    REF # **. Wonderful Customer service! Machelle ** is an asset to the company. Friendly and efficient! I have been with them since 2012. Highly recommend them if you need a great fax service. I have used for 1099 contract positions where faxing was an essential requirement for the job. Customer support is exceptional. Today and any other time I’ve called. 5 stars!

Be cautious when dealing with this company—especially if Nathan is involved. Initially, I was charged a $36 fee, but shortly after, I noticed my billing increased to $90 per month. There were no clear disclosures about these charges upfront, and the sudden increase felt deceptive. It’s important to thoroughly review any agreements and question unexpected fees. I recommend being vigilant and double-checking all terms before committing to services. If you’re considering doing business with Nextiva, you might want to explore other options or proceed with caution.

    Absolute waste of money! Costing me thousands of dollars per day with missed calls! Customer service is terrible, and their internal phone system does not transfer calls to the proper department, so get ready to be on hold for a nice long while! You would think a phone company would have this figured out! As a small business owner missing calls and not having a call log is unacceptable! BTW one representative told me they don't use Nextiva in house! Shows what they think of their own system! See my photos below. Last call registered on my app was from July 22 and here is August 7th! Absolutely infuriating to think how much business was lost because of this!

    I have been attempting to onboard Nextiva since April 3rd, 2024. It is now August 5th and I have not been successfully onboarded. Over the course of 4 months, I have spoken with over 20 technicians and no one seems to have an accurate sense of the status of onboarding including porting and SMS registration which are extremely delayed. Once your LOA and SMS registration form is submitted, it falls into a blackhole where no one has any visibility and you are at the mercy of 'pending approval' anytime you check on the status. If you are considering switching to Nextiva, I would suggest exploring other service providers that have a smoother process and more visibility and transparency into the status of your applications.

    Nextiva is a great fax service at a very reasonable price. I have had them for many years and have never had a problem receiving or sending faxes. When I needed help with anything their customer care team has been extremely responsive. They are easy to talk to and very helpful. I would, and do, encourage others to subscribe to their services.

    Have had one business for fifteen years.. Support service has gone downhill. The sales people are nice and informative but when goes to support to set every thing up, it goes downhill quickly. Wait for hours to get a support phone call through.. Then you get some support person that tells you the previous person did not setup the account correctly or fifteen other excuses. With this new business, I have been trying to setup since May 31 2024. Paul K **

    I've been searching for a voice service for our business, but my experiences with Xfinity and ** Voice were frustrating. Despite my efforts, I couldn't set them up properly due to the lack of live technical support. As someone who isn't tech-savvy, I needed personalized guidance to configure the service and port our business phone number. Nextiva's live tech support was a game-changer! Their interface was user-friendly with the help of their supportive technician, who was patient and friendly. I wish I had contacted Nextiva earlier, avoiding the hassle with other companies. With their assistance, I successfully set up our voice system and am thoroughly satisfied.

    Horrible to deal with. Our rep said we could cancel any time. Went to cancel because it does not work and I got tired of dealing with it. Was told I would have to pay a term fee. No I am not. My rep told me no fees. And would not let me speak to a manager. I hate this system. It is very difficult to use for someone who is not online everyday. So, unless have lots of time to spend with it. DON'T DO IT.

    Best VOIP we have. We never had any problems using it and it's very easy to use. No need to install a lot of tools unlike the other VOIPs. Our colleague recommended this VOIP, before we use it we researched about it first and never had a doubt.

    Nextiva has been a great service for my company! We've been using them for years now for our main business communication and the services have been exceptional. We almost never have any downtime of their services and when we have had minor issues, they have been rectified in minutes. I greatly appreciate their support who has helped me in multiple different ways and solve very puzzling issues. There is a ton of customization available for admins to configure their environment exactly the way you need it.

    Nextiva was an excellent alternative to Dialpad. Needed to make a change fast since our calls were getting marked as spam. Dialpad support couldn't help with that or another key issue, so we switched to Nextiva and got set up ASAP. Great customer service!!

    Man I wish I could give this company negative stars. When we first started we thought it was great but in the last two years we've had so many phone issues as it's incredibly sensitive to your wifi and your phone service will suddenly be out and if you're not checking the phone screen frequently you'll have no idea. With managing a small team that's more challenging than you'd think. If you're a small business owner it makes things incredibly frustrating as you are missing calls without knowing it. Now for their customer service, woof. I've spent countless hours on the phone with them trying to solve issues, and then when we opened up a second location trying to get a second line installed was mission impossible.

    After trying for three months I eventually gave up and switched to a cell phone line. The process of trying to cancel was painful including getting the phone line transferred. I ended up paying for 6 months of usage without using the service at all (around $600), but I had to keep paying as they would not release my number unless my subscription status was up to date. When I asked for a refund or even a partial refund at the end they said they do not refund folks. Needless to say it was a lot of money and time wasted on a service that sometimes works.

    This is in regards to SMS texting through the Nextiva app. On March 21st we could no longer use the SMS services that were part of our user agreement. We had to register and wait for authorization. We were told to wait 5-20 days. It has been 6 weks and have not heard anything. Our customers can no longer communicate via SMS which hurts our business. They offered to waive the 29? month fee which is an insult considering how much business we lose without this feature. I would serioulsy reconsider choosing Nextiva or be clear on being able to get this feature.

    I was using Google Voice to make outbound calls by clients but didn’t have a local business number. With Nextiva I was able to get a local number and a fax and toll free number. So far it’s been super easy to use, user interface is simple. Will continue using their voip service.

    I tried a different phone company that sucked dozens of hours from me until I finally gave up and tried Nextiva. I called Nextiva and told the salesperson I needed a day to consider my options and requested a follow up call the next day. There was no pressure and all my questions were answered. The price was similar to the extremely incompetent phone company that I left so it was a no brainer for me. The onboarding process was smooth and the tech support got all my issues resolved in one call. Call clarity is excellent. All the services that I used worked as expected.

    Nextiva has been of great benefit for my company. We use the VOIP system daily to get in contact with customers via phone, text message, and voicemail. My favorite feature about the Nextiva program we use is the ability to be active 24/7 from multiple devices, including desktop computers, laptops, and mobile phones. This gives us the ability to be in contact with customers from outside the office. The text feature is great as well. Being able to receive quick pictures over text instead of having to have them emailed is quick and easy. Would definitely recommend Nextiva's services to anyone in need.
