How does IntelliCorp work?
IntelliCorp services are available exclusively to business clients. Once a business registers online with a copy of a valid business license and taxpayer ID, it can access IntelliCorp’s general services online.
IntelliCorp guides businesses on how to use its services and helps expedite the process with high-tech features like self-service batching, applicant tracking systems, candidate and volunteer direct portals, a secure custom-built website and XML integration with IntelliCorp’s resources.
Applicants undergoing a background screening can also request free copies of their background check reports, and applicant services are available in several languages. If your report contains information you don’t recognize or that is incorrect, you can dispute it through IntelliCorp, and the company has 30 days to conduct a reinvestigation.

- Enhanced: Adds federal criminal records and eviction searches.
- Premium: Adds two personal references, unlimited address history and arrest records.
Health care package
- Standard: Social Security verification with address history, government sanctions (with OFAC), validated criminal database, validated nationwide sex offenders, validated department of corrections, unlimited county (seven years of address history) and Medicare/Medicaid sanctions (OIG) searches.
- Enhanced: Adds medical fraud and abuse (FACIS level 3) records, one employer verification and federal criminal records.
- Premium: Enhanced coverage plus medical license verification, two employer verifications, arrest records, professional reference verification, education verification and unlimited address history.
