Consumer Complaints and Reviews
At least 3 times over the last 12 months this company has tried to scam us. They find out the name of the person who orders supplies and/or handles service contracts and then claim that person ordered toner. We've been crystal clear regarding the fact that we have not and will not order from them, as toner is part of the service contract we have in place with another vendor. They threaten to send us to collection, claim that we have to pay a restocking fee; all while charging hundreds of dollars for toner, which is unheard of. They've been warned time and time again to take us off their list, as we're aware of their scam and want nothing to do with them. They'll comply for a few months and then it happens again. It's beyond me why they're allowed to remain in business.
Had a call from sales, and like everyone else, they indicated that they had failed to notify us of an increase for toner. Therefore, they were going to go ahead and give us a 2 year supply of toner at the old rates of $439. Like everyone else, our toner is included in the rental of the equipment - and the toner if purchased outside of the lease agreement, would only be $65. Nice profit for the scammers. Why can't "businesses" like this be prosecuted and/or closed down???
They called to say our toner price was going up and they forgot to notify us. Then they said they would send it to us at a discount for 12 months. Terry called as they said she would and could take my final order information. I asked Terry if they were from Xerox and she said "No, it's IDCServCo from Culver city." She proceeded to "reprimand" me about not telling her we had a contract with Xerox and hung up in anger. I looked up the company and similar stories are popping up. I hope these folks are put out of business.
This company contacted our staff to inform that the toner price was going to be increased and stated they will sell the toner to us at a lower price. This company is not our distributor company. Beware of this Rip Off company. This Business is a SCAM!
We received a phone call saying that the price of our toner will be going up. The caller then said that they will send us the toner for the lower price. Then they asked for a confirmation of our address and we gave it to them thinking they were our supplier. We received toner from two different suppliers. One was from National Distribution System and the other was from a company called Vista Imaging Supplies (12021 Wilshire Blvd, Ste 546, Los Angeles, CA 90025). Neither company is our regular distributor. This is not the first time we received this call.
It had happened before, the company that sent us toner was IDC Servco Business Services ( 3962 Landmark St, PO Box 1925, Culver City, CA 90232). We have been receiving the same call multiple times over the last few years with the other receptionists. When the receptionists first start they don't realize that the caller is not our distributor and give out the information. But when the receptionists get the call again and ask the name of the business the caller hangs up. We would like for you to do an investigation so that these calls can stop.

This company calls unaware secretaries and receptionist and they ask them if they received the shipment of toner. Unaware they say that they have not received anything. They proceed to ask "to verify" our copier model and number and once our employee tells them they fax an order sheet with the employees name to be re-faxed with a signature leaving us with a large bill. It resulted in one employee getting fired for allowing such order to happen without proper verification.
MY RECEPTIONIST RECIEVED A PHONE CALL FROM SOMEONE SAYING THAT THE OFFICE MANAGER NATALIE TOLD THEM TO TALK TO HER REGARDING THE SUPPLIES NEEDED FOR THE XEROX MACHINE, SO THE TOLD HER THEY SHOULD HAVE NOTIFIED HER OF THE PRICES GOING UP FROM $7.98 TO $8.48, SO THEY HAD SAVED 3 TONER CARTRIDGES AT THE OLD PRICES FOR THERE MISTAKE, BUT HAD TO SEND ONE OUT NOW TO INSURE THE LOWER PRICE. WHEN SHE RECIEVED IT THE INVOICE WAS FOR $897.75. $798.00 FOR THE CARTRIDGE AND $99.75 FOR SHIPPING AND HANDLING.
