The ZDX is the worse $63,000 purchase ever made. I would give them zero stars if I had the option to do so. I have spent over $500 in a month to just charge this car. Complained numerous times to the dealership. Was advised to charge the car at 100 percent and drive till it reached 10 percent. Provided all they requested to submit to Acura and found that the car gave me 100 miles less than what is advertised. Acura declined the request to change the battery due to a code the dealership removed. Also, the interior rug was poorly placed as it looks like they cut the material and never secured it. The left turn signal does not stay and you have to press on it repeatedly. This is an ultimate rip off and will ensure everyone knows about their horrible product and services they provide to their customers.

2019 RDX SUV issue. I purchased my SUV used in 2020 and now I have to spend $1,700 of my own money to replace a failed sealed LED headlight assembly. Acura will pay $1,500. It's utterly ridiculous and I send caution to those who are buying an Acura if this happens after 5 years with only 160,000 km. I thought this was the best car I ever owned and am now questioning it.

Buyers beware - even if you like one of their vehicles, know that their customer service at dealerships and at corporate are constant tones of belittling and pushing blame and not willing to help. They've had multiple recalls on my car and dealership only contacted me to come in for an engine recall after a half year of the engine recall date. Coincidentally, only after my warranty was expired. They lied for months about when my car would be done, and it ended up being held up for 4-5 months. From there, multiple issues arose and more damages on my car, which all happened under their engine recall service (obviously, as I suddenly had issues as soon as I picked up my car and damages). I refused pick up multiple times due to their poor work.

They referred me to corporate and said that corporate will cover costs (a lie to get me to leave the dealership) and after weeks of no contact they denied any need for them to help or do anything, that costs would be my own fix (when in reality, it was under their scope of engine recall and their liability). They have automated emails to sound sincere, but in reality, will not reach back and answer any phone calls. Complete waste of time and extremely rude customer service. I'm baffled that customer service all around had gone downhill as soon as my warranty expired. Unless you simply love the vehicle and do not care for the mishaps later on, go ahead. However, after having multiple vehicles at Acura, I can comfortably say I will never purchase an Acura vehicle again (let alone all their recalls anyway).

I bought a brand new 2016 Acura MDX from a dealership. After just 8,000 miles, they had to replace the transmission, which was concerning but I didn’t raise an issue then. Over the years, my car had many problems, but they were always fixed under warranty. Now that the warranty has expired, the paint is peeling, and the body shop wants to charge me $3,000 to fix it. I’ve reached out to Acura customer service for help, but they insist I have to pay. I’m really unhappy with my experience and feel let down by Acura.

Well, after many years of owing Acura vehicles, I have decided to part ways with them. Recently my 2016 MDX had an engine failure despite regular maintenance. I am being charged $12,000 for a used engine. Dealership recommended I talked to Acura Canada, so I contacted them and opened a case. I was told I will hear something in 5 days. I finally receive a call after 2 months saying there is nothing they are prepared to do for me, which I guess is understandable, however the tone of the Account Manager, saying Acura can't do anything and they are done with this case, was extremely disappointing. Goodbye Acura!

I have had multiple issues with my 2023TLX. I had a trim piece pop off, a door seal replaced twice. The seals between the doors still stick out (not flush with doors) puddle lights have gone out, a whistling noise coming from the driver's side b pillar that they "can't hear" and the brake pedal has been making a loud spring-type noise and brake pedal also sti KS a little bit that corresponds with the noise. Acura as a manufacturer basically said tough. Filed a claim with NCDS and was awarded a repair only to be told by Acura that they won't repair or replace the part. They said it is working as designed. No one designs a car to make this noise. I loved Honda/Acura. Owned 4 vehicles of theirs but they have lost a customer for life.

Purchased a 2024 mdx and have had rocks getting stuck and vehicle making a scratching noise since day one. I bring it to the service center and they remove the rock and I get the same issue come back the next day. They tell me there's nothing they can do and that I should carry a screwdriver with me and whenever it happens they can show me how to remove the rock. For 75000 I would expect better than this. Stay away from this vehicle if you don't want headaches. People buy brand new to avoid headaches from their vehicles, and this has been embarrassing and a headache since day one. Would not recommended Acura Mdx.

Got pre-owned MDX with Acura precision inspection. At the dealership they have put new Acura genuine battery, which comes with 100 months warranty. After 8 months the battery deteriorated significantly. What Acura is saying - they won't respect their own warranty of the battery because it was put by the Acura dealership before I took possession of the car. I have never heard of such scam...

We purchased a 2023 Acura TLX type S in March of 2023! We rarely drive the car but it snowed a bit and my husband decided to take it to his shop to clean it. He put it on the lift to clean the undercarriage and noticed an oil leak. We took it to the dealership multiple times and have yet to have the issue repaired. I contacted Acura to file a complaint, at first my rep was very helpful but now she won't return my calls. I am very disappointed in this car, not even 7,500 miles and a leak. I would love to share additional information with other TLX owners, you can contact me at **.

This car is the first car I ever experienced with the paint peeling off. According to the Acura dealership, it said the paint peeling off with 2015 mdx is a known issue but they won't cover it because my warranty is expired. I rarely use the car and it only has less than 60k miles on it for 9 years, why is it my fault that the paint is peeling off when the acura paint issue is something that they are aware of. And why is the paint peeling off extended only 8 years? Shouldn't it be more than that? Never buying honda product again
