We are having issues with the radio and probably gonna have to replace with an aftermarket! Jeep dealer wants over $300 just to take it apart and see what the problem is. Also the rear defroster wire keeps getting disconnected from the rear glass. Had the dealer here in Chesapeake VA repair and it lasted about a year before coming detached again! Very frustrated with Jeep Wangler right now and probably will never replace it with another one!

We purchased a new Grand Cherokee October 10th. On November 28th the transmission made a jerk and engine light came on. We turned around to head back to our house and on the first incline the transmission shut down and locked in park. As of today 12/22/2025, the dealership has not received authorization to repair from Jeep / Stellantis. Phone calls promised are not returned! This vehicle did not make it to its first oil change. Please, Jeep, you can do better than this.

2018 Jeep Renegade was purchased in 2018 brand new. Love the looks of the car and it drives great. Love the option to turn on 4x4 in the winter conditions. Exciting to drive. The renegades do burn oil and or have an oil leak. I found this out when I began to notice oil spots in my garage. I took it to dealership and they told me that was normal and to check oil and add oil in between oil changes. I have had to do this for the last 5 years with multiple complaints to the dealership. Fast forward December 2025. Warranty is now expired and took for my routine oil change only to be told I need new motor because I have an oil leak. Told them to look at past 5 years of history of this complaint and their response was, "Sorry but now your warranty is expired."

Writing this review in 2025 - I bought a 2020 Jeep Renegade and at this time the car has less than 36K miles on it. As I was driving back from seeing my family - the stripping that holds my window into the door flew off of my car - no reason for this to happen. When I contacted the dealership - they told me it was not covered. I contacted Jeep and they could not even return my calls after opening a case. I have now waited 3 days for an answer on something I was told to have gotten an answer on the following day.

When I call them they just promise me that the case manager will call me back before the end of the day - but I have yet to receive any calls from them regarding my car. They did not give me a loaner vehicle or do anything to help ease this situation. As long as I keep making my payments and they get my money, they might as well hold on to my car too. I obviously don't need it and don't deserve an update on when I should be getting my car back.

Regarding the great Jeep recall of 2025. If Jeep knew they would be recalling over 300 thousand vehicles, they could have been better equipped to assist with loaner vehicles. We are just out our vehicles with no loaners and a compensation plan that requires you to wait for a case manager to call you (in my case I waited a full week) only to be told, to get your own rental and they will reimburse you. But you will still have to pay at least half of the rental because they only reimburse a small amount per day.

My vehicle has 4 issues all of which are the fault of the manufacturer, and I have no vehicle for however long it will take for them to repair them. Will I receive compensation on the lease payment? Of course not. The Jeep dealership told me that it could be worse there are other people whose cars are taking longer. This was supposed to appease me enough to not be upset! I will never purchase a Jeep again, and as soon as this one is returned to me, I will return it to them. Terrible experience.

I lease a Jeep 4xe and to say this car is a lump of trash on 4 wheels is an understatement. I have owned this car for a little less than 2 years and it's been in the shop three times for a total of 45 days. I now have a note in the mail that says there's a recall, but they can't do anything about it! Trash!!! On top of it, Chrysler is willing to do absolutely nothing to help. Do not buy a Jeep. This is a failing organization that puts out horrible products on the market and then does nothing.

So I had my 2020 Jeep Renegade Sport for 3 years and had just put 40,000 miles on it. I just crashed and totaled it (100% my fault) but I gotta say it held up well in the crash. I hit a mailbox and a guard rail doing 70mph. The solid metal mailbox didn't even break the windshield so whoever they're getting them from keep it up lol. Very solid vehicle altogether and safe. I came out of the crash fine, just scrapes and bruises. Would 100% buy again if it was better on gas. It pains me so bad to say goodbye to it.

Dear Jeep Customer Service Team, I am writing this email out of complete frustration and disappointment. I purchased my vehicle in March 2025, and from day one, my Jeep app has not connected to the car, making it impossible to use any of the application features that were promised at the time of purchase. I have contacted Jeep customer service multiple times, and every single time I am told, “We will call you back.” Unfortunately, nobody ever does. I did receive one call stating that a service request had been submitted, but nothing was repaired. I was also provided with a 6-month free trial code, but the issue still remains exactly the same.

It has now been nine months since I bought the vehicle, and I am still unable to access basic features through the mobile app. This is extremely upsetting. When a car is being sold, everything is promised, but once the purchase is made, it seems like the support simply disappears. I even contacted Jeep again three months ago and was told that someone would follow up, yet I have not received a single call since then. This level of service is completely unacceptable, and I am extremely dissatisfied with how my concerns have been handled. I am requesting that this issue be immediately escalated to your senior team. I expect a proper resolution as soon as possible, along with clear communication moving forward. I look forward to a prompt response, as I am no longer willing to wait indefinitely for support.

Worst car company and vehicle. We purchased a 2024 Wagoneer and within six months it had systemic power failure on multiple occasions. It then began to lose power and would shut down while actively driving. This happened several times despite claims it was fixed. The car would shut off while moving with no warning and the power steering would go out. During one of these events, we were almost rear ended while I was driving with my young children in the vehicle as the car shut suddenly down while exiting the freeway. It was terrifying.

The service department couldn’t figure out what was wrong. After weeks in the shop they decided they would just change out the battery even though the battery has been replaced multiple times on a one-year-old vehicle and the car was displaying engineering code failures on the dash. We went through meditation and the manufacture denied all culpability and saying that the car is safe and works as expected. This company does not stand by their vehicles or care about customer safety. They refused to get us into a new vehicle or repurchase the vehicle so we could get into a safe vehicle for our family. We are out thousand dollars on a brand new vehicle and are now having to purchase another vehicle to keep our family safe on the road. Don’t be fooled by the beauty of this vehicle if you value safety and reliability.

Bought our first jeep, 2022 4dr Willys and until now loved it. It has the eTorque v6 which has a lot of advantages including smooth start/stop and increased gas milage. Recently we noticed the start/stop not working, no lights or indicators. Deep scroll into the menu and it says "Not available, battery charging". Called dealer and they say it's not covered under warranty, $2,000-3,000 to fix if the power unit needs replaced. The power pack is part of a sophisticated "mild hybrid" design, and as such I feel should be covered by federal emissions warranty (8 year/80,000mi), and many searches on the internet confirm this stance. Dealer #2 says no too but asked me to call to support. I did and they said they could not help, go to the dealer.

I asked for the survey mentioned at the start of the call, and after a 3 minute wait the question was asked "did we resolve your issue", I said no, and it hung up. Apparently you can only give a survey if your problem is resolved. So, I am stuck not knowing what to do about a Jeep without the eTourque feature and Jeep is not going to help. Add to this, that there is no light, no status (on the Jeep vehicle app), no user indication of a problem other than star/stop no longer works. Do NOT buy a Jeep.
