Lucas took time to explain every detail and spoke very clearly without me having to ask him to repeat himself. Often, I get someone who reads the prompts and you can tell they're reading! Lucas is professional and kept everything very transparent. He went above and beyond my expectations with the offers and discounts he could get for me. Being a military veteran, I am very grateful for your business and for looking out for us. Ms ** was extremely polite courteous and patient with me during my interaction with her. I felt very comfortable when Miss ** took my concerns and questions as if they were hers. She explain in detail everything which I needed to know, regarding having my vehicle repaired. In the beginning I was very hesitant to obtain any extended warranties with any company, due to the horror stories which I've heard. Due to Lisa's extreme professionalism and your company's commitment I would definitely recommend Nova warranty to all of my friends and family members. I have been researching Auto Warranty policies for several months, and have been receiving information from several companies. Jason has been communicating with since I began my research. Today, he made the sale, he's personable, helpful, and allayed all my fears and answered all my questions. He endeavored to give me the best price available for the Nova Warranty, and actually made me feel good to spend over three thousand dollars ($3,400), quite a feat. The fact that he will be my Account Manager for the duration of my policy was an added incentive, as he has established himself as a person I can trust, and feel comfortable dealing with. The Nova Warranty was also a selling point, but as the subject of this email stated, Jason made the sale. Thank you Jason!

Lucas ** returned my call about getting extended warrenty for my car. He explained what was all involved in the warranty, I had to leave the call abruptly, Lucas then called me back leaving a message telling me I could get back to him. When I returned his call we were able to finish our conversation about the warranty. I was able to purchase the warranty I needed. Lucas called me back after I sent him the photos he requested and told me I made a mistake on my mileage. I asked if I needed to make a bigger payment and Lucas explained I did not and I would get a different warranty at the same price he quoted earlier. Entering the mileage on the website was difficult for me. I apologize for making this mistake, Lucas said it was not a problem and he took care of it so I would not have to change the price of the policy. I want to thank Lucas for helping me with my mistake and taking care of my needs with my extended warranty.

Our account to, Nick was very helpful in assisting us in the purchase of the right vehicle coverage for our Truck and SUV. Pricing and payments to meet our needs and very polite and knowledgeable. After reviewing several other companies, Car Shield and Endurance, we found Nova to be the better choice.
