What a horrible company! I wish I hadn’t wasted my money. I tried to contact customer service by using the links in the CM app. Well the phone number says “no longer in service”. The chatbot says they’ll get someone to help you, and that’s the last comment you get. And the “message” link won’t allow your message to go through. I can’t believe I wasted my money, and can’t even reach anyone in customer service!

I've heard on and off about Christian Mingle for years and I had thought to myself to check it out but I never took the chance cause I thought, "I'm on FB dating and OKCupid. I have very bad luck with my dating life and I want to find someone. But I also won't settle for just ANYONE. I need to make a connection with that person. They want nearly $25-50 a month to message people. Yeah no... Absolutely not! Anyone who pays them that amount of money deserves to be taken advantage of. I was thinking, "There's no way that a Christian site would charge me for basic features..." Nope I was wrong. This is why I wish I could make my own.

This is by far the worst dating app I've ever used! Expensive ($50 monthly) First, all the potential matches hadn't been on in weeks even months! They lived in other states or respondents sent smiles no messages. I received 3 messages in a month all from 70 yr Olds in other states! I'm in my 50's. My cap was 63. Don't use this. Something is wrong with it. I believe it's a broken app used to scam money!

I wish I would’ve read the reviews before joining Christian Mingle. I have tried many other sites in the past, this is the Worst! The Christian is only for marketing I can assure you of that. Many imposters on here. Even free POF has a selfie authentication, and it’s free to join. Not to mention the customer service number does not work or their ask a question. They ask for your number to never answer back again. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME, DONT JOIN!

I question the ethics of the Christian Mingle site--which claims to operate by Christian principles--based on the following experience: A woman contacted me whose profile said she was age 48 (I'm 67). Her photos looked like she could have been 48, so I took the age at face value. After a few rounds of messages I told her that I preferred to focus on women my own age, upon which she told me she actually was 68 and had adjusted her age for search purposes. I know people do that, but once you are talking to someone they have a right to know your true age. I reported her to Christian Mingle and was told that they were leaving her (false) profile up because she had not violated any of their policies. I guess keeping a paying member is more important to Christian Mingle than removing someone who lying in their profile.

9 out of 10 people I contacted were just fishing. The one who is not, I am just beginning conversation with. We will see. There is an online view in the app. There are people in this view who haven't logged on for weeks according to their profile. When it originally came out this was a decent site. Now it is a waste of time. Too much garbage to sort through.

I have tried several dating websites, and this is one of the worst ones I have tried. The website is slow and clunky. It is difficult to navigate, when you try to reply to matches it is so slow and cannot keep up in real time, and you have to randomly go to another tab instead of clocking on the person's photo of who liked you. The worst part is the subscription and customer service. I've tried numerous times to get them to help me in cancelling the subscription and deleting. I've cancelled it, and yet, the website still won't let me delete because it thinks I have an "active renewing subscription". This website is scary honestly and a bit scammy. We should never not have an option to delete a profile from a website like this. It is clear that their technology is lacking and this is a poor attempt at "Christian dating website".

The platform that they use is horrible. Every time I go to scroll down while the phone is in my normal vertical position it opens whatever profile I’m trying to scroll past. I had to turn my phone horizontal to start the scrolling. Super expensive I think for the trouble. And I just went to look at my pictures I uploaded under the edit button. And when I started to scroll down poof the pics deleted. Definitely not a good site to navigate without frustration. Last thing is under the mailbox icon you can archive likes/correspondences when I want to delete a like I sent days ago with no reply. Try Match or Tinder instead. Better to weed out non-Christians on their site. Plus not a huge local base of Christians and to top it off I had a male show up in my preferences!

Canceled my subscription within a week, and they keep sending me these pictures of these men that aren’t real. Very few people knew the basics of the Bible.

Also got scammed by Sumone from Christian Mingle. As a devout Christian I was hoping this site would allow me to link up with a solid Christian women, but after a three month subscription I cancelled. I had to involve apex chargeback to track and recover my valuables from the scammer. GIad the fraudster was caught.

Danger, not recommended. Not safe site, fake profiles. First month of use received email that contact from another person was removed due to warnings about them. Their authentication system blocked me out many times and I could not access the website. When I asked them to correct it they would not. They just told me to reset my password which worked for one time and then their authentication system block me out again repeatedly after I used it and it wouldn’t let me in still. I asked for a refund and they refused. Asked for refund due to unsafe experience and was refused by company. Others looked fake and not removed. Legit contacts were not revealing accurate career. Tons of misrepresentation not befitting Christian morals.
