Setting up the transport was easy. I put on the internet through their system what I wanted to ship, what it was, where it was going from and where it was going to. Then I put out how much I was willing to pay. It puts it out to bid to all these companies and you basically get a review on each company. Then you have to do your due diligence to find out if you're gonna use that company. It's all up to you. BAH Logistics is just a broker. The whole process was easy because it comes up on my computer. The prices are all over the map. It's a pretty interesting way of going about it. I've used them several times over the years and I always had a good response. It was one of the better ways going, because I'm not a commercial company that moves a lot of transport. It was kind of a one-time deal. I might use them again. They're excellent.

The quote from BAH was spot on. It didn’t change even though I made a mistake on my end. I indicated a Corvette instead of an Impala. One’s way heavier and longer, and they didn’t even charge me for that. It would have been fine. It was fair. So, quote was actually the same. And when I was comparing, I can’t say it was the lowest price. It was probably closer to the lowest, but like I said, it’s a peace of mind. The reviews were also what sold me.

We went through working with the group, through the process. I was recommended this company by my salesman through the freight company and he suggested that we use them because it was a bid that we were okay with.

There’s an app that advocates all of these shipping companies and I was chatting with all of them for a better price and asking them questions about the insurance. BAH felt good, so I was convinced to go with them. I had a minor issue earlier with my car not being ready for shipping on the day of. I had to call BAH a day before for a change, and it went smoothly. I talked to the rep about it and he was not too adamant or rude. The final cost was a little on the pricier end, but we negotiated and I'm happy with the final price I got. I had a good experience with BAH Logistics and if I know somebody is about to ship, I'll give the service.

I needed a transport service to move a one-time shipment I bought from California, and I found BAH through uShip. The uShip platform itself wasn’t great for what I was trying to do because the information I entered didn’t come across correctly. There was a pick-up window, but I needed the shipment picked up on a specific date. BAH was able to accommodate that and meet the deadline, which was good. There was back-and-forth communication during the pickup because they couldn’t tarp the whole item. We decided to tarp just the critical parts, and they sent me pictures to confirm it. The shipment was a tank, not a vehicle, and for delivery, we unloaded it at our business using our forklift. BAH Logistics was dependable and communicated well, and their final price matched the original quote.

I bought an antique truck in Utah and had to ship it to the Chicago area. I went through a broker. BAH weren't the cheapest, but they contacted me, kept me informed the best, and very friendly and easy to work with. I did the setup online and went through one or two calls, which was brief and to the point. The transport was originally scheduled for three days, and it only took a day and a half. I got my truck as expected. The cost was to the penny, exactly what they quoted me.

I had an accident when we were in Ouray, Colorado. I wanted to get the car fixed in Southern California. I had it towed to the Ford dealership up there in near Ouray. BAH picked it up from there, took it to the Galpin Ford in Southern California. We did a lot of text messaging with the driver. The drop-off process was great.

I had my son's car transported from my house to his school down in Alabama. BAH Logistics was ready to transport it before I was. They wanted to take it on a Friday. But I asked them if they could get it on Monday. So they came and picked it up on that Monday. The next day, they had it down to my son's school. Everything went well. My son was very pleased with the way they handled it.
