We always planned to get an extended auto warranty when we bought the vehicle. The rep at ForeverCar was good. They didn't tell us how to file a claim but they said that whenever we had an issue with the car, we would take it to wherever we wanted to and they would take care of everything.
I got an extended auto warranty to be on the safe side since I'll never know what's gonna happen to my vehicle. I spoke to several warranty companies whose prices were reasonable, and the gentleman from ForeverCar was very nice, explained the warranty and he convinced me. He has been helpful and very dependable. Their customer service team worked very hard and I commend a lady there because she was nice too.
My car is only three years old but has 150,000 on it so I knew I needed an extended warranty and one of the biggest deciding factors why I signed up with ForeverCar is that they're based in Illinois which is where I reside. Their sales rep was very helpful and thorough. She took my concerns and my needs, and then gave me the best package. I was ultimately set on something else, but when she went through the comparison, she led me to a better package to cover my car. I’m pleased with what I purchased.
I was going to buy a used 2003 car and decided to get an auto warranty to make sure it was covered. I went with ForeverCar as it was a really good-priced warranty and the gentleman I worked with was pretty good in closing. He's really knowledgeable and he gave me the rundown on everything. He told me what was best and I looked over the options as well. He wasn't too pushy, which was a big thing. Moreover, paying for the auto warranty was extremely easy. I just gave my number and get the monthly payments through that.
I’ve had two previous Volkswagens and I purchased one before I knew all the issues that they’re having. Volkswagen’s been in a lot of smoke and I don’t wanna get caught with my hands down, so I got a warranty from ForeverCar. They have good customer service and offered good rate. The rep was wonderful and polite. I went through the coverage with her and I was on the phone for almost three hours. She was very good and patient with me. The warranty seems like it covers engines and parts. I would recommend ForeverCar to anybody.
I just acquired a vehicle and we wanted to execute the warranty on it immediately so we got ForeverCar. Their reps were very informative, courteous and patient. A few days ago, my a/c went out but I haven’t filed a claim yet because I had to meet two requirements. It had to be 30 days and 1,000 miles from the time the warranty was initiated. I have to deal with no a/c for two more weeks but so far, I’m very satisfied.
ForeverCar seemed to have offered a better deal, price and time. Their rep was nice and she took time explaining everything to me. We set the payment up on auto pay and it was easy. It was a good experience and I recommend them highly.
My car was 14 years old and still had a lot of years left on it. ForeverCar's cost is $25 cheaper than the other two that I looked into, and the coverage seemed to be the same. The purchasing part was good. The rep was new but he tried hard. I hope they stay in business for a long time.
I wanted to get an extended warranty for my vehicle in case something goes out of hand. ForeverCar gave me a good price and a good deal.
I purchased a car that didn’t have any warranty left and I wanted to make sure, if something happened, that I would have some assistance with the repairs. Going with ForeverCar seemed to be easy and it took less time with them. The rep was very helpful, informative and knew certain things regarding the area I was telling him about. He was knowledgeable about a lot of things with the car, what I need to do, what I need to make sure that I had and make sure everything was taken care of. It was a good experience so far and I would tell my friends about it.
I know a guy who had ForeverCar and he recommended it. I got them and it was a good experience overall.
I've only had ForeverCar a little over a month and my experience wasn’t good. When I originally signed up, I had a rep I spoke to and I had one question for him. “I got my contract and my contract is not matching what's on your website for what's covered.” And told him, “That was very important. That’s the only reason I got the policy because you cover things that other companies weren't covering.” Because almost every company was the same and they all have the same coverage. He said, “I'll get back to you tomorrow,” and he never got back. I called and left messages - he never got back. So I called the generic number, not him directly, and they gave me somebody else.
I went through what I was looking for and what the issue was. And this person said, “I will be the one working with you now and we will resolve this. You'll hear from me tomorrow.” And a week went by, I never heard. Again, I called and no one returned my calls. So I called the generic line again and I got a third person and I said, “No one seems to be returning my call.” And he goes, “Now, you have me. I will take care of this. You'll hear back from me today. And you call my number directly. You email me directly, and we will work together and, we solve this.” Never heard back from him.
I called them, emailed them - never responded on time to me. So I called back, again, the generic line and explained my situation, and I got somebody else. And this person said he’ll resolve it, and he actually did. The resolution was that the website of ForeverCar was wrong, that what they said was covered was not covered. And so I bought a policy that doesn’t cover what they say it covers.
I had 30 days to cancel my policy and the rep told me on the 29th day that it's not covered all the stuff that I wanted. But he was very nice to me. He said, “Because of all this stuff, you cancel if you want and we'll give you back a full refund.” I'm assuming he meant because I'm in 30 days but that was on a Friday and 30 days fell on the Sunday. I wanted to show the policy to my mechanic and have him look at it and see if it's worth keeping, and I haven't had time to go to him yet. It's been a week and I work. I'm a CPA. If they answered me right away, I would've had 30 days to do that.
A couple of people also told me, “Well, you have our website.” I said, “But the website won't let me print it. What if you change your website? I have no proof. Can you send me a copy of it?” They said, “We're not gonna take it down.” And then they ended up changing it. When I got the final guy that I spoke to, I said, “I looked at your website and your website changed from what I had when I first bought the policy.” He said, “We changed it because you brought it to our attention that it was wrong.” And my whole concern was that it can be changed and I have no proof of what was covered.
The guy from ForeverCar made me feel comfortable with the information he gave me. He gave me options and told me everything. I felt no pressure to jump with them. I told them I’ll give them a call back later on the weekend, and I told my wife that day. When I called them back, their rep picked up and answered the phone right away and helped me out and explained some words to me ‘cause I wasn’t too familiar with how the protection plan worked. And he broke it down so I could easily understand it. So I felt comfortable going with ForeverCar.
ForeverCar had an extended auto warranty offer at my car dealership and they were a little less expensive than other options. I paid immediately as soon as I decided on the policy. However, I wasn’t too happy about how I got a big notice on what was not covered in the agreement but I didn’t see a list of things that were covered. It’s time to do a better job on that. Overall, I'm satisfied with ForeverCar.
Because of the overall expense of import and maintenance costs I looked into getting an auto warranty. I decided to use ForeverCar based on their reviews and the very quick response time to my online query. Within two minutes I had a local representative within 30 miles from me on the phone already. The specialist that I worked with was a cool guy. He was very knowledgeable about the different levels of coverage. He showed me everything and every part was listed. Payment is extremely easy at $130 a month.
I got ForeverCar and had an excellent experience with their rep. Everything was pleasant. I was walked through step by step on what I would have to do and what services would be provided and rendered upon the transaction’s completion. I also appreciated the rate which was the biggest selling point. I liked the deductible, too.
I had bought a car for my daughter and I had another warranty on it, and something happened to the car. The people had gone out of business and they had never contacted me to let me know that, so we ended up paying out of pocket. I had already paid them for the three years and it ended up that I lost my money. So this time, I got on the internet and I double-checked for the AAA. And whenever I called, they said that ForeverCar was the best warranty, so I got the warranty from them.
The young man from ForeverCar who helped me was very good. He actually double-checked several different policies to see which one would be the best and most reasonable for me. He was helpful in making payments because I wanted to go ahead and pay it. He said to me, “Don’t do that. You’ve already lost money for doing that. It's best to pay it monthly.” I'm one who doesn’t like bills, so he suggested, “When you have something like that and you don’t know, it's not a good idea to go ahead and pay it like that because you'll lose your money and you can't get it back, whereas if you're paying monthly, you can stop payment.” And I never thought about it that way. So making payments is not a problem for me because it is on my Visa card. Every month, the charge just shows up on the Visa.
My experience with ForeverCar has been excellent. The agent that I worked with was phenomenal, professional, and consistent. He had a lot of follow up and gave me a service level that was fantastic.
My two family members have an auto warranty so I just thought that I should get one as well to be safe with my car. The experience purchasing ForeverCar's warranty was awesome. Their specialist was very respectable and willing to help with anything that we needed. She explained everything to us in detail and the warranty was affordable. We set it up on auto draft so making the payments for it is not hard at all.
My fiancee was driving the car to work and as she was getting off the exit, the car cut off and started smoking and she was able to get the tow truck out. We had to pay $25 for the tow, but not as much as we would have if we didn't have the service. However, I'm still waiting on the claim to get approved. They said they have sent an inspector out. Other than that, it's good to have a warranty to back me up because so much stuff happens just out of nowhere and it helps when it comes to financial situations.
I tried to look up other companies and ForeverCar had a better offer. I told them I’ve had a good experience so far and I'll continue to stay with them. I have also recommended them to someone.
My father-in-law is a salesman and he did some searches on warranties for cars. He said ForeverCar was one of the best ones out there and their reviews were good compared to others. He knows how to do his homework and so I went with ForeverCar. So far, I'm real happy with them. I got a Lexus and they last good but when it breaks down, it's really expensive so it's good to have that warranty because I never know when I might need it. When I purchased it, the rep was funny and cool and we got along good. He made me feel comfortable and that's why I went ahead and got it. He also called me back when he said he would. He told me that the payments for the first three months were going to be automatically taken out from my card and from there, I have to call in and pay it as I go. The payment is set up fair and easy. Everything went well and smoothly.
At that particular time, I traded in the car that I previously owned and had a Ford-sponsored CSP on it. Then I decided that I really missed that car, so I bought it back from the dealership. But I was no longer eligible to repurchase the Ford CSP on it, so I had to seek another warranty for it. I looked online for warranty providers and stumbled upon ForeverCar, and their fellow who called me was compelling, so I signed up with them about a month ago.
I'm pretty hesitant about making any decisions, especially when somebody calls me out of the blue and it's unusual for me to make a decision that quickly on something that potentially costs that much money. But this time, I actually made the decision while I was on the phone with the gentleman. I would never have purchased just off of a verbal spiel, but the big difference was that he was able to walk me through, not just verbally, but was also able to show me the differences in levels of services which I could look at myself online at the same time. If somebody pushes too hard in that kind of situation, I'd probably hang up. But he didn't do that and instead gave me the information and the options, so he did a very good job of taking me through the process. Afterwards, it was fairly straightforward to make payments for purchasing my extended auto warranty.
ForeverCar has great customer service and they are a great company. I only had one problem. They were supposed to take my money on Friday and I've been calling ever since trying to get them to take my payment, and they haven't put it yet. I've talked to a few people every time I've called, but I probably have the wrong line because the people I talked with said they're not the people I'd talk with to take the money off of my card. Other than that, they are always friendly and willing to help.
I bought a car and the factory warranty was going out in a thousand mile. I got a warranty from ForeverCar and I've had them for about 30 days now. They were the cheapest among other providers and their rep was very helpful, informative and friendly.
I was looking at lots of different warranties, and ForeverCar called first and they have better coverage. I had bought a used vehicle and because of the financing, I got the warranty for five years. Their rep was very helpful and the signup was fine.
I have a BMW and I am part of a large automobile group on Facebook for BMW. There was a discussion that one of the repairs that they came across was extremely expensive. And so when I did some research, I noticed that that particular repair would have been covered, so I decided to then get a warranty. I wanted it just for overall peace of mind. The customer service of ForeverCar, their response, the representative’s feedback and timeliness were all consistent and the kind of what I was hoping to get as far as the feedback. They have a referral program and I referred a friend to them, so I'm getting $100 back from them. I'd recommend them based on the customer service that I experienced as I haven't used their product yet.
I always have extended warranties on my cars, and I have one that is about to expire. I got the warranty from ForeverCar about a month ago and it's very good so far. Their rep was also very professional and outstanding.
I needed an extended auto warranty and as far as my experience with signing up with ForeverCar, I haven’t had any problems. Their rep was professional and thorough. I'll recommend them to a friend.
We bought a used car and we wanted to have security with the vehicle. ForeverCar was easy to deal with. Their rep helped me get all my questions answered.
Making payments for my warranty was easy, they just deduct it from my credit card every month. The specialists were knowledgeable and explained to me how to file claims. My whole experience with them is positive, they were professional and I have no complaints.
