back, and we picked up where we left off. Once I signed everything and agreed to everything, my payments were taken out of my account every month. They took all the information for who I owed and told me what my payment would be a month and how they would do it. All I had to do was give NDR the address or phone number and they would handle everything from then. I didn't have to talk to anybody other than them.

Before I called National Dent Relief, I was paying almost $1,000 a month and not getting anywhere because the interest on the credit card eats you up. Jay said he talked to somebody and they said they could get it down to a different total. I paid $506 a month. If I had any questions or if NDR had made a deal with whoever I owed, they would call and tell me what it was. And if I would accept it or not. You'd be stupid not to accept it. But if I had a question, all I had to do was call. I talked to different representatives on the phone when I would call and they were always very nice and never made you feel like you were an idiot. If they didn't know the answer, they told me they were not sure and would call somebody and call me back. And it may be an hour. They always called me back and found out what I needed to know.

The program has done wonders for me. I'm completely out of debt. I have no credit cards and I have no intention of ever getting one. My husband died. He was very good with money and I was not, and I had to learn the hard way. It got me in trouble because I was using credit.

People would be silly for not calling and talking to NDR and see what they could do for them. It took me three and a half years to get completely out of debt. Had I not done that, I'd still be in debt. If you add up all the interest you're paying on your credit cards, even if you've got two credit cards, it can't match the percentage that NDR gives you to pay everything off.

Sure we all have seen their commercial, and wondered if it's all "for real," or just another great marketing campaign, right?! Well, ours is a totally different but very real and authentic story. Briefly, last year there had been a series of HACKING incidents, 3 in all! And, by the time the fat Lady had stopped singing we were devastated!!! Of course, you try your best to get it, all of the incidents fully documented and reported to the authorities; and, even take drastic measures to being strictly secured, and very security conscious, going forward with the new Bank account issuance, etc. I began taking out small "PayDay" type loans, just to be able to stay afloat. But, like everything else in real life; we often don't get it, and thus have to go through a few bad experiences before we finally realize, and have a serious pep talk with ourselves, and say: "Hey, wait a minute! This (or that) doesn't seem right?!.... Or, even makes any sense!!!"

I found out that these were all "predatorial" loans, and that that's the reason that their interests are through the ROOF!!! The HACKS occurred around April to May, the first-time; the second at about mid July (the week after the July 4th weekend, when my cellphone was stolen); then, the third and last one about August 18-20. And, as you can imagine it!!! It was not a Circus, BUT rather CHAOS ON STEROIDS BIG TIME!!!! Then, around the end of December, that's when our prayers were answered. Hence, I'd been focused on trying to get a real loan from a reputable entity that would allow us the chance to knock off all of the predatorial loans, as well as some credit cards, and then just have one payment that we could just concentrate on. Right?! Sounds, pretty logical.

However, as I'd been doing this, I came to discover and learned that our credit scores, and "worthiness" was severely affected. And, thus fat chance of being able to get a loan like I'd been wishing, and working on getting. Long story short, it was during a telephone call with Justin, of Turbo Debt, that I came to learn about this thing called: Credit and Debt Relief. As he'd gone through the whole process of carefully, and may I add, extremely detailed run down, and asking me throughout the call, if I had any questions or concerns??? Then, he'd mentioned NDR, and explained that they will be able to fully and completely help us. As I'd said just a few seconds ago, that had been in December towards the end of the year.

Now fast forwarding to the present day, we're very happy and contented clients of NDR (4: National Debt Relief) now since mid January of this year, when I took Justin's common sense, and great advice, and took the decisive course of action, and signed up with NDR. It's not just a RELIEF knowing that you've got an entire Team and Staff of Professionals that are passionate about helping people like us, get out of that pesky sinkhole that we often just find ourselves in.

They're truly the BESTEST in the Biz, and that whole Debt Relief Industry!!! They set you up with (and, even give you the Tools, i.e., Budgets, etc., that you need to getting yourselves out of that whole debt quagmire!!!

They give you the arsenal of other vitally important things like your very own Biz or personal banking account with BEITER, so that your payments get credited for you, and this is where they get the idea that you're indeed SERIOUS about this venture that you've just embarked on...... Hence, that's WHEN they begin to flex their very adept and very IMPRESSIVE FINANCIAL "MUSCLES," and now can start NEGOTIATING with your Creditors on your behalf, with nothing else BUT THIS: .... THE ULTIMATE AND BEST POSSIBLE OUTCOME FOR THE CLIENT(S)!!!! So, this is the WHY I'd stated on the Subject's TAG LINE, that I NOT ONLY THINK IT, but believe it, that absolutely REFERRRING an excellent firm of efficacious professionals to your Friends, Family, etc., is ..... In my opinion the noblest and authentically BEST GESTURE AND THING that you can DO for them.

Especially, if you're not 100% certain, BUT HAVE A GREAT "HUNCH AND FEELING" IN YOUR GUT that just maybe they're in some financial crisis, and those poor precious folks just cannot figure out HOW they can get themselves out of it. And, still be able to recover, and gain CONTROL of their lives, by prudently learning from these awful mistakes, and learning HOW they don't have to be SLAVES to their Creditors. I am, and we, are very very grateful that we have the careful and very adept Customer Care Team of NDR working side by side with us, every step of this journey. Luis

I have been eagerly waiting for this opportunity to leave my review. Chase ** was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was patient, considerate, compassionate, understanding, empathetic, resourceful, and encouraging. On our first call, I was very cautious, concerned and quite stubborn. He desperately wanted to help me, but I would not give him the necessary information that he needed to do a “soft pull” of my credit information. He offered my generic information with several different possibilities and what they might look like. Debt Relief, Debt Consolidation and DYI. After 1 ½ hrs. on the phone answering tons of my questions, I asked him to give me 24 hrs. to mull it over.

We scheduled an appointment for the next day. I spent that 24 hrs. researching. So, I tried the DYI method first, I called my creditors to ask for help, asked them to lower my interest – lower my payments - anything for 6 months (all requests were denied). Then I called another company, one of NDR’s competitors. They told me to research each company for legal issues, BBB ratings etc. Funny thing, that other company had several recent lawsuits where NDR had none. So, after I spent my day researching, I eagerly waited for the call from Chase. He called as promised and he was ready for me this time. He said, “bring it on – I’m ready for you, Ms. Chris”.

We spoke for 3 more hrs., and he answered a ton more questions that I had. We shared a few personal stories with each other. Getting to know one another other. By the way – the more you talk about why you are struggling financially (knee surgery, wrecking car when hitting a deer, moving, and starting over alone etc.) the more they can help. Chase listened – he really listened. He even teared up when I explained my abusive past and why I am so stubborn and focused on doing things on my own without help from others. Once I decided to go with the program, I couldn’t get him to start the process fast enough. I was ready. He walked me through every step while assuring and encouraging me along the way. At the end of the call, I knew I was in GREAT hands. The weight lifted off my shoulders. I could finally sleep, and I did. I can’t wait to reach out to him one day and say “Chase, I did it. Thanks to you I am debt free!”

        What is National Debt Relief?

National Debt Relief is one of the largest debt settlement companies in the United States. It provides consumers freedom from financial debt by offering debt reduction services, as well as financial consultations. National Debt Relief negotiates with major credit card issuers and banks to reduce debts for clients with credit card debt, medical bills, business debts, personal loans and more.

It has successfully negotiated debt settlements for thousands of collection amounts. National Debt Relief has helped over 500,000 clients resolve over $10 billion in debt, and most cases settle within 24 to 48 months.

How does National Debt Relief work?

National Debt Relief works with your creditors to try and agree on a settlement for your debts with lower payments. It is unable to guarantee identical or similar results for every client. Also, they cannot guarantee creditors will agree to a settlement.

You can call or fill out a short online questionnaire to get started with National Debt Relief.

How much does National Debt Relief cost?

National Debt Relief does not have any upfront fees or cost to sign up. Additionally, initial debt consultations are free. Once debts are settled, you can expect to pay 15% to 25% of your enrolled debt as part of a monthly payment. You don’t pay until you get your debt settled, and if National Debt Relief can’t settle your accounts, you don’t pay.

Do I qualify for National Debt Relief?

To qualify for National Debt relief, you must:

        • Be able to make a monthly payment into a settlement fund
        • Owe more than $7,500 in unsecured debt
        • Be several months behind on payments
        • Be going through a financial crisis with no quick end in sight (such as recent job loss, reduction in hours, separation or divorce, death of a spouse, unexpected hospital or medical bills, student loans, IRS takes, etc.)

National Debt Relief provides a variety of debt and financial services, including:

        • Debt settlement assistance: This remains one of the best options to get rid of debt. • Free budget planner worksheets: To get on top of debt, you must have a handle on all of your income and expenses. National Debt Relief makes this step a lot easier by providing a free budget planner worksheet. You can easily download this worksheet and plug in all avenues of income as well as areas of expense.
        • Free debt calculator: One of the best ways to overcome debt is to develop a plan of action. Utilizing a debt calculator will help you do exactly that.
        • Consultations (including a free initial consultation): The debt coaches at National Debt Relief understand finances, debt and accounting. They can offer counseling and guidance, as well as help with your budget plan.

How will National Debt Relief affect my credit score?

If you miss payments to creditors as part of a debt settlement program, it can have a negative impact on your credit score. However, settling your debt is often a better option than filing for bankruptcy. National Debt Relief does not provide credit repair services, credit counseling or offer advice on ways to improve your credit score; these are separately regulated services.
