I needed a ramp installed quickly on my home. Michael ** from Lifeway responded quicky and gave me a quote which was only $300 more than if I bought the ramp myself and installed it. Their installer arrived early and installed the ramp in a professional manner making sure I was satisfied before requesting final payment. It's a sturdy ramp that I hope last years. It can also be removed in the future should I no longer require it. Thanks Michael and Lifeway. I wish more companies were this way

We recently (summer 2024) purchased a single section of outdoor wheelchair ramp & a chair lift for our seven step interior stairs. Their price was competitive or better than the other quotes, but their warranty was hands down the best we came across. Installation was prompt and flawless. I would confidently recommend Lifeway to anyone. 5/5 stars.

We purchased our stairlift from Lifeway. After our children left home, we moved into a smaller one floor home. Eventually, we realized that our basement stairs were becoming a challenge. Lifeway had already installed a ramp in our garage and we were so pleased that Lifeway could help us again. Everyone who helped us was absolutely wonderful and we feel secure and safe. My experience with Lifeway is outstanding. They are highly professional, knowledgeable and customer-oriented. I highly recommend this vendor to anyone who is contemplating to install this equipment in their home. They guided me though this process so well that I did not have second thought about signing the contract with this vendor. The equipment is itself a state of art. The rep gave us quick training in how to operate the equipment.

Michael ** was the Lifeway Mobility representative who visited our home and recommended a chair and rail design tailored to our needs. He was informative and efficient and seemed to truly care that we would have the best possible design and installation experience. We chose our chair and Michael said it would take six weeks to fabricate the rail. A couple of weeks later, I asked him to help expedite delivery and he was able to get our rail a week early. The installation went off like clockwork, and really love this chair. Every time my wife uses it, I think it probably has saved her from a bad fall.

Words Don't describe how thankful I am to have this ramp. From beginning to end, the experience was wonderful. I'm very grateful for this company. Steven, the representative was very informative and friendly. On the day of installation, the gentleman showed up on time or was friendly. Install my new best friend.

I had a platform and ramp installed for my wheelchair bound, 105 year old mother. They were professional, timely, and polite. They cleaned up very well after they finished the installation. My mother is thrilled to be able to sit outside and enjoy the weather. I'd recommend them in a heartbeat!

Lifeway Mobility has been a great asset to me. Everything was taken care of in a timely manner and I love using the chair every day. It was installed with great care and customer service is very helpful and is always there to answer any questions that I may have. This chair has saved me from using the stairs and is safe.

We had a stair lift installed by this company last winter. Every interaction with them, from sales to install to service has been professional and honest. The stair lift works great and the service calls were for minor maintenance assistance. The company is highly recommended. However, the interface of this review app is very frustrating because it demands I write more. I don’t have more to say.

We love our stair lift to go up and down the basement stairs. It's also great to put Christmas decorations on the seat and send them up and down. Works very well. Customer service was great. Good quality. We highly recommend this company. We compared several companies and found their quality and price to be the best.

My daughter researched different brand names and she had the guy from Lifeway come and look at the house and give her an estimate. And she just went with them. The installer wasn’t here very long. He put in the stairlift and showed us how to use it. My laundromat, my car and everything is downstairs, so I use the stairs several times a day. I have a bad back and I have two knees bone on bone. So, Lifeway has had a great impact on my life. I'm happy with the stairlift and I like the whole thing.

Lifeway Mobility had a showroom really close in the town next to us. I ended up not going to the showroom. I just had the person come out. He was very knowledgeable. He wasn't pushy in his sales approach. At first, we thought we wanted a ramp, and then we ended up getting the chair. The technician did talk me through it a little bit. It's a very narrow staircase that we put it on. And everyone asked me, “Well, how tall is your dad?” I was like, “About 5-foot-11.” I wish someone had been a little bit clearer to say, “Your dad's on the taller side, so it's gonna be a pretty tight space.” I couldn't quite grasp that. I also couldn't grasp where they put the bar. The bar has to be a little distance away from the side of the wall for the chair to be able to turn. So for those things, I didn't feel like I've got as much information as I would have liked.

So, once the stairlift was installed, part of me is a little bit shocked. I'm like, “Oh my God. Does he even get to be able to get his legs in this chair and get down?” He ended up just fitting, but I was panicked a little bit. I was like, “Well, what if he doesn't fit? I just paid all this money.” They were like, “Oh, no. You can call back in the next three days.” I was not as impressed with that part. I think that they understood that it was gonna fit, but they didn't explain to me how tight it was gonna be. They couldn't fix anything else because they all know how it works. I just don't recognize how tight it is. They weren’t gonna tell me that it wasn't gonna work because it was gonna work.

The installer was wonderful. I liked him better. He explained everything. He said, “It's gonna take me about three hours.” He did a really nice job showing me how everything worked, including little things like how to clean it and what happens when the power goes out. I felt like he was very thorough. So, he did a great job. The stairlift is perfect. It works really well. It's easy enough for my dad to understand how to use it. He can use it all by himself. He can get in and out of the house now a lot more independently because he doesn't need to have someone on the staircase with him. So, it's been really good.

The rep with Lifeway Mobility was great. He installed the stairlift lickety-split and answered all my questions. We tried it out a couple of times and when I got to the bottom, he said it was too high for me and he adjusted that. I wouldn't have known the difference but he recognized that. I like the stairlift a lot. I have another one that goes upstairs and for that one, when you get to the top of the stairs it automatically turns around. This one, I have to press a lever and turn it. I am wondering if Lifeway Mobility can change that.

Lifeway Mobility's salesman came out and we looked at the stairlift. We've seen them before, and the price was about the same as anybody. I live in Rochester and worked for Rochester public utilities for almost 30 years, so I like to buy my stuff in Rochester. I thought it was a Rochester outfit until the salesman came. It ended up being out of the city someplace. The guy that installed it was from the cities. That isn't what I had in mind, but it worked out fine. The installer was a nice guy and did an adequate job. The screws that go down into the floor that are holding on the stair steps were put in a little crooked. They're tight and everything's fine, but they don't look as good. But the stairlift works great.

The sales team found the best prices for me which included new and used ramps, discounts and the benefits of using their company. The install team was phenomenal, very professional and friendly. They explained the warranties and told us more about the ramp, such as its skid proof, if ice covered what type of ice remover to use, etc. Lifeway Mobility was fantastic to work with. I would definitely recommend them.

Very pleased with outcome of ramp. Easy to use and makes it easier for me to get out of the house. The height of ramp is good and easy maneuver my wheelchair or rollator down or up it. I feel safe walking or riding down and /or up the ramp. Thank you for a wonderful job.

I'm very pleased that I can rent this unit, it allows me to move up and down stairs without any pain. I would recommend this unit and company to others that need the same service. I have not yet been able to conquer the 13 steps in my home, so this mechanical unit is great for me. The chair rail goes farther into an entryway than I was told it would. Beyond that and the slowness of the chair, everything is fine. The installer was quick, efficient, thorough in his explanations, and returned promptly for one small repair that had to be made. Payment is fair and a simple process.

Lifeway Mobility has fast and reliable service. I needed something right away, and they were able to come immediately and install a stairlift within a week's time. My mom was discharging on a Friday, I called them on a Tuesday, and they got it done on a Thursday. That turnaround was huge for us. They're also a family-owned small business, like my mom's business, so it was relatable. They were accommodating as well. The rep checked the room, spent an hour surveying everywhere and explained the process thoroughly. He was a very hospitable and friendly guy. I like that the stairlift can hold my husband and my mom at the same time. We also use it if our groceries are too heavy. My kids have fun with it too. They use it quite often. However, I have to call Lifeway Mobility. The stairlift goes down, but it stopped moving up. I'm not sure if it's our electrical or the stairlift itself.

Everyone we spoke with, starting from initial inquiry to installation was so informative, helpful and patient with me and my husband - Senior Citizens. I would recommend this company to friends and relatives with the same need as we had with going up and down stairs. Thank you and God Bless.

I had 2 installed. Works great, friendly and knowledgeable technicians. Made sure that I understood how to operate the chair. Explained the warranty and made sure that I understood if I had any problems to call them and they would come right out. My husband has dementia. He was very kind and understanding with him.

Very well done!! Very professional and he explained everything and gave me care instructions and what not to do. It looks great and sturdy and safe. I like the buy back feature when I don't need it anymore. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing a ramp. This will definitely e a big help!!

The salesperson at Lifeway Mobility, Union City was extremely helpful in answering questions, offered a demonstration and helped make the purchase on an accelerated scale. The installation was equally efficient, professional, once again demonstration, routine maintenance, etc. Top grade service offered by Lifeway Mobility helped my husband gain some mobility and enhanced his quality of life.

John was amazing! He went over the top to make sure he completed the installation in a timely manner so I could go to my grandson's graduation. More importantly, he was focused, meticulous, amazingly clean and organized during the installation. He carefully and patiently instructed us in the use of the stairlift once installed.

Colin was most efficient, polite, informative. Great service. We were very pleased with his work. He not only knew what the job called for, but he was helpful and responsive to our queries. I was frankly sceptical about how a service call on this item would go, but I was pleasantly surprised.

All concerns & questions were heard and answered clearly. Both my spouse & I have health issues limiting the navigation of the 2 flights of stairs in our home. We have had 2 stair lifts installed, on time which was done neatly with testing for us to be comfortable operating the lifts. The equipment exceeded our hopes and totally fulfill our needs. Bill came to our home to talk with me and my father for a lift that will be used by my mother. Words cannot express what a breath of fresh air Bill was. He answered all of your questions but more importantly listened to your situation (mother has mobility issues + dementia) and offered solutions for our concerns. While we have yet to have the chair installed (that is upcoming), we can not be happier to date with the service we have been given.

I'm a Polio survivor since age 9 months. Called them to fix a stairlift that quit working and not only did they fix it but they serviced it as well as the other one I have. In addition the gentleman serviced my garage vertical platform lift. These people are the best. BTW I did not think my lifts needed service as they were not squeaking or anything But when he opened up the guts of these chairs and pulled out every roller (at least 4 in each chair), cleaned it and lubricated with a special lubricant I truly felt small. Little did I know this needs to be done annually just like your car. It's no wonder my lift quit and of course on a Friday afternoon. Live and learn. Mikhail ** MD

Everyone I talked to was professional and understood the urgency to get the chairlift installed! I met the salesperson on Thursday and the chairlift was installed on Monday! The salesperson answered all questions and assured me they would do everything possible to expedite the installation. The installer did a wonderful job and explained and demo the features of the chairlift.
