Everybody I dealt with at the Hydro Dimensions dealer was great. I got the tub for my mother. It has water jets and air jets. You can stand up to take a shower or sit down and take a whirlpool.

I have never had such exemplary customer service in my life. I was in constant contact with Mr. ** throughout the process. We ordered the top of the line tub and that’s what we got. The installation crew was neat; painted and replaced trim where necessary. When done we tipped them accordingly. Accolades to these wonderful people. Oh the tub is amazing. I have fibromyalgia, and it relieves my muscle pain. We are waiting to see how it helps my husband’s MS. Recommends to anyone over 50.

Hydro Dimensions is not a very well-known brand, and the only reason that I knew about them is that I had my secretary call all around to find some place that had tubs in-stock so I can go try them out. The local dealer has four on their showroom floor. I chose them because there are some people who believe they're even better than who the top manufacturer is, their rep is local, and I was able to test out the tub. They were better priced, too, as they're in between American Standard and Kohler price-wise. But everyone says the quality of Hydro Dimensions exceeds Kohler's quality. I got the one that has jets and a heater, and I chose it because of its size. I also had a special order on the finish and they were able to take care of it. I would recommend them.

I had a contractor put all my plumbing stuff and I called them and they recommended Hydro Dimensions. It took the installers a couple of days to put the tub in because they had to tear my old tub out and do a lot of other stuff. They've done a great job and you can't even tell that it was installed after the bathroom was made. It looks like it's built when the house was built. The bathtub helps my muscles and I'm not as stiff as I used to be. I'm 84 years old and I could never get in another tub anymore. The Hydro Dimensions tub has a built-in grab bar so I can pick myself up and it's got a seat and eight jets. I usually am in there for 40 minutes every night. It's a really nice tub and it works well.

I have severe osteoporosis and I really needed a tub, especially with jets. I did a lot of checking on this. I went on the web and I checked out walk-in tubs. I found one on TV too but that was such a ripoff. It has a heated seat and they charged people $31,000 for a piece of crap. Elderly people were getting second and third-degree burns because they’re having problems with the seat. I finally came across Hydro Dimensions and it has literally saved my life. They couldn’t have been nicer. They get into my complete specifications. It was cheaper than anything else that was out there like KOHLER, NEWPRO, and American Standard. Their salesman was terrific too. The other ones who came told me what I wanted to hear but they lied through their teeth.

Purchasing my tub was a piece of cake. By the time I went to Hydro Dimensions, they were the fourth people I had for estimates. I was very knowledgeable about hot tubs. I could have gone out and sold one myself. It was all everything that I had gleaned in checking these people out. Some of them were absolute scumbags and were preying on the elderly and try to make you feel guilty. One of them was absolutely horrendous and that was American Standard. They treated me like I had Alzheimer’s and I don’t. With Hydro Dimensions, even after they get their check, they care. They call and check to make sure everything is A-okay. That’s impressive. People don’t do that today.

I live in Massachusetts and I was a little concerned because the product came out of California. But the gentlemen who installed it are all from the New England area. They couldn’t have been nicer, more efficient and they cleaned up after themselves. I checked a few days after to see if everything was running okay and I called once a week since they’ve put it in to see if I needed anything or if the temperature was okay.

My tub is a deep and I can sit in it. When it’s filled, it comes up to my chest. Other so-called walk-in tubs when you fill them, they only come up to your waist. My walk-in tub has heated jets too. If you don’t have heated jets, the water gets cold. It comes with the chromotherapy where you can change the color of the water. The aromatherapy is nice too. My walk-in tub also has lots of hand bars to hold on to and the step getting in and out is practically nothing. Some would say it's not much but some will give me eight inches high. For an elderly person who’s having a problem, eight inches can look like Mt. Everest. Overall, my experience with Hydro has been fabulous.

My father had been in an accident. We were in a rush to get a walk-in tub in here so that he could take a bath. We had a tub installed and the first time I used it, it was a joke. It didn't do anything at all. You just sit back in the tub and it sprays water out on the floor. My father is 93 years old and it's just not the kind of thing that elderly people should have to be put through. So I tried to contact the company and they said they were gonna have somebody call us back and they just never did.

They came out, removed the original tub and put their tub in. They provided everything they said that would come with the tub and it works well. I'm just totally happy with it and so far, it's the nicest tub that I've seen. I got a really good quality tub for a good price. And everybody that I dealt with from them has been nothing but the best. The reps were very knowledgeable and they made the whole thing very pleasant. The whole experience with Hydro Dimensions was really good.

My mom is doing really well with her Hydro Dimensions tub. We give her a bath in it, and she loves it. It's better than before when she would keep getting cold every time we'd give her a shower. Now, she stays very warm and comfortable, and it's wonderful. I like how the jets clean the holes out so no water stays in them, and I like the convenience of the door because you can look at the motor and other stuff inside if you need to. I also love the faucets, and how the tub fills up and empties fast. We're very satisfied.

The Hydro Dimensions tub is excellent, I like it a lot, and I’d definitely recommend it to anybody. In fact, I have already recommended it to several friends. Its material and construction is great. It is beautiful, works well, and so very comfortable to use. My tub has a shower nozzle. I’m 85 years old and the tub has helped with my knees so far. After research, I installed a 70-gallon 75,000 BTU plus a 40-gallon 40,000 BTU to take care of filling the tub and other things in the house through a loop that runs continuously to circulate hot water all the time.

I injured my back at 16, and the pain was always a wrong-movement away. After 50 years, a new MD diagnosed it correctly. A shot into the injured joint, and I was pain free for a year. It was miraculous! But the pain came back, increasing gradually. I made another appointment with the MD. Then, for a new bathroom, we bought a Hydro Dimensions tub. We thought it was for my husband, but I've used it almost every night since it was operational. I fill it, and use only the jets in the upper set that go to my back, nothing else. I let it run 15 to 25 minutes at bedtime. My pain has diminished so much that I cancelled my appointment for the second injection. I'm not thoroughly pain free, but it is minimal and it goes away for most of the day, so it is quite manageable. I am so happy with the tub! Thank you!!

When aging issues dictated replacing our unsafe, fall-hazard garden, hydrotherapy bathtub with a walk-in tub I researched several brands, looking at features, materials, options and independent consumer reviews. Hydro Dimensions emerged as one that seemed to meet all my feature and quality criteria. The heavy stainless steel frame and platform provides strength and a solid feel to the gel-coated fiberglass tub shell. The Syllent pump is as quiet as its name implies, and the ample number and placement of water and air jets provides a soothing and therapeutic experience. More important than the near unanimous five star ratings by consumers was the company's response on all lower ratings, addressing issues with offers for resolution.

Interaction with both Hydro Dimensions and their local distributor, Luxury Bath, was free of pressure, informative and established a feeling of confidence in the product and the prospect of after-the-sale support by both entities. They stayed in contact throughout the process and patiently answered all my many questions. They and the installation team were totally accommodating to ensure that all my concerns and requirements were satisfied, including seeking a plating company to produce the polished brass fixture finish that was a top priority and to modify the installation to provide a platform on which I could install a tile surround to match the existing bath tile. I especially appreciated that the installers used extreme caution in removing existing tiles to preserve trim and cap tiles that were otherwise unavailable.

After the installation the installer thoroughly explained (and ensured that I understood) the operation of all the features as well as the care and cleaning of the tub. The Hydro Dimensions Model 2851 has all the features that I desired and the quality exceeds my expectations. My wife and I are totally pleased with the tub and I now have confidence that we can bathe safely with greatly diminished risk of falling and that the ozone sanitizer and UV sterilizer enables the enjoyment and therapeutic effects of both the Hydrotherapy and Air Massage features without the fear of mold and harmful organisms. You cant put a price tag on the peace of mind that this affords. The intensity of the Hydro and Air Massage systems is managed by electronic controls that includes a mode that cycles the Air massage flow between high and low Very soothing).

A pleasant surprise, which was never mentioned during the purchase or installation processes, is that 20 minutes after use of the Air Massage system an automatic drying cycle kicks in. To date, the only negative aspect is the time required to fill the tub, but that is due to pre-existing supply lines to the faucets being only inch. In retrospect I should have investigated the feasibility of increasing the supply lines to inch, and I intend to look into retrofitting to that size. Forever the optimist I seek the bright side: the fill time allows ample opportunity for soaping-up. Drain time is under two minutes. I highly recommend Hydro Dimensions to anyone considering a walk-in tub. I have included before and after photos to show how well the new tub with tile surround blends in compared with the replaced tub.

At the time that we got the tub, my husband was quite a large man. We needed one that was more than just a little doorway to get in. It needed to be big. So we bought this tub that opens from the seat forward and it’s quite a wide opening. It worked very well for him. Purchasing the tub from Hydro Dimensions was pretty easy. We’ve had a couple of issues with it, but they’ve always been very responsive about coming out and fixing it. The tub had a tremendous impact in our lives because my husband is quite handicapped and he bathes and soaks in it every night. It’s been wonderful.
