I'm extremely frustrated with the service I received at Napleton Urbana dealership. My RAV4 has a persistent rattling noise coming from the dashboard, but despite keeping it for a day, the service team couldn't replicate the issue. I requested their assistance in identifying the problem by riding with me, but they refused. This issue has been ongoing, and I've previously visited other dealerships without resolving the problem. The work order shows a mileage discrepancy, mileage in 34691-out 34692, which raises further concerns. I strongly advise against visiting this dealership, as they seem incapable of providing adequate service. I have called to Toyota Brand Relationship and have a open ticket but problem has not been resolved yet.

Buying a car for fifty thousand dollars that you have to buy a subscription to have remote start.. Hell, in 2015 I had a Dodge pickup that had factory remote start right on the fob... Then battery goes bad at 13 months... If course, the factory warranty is gone on the battery...

Toyota sucks. I file a lemon law on July 17 2025 and my case manager told me someone from legal team will call reach out to me 30 to 60 days. It's been more than 3 months. Nothing. I been driving damage car for last 4 months.

I purchased a 25 Corolla from First Team Toyota in Chesapeake Virginia and added the premium package at an additional cost which included a wireless charger. Charger does not charge my iPhone 15 pro max because the camera is not flat. Toyota is doing nothing about this until other reports are made, or they make a charger compatible with all phones. Says it works as it should because it charges Android. I feel as if this should come standard and not have to be paid for if it doesn’t work correctly. They will not even refund the price of the wireless charger minus the price of the premium package total.

I just bought a 2025 XLE Sienna. Waited a year to get it. I am so disappointed in the seats. They are hard as a rock, small, and have a weird edge that digs into your hips. This is my 3rd Sienna and the other 2 had wonderful soft big seats. Please do not make the same mistake I made and just take the car without thinking. I so very sad that I was not smarter.

The Toyota Brand used to mean something. Dealerships and service centers are ruining that Brand. If Toyota quality continues to fall, then shop for something else because you do NOT want to spend any time dealing with that nightmare.

I had a oil change today, been waiting from 1045-1330 and no updates if my car is ready. I went to the desk of Ethan and said he gave me a call an hour ago. And did not receive a call. He stated that sorry been busy. So I don't know if he gave me a call or not. Poor customer service I may say!

I have had my 24 Corolla Cross now for 6 mo. And have been a Toyota owner since 98. I hate your new dashboard. Not intuitive. Small icons. Touch screen unsafe to use while driving. Can't get psi tires.

Hi, I'm experencing a issue with Toyota, the clutch for the AC failed and l took it into Guelph Toyota. June 18th.and was told they would phone my next week when the parts came in, no courtesy call back. Finally the following week, I phoned them and was told part was on back order. At this point they said mid July for the part. The reason for the delay is that their is a broad issue with this part and something like 257 customers are also waiting. I was now told it would be mid August.

I contacted Toyota Canada two different times about the unacceptable service and wondered why their was no recall as their is an obvious issue with the defective clutch. They had issues last year also. L was told they no longer use this part in the new trucks. Toyota Canada said that it is not their problem as the warranty had run out. They said if l wanted to get some compensation l would have to take that up with the dealer as they may have ways of working around it to help out with the cost. My original call to dealer, l was told he would phone Toyota Canada and phone me back, no call back, Three calls later still no call back. All l can say it has been a poor customer experience. I'm really disappointed and expected better.

I purchase a Toyota wheel chair conversion van 2023, this was my second conversion van purchased from Toyota and I also have purchased two trucks, their concern for their customers has gone down hill. They have a customer engagement system which is basically a kick the can down the road, until you go away,, The van was 90000 when purchased with a Braun conversion. Supposedly a Toyota authorised conversion, the AC was defective from new. In May 2024 their local dealer Williams Toyota worked on it. Said was fixed, following year after winter discovered it was still not working, took it back to local dealer, they said could not find leak, charged me 340 bucks, this van has less than 14000 miles, called Braun conversion. They stepped up. Provided a rental.

Had Bennett Toyota in Allentown fix it, asked Toyota factory to get me refunded my money from their worthless local dealer, Toyota factory did nothing. Basically pass the buck, kick the can down the road, put on a dog and pony show for months, buy anything but a Toyota. Save yourself the grief, they don't stand behind their product, lots of excuses, keep you in the dark like a mushroom and feed you sh*t. I am done with them.
