    Fair Warranty has probably the lowest price, and from what I believe to be a reputable company. I was looking for peace of mind, that’s why I acquired an auto warranty. The sign up process was good and easy, and the representative was efficient. They sent me an email. I just need to wait 30 days before using it. The hard part is that I don't know if I got what I think I got until I try to use it.

    My manufacturer’s warranty expired, so I shopped around, and Fair Warranty seemed to have the best coverage and the best price. The sales rep was fine. He did what he was supposed to do and sold the policy. So far, everything is good.

    My only hesitation is when I eventually have a claim and they say they don’t cover this or that. In other words, they don’t want to pay a claim. They sent me a copy of the contract, but that’s actually what scared me because there’s 68 pages to it. The Constitution of the United States is only five pages, and here, the Fair Warranty got 68 pages. It’s insane. I wonder what they are going to come up with when it comes time for a claim.

    I liked the price of Fair Warranty compared to other services. The service seemed the same but the price was better. From historical experience, my car is breaking down.     Great all-around experience. I liked that Fair Warranty was a lot cheaper and they didn’t have all the extra fees. I called in and asked as many questions as possible, before I decided to pay, and they were very helpful, and answered all my questions.     I bought a new vehicle and wanted the cheapest extended warranty I could find. I went through CarEdge.com, which forwarded me to Fair Warranty, and we signed up. The coverage seems all right, but I wish it lasted longer. I haven’t had a chance to fully review all the warranty details yet. When I signed up, I had to submit a picture of the odometer. But there wasn’t enough follow‑up to confirm I was signed up or explain what I needed to do next, like an onboarding email. They really should be providing that.

    I had to ask the representative where to go to sign up and how to view the information. They responded by sending me an email or a website to sign in to, but I had to prompt them. I shouldn’t have to do that. The warranty company should be the one following up and making sure you know where to go to get the information you’re looking for.

    I bought a used vehicle, and I always get an extended warranty. So I looked for two companies and decided to go with Fair Warranty because of the coverage and cost. I also heard about them from CarEdge.

    The representative explained the program thoroughly. It sort of reinforced what I heard from CarEdge. Everything was correct and proper. The program starts one month after purchase and after 1,000 miles are driven, and it’ll be for five years.

    The sign-up process was very good. I had to use a tablet because my main computer was a problem, so navigating some of the steps wasn’t easy for me. But I had a couple of reps from Fair contact me. They were great, very helpful, and went out of their way to help make sure everything flowed for me.

    The customer service was the best that I would hope for from any company I’m dealing with, and it’s very easy to make payments online.

    I haven't had to use Fairway, and to me, that's good. The sign-up was okay. It took a while to get the pictures that they wanted because I'd already sent the car on to somebody, had it out of town, so trying to do all that while it was out of town was difficult. It would have been nice if I had a checklist upfront, so I knew ahead of time everything I needed to gather, and not going back and forth.
