I have a 2019 truck with close to 90K miles and it's running great. However I knew I needed some coverage type of coverage in place for when it starts to have problems. I did some research online and Premier Auto had the best reviews. I submitted an online application for a quote. Received a phone call in less than 5 minutes. Alex helped me through the quick and easy process and answered all my questions. The whole process took less than 10 minutes and now I have great coverage for a price I can afford. Would highly recommend.

I researched many extended car warranty companies and found Premier Auto Protect to be one of the best throughout the industry. Their contract is extensive and inclusive, covering your vehicle from bumper to bumper as any factory warranty would. In addition to having an extended warranty policy that covers your vehicle completely, and providing peace of mind, their customer service is second to none.

Best company hands down, now I can drive in confidence in the vehicle I love so much. Get protected and live life with no worries. Other companies will rob you for your hard-earned money, Premier is the most reasonable company out there. Best decision I made in years. I’m no gate keeper. I tell as many people as possible about Premier. Spread the word and help other get protected the right way.

I would like to take this moment and personally thank Marc for assisting me with my decision to purchase a warranty plan with Premier Auto Protect. He did an outstanding job explaining me the plans and prices. He made the sale to me in about 15-20 minutes. He did not try to trap me into buying a plan like Car Shield did, that salesman would not let me get off the call, he held on the phone for about an hour and a half, meanwhile I got frustrated and finally hung up the phone. The plans Car Shield offer was in no comparison to Premier Auto Protect.

Let me just start off by saying I’m glad I chose Premier Auto Protect. Cameron ** (Account Specialist) put my mind at ease. He made me feel confident that I was going with the best coverage. Very attentive..answering any and all questions I had. As a customer you want honesty and clarity. I was given both! I would recommend this Company to anyone I know without question

Edward made me feel comfortable about obtaining full covered warranty. Because of the type of car that I had it would be in my best benefit to do the investment and although it is very expensive due to the type of car that I have, I guess this is what I asked for since this was my dream car.

Danny was fantastic, he answered every question, even the dumb ones. Additionally, he included a fantastic service plan and helped me with my low mileage driving habits being too long to start coverage quickly.

Alex was helpful and patient as I navigated through several possible vehicles (different makes/models/years) and had a brief delay in my quest. Transparent process; no rush, no pressure. I hope, if I ever file a claim, the process is just as easy and pleasant.

Danny was great! Very fast, friendly & knowledgeable with information I needed & getting my policy started. It was a total pleasure having him to help. Not everyday you get a representative that actually knows their job and glad to do it.

After the expiration of the Ford Extended Warranty on my 2017 F250 Lariat, I purchased the Exclusionary highest coverage policy on 6/28/23, paid in full 1/17/25. This policy states, highest tier coverage and I was assured by the sales rep R. ** on the phone, if it is a mechanical part or even high tech electronic, this coverage would cover the cost. So when my passenger door won't latch, 4x4 won't engage, and my heater will blow when on defrost but not from dash, apparently my truck doesn't like the OH cold weather, I took it to Ford only for them to call me with a $3500 quote because Premier Auto Protect won't cover ANY of it!!! I'm not a mechanic but these items don't sound like they should be excluded from Top Tier Coverage. Policy hasn't been used, please refund my $$.
