Mary ** and Nova Warranty are awesome!! I was skeptical about buying an extended warranty for a 2013 Lincoln Navigator with 96,000 miles on it so I did my research. I spoke with Mary during this process and she assured me that Nova was better than most. Seven months later I have had my first repair done under the warranty, ABS module replaced at Parks Lincoln dealer where we have serviced the vehicle for the past 11 years. Nova paid the entire cost plus the rental car during the repair. Mary provided her phone number at inception of the policy and suggested we call her directly if we ever have a claim. I gave this information to the Lincoln service manager when I brought the vehicle in.

The NOVA Warranty product is only as good as the people that support it. My account representative Nick ** and the Claims Adjuster, Hailey **, are clearly two of the most knowledgeable people in the "after market" extended warranty business. Although their expertise in this industry is a critical factor of the service that's provided, it was clearly their unique skill set in customer contact. They both not only provide accurate information, but they are honest on what to expect as an outcome of the covered repairs I was claiming payment for. Nick walked me through every step of the process and Hailey ensured a smooth transition to payment of the repair shop.

Through previous warranty experiences I had become somewhat skeptical. research showed that Nova warranty was a good choice and I was pleased with my initial discussions with John **. Bought the policy late in 2024. Recently had to use it and was awaiting how it would play out.... a little more than four hours after dropping my car off at the service facility i received a phone from Julie ** from Nova claims requesting me to fill out a claims form which I did. Shortly there after she called again letting me know the status of the claim and all details along with the payment approvals and other details.

At first, I researched the company and filled out my information and Mr Nick ** responded immediately. I was not sure about going through with the warranty but Nick explained everything as far as what the policy covers, differences between bumpers to bumpers and what Nova has to offer, the payment amount, amount miles that the warranty covers. I had a scheduled phone with Nick on 5/12 but I was busy at work. We rescheduled for 5/13 and Nick reached out again that make me feel that this was a legitimate route to go by his patience, dedication. For that thank you! Now my vehicle is covered with the assistance of Nick **: that was one best professional conversation I’ve had in a while. Normally it’s what you need okay, pay them, that’s it but Nick is different, thanks again!!!

I recently purchased a plan here and was very impressed with the customer service from Nick. I called at least 4 times before committing. Nick was very responsive, very patient and answered all of my questions. He worked on my behalf to offer the best plan at the best price. He addressed my concerns and offered options. It was nice to speak to a real person that processed what I was saying and didn't read off of a script. I spent hours researching and making calls and think I made a good choice. I haven't reviewed my contract 100% yet and will update my review if there are any issues, which I don't foresee. Hopefully I won't have to use this plan, but it's worth the peace of mind.

Kevin was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. We had several discussions and was always available or would call back in a short time. Kevin discussed the different policies and the possible discounts I could get. He answered all my questions and any of my concerns.

I would like to thank Nick for his patience, follow up and guiding me through my buying experience with Nova having just purchased my warranty today. I will post more reviews after using their service.

We were on the road, hours from home when we discovered we needed emergency repairs. It was a stressful situation, but Katie ** took all the stress out of the warranty claim process. She was calm and reassuring and guided me flawlessly through the process. I feel very fortunate to have had her working for me to get me back on the road in less than 24 hours (would have quicker but the service station had to order a part). My sincere gratitude to Katie!!
