      Take it from a customer of 10 years, Cortel Technologies is a great company with strong customer support and a deep knowledge of their products. They also have the feel of a small family business. When you call you know the names of the people you speak with and they know your name. The same goes for their technicians. They usually send a technician that is familiar with your space so it allows for any necessary fixes, adjustments or updates to go smoothly.
