I would recommend Concord Auto Protect for a variety of reasons, the main reason being the honest and helpful customer service. I seen all the positive reviews for Concord, so I decided to give them a try and purchase a warranty plan. Some odd months later I had a claim for a repair, and it was fully completed within 72 hours of the first phone call to them. This includes repair time so I can’t complain altogether, it saved me money and time for sure. The mechanic informed me Concord was quick and got it taken care of the same day my car was towed to the shop. I would recommend Concord Auto Protect and their warranty plans to everyone. I think the price of the plans are very affordable and you get more for your money than other companies offer.

I have reached out to multiple car warranty companies and Concord has been the best option for my needs and budget. The customer service agent I have talked with has been great from the start to the purchase of the plan. He answered any questions I had and took his time explaining the entire warranty plan in great detail so I have a full understanding of everything to do with it. I have read through all the terms and I personally think the plan is great for what’s covered and for the affordable price it is. I purchased the premium plan from Concord Auto Protect for my 2019 Mercedes Benz E450 right after purchasing the vehicle. I had them contact Concord and explain all of this to them as well and Concord approved me right on the spot and gave them a card over the phone without a single issue. The repair was fully paid for and I am back on the road because of Concord. The warranty saved me and I could not be happier with it.

Staff have been excellent every single time I have spoke with them or have filed a claim it's always great. They were never pushy or aggressive with me and took their time answering my questions. The warranty plan has been great so far for the price. We got the plan for a low cost which was awesome and the plan covers plenty of items. So far they have covered a transmission repair for us which helped us out a lot with our family's car. The plan did its job with covering the repair and a few other things such as a tow to get the car to the local shop. I have no complaints about anything, even the wait time for the approval was quick.

The plan seems like it offers more enough items for me to be happy with it. I am excited to see how everything works with repairs and anything else that is needed. Super happy that my repair was covered by the warranty plan through Concord Auto Protect. The staff went really above and beyond for me to handle my claim within 24 hours. They notified my mechanic to approve the repair and everything was taken care of. The cost of the Audi parts were not cheap either and the amount of money saved is great for me. The purchase of the warranty plan was a great one and I would recommend others to also get warranty only through Concord.
