I have been looking for a car and I saw them online, spoke with a serve rep and I applied online for a car. The next day I get a call that I was approved for 30000 for a car. I was ecstatic but doubts. I had my brother call and spoke with Sarah again and she even told him the name of the lender. We drove from South Side, Chicago to Grayslake, spent hours drove the car to be told I needed a co signer and downpayment bunch of crap. They lie to get you in and all they say "oh it's a soft check of credit." They are not. New start program **! Liars
I used to love the customer service when bringing in my truck for repair. Just recently brought my 2007 suburban that had a rear suspension sagging issue. Dropped it off on a Thursday night after making appointment. Not only did they say technician left early on Friday and couldn't get to it, they stated that the technician said that "this is one of the better suspensions out there and nothing is wrong with it" but tried selling us the CKP sensor for some astronomical up priced number. I told the service writer, Sia (SP?), to go look at it. It is clearly visible that the rear hangs 4-5" lower than front end. So service writer told technician to look and try to explain that. Then they proceeded to tell me that wiring for the compressor connector was rotted out. Fine - gave ok to fix that. $200+. Then they called back to say now the control module was bad - $600+.
All in the meantime, Lauren from the loan department calls my in laws to try to sell us a new suburban and trade in the 07. Mind you I already own a 2015 suburban as well. Yes my husband and father-in law have the same name but WE gave OUR number numerous times to the service writer. Then I gave them a warning saying I do not want to just throw parts at it since this incompetent technician clearly doesn't know how to diagnose vehicles. Sia, service writer, promised that they wouldn't let me down. Well, well, well, they called back and now claim that the air compressor is bad - $700+.
At this point I am fuming mad. I had it!!! We called GAGES LAKE AUTO, and not only did they pick up the car for us, they DIAGNOSED PROPERLY! Turns out control module was not bad, because the air line was separated at a connector that runs from the rear suspension air pump to the right rear shock. The air pump could not build up pressure due to the open line so it deactivated the pump that's why the air pump wasn't working. So I just got off the phone with Sia, service writer - told him all this to share with the technician so maybe he can learn from his mistakes. Not only does he shake me off the phone rudely, won't even listen. Doubt he will share with incompetent technician.
This service at ROCK CHEVY is CRAP and I hope no one will go to them for honest service. All they care about is their commission! I spoke to Dan the service manager who knocked off a whopping $60 off of my $1,008 bill. Not impressed and definitely lost my business and I will continue to spread the word! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! DO NOT GO HERE!!!
So happy I bought my new Equinox and GMC Sierra from the team at Rock Chevy! Even after I bought they are still always there when I need them!! Sales dept A+ Service Dept A+ Parts Dept A+! Keep up the great work guys!
Was PROMISED that said vehicle would be available in 3 days time. After being pressured HEAVILY to come in I responded that I would have cash in hand in 3 days time as I have medical issues and needed bank transfer to clear. AGAIN was PROMISED that this vehicle would be available to me on said day. If I wouldn't have called to ask a question about the transmission, they would have let me drive 2 hours, in pain, to let me know it's already gone. Hope they have children. And someone treats them as bad or WORSE in their future. Karma has a way of kissing you back!
Went in to buy a car. The worst possible experience of my life. They rush you. Change all the numbers. Want more than you tell them you are comfortable with. Then when I wanted my deposit back the general manager became rude and belligerent. I have voice mails and recorded conversation with him if anyone wants the true story of Rock Chevrolet.

When I purchased my vehicle with my girlfriend we were told that the vehicle we were purchasing was reliable and safe to drive on the road. After doing inquiries we found the vehicle was in an accident that was not disclosed to us. I had to repair the tires, tie-rod, ball joint and lower control arm because it was so far corroded that it snapped and broke while I was driving the vehicle, then later the car seized up again and because the timing belt had broken and requires a new motor the repairs for this unsafe vehicle has far surpassed the value of the vehicle. This car should have never been on the lot to be sold in the first place.
I HIGHLY recommend NOT going to do this dealership. I spoke with gen manager, manager and sales rep and they said, "When you buy a car you take ownership and responsibility for the vehicle and all of its faultiness," so if I were to die from the car malfunctioning luckily I didn't get hit by another car or a more severe accident that it would of been my fault for buying the car. A customer doesn't have access to inspect these items. He said it was inspected, if it was then this should of been a red flag. They ignored it and never disclosed any of this information to us. They sold us an unsafe vehicle to be driving on the road. The repairs far exceed the value of the vehicle which most places would consider it to be totaled.
I bought a car there. Basically walked in, showed them the price advertised on their own website and autotrader, paid it, and drove away. Two months later they are calling me because they found out that there's another GM vehicle registered at my address. They wanted a copy of the registration because they could get a rebate from GM. They said that I got that 1000 off the price. I said no, I paid the price that was advertised for ALL people out there, not just previous GM owners. SCAMMERS!!!
I would like to highlight the unhappy unsatisfactory deal/contract which I have signed on Saturday (11/08/14). I was in Rock Chevrolet premises for having a quote on leasing a car. The salespersons ** Marc and ** Timothy ** quoted me only the monthly payment alone and they were saying "you are eligible for kind of used vehicle lease" and showed only car Hyundai Accent 2013 (34450 miles done) and asked me to drive. After hearing that the monthly payment of (approx 260 ~ 270$) and downpayment of $2000 for lease I asked for time for taking decision regarding the lease which I am going to sign and went to home for discussing with my friend.
Marc also requested me to bring the Title of my old car which I asked to trade for this deal. I came with Title of old car also with my friend. Then Marc asked me to sign for downpayment of $2000. I asked to whom I have to address the check? He said, "We have rubber stamp." He can fill the check and asked me to fill only dollar value and sign. After that he asked me to sign for the Title of the old car I wish to trade with them. I did it. And he asked me for salary slip and I told right now I don't have in my hand. Then he asked me to bring from home. Again I went back and taken the soft copy of salary slip. He asked me to take print from one of his colleague computer and collected it and asked me to meet the insurance agent within the premises to speak with her and she said I need to change the car in my insurance.
I changed with her help calling my insurance agent GEICO and also she quoted another insurance which is lesser than mine and I asked her to insure me in that concern. Once I done with insurance she taken me to Marc again and Marc asked me at that time for the address proof which he initially not mentioned, then I said I will bring COMED bill from home. He urged me to take online bank statement using his colleague computer again to take print out and gave to Marc and then he asked me to meet Keith and he will explain some paper work. Keith was so busy in typing and taking continuous print out and he started signing one by one paper asking me to sign every paper after his speedy way of signing and I was not informed about the loan at any time.
I was in the perception that I am signing the Lease Agreement Disclosure and also I was not provided with sufficient time to read the complete document since Keith was urging me to make my signature since it was Saturday evening almost closing time. I was pushed to sign without even knowing I am purchasing a car and signing for a Loan Agreement which I never asked to process at the higher rate of interest. I left the dealer showroom taking the Hyundai car thinking that I have taken the lease car. On Sunday when I went through all the document I came to know that I have been cheated/fooled by the salesmen (** Marc, ** Timothy ** & Keith) and they have arranged loan on behalf of deceiving me and they have sold the car to me for very high prices.
To me the prices they have quoted is too much more than the new Hyundai accent prices and even they have not explained me about the GAP terminology which they claimed $748. After knowing that I am being ripped off I visited dealer again on (11/10/14) for asking to take back the car. They didn't treat me well and said, "You have already purchased the car for loan at 9.99 % for 72 months," and the loan is already sanctioned for me and it is not possible to stop the loan process. I visited again on Tuesday (11/11/14) to find any other possible way to come out of this huge loan amount which I cannot even afford at all and requested to ** Timothy ** to take back the car which they neglected that once sold cars cannot be taken back.
Then I requested at least to stop the loan which I inadvertently signed and never asked them to proceed. He referred again to Keith (finance agent) who said the loan is already been sanctioned. I asked for the loan account number that time, he was not able to give me account number; instead, he was saying that "whatever you have signed is your loan." I was betrayed at that time. And on Wednesday (11/12/14) morning after knowing the dealer is not helping to cancel the loan process I called directly to the Wells Fargo stating my SSN and asked them whether they have processed the loan or not. They replied that they didn't receive the application yet. Then I cancelled my down payment check requesting to my credit union because I was not happy with the way the sale was finished and it made me mentally unstable and the deceptive way the Rock Chevrolet behaved to me.
Meantime I spoke to one of the Rock Chevrolet customer service persons to stop the loan process from their end and take back the car. He said, "We have already processed the loan with some other bank and it's already gone through." I said I have signed for Wells Fargo. Then he said he will ask his Manager to speak to me. His manager spoke to me on he was saying that "your loan amount is already processed." I requested that I cannot afford this much loan amount. He said, "You can afford" and asked me to continue the loan. I was not interested in purchasing this car and when I realized that I have been cheated as much as possible by the dealer. I am requesting you to unwind the contract which your salesperson made me to sign. Also cancel the loan which I never thought of going for it. Expecting your truthful solution for this dispute.
I brought my 2012 Traverse in for service on some recalls and because I smelled a bad odor when the hvac was on. I was told the recalls were repaired and when I asked what was done they could not answer the question and just told that it was "all taken care of." Pete in the service department (service adviser) was very rude and condescending. This was on a Friday. They told me that they could not smell the odor and there was nothing they could do. They transferred me to the mechanic and he said he would call GM. The following Wednesday I still had not heard back from them and I was happy to think they were working on it. I called to see how it was going and again, Pete the service adviser was very rude and said he left us a message Friday saying there was nothing they could or would do for us. I never received that message and have been without my car for an additional 5 days for no reason.
On Friday, I told them I took a whole 5 minutes searching online and found the problem that they could not find. I found SEVERAL blogs and forums that stated the Acadia, Enclave, Outlook, and Traverse all have this problem. It's the transfer case vent that needs to be relocated and I gave them the part number and tech line case number. Part number 01CDZ110 and Tech line case number ** from another owner that had the same problem. Pete refused to research this and insisted there is no odor and would not do any further work on the vehicle.
I left and will never return to this dealer. I took it to another Chevrolet dealer a few miles away and it was fixed with no questions asked a few days later. Rock Chevrolet in Grayslake Illinois is horrible, lazy and rude! DO NOT GO THERE!
I had been receiving calls from them several times a day for several weeks. Finally, they got a hold of me. I spoke with Darrian, who in turn gave me her "stupidvisor", Amanda. I explained my situation in detail. She then called me back within minutes to tell me that my "issues" are of no concern and I will be financed without question. I asked over and over if she was sure....of course she was, (as they were time after time). I explained that I did not want to waste my gas, nor my time or hers.
I get to Rock Chevrolet, (still the same as Rockenbach, they just dropped the 'enbach') Sure enough these fools got me again, (more so my fault for falling for their scam). The guy at the front desk is a real piece of work too. I asked to speak with Darrian and/or Amanda, but he told me they did not work there. So I walked over to the side and called the number that "Darrian" called me from, and waala.......right in front of my face she answered the phone. She was about 15 feet away from the front desk. In one way or another they remind me of a "payday loan" company, who constantly calls me for a loan....only difference they are overseas and barely speak English. Start your new car experiences fresh and keep away from these "SCAMMERS".
I filled out an application online and got a call from Danya in the finance department and told I was pre-approved for 38,000 and would I like more? I knew I was not approved for that much because of my credit and was also told that they would have 2 Hyundai Accents warming up for me when I got there. I got there - no Accents. Was not pre-approved for 38,000. I was only shown one car (my credit is not good), and test drove. I asked the salesman, Jeremy, what the noise was I heard in the engine. He said, oh, it's the power steering fluid.
Well, being in a desperate situation, I bought the car, and lo and behold one month later, the check engine light came on and then one week later the car would not start - all I got was a clicking. When I reported them to the BBB, I got an angry call asking why I did that and was told to bring the car in and we'd work something out. I called on 03/03/14, to talk the manager after the car wouldn't start and was told that Nick would call me back to ask about my problems. So far no call back. They are a bunch of crooks there and will do anything to sell a car, lie, cheat, and steal. DO NOT GO THERE!
I went to purchase a car about 3 weeks ago. The salesman, Tim, was very helpful. I purchased a 10 Malibu with my trade in. I liked the customer svc that I brought my ex-wife in a few days later to purchase a car. A week went by and there was a sound clicking by the axle. I brought it in to their svc center. They looked @ it. The mech. stated it just needed some lube. I didn't hear it again. Until about another week later. Then as I was driving, the front end shaked very bad when I would make a stop. I noticed it when I hit the expressway on my way back from purchasing the car the same day, but didn't pay much attention to it. Long story short. I had to bring the car back in because there was some MIX up with their paperwork and the bank. But another bank would give us the loan.
I explained to (??) that the car had issues and that I need to be put in another car. I explained to him the issues.. decided to take my car back and go else where. There was no bad blood... After I told him the issues with the car, you would think that they would take it to the svc center. Within 45 minutes, I saw a salesman giving a test drive to a customer, who clearly didn't know the issues the car had... IMO, that seems as if they care less if the customer purchased a car with issues.
On top of that, my spare tire was stolen and my tweeters as well.. Who steals a spare tire. I spoke to (????), one of the managers there stated that no one could have taken it because the keys are kept in a secure lock. I explained to him that maybe someone took it before the keys were put up. I had the car on their lot. On their property and someone stole from there. I wasn't looking for no money. Just my spare and my tweeters I paid for... Really professional. The manager "claims" he's going to view the tapes. I honestly doubt that would happen. Be aware.... They allow thieves to work there.... The person who was very helpful was Tim **.
I’ve been sold a lifetime oil change from Rockenbach Chevy in Grayslake. Today, I went and was told I would not receive any more oil changes for free because they sold their company to rock and they won’t honor Rockenbach’s original commitment. I am out at least $500. I talked to someone in charge and told me he felt bad, but basically too bad. Don’t waste your money on any of this in the future. Do not buy from Rock Chevy because they could care less about you. I have bought 2 cars for my sons from Ray Chevy in Fox Lake, and they really take care of you.
The sales representive told me if I gave my car back to the bank and do a Credit write off that I wouldn't be responsible to pay the difference that i still owed on the car (9,000)more I owed on it. But That was a LIE!!!!
So what I had to do was to File Bankruptcy beacuse I couldn't afford to pay So now My credit is ruined because of that 1 sales person no wonder GM is going Down hill because of pepole like That!!!
After filling out the application online, we were contacted by a Mr. -----. He said that we were pre-approved to come down and finish the papers for the trailblazer we were interested in. Before my husband and I made the long treck down there (44.33 miles) I called and once again spoke to a salesman. I asked Is it really going to be worth my time to drive all the way down there? He replied yes, we can get you in a car tonight. With that, we did go down there.
When we got there, we were told that we still needed to finish some papers and it ended up that we were NOT able to get a vehicle. (knowing that, i would have never waisted the gas and time comming down) After we found that we were unable to get the financing, we were taken to talk to the financing manager. (Loraine)She asked if we had a co-signer with good credit. We did try a couple of people, no one was able to help.
After we left the dealer, i called my mother and she said that my step dad would be more than happy to help. His credit score was a 600. I then called Loraine and gave her all the information. she said that she would contact me in the morning. I never herd anything else from her until i called at 6pm the day after. She said that she could not get anything to go through. (A call would have been nice so i could explore other options)
I then called a couple more times, trying to figure out how and who could help. Each time she said that she would call me back i never got a call. I then decided that i wanted to trade in my 2004 Dodge Stratus and i could come up with $1000 downpayment. I called and got put on hold for almost 30 min. while they were transfering me around. I finally hung up. The next day i called and asked for her again, she did answer but she said that she was busy with a customer and promised to call me back that night. I NEVER herd anything back.
It has been about 3 weeks now. I have never felt more pushed aside by a company. I felt as though everyone had more important things to do and could find no time to help me. All it would have taken was a call back to say that she couldnt help me, but instead, every time i talked to someone, i was the one making the phone call.
After buying cars for the last 30 years,I can assure you that professionalism is not part of ROCKENBACH CHEVROLETS business philosphy. After refusing to buy their car right now! I was told that i was wasting their time and was probably a plant (spy) from another auto dealership. The manager became emotional, however the other sales people I encountered offered their appololgy for their bosses action. I will never go back to them and I'm a G.M. family
With slow American auto sales, you would think that salepeole would look at the long term picture. I hestiated to buy the car their because I felt pressured too much, I just wanted to get out of their and did'nt need the verbal abuse of Time wasting..
My wife and I were involved in a car accident and our car was totaled. We were referred to Rockenbach by a friend. When we got there, our salesperson, Lorraine Carruthers, was great and professional. We noticed that the 2006 Van that we were interested in had a dent on the front right side and the light was busted. I let her know that we are still interested, we just need the light and dent fixed. This was a Wednesday night. She told me that no one was available to fix it and they will be in tomorrow and the car will be ready by Friday.
We finished the paperwork and the deal was complete. We also purchased for an extra $1500 the LIFETIME OIL CHANGE/TIRE ROTATION and rustproof package. (Keyword: LIFETIME) Anyway, when it was time to pick up the vehicle, the dent was pulled out, but not fixed. It was still very bumpy and it even had cuts in it. Lorraine tried to convince my wife and I that the dent was gone and made me feel like I was being hustled.
I told her, so you are going to look me in the eye and tell me that that dent is fixed? All I want is for the right side to look identical to the left! She finally realized that they did not match. After much deliberation, we finally got the dent fixed,
1 week later. When I went to pick up the keys for the van, they only gave me one set! I told them that I need another set for my wife. Lorraine told me that on used cars, they only get back the keys the previous customer returned and that they are a Chevrolet Dealer and it's illegal to cut other Dealership keys and since my van is a Dodge, I have to go to a Dodge dealership to get keys cut.
My thing was that I'm the customer, why can't you call dodge for me and have the keys cut and have them bill your company? So I asked her how much does the key cost. She told me about $20. So I drive out to Dodge the next day to get the key cut for my wife and I find out that the key was $197.50! I was furious. Once again, I had to give Lorraine a call. I called her on several occassions asking about a reimbursement on the key. I never got a response from her again. I went to management and they finally agreed to reimburse me 1/2 for the key. I still feel that I should've gotten the whole reimbursement because I was not informed that our van only had 1 key. Why would you give one key to a couple?
I also called about the $50 referral rate my friend was supposed to receive and he never got it. I asked Lorraine why didn't she send it off and she basically lied and told me that she didn't have my friend's number and that he had moved. I told her that when we were buying the car! She could've called me and I would have told her. He finally got paid 3 months later.
Now, back to the lifetime oilchange/tire rotation. I went to get my oil changed last week and the serviceman informed me that I only have 6 oil changes and 2 tire rotations per year. He told me that I used up my tire rotations for the year. This was not explained to me, nor put in writing. I was furious. Why say Lifetime when there's a limit, plus, I'm a commuter, I may use up my 3000 miles within 2 months, does that mean that I'm not going to get an oil change when I need one because my lifetime oil changes have been used up?
Overall, very unprofessional and an unfair place. I will never refer anyone to this place until explanations, reimbursements and proper apologies are in place. I felt like my wife and I was hustled overall and very unimportant to these people. It was not explained to me the terms and conditions of this service. What needs to happen is that they need to adjust my car payment and cancel my oil change/tire rotation, or provide me with the services promised.
Our car payments increased because of the purchase of the lifetime oil change/tire rotation and we are not receiving that type of service, but a limited one. This whole situation created a lot of stress and anxiety for my wife and I and we have never felt so used by purchasing a used car.
I had gone to rockenbach to trade in my car. Everything went fine the day i bought the new car. I got the 0% apr for 72 months deal and they were going to pay off the rest of the loan on the car i traded in. I got a phone call a week later from the loan place where my trade in car was with and they had told me that i was late on a payment. well i told them that i traded in the car with rockenbach and that i signed it over to them a week ago.
so i went into rockenbach to find out what was going on because this is going to be messing up my credit which i am trying to build up. They told me that they will take care of it. 3 weeks later a get a call again from the loan company stating that the bill is still not payed. I went into rockenbach again and they said they just needed more paperwork signed. so i did and than they told me that the paperwork that i signed is for a lease. i told them that i didnt want a lease and i already had a contract. Well now they still havent payed my old car and now are stating that there was no contract for a finance but little do they know is that i still have they copys for that contract.
they are a very horrible dealership who think that they can push people mostly younger people like me. I have also called the main chevrolet number and have complained about their business. A lady from there called rockenbach to find out what is going on and they would not speak to her either. DONT GO THERE TO BUY CARS!!!!!!!!!!!

Robert is the most bottom of the barrel scummy salesman I've ever encountered. As I looked over the final contract, I had noticed that he had tried to manipulate the numbers and charge me $1,400 more than what we had agreed upon. When I confronted him about it he tried to talk it off by calling it an old tax that should have been taken off before I had read it. DON'T TRUST THIS MAN OR THIS DEALERSHIP!! YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF!!
I went in to look at either new or used vehicle. I had received a mailing (fastrack Overnite) where they sent to my address a letter and a remote, saying that it may open a 2004 Trailblazer. Well first off they never looked at it or let me try to open anything. Well I went out to the lot to look at vehicles. I picked 2 that I was interested in. Telling them I had to keep my payment under $250.00 Knowing this they took my keyes for my current vehicle (a 2000 Buick Century Custom with 70,000 miles on it) after test driving them both, we sat down to discuss money. Never once would they tell me the prices of lthese vehicles. They come back saying that I have some negative equity, whick AI knew I had.
They present me with a figure for a 2003 Sierra of $749.00 for I belive 60 months and a figure of $649 for 72 months. I said that was insane. I explained to him that I have been shoping around. And another dealer in Kenosha had a very simular priced and simular size pickup. I told them I could get this for $262 a month for 66 months. He laughed and proceded to call them crooks and that they were low balling me, a common practice for most dealers, except them, they dont do that. Then they told me that I should buy it without the trade.
I said that I could not afford 2 payments, he then said that I wouldnt necessarily have 2. He said due to my current divorce, that I should just let the vehicle go back. I wasw shocked at this, and told him that. He then said do what ever you want with it. Well I had been trying to get my keys back and leave, butr they would not give them to me, kept saying give me a minute and I will see what I can do. I said that I had to go to work, Gabriel said well call off and lets see what we can do. He left saying that he would see what they could do with a new vehicle with all the rebates. He asks me what is the highest amount I could afford. I tell him no more than $250 a month He comes back 10-15 minutes later with the same vehicles, and said he has the payment down to $369.00 a month. I said we are done may I have my keys. He turned very rude and gave my keys to another person and said nothing and just walked off. Very un ethical and vey unprofessional and extremly rude people.
I purchased a new 1999 Chevrolet Venture Minivan in Dec. 1998. When I chose a vehicle with the options and color that I desired, I noticed that it had originally been delivered to a dealership in Iowa. When I asked the salesman about this, he replied that this vehicle was traded for another and that this was common practice for dealerships to pool their inventories. In July of 2002, paint on the front edge of the drivers door and rear edge of the front fender began to come off. I brought it to a body shop to have it touched up and was advised that the vehicle had been damaged at the left front fender and repainted.
I told the body shop that this could not be the case because I had purchased the vehicle new and it had never been damaged. They then proceeded to show me where overspray was evident on the fender vin# tag and that the cause of the paint loss was due to misalignment of the front fender due to damage causing it to rub the door when opening and closing it. It was then that I realized that the reason that the car was originally delivered to a dealer in a different state was because it was a previously damaged and reconditioned vehicle and that I had been a victim of what I felt to be fraud. I would never have purchased the vehicle had I known that it had been damaged. I called the dealership and they said they knew nothing about this and that if there had been any damage to the vehicle it must have happened during my period of ownership. At this point I felt all I could do was to chalk it up to experience.
The vehicle is now 5 years old and the door grinds when opening and closing as well as being in need of repainting in this area. In addition, if I now attempt to sell or trade the vehicle in, I will not receive nearly as much money for the vehicle due to this prior damage that had never been disclosed to me when I purchased it.
I was sold a used car which I was told had passed Rockebbach's used car safety inspection. When I asked about the brakes on the vehicle was told that the brakes were the 1st item checked by the dealership.....
WELL, after buying the vehicle and taking it to a local Car-X to perform additional routine maintenance when asked,was told the front brakes needed replacement and that the rear brakes were missing hardware! $500 later, I called Rockenbach's Used Car Manager (Paul) for relief who told me there was nothing he could do and that the car was purchased as is!!
I was obviously misled and as a result was sold an unsafe vehicle that I was forced to put additional money into!
My wife and I purchased a 2002 Chevy Malibu at Rockenbach Chevrolet in September 2002. The salesman we dealt with was your typical sales person. Nice as could be until we agreed to purchase the car. We were next shuttled from desk to desk to sign papers, listen to extra offers and arrange financing. We noticed our problem several days after we left. While going over our purchase contract we noticed that we were only credited with $3000 for our trade in when we agreed on $3500.
We went over all of the numbers with Mr. Friello so we didn't think it was necessary to go over it before we signed. What a mistake that was. When we contacted Mr. Friello he basically said you signed the contract so its your problem. This is one heck of a way to treat a current and future customer. He not only has lost our business but that of many friends, family and co-workers. I would like his bosses to know just what happened.
My wife and I are out the $500 difference that we agreed upon.
