I had a local Gravity Payments representative who would come in and make sure we were getting a good rate. He would also double-check to make sure the security was good and we passed all of our tests. And ever since he retired, I haven't had any interaction with any local rep. Also, my webmaster has a hard time syncing things with Gravity Payments' equipment and doesn't really get much cooperation when it comes to the coding and the interaction. There is another company out there that is a little more hungry for business. They are more willing to walk us through their process, their equipment is easier to write code with and the cooperation from them is better. I'm gonna switch from Gravity Payments.
We did an update with our Gravity Payments system yesterday and it was super fast. It’s super easy for processing and also super easy to track things down if we need to look something up.

We were using a different credit card processor and were not happy with their service. We shopped around and were referred by another restaurant to Gravity Payments. Gravity has done a great job. Our POS company was bought by a credit card processing company that then raised our rates. They attempted to make it difficult to change to a third-party processor. Gravity was able to work through all that BS and got us onto Gravity processing and improve our rates. Chris, our rep, did a great job cutting through all that mess and getting us what we needed.
I googled credit card merchants and Gravity Payments was transparent and honest with the way they answered questions unlike everybody else I talked to. I get notifications and everything’s instant with their portal. And if I have a question, they answer it.
We had a couple of other companies and they would always change rates. The rep from Gravity came in here and it was straightforward. He was a man of his word, which means a lot to us because we're kinda old-fashioned that way. Gravity met our expectations perfectly. Everything matches and we're 100% happy. The experience was wonderful and we couldn't ask for anything better.
I've been very happy with Gravity Payments. The service is good and it's nice to have a local rep I can call when I have an issue or I need something. And he's super good about staying on top of **. The equipment overall is great. It's very convenient to have it wireless and be able to sign on the screen and all that jazz.
We've been using Gravity for at least a couple years for the retail lumber and hardware store. We liked the way Ron, the rep who helped us on the previous setup, did business. When we have had some sort of glitch or issue caused by a power outage or a regional outage and we couldn’t figure out the problem, they’ve been very helpful when we've had to get on the phone. They eventually said, “We think there’s a regional outage or a problem with your internet server.” It turned out that was what it was.
All of our interactions have been good. Gravity Payment was gonna help cover the online store and do the credit card processing for nothing. Their prices were cheaper than the other one that I had looked at. I also like their equipment.
We've been using Gravity Payments for a long time. Their price and customer service made me decide to go with them. So far, my interaction with their reps has been good and I like how the equipment performs. Gravity Payments has good service.
Gravity Payments was referred to us by our web designer and I trust him so I thought it was a good service. But now, it doesn’t credit the payments to our bank account right away. Our cut-off time is 10 o’clock in the evening and the payment doesn’t go to the bank the next day. It takes 48 hours. We talked to Gravity about it and they said that the solution is to process the batch in the afternoon, which doesn’t make sense to me. We reconcile the payments at the end of the day and we work until late at night so, that’s too much work.
Gravity would have been very helpful for the credit payments, but recently I don’t know if it’s working or not because we haven’t been receiving any payments from our patients. I don’t see any email for paid payments. Also, I know I'm supposed to log in every month so that the account won’t be locked up, but I haven’t been able to log in to Gravity recently. Moreover, our machine is so hard to press and has to be changed.
