2025 Buick Envision instrument cluster keeps randomly turning off while driving sometimes for seconds other times until you stop and shut the car off for an extended period of time. Took forever to find a dealership to take it in because I didn't buy it near me so they didn't want to deal with it. Finally found a dealership that would take it in 2 hours away. They called me said GM had never seen this issue before and we need to wait on them to figure it out could be weeks, months, if at all. Now I am supposed to pickup and drive a potentially unsafe car as my daily driver. I have been loyal to the GM brand for nearly 30 years it is my last. Between the issues and the way Buick customer service has treated me I will not go back.

Buick was my very first car. Always impressed with Buick vehicles. Bought a 2017 Oncore 5 years ago hoping it would last me the rest of my life (being I'm 71). After 5 years the dealership told me the motor was blowed. I did purchased it with 50,000 miles on it. I loved the car and took care of it. Can't afford to purchase another so I'm carless. Not for sure if the dealership knew there was a problem already. 25,000 dollars later I'm stuck. Maybe the other owner did not care for it. Good luck to new owners.

If i could give a -0 I would. I purchased a 2025 Buick Envista recently and have regretted it since. After getting it home I decided to wash it about a week later. Through the drying process I realized that the inside frames of all the openings had lots of water on them. Concerned I called the dealer and brought it in. After looking at it they explained to me that these vehicles were engineered and manufactured this way. In disbelief I arrived home and called Buick corporate, the receptionist agreed with me and had to check and put me on hold. When she got back on the phone she stated that it was true. So, now I'm stuck. Everytime I wash this vehicle or it rains I have to open the doors and rear hatch to wipe all of the water inside, and its alot. Don't purchase this model, save yourself a headache in the future. If you want a GMC or Buick, I would ask if the other models are like that. Be sure to check out the photos I posted.

I bought a 2025 Buick Envision in Fort Collins, Colorado one year ago. Overall we like the car very much but are trying to deal with our Markey Motors Buick dealer because after the sits overnight or a longer few hours during the day when we put the car in reverse the brakes make a very loud squeaking noise for a period of time. As I spoke with our customer service person he said it has to do with a finish they put on the brake shoes and basically said there is no repair for this unless Buick produced replacement brake pads and to date have not done so. The noise is embarrassing and very loud.

I was in a car accident with my 2021 Buick Envision and could not be more thankful. It saved my life I believe. Such a touch vehicle and I walked away and the car appears to have minor damage but was drivable. I took impact on driver side and passenger side doors and bumpers after hitting black ice and being pinned against a guard rail. I couldn’t be more thankful for my buick.

My husband and I purchased two brand new Buick Enclaves, both of which experienced significant issues, including emission problems and, eventually, complete engine failure due to transmission issues and faulty fuel injectors. After just one hundred thousand miles, these vehicles became unreliable. They were frequently in the shop, and there were times when we went weeks without a vehicle. I would not recommend them for long-term reliability, as the repairs cost us thousands of dollars.

I purchased a 2025 Buick Enclave in March 2025. From the start, it had electrical problems. The wipers and headlights stopped working the day I took it home. We returned it, only to have to bring it back again because the volume control stopped working. At 600 miles, the transmission failed and needed replacement. After having it back for about a month, all electrical components failed, and the vehicle went haywire. My dealership finally helped me trade it out after only 4 months, but I had to put more money down. I requested reimbursement of my initial down payment, which was denied without explanation after 2 weeks. This has been the worst car purchase experience ever.

Buick Envision Preferred 2024. Beautiful luxurious car, everything is working well, just the adaptive cruise is very wild, yesterday I was driving with the adaptive cruise control and when it was breaking, everything fell off from the seats... But other than that it is a nice modern car. All equipped, with a very smooth drive. Was worth every penny.

I have a 2024 Envista that has to be seen because my caution sensors aren’t working, speakers aren’t working, lane assist assisting too much almost causing an accident, bluetooth and wifi aren’t working! Don’t waste your time getting this car!!! My 2016 Hyundai Elantra was WAY better than this vehicle and I’m sad I traded it in for an unsafe garbage vehicle. Wasted my money on something that could cause harm to myself or others around me. So sad :(

Let me tell you what I have had to go through with my 2020 Buick Encore. First the turbo went out in February 2024. I called the Buick company and they info me that I would need to take it to the Buick dealer. So I did. They charge me 286 to tell me the turbo was out. Then told me that it was going to cost me 2500.00 to fix it. I called and got a new one from Autozone for 669.00 and 600.00 to have a licensed mechanic to put it in. With then a will 6 months later it went out again. I call the Buick place again and info them of this. She said keep my receipts. Auto Zone did stand behind it and gave me a new one. Then the fan was running non stop so I had to replace the temperature sensor.

The next day the purge valve went out. Now I called the Buick and let them know what was going on and the lady was very rude to me and hung up on me. I called back and talked to a new lady and she was very nice. She told me to check my email and put all the receipts attached to the email. So I did. Well got a call back from the lady that hung up on me the first time and she was rude again. I asked to speak to the supervisor and she said, "They will not help you." She was very rude. A week later I get a call from he said he was Supervisor but no luck there. So If this is how Buick treat people when it comes to Buick they do not stand behind the Product and what they say. So I give them a big fat F.
