Consumer Complaints and Reviews
Please DO NOT go to this place. This place is a waste of time and money. They sold me a 2005 Honda Civic and my daughter has spent almost $2000 fixing this car. When I left the dealer I was promised that the car would be aligned, the passenger window fixed, a new starter and nothing was done. All they told me is to here and there... and pay with my own money.
These people help you when they sell you the car, but after that you are on your own. I paid 5 payments in advance and was late 1 day for a payment and they charged me $50. They took 3 weeks to transfer my tag and they kept giving me paper tags. I was stopped by a cop and was told that the tag was not coming up on the system. I later found out that the paper tag was fake. Please don't go there... I am a consumer and not their competition. If you care about your family and your money please don't do business with this people. God bless you all.
This company is the DEALERSHIP FROM HELL!!!!!! I cannot stress enough - DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! They seem so helpful in the beginning! But their promises mean NOTHING. We bought a truck on the 26th of November. Test drove it. Drove like a beauty! Paid cash. Got ten minutes down turnpike, BROKE DOWN! The owner met us out there (very nice of him) towed the truck back to the shop and PROMISED US (1st promise) we would have the truck delivered to our door Friday or our money back! Friday rolls around, 6pm and NO TRUCK, NO MONEY, NO PHONECALL! We call him... "Sorry man. It's not done, but I promise we will have it back to you by tomorrow night!"
Needless to say, A WEEK LATER!!! We are being cursed at by ALEX THE PARTNER, HUNG UP ON. KARIM, is being a total **! WE FINALLY GOT OUR MONEY BACK FOR THE VEHICLE A WEEK LATER, OH AND BTW! If you don't want to listen to me, here is one better! WE PAID CASH, AND SHOULD HAVE TAKEN HOME THE TITLE! HE TOLD ME OVER THE PHONE... HE STILL HAD OUR TITLE!!! SHADY ** DEALERSHIP!!!!! RUN RUN RUN RUN RUN RUN!!! We trusted in them and were disrespected and cursed at!! Please listen. I would hate for any of you to deal with what we dealt with!!!! I only put FRIENDLESS AT 2 stars because they fool you! You think you are getting a steal but they are robbing you! I wish I could put no stars... I really, really do!
I purchased a vehicle with them and the very next day the car was cutting off. Also it needed front brakes and I had to get a wheel bearing on passenger side and they gave me the run around talking about they don't have a mechanic there to fix the car. Then Ivan George, the General Manager, advise me to drive the car in a river so the insurance company can pay him his money.....So I advise you all not to purchase a vehicle from 10101 NW 27th Ave Miami, FL 33147.
Fair warning DO NOT buy a car there. They are lemons. I spent at least 3000 fixing the starter, alternator, peering steering, ball joint, radiator and transmission sensor which costed me 780. Shortly after another sensor went out which cost another 180. All the while when it rains my car would leak water through the door. That's not only the best part but I just found out that the head gasket is leaking.. and they changed the mileage on the car so after paying almost 8000 for a car that is now only worth 1500. THEY ARE BAD BUSINESS...
I purchased a car from Elite in 2012. Two weeks later the car started to act up. When I purchased the car, they told me I had 30 days to bring it in for service or to return it. Instead of fixing the problem with the car, I got the runaround, lies and deceit from them. I found out later that the car was involved in two accidents and the odometer was rolled back. They refuse to fix the car. Be careful of cars you purchased as when something goes wrong, the law will be on their side.

I ordered a set of side mirrors for my 2002 Jeep TJ, which they said would be no issue and would also install them (a total of 6 screws). After dropping the Jeep off, it took them about 2 hours to remove and install the mirrors. I returned to pay for the product but the guy in the store had absolutely NO idea what I was to pay. After 5 phone calls and lots of looking around, he finally got the paperwork right. The mirrors looked good installed; however, as I was about to drive away, I looked into my passenger mirror and it appeared as if I was looking at water. The mirror was so distorted I couldn't make out what was 2 feet behind me.
I asked "Brent" if he did a quality control before installing the distorted product and he stated no. I told him to re-order the ONE mirror and I would be back to pick it up. Once I got home, I decided to re-install the perfect passenger mirror and called for a refund. He said he'd refund me the half, but when I showed up, he said he didn't sell those individually and would refund me $65 instead of the $75 it should've been. These clowns either are poor businessmen or have too much business to care about customer service. STAY AWAY!!!
I bought a car from them on a promise that they would fix some issues with the car within a week. Every time I returned, they said, "We're ordering the part." They've been ordering the part for one year now. Despite this, I gave them a second chance and bought a second car. Of course, one of the windows didn't open and the same thing, "Buy the car now and we'll order the part." I told them they said the same thing with the last car and they assured me they would fix it this time. It's been 2 weeks, still no part to fix the window. I believe in giving second chances, but they will definitely not be getting a third.
I brought a 2000 Nissan Maxima from Elite (101 NW 27 Ave. Miami, FL), in which they promised to fix all the problems with the car. After purchasing this car, 2 days later, the AC went out, and then the car starter went bad. In addition, the car started to make all kinds of noise. Soon, after talking to the owner of Elite Motors, I felt a little better. He promised that they would fix the car with no problem, and schedule me to come back the next day, to fix the problem . When I arrived the next day, I was told to come back the following day, and then the following day, I was scheduled to come back again. After being rescheduled 4 times, I complained to the owner. The owner said that I work on his time, and I was also told to get off his property. I really need to report this company, and I was told by the owner that he wouldn't take my money and that he will find my car and pick it up. Please help. What can I do?
We saw a car with green number showing as year 2001 and the dealer referred that it has a clean history without crashes and accidents. Today, we bought it. (I did not realize the year in the papers shows 2000.) And when we reviewed the report online taking into account the VIN, we verified that the year was 2000 instead of 2001 and the car has an accident report.
Recently retired USAF, saw ad in phone book with the outstanding service done by this auto shop. I took my car there to get a clutch did. The clutch work was performed 27 Apr 08 for price of $582.82. Later around 1 June, I had my transmission rebuilt by AAMCO. I left to go out of country for 1 month and return Jul 08. I felt my car slipping which I thought was the transmission. I was told by AAMCO who rebuilt my transmission to stop in Atlanta GA to have them check. What was found was my clutch was slipping. I immediatedly came back to Fort Walton Beach and took my car back to Elite. My car sat there for over 4 days without being looked at.
I eventually got the car back and basically was told it wasn't Elite's problem and it was AAMCO who must of over adjusted the clucth. I went to AAMCO here in Fort Walton and they said that wasn't correct and to contact Tallahasse AAMCO who did work. They told me/Fort Walton branch that wasn't possible due to the the clutch being hydralic so no adjusting could be done and also they knew the clutch was good so how could they do anything. I then went back to Elite and sat waiting for them to contact AAMCO in Tallahassee, I was told Elite would do this after lunch, but in the mean time I'm just suppose to sit and wait. They were on internet posting EBAY ads and not even worrying about my service.
After I finally could take no more I said enough and what was the deal and Im treated unfair. So owner asked his mechanic to see where some leakage was coming from the transmission, which AAMCO already knew of. I was told some long story but still that they couldn't help me. I asked then that this means my warranty which has been a few months was voided, and owner replied, "yes" cause AAMCO did work on the transmission. I was shocked to no belief but decided to leave before I said or did something wrong.
I went back to AAMCO here in Fort Walton and they are now fixing the leak on the trans, but assured me what Elite told me was wrong and also to contact someone to report them cause he wasn't warranting his work. Tallahassee AAMCO will offered to fix the clucth cause they felt bad but said it was "NO" way they touched that clutch. Basicially, I'm having to drive another vehicle which doesnt get good gas, I was planning to go out of town this week but can't now cause I have to fix my car and I paid $582.82 for work which I didnt recieve any help what so ever to resolve a problem. Elite didn't even look inside to see the problem, I was just told if they looked inside, I would have to be charged, but I thought it was under warranty.
I've had to take time out of my schedule to go check on my car over 4 days and then no work was done at all. I've given time and money for this and now having to go let someone else put another clucth in my vehilce which was recently just done by Elite. I'm very disappointed and very hurt over what has happen and feel no customer should of had to endure what I just did. I just retired and I don't feel why all of this happen and why as the owner of this shop who not even look inside to prove it wasnt' work done bad, but instead trying to bad mouth another company to save his self time/money in return to just keeping my money. I greatly appreciate help in this matter.
