Shared screen with Brandon, he is very knowledgeable and knows the product extremely well. He uninstalled TD, reinstalled it and made a few changes to the settings. As of now it is working great. Also sent me a link to reopen the case if necessary. I would definitely recommend Total Defense to my friends.

In all my dealings with both the technical and account staff I have found them to be very knowledgeable and helpful with my concerns. Also, the product itself has cleaned up my system and probably saved me money and the trouble associated with identity theft. I feel safe with Total Defense. Total Defense is worth the cost.

Carlos is great! He explains things perfectly to a guy like me who knows nearly nothing about computers or technology! I have been with Total Defense for more than a few years now. And being able to contact a human being by phone is the most important thing for me.

Whenever I have need to contact Customer Service, which is infrequently, it is a pleasure. The representatives are extremely helpful, articulate, and professional. I spoke with Carlos ** today and I was extremely pleased with his assistance in resolving my issue. I was able to speak to him without being put on hold and had my issue resolved in less than 10 minutes. Customer service is excellent!!!

Daniel was very patient and articulate in helping me renew Total Defense. I am not expert with computers. I really appreciated his assistance in explaining that I would have to remove and then reinstall the defense program. I needed to accomplish this task and was told to call back and ask for him if I had any further difficulty. If he was not available he assured me someone else would be available to assist me.

The tech support person, Daniel ** really reflected the attitude of what a tech support person should be: knowledgeable, responsive, and patient. He was able to pick up immediately on what was needed, and in no time, my issue was resolved. Kudos to Total Defense for having such knowledgeable people on staff.

When I call there is someone always very helpful with my questions and resolved the problem if there is one. Very satisfied with Total Defense and the service that is offered. I lost my hard drive weeks ago, and I think I put TD back on incorrectly. Today, when I started the computer, TD froze it and gave me the option to renew or uninstall it. Knowing it was not time for renewal, I uninstalled it, and called for help. TD was back on my computer in only minutes, but I would not have been able to do it myself, I'm sure ~ at least not that quickly or easily. Thank you!

I call to have some help me download new software. The technician showed me how to download it to a previous app. It was super easy to do. The technician was very friendly and wanted to make sure my experience was fine. Wish my experience with other companies was like this.

I wanted to renew my subscription but ordered the wrong level of protection for my device. Daniel was very helpful and successfully refunded my money for the wrong purchase, restored my previous subscription with my new purchase, and guided me through updating my Total Defense application. Tech was able to help me resolve my issue with a trusted website link in an e-mail coming up as malicious in about 30 seconds. He listened carefully and explained how the program would respond to my command to continue on to the site. And it did exactly as he told me and the site opened. Bravo!

When I tried to make a payment, refused to accept. It would only allow “cancel”. After several attempts I called and the Agent resolved problem quickly. Thank goodness for the phone. If I had to resolve this with online instructions, I would have let this lapse. When you have problems online, you a human conversation to resolve the problem.

I was very pleased with the courteous and helpful service I received from Carlos this morning when I was updating my credit card info. He looked up my account info and assisted with updating my credit card info. He gave me the date which my account would need to be renewed and made me feel confident that everything is up to date.

I had an issue when attempting to backup my Mac, using Time Machine, after installing Total Defense for Mac.
