I noticed 2-3 acnes on my face and then decided to purchase Neutrogena Acne face wash. Worst decision! I woke with itchy skin, hot as hell, rigorous inflammation, redness and swollen eyes like bee stings. It burned so much that any kind of moisturizer couldn't help me. My eyes were watery due to the heat radiated from my face. It is a horrible nightmare. DON'T USE NEUTROGENA PRODUCTS no matter what!! They claim to the best skincare but ideally they should be banned from the cosmetic market. My skin was beautiful and healthy and this product messed it all up. I have an appointment with my doctor to help me ease this pain and suffering. I had never been through this before. I hate this product and all of the Neutrogena's products so much. I hope someone from the organization reads this and apologize, as this madness is unexpectable

I don’t have sensitive skin. Never have but right after using this product I felt incredible burning on my face especially under my eyes. About 3 hours later my eyes swelled and turned red in color. I have to go to a doctor today just to make sure I’m not going blind because of how bad this affected my eyes. I literally can barely see and my eyes are so uncomfortable, DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT. I have literally washed my face with hand soap and had better results. This product is not worth it.

I’ve used both products, the facial cleanser and the makeup remover wipes (regular and lavender calming). I experienced the same issue with both…itching, burning, swollen eyes, followed by days of dry skin around my eyes, eyelids, nose, mouth, and chin. The itching and burning lasted for a couple of days. Cold water and ** were the only things that helped. Only after seeing my dermatologist, did I figure out that the culprit of my issues was the Neutrogena products I had been using. I highly recommend taking precautions if you decide to use these products. I am not prone to sensitivities with my skin. I do not have dry skin. My skin is normal and I’ve always had compliments about how it glows. I wanted these products to work for me. I have since gone back to my trusted Clinique products. I am very disappointed and concerned that these products have caused these issues with so many others.

I was experiencing mild acne so I bought this facial scrub thinking it would help. The next morning I woke up with swollen eyes and my skin was burning like I just had a chemical peel (burning, itchy and tight). I understand now from my research that many others have experienced this exact same thing with this product. Be wary.

I purchase the orange - regular Neutrogena. Wash my face - I did not put on any make up. Next morning my face was burning and itching so bad. I took a **.. I slept the entire day… Next morning I had small bumps covering my face - and neck.. It was soooo itchy. I didn’t understand want was going on. This lasted for 1 week. I just keep wasting my face with cold water… and it started to feel rough… in the mist of all this. I decided to look up the reviews. And I was shock that other people experience the same thing. I would never buy any Neutrogena products.… Not sure what’s in it but. It will mess up your skin. Do not use.

I bought the clear pore and only used it once, it burnt my skin so bad I had to go to the ER. I took Benadryl to stop the allergic reaction and called poison control. I was told that a lot of people complain about Neutrogena's products burning their skin and causing a severe rash with swelling. So scary this could even be on the market.

I purchased these wipes from Costco. I used these wipes one night and woke up to my whole face itchy, dry and I had cuts all near my eyelids. I didn't know what caused this but I didn't think it was the wipes. I thought maybe it was something in my skincare routine. I let my face heal and wore make up but was removing it with water and soap for the next few days. Everything seemed normal. Convinced that it was a one time thing, I used the wipes again and I woke up with swollen eyes. They were so red and they were itchy. I then realized this happened both times I used the wipes.

I bought this to try out a new face wash and it was a terrible decision. It caused horrible hives all over my face, redness, flakiness, and everything hurt. I didn’t use any other products so I know it was directly from this specific one.

Initially, I believed this Neutrogena Rapid Tone Repair Correcting Cream to be gentle and effective. However, after a week or so of using this daily, I started to feel a burning sensation on my eyelids and on my neck. The skin above my eyes reddened, darkened, and started to peel. Shortly after my eye reaction, I had a chemical burn spread on my neck. Anything I apply to these burned areas causes them to burn even more. I'm on day #4 of my chemical burns - they are not disappearing and they cause me discomfort all day. Stay away from this dangerous, chemical-laced correcting cream!

I have used other Neutrogena products before and don't consider my skin overly sensitive. I used this product ONCE in hopes of adding hydration to my skin. The next morning, instead, all the moisture was gone from my face! I was dry and rashy and my eyes were so puffy. My own father didn't even recognize me. The next day I was even worse! I ran to urgent care and had to get a steroid prescribed. It took the week to get my face back to normal. I had to miss work for a day to get control over my face and ice it all day. My skin was raw and hot and painful even besides the swelling. It was such a scary nightmare. And only one use! Do not use this product!
