I have used other computer support companies over the years but Tech Support Expert is by far the best. Just this morning, I called out of hours and didn't leave a message because I felt it was too early. Right after they opened, they called me anyway to follow up. They then proceeded to resolve my slow running computer problem quickly and courteously. What I appreciate is their technical excellence but almost as importantly is their reliability and true customer focus. My experience with Tech Support Expert has really been excellent. They were recommended by ConsumerAffairs so I thought that they're safe and I can use them. I talked to them and it seemed like a good deal. I'm just a beginner and they are doing wonderfully. I am totally clueless on how to use my HP computer, so I did a year with them. Also, they're much better than Fidelity. The Tech Support team helps me in three seconds and have been very patient. There was a little discrepancy at first because sometimes, I need them to come in the computer with me because I'm a dolt, and Chris would do that with me. There was a little misunderstanding, but he would go and that was wonderful. They're not really set up to do that, but he has been so delightful and accommodating. Chris has been great and very helpful.
I'm really happy with Tech Support. I know I can call and get help from them. I trust them and that's the big issue. You really have to trust people that are helping you. They're geeks and they could probably get into my computer if they wanted to, even if I didn't want them to. But I'm comfortable with allowing them that access. I would recommend them, and no one's gonna come after me for thinking this is a good program.
Rob was great in locating and fixing my computer. Five stars! He determined that my Google Chrome was working and that I had five different foreign address logged onto my computer. He talked me through the whole process of cleaning my computer and fixing it to working order.

HP Laptop Computer Support - I started with a problem of being scammed by another company for internet security. Windows 8.1 computer display issue - I changed my primary display monitor settings and had a blank screen. The computer would start, but it took Chris from Tech Support Expert to "see" the screen and fix the settings for me. He did it first try. Highly recommend!

Called with a problem of spoof gmails. Tj fixed that problem very quickly and then he took on cleaning up the drives which had not been looked at for probably 5 or 6 years. All is now working better than it has in years.

I called with a printer/scanner problem and the able assistant, Chris, identified problems with my computer. He spent much time clearing the problems with the computer which allowed the printer/scanner to work properly. He also advised a protection system to add and also installed it. Problem with windows-10 computer - I could not have had a better experience. First, I only hear with a Cochlear implant. Chris ** was very understanding and patience, speaking slowly and clearly. He was able to solve all the problems I was experiencing with both the computer and scanner. He explained how to scan a document and send it to the computer after installing the proper files to the printer and computer so everything is now compatible. I asked him about installing a firewall after discovering I did not have one. He also did that for me. He told me about the service plan I could purchase which I did. He then printed a copy for me to have. He is very knowledgeable and never got flustered. Thank you Chris.
