Total Auto Protect

Seems like this company isn't posting my experience, so here I go again, but shorter. They seldom pay, if they do, they pay for used part prices, often no pay on labor. DO NOT BUY!!! Lousy company. BAD.

Covered all issues that we wanted cleared up. Pray that all is as explained, the cost reduction of 5%, 10% and "0" deductible was needed to allow us to afford the coverage. At 89 years of age we are vulnerable and must leave to Lord Jesus Christ to make all things right.

I recently bought an extended service plan, even though I have yet to use it, my phone rep Mr Jacob ** was very helpful explaining the pricing and plan to me. If and when I actually use the service I will post the results from my experience!!

My online inquiry was promptly responded to by a phone call from Jason. He was helpful and answered all of my questions. He spelled-out my options without pressure and all-in-all was very helpful. His online follow up after the call was timely and complete.

My experience with Jason was awesome. He was very polite, professional and patient, he answered all my questions to my satisfaction and informed me that he will be with me personally during the duration of my auto warranty and that if I have any concerns I can always call him direct. I really appreciated that, it made me feel like I am really appreciated. Thank you.

Jason gives excellent customer service. He's very professional, explains things clearly, and strives to give the customer the most for her/his money. I was very pleased with my experience with Jason. I expect to have the same experience when the time comes for me to file a claim.

Have not had to use Total Auto Protect yet but Jason was very knowledgeable, helpful & professional -when explaining coverages, etc. I hope the process is just as easy & "stress-free" when I do need to use the service.

I spoke with Jacob **, he was patient, courteous, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. What else can I say, I would heartily recommend him to others needing a Service Contract. After talking to other Providers I feel confident that I have made the right choice.

Jason was awesome! Had an amazing attitude and he helped me a lot with good information for anything that would/could void the warranty. He helped me get the memorial discount for active/veterans. Told me as well how great it feels that the company values their customers as well and provides efficient help when needed.

Zak was extremely helpful explaining the plan. Helped me choose the right plan at the right price. He told me what all was covered, where I could get the car serviced, the length of the contract, and worked to make sure I got the best value for my money.

Jason was very helpful with helping me to understand coverages and the benefits in my plan. He was also very good to me as far as getting extra discounts and deductible waivers. Now it just comes down to what happens when I try to use it. If all goes well, we're good to go.

Jason ** recently helped me with a purchase of an extended Land Rover/Range Rover warranty. He has been awesome to work with - he's thorough, accessible, patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. His follow-up has been on-point as well. I truly hope the entire Total Auto Protect relationship is as seamless and effortless as working with Jason has been.

Zach who I was speaking with was very helpful with all my questions and I did not feel under pressure at any time. Now, let's see how well Total Auto performs when I need help with my car itself, more to come.

I was delighted that I did not have to repeat everything from my first contact with Zack. He had my number and all of the information I had provided on my first call with him. I am so very tired of repeating things, so this was a pleasant surprise.

I called Total Auto for a quote on my motorcycle and spoke with Jacob. Jacob was extremely friendly and very helpful and answered all of my questions without hesitation. I would recommend that anyone who calls for a quote, to ask for Jacob.
