The quote provided by BAH was accurate and didn't change, even though I had initially made an error by listing one of the cars as a Corvette instead of an Impala. Despite the Corvette being heavier and longer, they didn't charge me for the mistake, which I found quite fair. Although BAH's quote wasn't necessarily the lowest, the peace of mind offered by their reviews proved invaluable.

The scheduling was convenient and matched my timeline perfectly; they were ready to go as soon as I confirmed, and pickup could occur either on a set date when I returned to Pennsylvania, or earlier. As for the pickup itself, it went smoothly, despite the narrow street with cars parked on both sides. The driver's trailer navigated the area easily, coincidently managing alongside a large pod being dropped off without issues.

The driver, despite a language barrier, was efficient and communicative through an app. We managed to understand each other well enough for everything to proceed without a hitch.

In conclusion, my experience with BAH Logistics was thoroughly positive, and I would happily give them a top rating.

During the pick-up process, I wasn't physically present. I coordinated with the seller, and we encountered a few unexpected hiccups as three drivers attempted the pick-up before successfully getting the tractor on its way. Despite these, drop-off was relatively smooth. There was a slight delay linked to some kind of policy documentation that surfaced last minute. Overall, everything was settled to my satisfaction.

Upon the tractor's arrival at the port, from what I saw in the pictures, everything seemed intact and acceptable.

Throughout the process, BAH Logistics representatives were understanding and persistently worked to address the issues that came up. Although thinking of rating BAH as a 4.5 based on this experience, I can say they did their job efficiently. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend BAH Logistics to a friend.

The big issue we had was we picked this company for various reasons. We were told one of the other ones we were considering. We considered all the options on how many hauls they had, and how long they've been in business. I was told this one had better employees in regard to who they all hired to do the runs that spoke English.

We had been specifically asked, "When could this delivery be picked up? When could the delivery be dropped off?" There were all these parameters that BAH Logistics specifically asked us. The driver called the company where he picked up our equipment and said, "I'm coming to get this. I need to be there at midnight tonight and I need to be able to pick this up and leave. Is there a place I can get the equipment." He anticipated someone meeting him or giving him keys and access to the place so he could pick this up at midnight, when it was very specific, 8:00 to 5:00, that he could pick this up

My salesman at the place called his rep at TractorHouse, who then called the company that we hired BAH through, and it escalated quickly to the point their driver was called and told he was not to do anything until tomorrow morning. That's what he did. I know our machine had to be loaded and unloaded several times. Between what I saw from BAH and what I saw from my shipper, when he saw it, he sent me pictures of the machine on there and I saw what vehicles were in front and behind mine. I know he unloaded and had different vehicles when he got to my place.

By the time he got here, it was in the middle of a thunderstorm. We had to unload in the rain. We did what we did in a quick fashion to get him back on the road, send him in the direction of Lexington so we could get to a hotel. We took the machine to our house. We offloaded on the road because his trailer was so long, which we anticipated. It's no big deal. My salesman said, "I don't know what it is. There's something about this guy. He's sketchy." But he was still the driver. We left it and they still picked it up and delivered it on time. The job was done. It's just things weren't done as they were asked. BAH asked us very specific questions.

During the delivery of a large machine (about 1.5 tons), the process was smooth. Initially, I needed to arrange another truck with a lift gate to facilitate unloading due to the lack of a dock plate at my location. The driver who came for the delivery was professional and performed his tasks well. He seemed to be an independent contractor working with the company.

In terms of pricing, I found BAH Logistics to be exceptional. Their final quote was much more reasonable compared to initial offers from other companies, which started at around $2,500 and gradually dropped. BAH quoted around $600-$700, which was much more aligned with my needs.

Overall, I would rate my experience as 5 stars due to the excellent price, timely delivery, and professionalism of the service. I received no incentives for this review. I'd certainly recommend BAH Logistics, as they offered a great service and ensured my equipment was delivered safely and efficiently.

On the day of pickup, BAH's crew was aware of residential area constraints and planned accordingly. Despite a heavy snowfall the night before pickup, which made access difficult, they coordinated snow removal and returned later that day to successfully retrieve the cart.

Although there was a hiccup with communication regarding concerns about the snow, the driver’s assistance made the overall experience positive.

I would rate my overall experience with BAH Logistics as a 5 out of 5, due to the driver’s exceptional service and the company’s ability to resolve unforeseen issues smoothly. Their website was user-friendly, and their customer service was outstanding, staying in contact to address the snow issue effectively. Overall, the process was seamless and extremely satisfying.
