    I would like to thank Honda for keeping me and my loved ones safe. I was involved in a head-on collision due to the other driver being under the influence. It was me (driver) and my pregnant best friend and 1 year old godson. Honestly, I wholeheartedly believe the only reason we were able to walk out of the accident alive is because of my 2022 Honda Civic Sport. I have been officially gained as a Honda customer for the rest of my life. My car was unfortunately totaled after paying off more than half of it, but as soon as I can afford it again, I will be purchasing another Honda. I will miss my car but at least I know when I get another Honda, I will feel safe and comfortable driving again.

    Hendrick motors builds engines and races cars. Honda has been very good to me. The car lasts forever with very little maintenance. Hendrick Honda has been wonderful to use for my service needs. Expect your Honda to last 15 years in normal city driving.

      I purchased a 2025 black Honda HRV EXL AWD in October 2024. This is Honda's best all around vehicles I have owned. I have had an Accord, Civic, Prelude, and still own my S2000. The New body style of the HRV is perfection, the interior leather and design is beautiful, comfortable and extremely roomy with a huge cargo space! I have been getting between 27-31 miles in town/highway. It also was a champion on the ice & snow using snow mode and awd. Owning this crossover for almost 7 months I still love the HRV. I would highly recommend an HRV EXL AWD fir anyone that needs more room, but still wants a sportier, more sleek look! I give the HRV 2025 5 stars & 2 thumbs UP!! Bravo Honda! 👏 👏🎊

      I want to start by saying ** at 1113 Zerega Ave is very professional and so nice. She answered all my questions and concerns. She made my whole experience easy and fast. She got my car and they did the work that needed to be done and she got my car out. This is not the first time that we have dealt with Miss **, every time we go, there is a beautiful experience.

      My Honda Hrv radio broke. Honda Canada were awesome and covered 100% of the cost. They were professional and serviced my car in a timely manner. Their service is impeccable. I would buy Honda again 100%!!!

      Brought my Odyssey in for recall work, everything was in working order (branded title) besides Navigation app. Did the recalls and the entire infotainment went out, Honda dealership + corporate are saying it's at my expense to fix this even though this happened during a recall. Has been a 6 month ordeal with them and now they're trying me to throw a $800 nonrefundable part at it so see if that fixes it, and if it doesn't oh well I don't get my money back. Never buying a Honda again after this.

      So got a 2025 Honda Accord and within 2 months owning the car, the Brake Light started to flash in the Dashboard. Took it to Walnut Creek Honda for Diagnosis and they couldn't duplicate the issue. Got the car back and still doing the same problem, took back to same dealership and they couldn't duplicate the issue but they found a particle in front of the Camera by the Windshield and wanted to charge me $1000 for removing the particle. Contacted Honda and my case manager (Alfredo) trying to blame me like I put that particle in front of the camera. Basically blaming me for it. Contact dealership GM and Service manager and they agreed on taking care of it. After removing the little plastic from the Camera area car is still keeps on flashing Break Warning on Dashboard.

      So contacted Case manager again and he still blaming me for it. So told them I want to start a Lemon Law Buy Back, case got sent to that department and they are denying the Lemon Buy Back, according to Case Manager Kaneisha ** via Email. After trying to get a hold of her for almost a week (5 VM and 1 email) to get a better explanation from her, she finally called back, and her reasoning for not being a lemon buy back didn't make any sense and basically blew me off.

      This is my 7 Honda I purchased in the last 17 years, and I never had a problem with any of them besides this one and after experiencing with their customer service department, I will never ever buy a Honda again. Alfredo and Kaneisha talked in a condescending way to me, like I'm in the wrong but I have worked with dealerships and at dealerships for over 20 years, and if any of my stuff would have talked to a customer like that, they would be terminated right away. So anyone that's in the market for a car, spare yourself the headache and get anything besides a Honda.

      Seems like most people are having the same issues as me! I’ve had Hondas since I was 16. Been buying and leasing. And I won’t return. Issues with my Honda prologue and they are unwilling to do anything to help. I will no longer spend my money with Honda. As a customer, if I am leasing a car I want it to be fully functional. My CV joint keeps going and the parts are back ordered. How am I supposed to get it fixed and THE BEST NEWS once it’s fixed it will come back. No fix for this issue and I asked Honda to help me out of this car and I would just get something different from them. They refused. So after my lease is up I won’t return. 16 years of buying Honda and never had an issue until now and they are unwilling to help me as a consistent returning customer.

      Having sub-freezing temperatures, in single digits with snow and ice in Northern Kentucky/Cincinnati Ohio region, my windshield was so dirty with debris from the road. I bought a 2025 Honda Civic Sport Hybrid. The new design is to have the windshield washer fluid sprayers on the wipers but if they freeze, you can’t spray your windshield. I had to stop and pour water on my windshield and use my wipers really fast before it froze to my windshield. Very stupid design and hazardous. Will not be buying another Honda. It’s a small car and I’m most likely going to go back to an SUV in another make of car if they’re going to continue doing that.

      For a 30,000 dollar car you would expect a warranty longer than one year! And no free inspections and only two free oil changes! And the seats will give you blisters on your bum so buy a pillow! Will never recommend Honda!
