Cancelled our account long ago but they still charged thousands on Electronic DBT. I will have to sue them. This is how Corporate scam America will never work for most of us, no oversight. Crapatalism sucks.

This company is the most unorganized and confused company. I cancelled all account since they had no support or clue what they were doing and even before we started processing credit card - here comes deduction from my bank account for hundreds of dollars and they don't respond as usual - It's like they have you account and they'll keep deducting until who knows when. When you call there is no one to answer- DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS AND DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BANK ACCOUNT INFORMATION.

From top to bottom, they all lie to get you in the doors, then they slap you with hidden fees after hidden fees. Maybe it would've been ok if they had AT LEAST try to explain to customers what the fees are and why, instead of surprises. Oh wait, but that won't get people in the doors. Big FATT liars.

Was told they could not verify our business, and needed more documents. I told the salesmen I was going to another service provider, and never submitted the additional documents they requested. Now they are charging me for an account they magically verified without documentation and after being told to cancel the process.

Terrible Service. We have lost over 10k already in disputes even though all documents were supplied, we have over 100 declined sales that we had to figure out ourselves.... They have tools that don't work and customer service is seriously lacking. We have never had this issue with any other Merchant Service. DO NOT risk your business with Fattmerchant aka STAX, they are really the worst service we have ever had the displeasure of doing business with and we have terminated their service.

I felt a peace of mind with the $99 no contract terms, but turns out it's all a lie! Beware this company. They claim a $99/monthly fee plus direct cost for transactions. This is only one of the many monthly fees. $29.** performance analytics fee, $5 chargeback protection fee, any several others. I could give a complete list if they would allow me access to my billing statements. When you cancel, they will state they will continue to charge your account for 30 days per the contract. Instead, they kept charging 90 days later and refer you to another company: WorldPay if you have any concerns. You end up being at their mercy until you decide you switch merchant accounts and then they smack you around a few more times for good measure. I was using their SwipeSimple for a tablet and it failed multiple times. I was charged for replacements most times until I final gave up and started keying everything resulting in higher fees as well.

I completed the application that was on the website, and very specifically stated to the sales rep, Alex, that I was shopping around and would let him know. I said I would probably make a decision by the next day. We never connected, and he went ahead and signed me up without my approval, apparently, and then told me when I emailed back I wasn't moving forward that I was already in the contract. Really shady. I imagine they work off of commission, or this would not have happened.

I switch to Fattmerchant with promise that I can save close to thousand dollars compared to current merchant service company. It's been 3 months and still waiting for them to pay the fund from the sales that wasn't processed although I have the transaction approval and all receipts. Every time I call, it's impossible to connect with account manager or anyone in charge, they keep bouncing your calls. Countless email was sent to get fund back providing them exact transactions to be recaptured by pos company and myself and they seem lost and never got the fund back.
Finally 3 months later, the resolution is that I will get discount on the subscription fees instead getting my sales fund back to my account which i am entitled. They have a no refund policy even it's their fault!!! Do not work with fattmerchant. Big scam going on and they will make you wait and wait until you get exhausted and new person keep responding emails when I direct the message to account manager assigned. Complete nightmare for switch.

I decided to move credit card processors in November of 2019. At that time, I signed up with Fattmerchant with the agreement I could cancel with 30 days written notice. It took 2 months until Fattmerchant was able to get everything worked out with my current processor to move my data over but in that time I learned I needed to leave my billing software. I asked them to put a hold on everything while I found new software. They suspended billing me for 1 month but have now taken over $1400 and have not processed one single penny for me. I sent written notification in February to sever our agreement. It's April and they're still trying to draft money out of our account. And they still have not provided me a penny's worth of service. Shame on Fattmerchant. Honesty still pays folks.

We have had our share of processors over the years but Fattmerchant has been wonderful to deal with and easy to read statements unlike the others we used previously. Great customer service and able to to get a live person when needed. Thank you.
