I also no longer live near a Micro Center to go and collect the parts I want in person. I decided to go with CyberPower and they did not disappoint. I am very happy with my PC. This is a review for my second purchase from CyberpowerPC, I am writing this after a year of use of my latest PC I ordered from them. Throughout the year of use the PC I had ordered has ran absolutely silent with great performance and literally zero issues. The PC arrived within their projected timeframes and unharmed from the shipment process. I expect this PC to last me for a good long while. My first purchase with CyberpowerPC was back in 2015 and it had lasted me up until last year when I replaced it with my second purchase. While that PC is retired it is still a solid build that I plan on giving to a family member that should serve them a long time. I will definitely come to this company again when I plan on my next PC build in the future.

This is the first PC I have ever owned and it is doing everything I needed to and more. It runs my games perfectly and I have had zero issues so far. Highly recommend getting this one as it is very high on performance for price. Also, the RGB and overall case design is sleek and beautiful - pairs very well with my monitors and desktop setup. I've bought a few PCs from them over the years. I recently spec'ed a new one and shopped around for best prices. CPPC was the cheapest option by a couple of hundred dollars and it had some upgrades from my minimum spec. They also use name brand components so you can check reviews of each. Still a big fan!

The ET99179 laptop came quick and was easy to setup. Very nice styling and a quality build. I got it as a Black Friday deal before they sold out on the main website and am very glad I did. The last laptop I bought from them was a cyber weekend deal as well and is still working great, just decided it was time for an upgrade.

Came exactly when it said it would. Super easy to set up and looks so cool. I love that it came with a mouse and keyboard as well as a basically plug and play computer set up I was able to use almost immediately out of box.

Overall satisfied with experience. However, there were a number of issues with the items I received including the keyboard having the bottom row of letters in the improper place and missing an N as well as dents in the chassis in a number of places. It was upsetting considering I paid extra to make sure it was protected and disappointed with the misplaced keys on the keyboard. But it does work so I can't be too disappointed and it runs and looks fantastic.

This is the 2nd prebuild PC I've bought from CyberPower. Been happy with both of them so far. They have the most competitive prices on the market and this is the best Thanksgiving gaming pc deal I've found among all websites.

The PC came in good condition and with a sturdy box and was easy to set up and ran smooth until three months then randomly shut down and kept power cycling. I sent it back to CyberPower and got everything fixed under warranty and it has been running smooth ever since. Plus being a first timer with PCs the website when choosing parts was really helpful and the Black Friday deals were great!

I recently ordered a new PC, and I love it! I'm just a tad unhappy that I wasn't informed about the ports due to my monitors having DVI cables, and the PC only has HDMI. Other then that I'm happy about using it.

The PC I purchased came in good condition and everything was in working order upon arrival. A few minor cables are missing (the LED switch connector most notably) but I'm not super concerned about the fan LEDs. I also ordered a monitor which was in perfect condition and works great. I ordered during a Black Friday sale, so I got a few free/very cheap add-ons (extra keyboard, mousepad, etc.) that are very handy to have. Very happy with my purchase!

When I ordered they had a deal running with a keyboard & mouse duo deal thing, so I got another 60% keyboard & a mouse and they both also feel high quality. I won't be using them because I am actually going to give them away to friends for Christmas.

I'm liking how fast this computer is and how fast the download speeds are. I'm just setting up the Gamer Extreme PC from Cyber Power PC now. Hopefully soon I'll be streaming away on Kick and Rumble. I've always wanted a Gaming PC when I was younger.

Purchased a new top-end computer from these guys. Delivery took a bit due to a backorder on the video card (not really their fault), but the computer was everything I hoped for. This is my first gaming PC and it has exceeded all of my expectations! The pc showed up on time, well packaged, and fired right up! I had zero problems with set up, and the RGB looks great with so many different options. Not to mention the Cyberpowerpc 60% keyboard I included with the purchase is TOP notch quality. Received order ahead of schedule only issue I have with the company is that I feel they could improve on customer service, The PC I ordered and customized came in with a defective graphics card which I had to do all the trouble shooting to determine the problem after talking with their support department which was super friendly, they issued a RMA and instructed me to remove graphics card and send into their plant in CA. I was told it would take 7 to 10 business days before I received the replacement card. After spending $4000 on their system they would overnight the replacement since it came in defective. If they would have tested system before shipping I would not be having this issue. I feel like that since they already have my money for the purchase they do not have a sense of urgency on replacing their defective card.

I am happy about my overall experience with buying the CyberPower prebuild system. Excellent options and decent pricing: I have long for an AMD HD gaming PC build. I was looking for a Pre-BF or BF deal for a 7800X3D/RX 7900 XTX for a while. I have compared no less than 7 vendors, but I just couldn’t find a standard offered prebuild with my ideal spec. There were some options for customized builds and CyberPower has been one of them. It had the most outstanding component options and pricing, so I decided to try my first purchase from them.

So far, so good, this PC is very fast and extremely quiet. The RBG lighting is definitely worth the extra cost. I will absolutely buy another computer from CyberPowerPC. Their customization options are amazing!

Still running strong after two years. The system is quite stable provided that you maintain software updates. My only gripe is that CyberPowerPC doesn't really have a convenient way to keep the motherboard chipset and bios firmware up to date.

Love the keyboard. Typing is really easy with this one. Going between windows is smooth and the picture quality is really good. Son is so jealous. I told him if he is good, then maybe on his birthday I will get him one too. Definitely will be buying another one.

I ordered two computers, a couple keyboards, headphones, a monitor and I honestly cannot tell you what else. We ordered a lot of stuff. It took some time in the shipping process because they said the tower we ordered was backordered from the manufacturer and it took a couple extra weeks to get them here. I am still waiting on my sound bar after a month. I opened mine first. It looked good, the extra foam packaging was there inside the tower. The box did not look too bad from shipping. The monitor came in its actual box so the delivery persons knew what it was. After opening the box and getting it up and running, I can say I am impressed with the overall look of the computer. The customer service is nice and respond quickly with pre-written answers. That makes me think they get the same questions a lot. I would recommend this company to anyone that wants a nice computer.

This is my 2nd complete PC build from Cyberpower, my 1st build was back in early 2017 when I had no idea what I was doing, I still don't, really, but Cyberpower does most of the legwork for you. They make sure parts you are compatible with the tower you're building, honestly that peace of mind is worth it alone. My tower was delivered today and I just finished setting it up and leaving this review with it right now. You honestly can't go wrong with them, the amount of options and customer service, and just plain professionalism is unmatched when it comes to this stuff.

The CyberpowerPC I purchased was available immediately and within just an hour or so I was gaming and streaming. It was setup so that people new to PC have a wonderful and smoother time adjusting. 10/10 would recommend this to anyone still gaming on consoles.

I've never gotten a laptop of this caliber before and I'm not very savvy when it comes to using computers or laptops but I instantly fell in love with the chic design and slender feel of this laptop. It's very fast and responsive and there's almost nothing I can't play or run with its specs. I originally got this laptop for college as it was the cheapest one available that could run all of my school applications. A friend recommended this one in specific due to its processing power and generally good graphics card. Although I never imaged it to be so powerful and fast for such a low price.

Hi so I have had this CyberPowerPC for a while and it hasn't had a single issue. My pc can run games like Ark Rust Raft GMOD all with good fps. It is very easy to set up and looks very nice in the dark.

I've purchased three computers from CyberPower PC now. The personalized configuration system on their website is easy to use. The staff are readily available to assist you in both your configuration/component choices but once your build is complete. Top quality all-the-way around.

I just got this computer today. I like it so far, the PC has seven fans but they are not too loud. the keyboard and mouse that came with the computer are very nice. It is very fast and will run any game very well.

I purchased a gaming laptop on sale. 4070 graphics card runs what I need it to run. The fan that kicks on as soon as any program starts is loud. If the fan was not so loud, I wouldn't have any complaints.

Computer arrived quickly (approx 2 weeks), and was packaged securely. I will note I ordered the professional wiring and packaging, and it was very worth it. As somebody moving from a laptop back to a desktop after a decade, CyberPower was super convenient for me. I am highly satisfied so far with their service!

Ordered one of their daily deal PC builds for a good price. They give updates for each stage of the building/shipping the computer, and their estimated date of arrival was accurate. The computer was also shipped securely and had no issues on arrival.

Cyberpower has a very good variety of PCs. I own quite a few and they all perform excellently. Very silent and gives a smooth feel while playing games. It's really nice too that I have bought an amazing PC and it helps me out after a day at school, to take time to relax, and play on this wonderful PC.

The PC arrived well packed and safely in two days. Out of the box, set up was simple and well described by quick start guides. Featuring liquid cooling, two 240mm fans in front of the Mid size ATX tower and a rear fan mounted to expel any rising heat - the unit is almost completely silent. I removed the right side panel and cable management was well handled for build this size. My initial reactions after rendering some 3D content as well as video and audio editing are incredibly positive. I would recommend these prebuild's to most users this side of ILM.

This is a really nice PC that I have recently purchased. I have had no issues with this PC and it has been running like a dream, worth the money and worth your time if you decide to buy it new or used.

Very simple set up instructions. Well presented. Just have to open the box, plug every thing in and then start everything up and it works really well. Runs very smooth. I'm using a TV for a monitor at the moment though so for me at least it's very good.

It's beautiful, perfect for streaming, runs really well, haven't had any issues with it at all! Definitely a must buy, the only thing I would change is I wish it came with a smaller keyboard, this keyboard is verrrry large for gaming, but at the same time it came free with the pc so can't complain. CyberPower was a great experience for being able to pick parts of a PC. I usually prefer to build my own PC because of the freedom you get in parts over a pre-built PC. CyberPowerPC's choices made it feel like I was picking each piece by hand, but then I didn't have to build it myself (meaning no spaghetti cables from me in the build). The computer came earlier than they originally said. I have had it for a couple of months with no issues. Overall a great experience!

Works Great for my very first pc. Had a hard time trying to update the drive to play my games. Had to delete everything and set up as a new pc but that's because I'm new and don't know what I'm doing. I ordered a PC with an RTX4090 directly from CyberPowerPC. It took about 10 days to build and I received it a month ago. So far I've had no problems and it works well. The GPU is very fast with my 3D and AI applications.

Their laptops are a great value. The shipping time was less than 3 days even without paying for the expedited shipping. The screen is best in class for the price, the chassis is pretty nice. Although I am not the biggest fan of the keyboard.

This was the first PC I custom built myself and the setup of CyberPowerPC's website made it so easy! I previously has a large tower that a friend gave me, and over time I just swapped out a few parts here and there, but this it the first completely new and unused set up I've ever had. I decided to downgrade on the size a little and I went with a medium tower. I chose a model setup with the case, RBG display, and basic elements that I wanted, then I just swapped out the hardware that I didn't want for the hardware I did. It was a much nicer experience than having to search multiple platforms for information on which parts would be compatible with the ones I had already included in the build. CyberPower did it for me.

I bought a special configured HIGH END video editing computer with 128G RAM and the latest (almost top of the line) graphics card just two years ago from another company. I was happy with CyberPowerPC on an earlier purchase so I *just* bought a CyberPowerPC deal for another purpose. The new CyberPowerPC rig has only 32G ram but an i9 and RX7900GRE GPU and it downright smokes the video editing rig. The purchase went flawlessly, good value.

I bought this computer as an at-home computational neuroscience machine. The r9 AMD processor makes light work of the algorithms that I am running through it. Shipping was slightly delayed due to back ordered parts; however the customer service was excellent.
