I have a 2024 Envista that has to be seen because my caution sensors aren’t working, speakers aren’t working, lane assist assisting too much almost causing an accident, bluetooth and wifi aren’t working! Don’t waste your time getting this car!!! My 2016 Hyundai Elantra was WAY better than this vehicle and I’m sad I traded it in for an unsafe garbage vehicle. Wasted my money on something that could cause harm to myself or others around me. So sad :(

Let me tell you what I have had to go through with my 2020 Buick Encore. First the turbo went out in February 2024. I called the Buick company and they info me that I would need to take it to the Buick dealer. So I did. They charge me 286 to tell me the turbo was out. Then told me that it was going to cost me 2500.00 to fix it. I called and got a new one from Autozone for 669.00 and 600.00 to have a licensed mechanic to put it in. With then a will 6 months later it went out again. I call the Buick place again and info them of this. She said keep my receipts. Auto Zone did stand behind it and gave me a new one. Then the fan was running non stop so I had to replace the temperature sensor.

Do not buy a Buick that shifts the gears with levers in the console!! Omg what a messed up product! Spilled 2 tablespoons of a drink in this area and aggressively cleaned it up and the lever mechanism systems still failed. A retired GM mechanic told me that these shifters are designed to take rainfall from open sunroofs. Not. The Buick support system was quite polite, but was also just as empty any update or information to help guild us through this Fiasco. Almost to the point to where the frustration built so high, it forced us to trade the vehicle in because after seven weeks, we still had no knowledge if or when part was coming in stock. Remarkably about 10 days later, the part showed up.

Laura Buick GMC is where I purchased my 2021 GMC Sierra Denali in May of 2021. Since I purchased the vehicle it has been serviced at Laura Buick GMC with the exception of consumer replaceable, such as cabin air filter, and air filter. In the I mentioned to the service advisor the play in the gear shifter which the found no issues with. Now that the vehicle is out of factory warranty it's an expense for me to correct the issue. This is after taking my vehicle in for diagnostic service which also has a cost that can be applied to the maintenance or repair of the vehicle. One would think that a diagnostic would involve a road test. Had they driven the vehicle they may have detected more.

I only want to say I loved my Buick Encore. My husband was in a accident and thankful he walked out of car. We were impressed how well the front end after hitting a boulder at 45miles per hr withstood the impact. When the car hit the rock it literally sounded like an explosion. Thank you buick

Upon purchasing a 2022 Buick Envision from Palem Buick in Kenosha WI, I was railroaded with extended warranties and other items I verbalized I did not want to purchase but the Mafia type personnel refused to provide me with a contract without them. I got the car then cancelled them myself because the dealership staff refused.

I purchased my vehicle new on Monday 11/27/23, the check engine light came on the vehicle slowed to about 55 mph. The dealer had to send someone to pick it up and give me a loaner. I am waiting on repairs.

I have a 2019 Buick Encore. I have been waiting 4 weeks for parts! I had to resign from my employment! I live in a rural area. I called GM and even spoke to an 'alleged' executive division. I Do NOT BUY!!!!

I recently purchased a 2024 Buick Envista Sport Touring. 10 min. after leaving the dealership I was hit by a oncoming driver in the driver’s side front-end. The car went airborne and flipped and rolled over. I am here to talk about it, which is due in part to Divine intervention and the phenomenal safety feature of the new Envista. I can’t say enough about the safety performance of the vehicle and the fantastic partnership with OnStar. Thank you Buick and OnStar for saving my life!!! As soon as I get the insurance settlement I will be buying another Envista.

I purchased a 2020 Buick Enclave red quartz tint in color. Performance and mechanically wise I am very satisfied but the paint on the vehicle has a problem. The past two and a half year I've been noticing small paint chips all over the vehicle about 30 or so on the front hood alone. At first I chalked it up to stones doing the damage but it's impossible that could be the problem, I drive the car all the time on well paved roads. Interesting checking this website today I see someone else has posted a review with the exact same experience. I just started this complaint today writing to general motors. I don't know how this will turn out.
