Have been a customer for years. You have kept my computer safe. My husband was searching for something and as he scanned and went to diff pages it locked up. We called in. Phone answered right away. Tech went through a few quick things and resolved it quickly. Knew what caused it.

I have had Total Defense for four years now and I’ve never had a problem with anything. Doing my renewal was very easy. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend Total Defense to anyone. I have never had a problem at my computer has been safe. When I called a few months ago with a problem I thought I had. They were so helpful.

I am so relieved and was able to reinstate Total Defense protection on my computer. Dan made the process a great experience, relieved my stress. He answered all my questions and took all my concerns into consideration during the process. I know I talked a lot, but he listened and responded in an appropriate and professional manner. I have used your program for 1 year and am really happy with it. I like being able to see the detailed reports. I like knowing that the few apps I use are being updated by it. It is easy for me to understand and to use. I appreciate it that I can put it on more than one device and plan to add an additional device I use too (a laptop that uses Windows 11 whereas this simple one downstairs uses Windows 10 only). I am grateful someone was there at the phone number to talk to me about two issues that came up after I renewed (one was the ARS which I wanted to turn off). I will recommend your product to others. One of our computers froze with a Trojan Horse treat when an email was clicked to be put in the trash folder. Gratefully we called Total Defense and the customer service rep told us to hold the off button for more than a count of 6. He was patient as it wouldn't shut down the first time. Doing it again it shut down the computer. When bringing it up again he explained to only proceed if the start window was the company logo. It was. Then we were NOT to reload the browser. We closed it and started as normal. We got back into the emails and thanked the Customer Rep. We got great service again. We got in and deleted the email with others around it, to avoid clicking on that particular email again. We could always send the others back in the inbox.

I felt that the representative was very patient, helpful and very knowledgeable. He made the phone call a very user friendly experience. Although the subscription renewal format had changed he was able to walk me through it and made it a lot easier for me to renew my subscription. I am not very computer savvy so this was very helpful.

I initially spoke with Daniel ** who was very nice and tried to help me but I had problems getting into my email when I spoke with him so he sent me email with info with how to uninstall and install Total Defense. But I was unable to and called again and spoke with Laurie **. Laurie was very patient, kind and helpful and walked me through everything and was great. She was so patient with me which I really appreciated. She called back 1/2 hour later to see how everything went. Unfortunately, my computer is old and very slow so it took a while to complete. It's working perfectly now! Thank you so much to both Daniel and Laurie -- who are both very professional!

I needed to add virus protection to a new computer. It took help from one of the phone assistants to complete the task. He was extremely helpful and together we were able add the new computer and update protection on an older computer. Reaching help via phone was very prompt and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this service and product.

Via pop up received an alert message someone was trying to acquire my ap address. I ran a total scan and not alerts found. I called to Total Defense help line to confirm and see if any action needed.. Ali directed me to cleared out my Cookies and problem solved. THANK YOU Ali who was AWESOME!!!

While on line, visual and noisy alerts appeared indicating that the computer was locked and a telephone number to unlock it provided and NOT to shut it down. Previous experience told me to shut it down anyway and I did immediately. I also was NOT going to call the number provided. I called Total Defense. Dan ** was very calm, professional and put me at ease, telling me I did absolutely the right thing. After a short wait, I rebooted and all was well. I just needed to hear it. Thank you.
