Ferrari USA has been using Cortel for more than ten years and switched to C-FLEX in 2019. It has been a great experience for us, cutting costs and dramatically improving how we communicate internally and with customers. Luckily, we made the change just before the pandemic and were prepared to support a large remote workforce. We wholeheartedly recommend Cortel and C-FLEX.

We are a very busy office and when we met the team at Cortel for the first time, we quickly learned that they were the best fit for us. They came to our office several times to assess our day to day activity, asked a lot of important questions and came back to us with their recommendation. Being a longtime customer of Cortel, we didn't take for granted continuing service with them, until we bench-marked what they were offering to the market. Once we starting having demos and comparing platforms, we realized we had to stay with Cortel. The overall experience they provide is one that makes you feel very comfortable. We did a very large migration from a hybrid VOIP/PBX, with hundreds of DID lines, and their team was very patient and thorough. The technology offered to us was better than that of most competitors and their pricing was very aggressive. I would highly recommend for any company to use them, regarding their telecom needs.

Any phone company can provide you with phone products, but Cortel doesn't do just that. They provide you with non-pushy sales reps, hands on support, knowledgeable programmers and overall, just PATIENT employees. We switched over to Cortel about 8 years ago and just last month, switched over to a cloud based system with them. Everyone we've dealt with from the start, to the finish, and everything in between, have been amazing. I highly recommend the company as a whole.
