My interactions with their rep were fine. They've been very knowledgeable and they answered a lot of questions. I felt confident going into this deal. I'm still waiting on the gold, which they said may take a couple of weeks.

Pierre helped me out tremendously. I was trying to transfer an IRA, a death benefit and couldn't seem to get MetLife to release it. He got me in touch with Storm. I was also specifically looking for precious metals. Pierre steered me towards silver, which was fine, as opposed to gold. But I called him back and invested another 60,000 in gold. I would definitely recommend Oxford Gold Group. Very pleasant to work with. They return your calls and they don't just blow you off like other places. I was very satisfied with them.

Things have been really pleasant from day one with Oxford Gold. I was really at the mercy of my rep since I knew nothing about what I needed or what I should have, and I left it to her. KC was her name and I had all the confidence in the world when I talked quite a bit before I did anything. There are different kinds of programs and options, as far as gold or silver or both, and I went with both. I did what KC told me, what she thought was best, and we had a really good rapport. She was very thorough and understood everything that I needed to happen. All in all, it was very scary to begin with. But the more I learned and the more I was taught, the more comfortable I got. And now, I'm really comfortable with what I've done.

I wanted to know more about what they did so I contacted them. The rep I talked to explained things very thoroughly and I got all the information I need. When I needed clarification, he gave me more. He would always return my calls very quickly, even on a weekend, which I didn't expect. He did everything he said he was gonna do and he was supposed to and more. I recommend them.

I sent Oxford Gold Group an email and I got a call back. They sent me more information and we talked through it. The rep showed me the options that would be good for investing which were easy to understand. I liked his patience because I don't know too much about the market, but having him to explain it to me, the values and the different kinds of products they have was helpful. I would recommend Oxford because the way the economy is going, gold and silver would be the safer investment. You could benefit from their knowledge and expertise.

I started researching and looking for somebody that wouldn't charge me too much and Oxford Gold Group was the lowest. I bought silver and had it delivered to my house. The rep was fantastic. I thanked her a lot. She had a lot of good information that I asked. Oxford had it there with them. I didn't have to wait for it to get minted. I would tell others, "Why haven't you called Oxford? Get your silver and gold, fools."

Jared was very informative. He told me exactly what it was, what we needed to do, where I wanted to go with this, and the best pricing to get. The funny part about it was he gave me the pricing and he told me, "Go ahead, look it up, you know, the other places," and I did. They were very, very competitive, and they did an excellent job. I got the packet FedExed the next day. So it was pretty quick. I opened it and then I called him and he went on the phone and we went through the whole packet. He showed me how to do everything and what the value of it was, and the historical value of gold, whether we were gonna buy eagles or half eagles. He said, "Well, you know, Joe, that's your decision. But my suggestion to you is to buy, you know, the half eagles. They're at a good price," which they were at the time when I started, and I got them at a really good price. Now, they're skyrocketing.

Jared also calls me and says, "Hey, you know, have you looked at the price? See how gold is moving." He explains to me what's happening, the spot gold, and this is unsolicited. I highly value that. He keeps me in the loop. He has thousands of accounts but it's amazing that he knows and calls me by name. Also, he's gonna help me set up a direct deposit into a monthly thing. I'm really, really, really pleased with him.

We love Oxford Gold Group. I called and talked to them, and once I spoke to the rep in person, I felt it was a good fit. He was awesome. And Oxford sent a lot of nice information on it. They're great and worth calling.

I reached out to Oxford Gold and the rep, Amy, was phenomenal. They answered every single question I had and more times than one, I didn't have to wait more than just a few hours for a reply. Also, I called and Larry picked up the phone. My jaw hit the floor. I thought that was pretty cool. I got to speak to him numerous times. I would highly recommend them.

Krista, the young lady who I spoke with informs you of the product. Her presentation with her enthusiasm helps with the process as well as her knowledge. She held my hand and walked me through the process. So, from my initial contact, I felt comfortable with her. I decided to roll over my IRA from Teamsters into Oxford and I'm also in the process of purchasing direct from Oxford now. So far, the process has been seamless. I recommend Oxford to anyone who will listen and my reason is because of my age. I'm trying to tell my friends how to protect their assets so, I recommend Oxford to all my friends. One of my family members just came aboard and she's recommending a couple of other people. I have no problems with Oxford thus far.

Oxford Gold got back to me before anybody else. They were nice to deal with. Their reps were good. Everything was fine. I moved an IRA over. The process seemed to go okay.
