Worse customer support ever. I can't understand what they say. Their English is incomprehensible. Their SIM cards expire. Their phone are cheap. I text a balance request on their phones and there is no reply. Just pathetic...

I have been with Tracfone for several years but switched carriers after not being able to access my account via computer anymore. Fewer and fewer options for obtaining customer service seems to be the rule since they were purchased, and I had a heck of a time getting necessary codes and account numbers from them in order to change carriers.

I wish I could give it less than one star. It doesn't connect to WiFi. It wasted data, won't even send texts with data off. The help line is non existent and I can't name a single thing that works well or properly. You might as well burn your money or throw it in the trash. You'll just need to buy a new phone and service provider the second you buy this product

I contacted Tracfone by chat 2x. Phone once.. The phone app where you make calls is not working! First they wanted to do a factory reset and lose all my stored info..then they kept insisting features were working that do not. Then as a last resort return my phone and they will send me one later. I mean really.. Well they have lost a customer and every one else I can steer away from them.

Tracfone SUCKS. Try and get a balance at 611611 and get the run around.... They're trying to BURN your minutes up by calling customer service. DON'T USE TRACFONE. And you can't contact customer service neither.

Tracfone with Verizon sim card is no good. They lock the APN and when (not if) the settings get erased, you can't fix it and it's been a week now and they can't fix it either. I've been with them 7 year and used a AT&T Tracfone sim card with lots of different phones and never had a problem. Now they stop using AT&T and only use Verizon, and the APN is locked, so only they can edit are add a APN but for some reason I'm not getting the updates and they will not unlock the APN.

Tracfone is really terrible!! We bought a tracfone in Jan. 25 for the US while we were here in the US. We came back to the US in October and I tried to activate the Tracfone and we bought a $30 plan. I had to call the service hotline multiple times where the first time we were lied to that the service person on the line told us that the cell phone tower was down that was why after buying a 30 monthly contract our service plan was not working. The next phone call the service representative hung up the phone while I was on the line.

Purchased new TracFone from TracFone, phone received was defective. TracFone asked me to return. Tracking on returned phone shows they received 6-23-25, today is 10-16-25. I have no phone. I call TracFone service zero help, I just want a working phone which TracFone cannot provide. I'm at a total loss. No phone. Out all the money I spent.

October 14 2025 I contacted Tracfone 5 times on their chat line. Never did they help in any way!!!! I had to figure out by myself thank the lord. But they have lousy customer service on chat. You will lose many customers because of their inability to solve problems. I have a anxiety disorder and it did not help me. It made me sicker. Good luck to tracfone. May you get better or just quit.

TracFone is dishonest. I bought a monthly plan that has unlimited phone and text and 3GB of data. I bought it on Sept 14. On August 11 my phone service was cut off. I called to try to get it resolved. I am enrolled in their loyalty program. I had 1100 points this morning. When I called to complain about my phone being disabled they told me I had exhausted my phone service. I asked them how you can exhaust unlimited service. No response. They took 1000 points from my rewards to give me phone service. They are totally dishonest! I don't think anyone can understand English over there!!
