This powerhouse of a computer has a small footprint and modest cost. The Apple Mac Mini can use any wired or wireless keyboard and mouse or trackpad and modern monitor or TV. It works seamlessly, genuinely plug and play, with all Apple accessories as well as third party peripherals. The pre-installed software means no spending extra $$$ to have it do what you want. There is plenty of power to run my 50" smart TV. What's not to love?

I purchased a new Mac mini and so far I am really enjoying it. The size of the unit is really neat and the option to add external graphics is something I may take advantage of it the future. I did pay to upgrade to the better processor, but I upgraded the RAM myself. It is incredibly responsive and the ability to connect 3 1440p displays is very nice.

Apple iMacs are workhorses and outlast PCs many times. They are the best computers for graphic design, photography and video production. They are much less vulnerable to viruses and malware, as well.

I am a fan of the Apple IMAC because I have never had to worry about viruses. Going forward I think I will only buy Apple products for my PC needs based on their security features alone. I also like the the picture quality when I am watching videos online and it has plenty of memory to begin with. It is a great product and I highly recommend any Apple PC Product.

They say that if you ever move from a Windows machine to an iMac, you'll never go back. Oh, so true! Apple makes their computers and their software to go together and it makes for an almost flawless match. The computer is great and the software is constantly improving. Apple Care assistance is personal and world class. I couldn't be happier!

I'm from a Windows-based background but got tired of the massive failures. Ten years ago, I began a journey with Apple and I'm looking at tossing everything Apple now because looking at any Apple device makes me feel ill. We moved to Apple because we heard the support was great. Actually, it's horrible and speaking English is worthless when they don't know what they're doing.
When I call Apple, I get just enough to be able to resolve the issue on my own. If I were a novice... Well, I stepped into my novice spouse's shoes who called them for the first time a month ago and we've had problems ever since - no computer and no phone. She bought an iPhone during the pandemic and was harassed into having Apple install Catalina on an older OS X. That wiped out everything. They didn't tell her a backup had to be done first. They didn't tell her a newer system would wipe out various applications. This was Apple support and they are outrageous and consistently (less 2x in ten years they helped me) bad.
Next step is to pay to have the system fixed and go back to Apple for reimbursement and keep at them. In the meantime, please boycott Apple. My warning to all - go back to PCs. Leave Apple. Every year the computers and iPhones are made with less and less quality (I hate my phone that's 2 years old - SE). I've had problems with both.

Expensive, but the best. I've had a number of computers, dating back to the beige Hewlett-Packard. The most recent was a higher-end Dell, but I came back to the Apple iMac. Did I say the best? Best, in this case being a relative term...

It is hard to navigate & pop-ups just don't go away. I have to pull these to the bottom of the screen. My old Toshiba is better than this, but as it is old it's too slow. I would think that the amount of money spent on this Apple Mac would be easier to manage all files.

Every upgrade seems to create more problems and expenses. The last upgrade forced me to pay for a new Microsoft Word program if I wanted access to my older files. I've learned to only deal with high level service people because others have created problems I never had before. I'm still having problems with Parallels, which was installed when I purchased this computer, but Apple is telling me they can't help me.

I love my Mac! From the processing to the aesthetics. It is seamless in design, light, and easy to take everywhere. I also love that it connects to my iPhone, speakers, and TV. I can use it for all of my professional and personal uses. I use the MacBook Pro and love it so much. I will never go back to another version besides Apple.

Apple products are more expensive but they are worth it. I have bought and used other tech company products but none can compare with the quality and performance of Apple computers. I hope that their success does not encourage them to forgo quality for increased profits.

Wonderful products. Difficult to get a hold of technical support. But once you reach them they are very helpful. The pricing for chargers is ridiculously expensive and borders greedy. I also disapprove that they outsource overseas.

I have an iMac all in one desktop. I really like this computer. The only issue I have, and others I spoke with have, is transitioning from Windows to Mac. I use my computer primarily for paying bills, emails, surfing the net for current events and occasionally creating a document in Pages. I have said that this is more computer than I need and if I had to replace it I may or may not replace it with another Apple product. If you are a techno geek looking for a strong computer, I highly recommend the iMac. If you are older, like me, you may want to shop around as you may not need this much computer.

This computer was a gift from my eldest son, so I really shouldn't have any complaints but, I had been so comfortable using my HP and had it not been around my birthday, I'd still have it! I've had this Apple for about 4.5 years and it has received every update Apple has ever sent out but, after all this time, I'm still not used to it! Little examples like the lack of ability to copy/print as I was able to do on my HP. I know, very little but, if you aren't comfortable with the machine, it's difficult to work as easily as I had before I was 'gifted'! I would NOT recommend Apple Brand to anyone looking for ease of operation and user friendliness.

I’ve had my computer for more than a few years and is working pretty good. However, I’ve noticed some sluggishness in that I’m ready for an upgrade but pricing is steep. I’m also waiting on moving somewhere that I can get package delivered directly or get assistance from Geek Squad.

iMacs are intuitive and very easy to use. With 16GB of RAM {I added *GB}, it can use/run an amazing number of complex, artistic software programs! An iMac makes blogging and hosting a website VERY easy, because the Macintosh O.S. Is extremely robust! I have been a computer user/owner since 1981, and I have used/owned ONLY Apple/Macintosh computers! They are elegant, compared to Windows-PCs!

User friendly device. Virus protection an added plus and removes a lot of anxiety. My only issue is the price. I believe that Apple products are overpriced; that a profit could still be made if consumer prices were lowered.

I’ve been using MacBook since 2009 and it is very user friendly and I’ve never had a virus to clear off my laptop. When I’ve gone to Apple for any issue, they have always either replaced something or fixed it right the first time.

The product is very good, user friendly but so are a lot of pcs that are far less in price. I like the fact that Apple iMac is more secure than PCS. I have no problems with the iMac and I've had this particular computer for 7 years. I would update but can't afford to right now. Tech support is superb. That's important for people like me who are basically a 80 years old technically challenged person.

They may cost more than most others. But they also perform far better than anything Windows based. A lot of people who don’t know much about them, complain that they don’t have as much power as less expensive PCs. But what they don’t understand, is that the OS is so much better, it doesn’t need as much power to perform 10x faster and more reliably. And unlike PCs, you’ll never have to replace it because it’s crashed. Windows users buy new computers, because their old one died. Mac users buy a new one just because they wanted a new one.

It seems they took away a lot of excess abilities for the new iMac. Without buying more Apple products I can barely use anything on my computer. I feel ripped off and this seems intentional since Apple has done this many times before.

MY 27" iMac worked for about 2 years then the display started going bad. When I contacted Apple and went to an Apple store they said that since it was out of warranty and I didn't buy AppleCare I would have to pay for a new screen (expensive) and it would take about 3 weeks to repair. I emphasized to them this computer was only 2 years old and shouldn't be doing this. They basically told me tough ** and wouldn't do anything.
After checking on the Internet I found there were hundreds of other 27" iMac owners with the exact same problem and Apple wouldn't help these people, either. I use my computer for business and couldn't possible have it gone for 3 weeks... it would put me out of business. Because they wouldn't stand behind their product I told them I would never buy another Apple product....ever. And I won't! Apple used to make good products but now they are making garbage.

I have had other computers but none as efficient as Apple. Never had a problem and I am not computer savvy. A few minor things happened and all you have to do is call for help. I enjoy that it is compatible with my iPhone also. Im about due for a new one. This will always be my choice.

I never knew what all the hoopla was over Apple. Now I know. I would never want to go back to a PC. Apple is much more intuitive. Organization of files is easier. Finding files is easier. However, pricing sucks. My daughter just bought a new laptop. The cost of the laptop was almost $4,000.

Macs are very easy to use, but when something goes wrong, you always have to have tech support. $$$$ I have been using Apple products for over 25 years. Everything is formatted for Macs - my iPad, my iPhone, my emails, contacts, and you become addicted to Macs to the detriment of knowing anything else.

I bought my Apple, right when I retired. Easy to use, easy transition from Microsoft, many more amenities with the brand, Apple support always available. I spent my entire career as a nurse and had limited exposure to computers. I learned so much, once I bought the Apple and would hope some day, I would be able to afford another Apple!!

The quality is superb. Pricing is expensive. Has many options from which to select if the owner is savvy. I FAVOR THE DESKTOP AND INDEPENDENT KEYBOARD FOR MINIMAL DESK USE. I like the chargeable mouse because there is no wire to get in the way.

I highly prefer Apple computers to any other brand. They are more intuitive, elegant, problem free, and user friendly as far as I am concerned. I don't see myself buying any other brand of computer, even considering the financial difficulties I have when I need to replace one.

This is my second Apple Computer. I also have an iPhone and an iPad. I truly love these products and can wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone. I do not prefer Pages to the Word program that I used at work but I manage without it. Pages is not as versatile as Word. I could do so much more with Word. That would be my only complaint. I guess that I am a loyal fan in spite of that one drawback.
