Of the several warranty plans available through Endurance, I ended up selecting the all-around coverage of the Supreme plan, mainly because it had the least exclusions. Although it is the most expensive plan, I know I'll see a return if and when I need auto repairs. It's bound to happen sooner or later, and knowing I'm covered gives me peace of mind.
My vehicle was on factory warranty but it was already having some pretty serious issues. I wanted to make sure that once the factory warranty expired I still have coverage. So I did a lot of research and looked at online reviews. I also looked at the Better Business Bureau ratings and narrowed it down on effective days and I got price quotes. With the other companies that were on my shortlist, I had to go through a dealer to get the coverage that they were sold. I prefer to work directly with the company instead of going through a dealer. And Endurance was the only one that made all those requirements.
When I first called to get a quote, I was just getting quotes and I didn't want to actually buy anything until I had a few competitive quotes to compare. And when I called Endurance, there was no problem getting the quote right away. But they tried to get me to buy right then which I understand. That's part of good sales or marketing. They would cut the initial fee in half but it's only good for that day. But they ended up giving the same price even though I waited a week before I made my final decision. So I called Endurance back and they had all my records and the previous information I've given them. So it was a very easy and smooth transaction.
I contacted Endurance since I needed a warranty coverage for my Miata and their price was very good. The rep was really nice and very helpful. There were no tricks to it and I'm an attorney so I know a fraudulent thing. Endurance seemed pretty cool and then I got the written warranty package and all things were solid. I'm very pleased because now I know that if my transmission blows up on my little race car, it's going to be covered. I'm still within the 60-day grace period and I've made one payment so far. Overall, others should get Endurance too.
So glad Endurance has a live chat option on their website. As someone who is hard of hearing, it can be difficult for me to speak to people over the phone, even with my hearing aid. With live chat I was able to get assistance concerning a quote and receive information about setting up extended warranty coverage. Thanks for providing this inclusive feature!
Considering what it costs now to work on new cars, it’s very valuable to have an auto warranty coverage. I bought a used vehicle and it’s in great shape, but I wanted to make sure that it had good coverage on it. Endurance Auto Warranty was rated highly. And their representative was knowledgeable and explained everything to me and answered my questions. It was easy to set the coverage up and Endurance worked with me with trying to get the payments in. And the payments are reasonable, considering what I was trying to do was get insurance on my car.
At some point, my 2007 vehicle is going to break down and I thought it'd be better to spread out payments instead of having one big lump sum payment. I spoke with a provider and I had a pretty awkward experience with them on the phone. Another provider didn't offer as good as a coverage plan like Endurance. Endurance had the best reviews online and their rep was pretty good. She was knowledgeable and explained what the plan entailed as well as the cost. It was just straightforward.
I bought the plan three weeks ago. I just made a credit card payment over the phone for the down payment which was easy. I'm supposed to be getting a bill any moment now and I have to make the monthly payment. So far, it's been a good experience. The online reviews and the ease of getting the plan and the information packet with everything that was pretty detailed were great. The only thing was feeling the pressure to get that first-time caller discount where if you decide to go with a plan right then and there then they honor the first time caller discount. But if you want to think about it for a couple of hours or a day then you don't get that discount. I found that ridiculous. Other than that, Endurance offers a good plan and they were a little less expensive than the other companies that I talked to.
I liked Endurance's overall coverage as well as cost, and their consumer rating, too. I did some research online and I went to some of the consumer reports accounts. And I called and went through three different extended warranty companies and ended up selecting Endurance. I just had bought a vehicle and wanted to get an extended warranty on it since it was running out of its factory warranty.
The rep was really well-versed in what their programs were and helped me select the best program for the car that I got. And it was the kind of coverage I was looking for. The rep walked me through the program, went through some of the on-boarding processes as far as wait times and other things before the warranty would be in effect, and went through the different cost structures as far as the payments. So, it was a very good interaction. Making the payments was easy, too. I did the initial payment and then set up the payment structure for the timeframe that we have selected.
I travel to Houston daily, and because the warranty on my truck was out, I wanted an extra coverage just in case. I was looking online for the best extended warranty plan and Endurance came up as number one. Their customer service was really good. I dealt with two different people and both of them were great and very knowledgeable about their information. The first guy called and gave me the quoted information and helped me out with my question. And then the manager called and gave me a follow-up. He got a little more in depth, gave me the information if I wanted to add multiple vehicles, and he was able to give me a better pricing.
Out of the folks that did auto warranties, it looked like Endurance had the most comprehensive coverage. Their reviews were good as well so I decided to sign up with them. Talking to their sales rep was a fine experience. The person I spoke to was knowledgeable and informative. The process was quick. Payment was relatively simple as I paid through my online bank. But I ended up finding out that they didn’t cover as much as I thought they did. So I’m thinking at this point about cancelling it because I’ve had a couple of things come up and nothing has been covered yet. I have made three calls and said “Hey, I got this problem with my car” but they knew what was covered and what wasn’t. As far as the customer service, it was fine. It was the service aspect of it that was lacking. Nothing was covered and that was why I purchased it in the first place to try to get some stuff covered.
When I tried and called them once to cancel in November, there was some misunderstanding to stay as customer. They said “What if we pay November for you and just give you another month to think about it?” and I said okay, so I was fine with that. So my payment is due December 29th, but since then I’ve been receiving letters from them saying that I haven’t paid and they’re about to cancel me. But I hadn’t had time with the holidays. I would call them, but apparently the person who said they were going to cover November, it appears though it never got done. So now it’s looking like I haven’t paid and not looking to cancel. So I’m not sure what’s going on there. It almost seems like they may have bamboozled me a little.
I had a really good experience in buying my warranty from Endurance. I made a call and talked to the gentleman. I reviewed some other companies and then I made the decision to go with them. I've used it one time this month, but it wasn’t covered it seems. The dealership contacted them. But Endurance is the only one I would consider if I want to cover my car from expenses. I’ll recommend them. I know based off the coverage of what I read and understand that they stand behind what they do.
The Endurance rep that I worked with was really good. He was a down to earth guy and he knew his stuff. I got a quote from another place that was a little bit lower than Endurance, so he met it. The payment plan setup was easy and I did the automatic draft. Everything was pretty easy and the whole process took about 30 minutes. I called Endurance recently to reset my own draft day and the little lady was very helpful. Overall, Endurance is easy to work with and they are competitive in their rates. It's a good money for the coverage and I recommend them.
Very unhappy with Endurance. I had three issues with my car. And none of it was under warranty. I had to pay money in advance for 30-45 days. I was insured October. I had something wrong with my heater. The coil wasn't working right and they said, “No, that wasn't covered". So, that cost me a lot of money. I also had an issue with my power steering where the tube broke and the power steering fluid was leaking all over the place. And they say that wasn't covered.
When I had a warranty before with Ford, they don't cover the luxury items like my convertible and the bumpers, which I understand. But the coverage of a power steering, that should be under a warranty. But, it's not. I'm shocked by that because I think that power steering would be essential. And it's not a wear and tear or rusty. I feel that I'm not going to waste $2,000 and using out over $1000 already on my car.
When I talked to customer service, they were okay. One man was nice. He took a $100 off the one month which was nice. But, then the other one said," Sorry there's nothing we can do, that’s policy. You got to get a more expensive policy”. Who's going to spend $3,500? I can go buy a new car and it can be a down payment on it. It's just not worth having the warranty. So, I canceled.
I bought my wife a 2013 BMW X5 and the warranty was up on it. And the car company was trying to charge me a whole lot for an extended warranty package. So I got online, did the research. And when I researched Endurance, they say they were part of the Better Business Bureau. One of the things I do with companies now is I go to the Better Business Bureau and look at reports, consumer reviews. They had a few negative reviews but they had mostly favorable reviews and that's what I looked at. I was able to find them on Better Business Bureau and that's what made me choose them.
They were very friendly. The rep assured me how they covered things the way with what I paid now and how long it'll last. And when my coverage ends, I can always extend it. Give them the year and type or how old the car is based on different types of coverage at the time. Payment is real easy, too. Although I have to call in. I wish they would have a site where you can go online and pay it because I like paying like that. Either have it set up on autopay. Every time I call them to make my payment, they make me feel as family. They're very polite from the beginning to the end of the call. I have a great experience with Endurance. I'll recommend them highly.
Endurance's customer service is great. But I’m not so pleased with the actual service. There’s major issue that come up and it’s not covered. It’s not fair. My shock compressor is going out. And I was told that a lot of things would be covered and this is something that’s come up. I’ve done everything they’ve asked me to do as far as getting the oil change, and make the payments. But this is a $800 repair, and I don’t have it, and I’m supposed to get serious deals. That was my whole point in getting the warranty. This is my first claim and so far, I haven’t had anything where they’ve actually covered. Even wants to callback or anything to have it tow to a shop, that’s on my experience they’ll be doing. Endurance should do something more clever. Add some more things to the coverage.
I just purchased a car and it doesn't have a coverage for a while in the beginning. I purchased an auto warranty from Endurance and I had a decent experience. Their rep explained when I can use it if I’m going to have any issues.
I had a car that had a higher mileage and my warranty expired. I made a couple of phone calls and the person from Endurance made me feel that everything was going to be okay. In case something happened, I was going to be able to save so I paid for their coverage. But I was very unsatisfied with my experience. I had a Mercedes Benz and I sent it to the dealership as it was having some issues. Endurance was supposed to send the part but it was not covered when as far as I knew, everything was.
I had to come out and pay some of the labels and they had nothing to do with wear and tear. The bottom line is Endurance came back to tell me that what my car needed was not on the parts. We didn't know all the part numbers that were in the car. If I had known, I would have checked all the part numbers with everything so I could match and see if it was covered. We didn't know what was going to be bad, right or wrong. We just find something based on what they tell us and for them, it was very easy to say that something was not covered. In the end, I cancelled their warranty.
My car is pretty expensive and I didn't want to acquire those costs that may come up if anything should go wrong. So, I wanted to have some extra protection for the vehicle. At first I called around from three different places, but everybody's trying to give me sales pitch to get to business. I didn't necessarily trust the conversation with some of the other people. I thought there was some red tape somewhere that I was being blinded to. So, the Endurance caller I had definitely sold me on this company. All around, the conversation and the experience was great for me. I felt a little bit more trustworthy that the things that they say will be covered will be covered. Just the conversation made me feel at ease, that I asked enough questions, and they answered them to my satisfaction.
The person did a great job explaining the coverage, and getting me to feel comfortable that my car would have the coverage I needed. They were nice, polite and professional. They had the patience in answering the questions, no matter how many times I asked them, they never seemed agitated. I chose and trusted that, had anything happened, I would be taken care of. I think the coverage that they're offering and the price is definitely very good. I felt confident that I was definitely making the right decision.
I got several calls and several notifications about my 2012 car. I felt that it was time to get a policy because I don’t know when it expired. And once it expired, I thought I would check into getting a warranty so I would have some coverage in case something were to happen to my beautiful little car. The Endurance rep that I talked to, Darren, seemed to be knowledgeable, so I felt comfortable at the time. But I feel that I didn’t get enough questions answered, and I didn’t really know the price was going to be so high. I didn’t ask enough questions. He did not provide me with a price on the phone.
When I purchased the warranty that day, I was told it would start billing in January, but it started billing immediately. So, that was another hitch in my budget that I wasn’t expecting. So, I’m not really satisfied. When I talked with him, I felt like it was okay. I haven't contacted them about it yet because I came down with a virus and then we had things to do for the grandchildren, and it just has been a whirlwind. But I can call them about it because my husband put it together in a folder. My experience was okay, but I'm dissatisfied. And it’s kind of my fault. The process was a little bit rushed and I guess I made the decision. But they need to explain a little bit better. My car's got real low mileage on it. It's 24,500. For a 2012 car, that’s really low. And I’m not a person that’s uneducated. I just felt like I needed to get that.
I'm so happy I called in and got Sheila! My husband recently passed and I fell behind on my bills. I was afraid my policy was going to be canceled but Sheila was very kind and helped me find a solution to keep my coverage. Thank goodness for Endurance.
Of the top five rated warranty companies, Endurance came in second. And numbers wise taking out of policy, it was a good amount less in Endurance than it was with the other rated insurance service. I was coming off of a good program from my vehicle that I had extended with. Coverage-wise, they were hands down better but Endurance was nicer dealing with on the phone. And I figured I'd get the same type of coverage with them. But I was surprised that they were quicker to find a reason not to pay than to go above and beyond to do what I thought they were said to do in getting coverage and getting things addressed. I'd have other people check other places before they went with Endurance.
To me, Endurance had the best coverage options for my car. The person who helped me was very helpful and knowledgeable. Basically I figured about the options that was given to me, that this was the best one to go with, and with the knowledge that he had about everything there, it was a good experience. It’s worth it.
I have a car that has over a hundred thousand miles on it and I owed too much money on it so I wanted to protect it to make sure that if it broke down, I wouldn't be stranded. I put in the make and model of my car and Endurance came up. They were not the cheapest but it provided the best coverage for what I wanted to do. I really liked the service that I got on the phone. I called and it took me a week and a half. The Endurance rep answered all my questions and didn't bother me compared to another guy that called me every two or three days. There's the annoyance where you tell somebody something and they touch base with you again like they forgot that you talked about two days before.
I had work done on the car twice and on both times, I gave the information to the dealership to see if whatever was getting done was covered under warranty. Unfortunately, they weren't as they were both wear and tear items. It was no big deal though. I figured Endurance just covered electrical and anything mechanical as far as the dry train and the transmission. These are stuff I haven't had issues with. Other than that, I've had a great experience with Endurance and I'd give other people their number for them to call.
I like my truck and I needed to extend my warranty. I'd been getting a lot of offers in the mail from different extended warranty companies. But I didn't particularly like whatever their ratings were. I looked up different warranty companies online and I read some of the reviews for Endurance and I liked them. One thing though is they should have more coverage. I was a little disappointed when I found out that my catalytic converter was not covered but that was the only problem I dealt with so far.
When I got my Endurance plan, I told them what my original warranty was and that I wanted something exactly like it. I knew I had more miles on my car now because my original warranty expired, but the rep said I'd be getting the same thing and that everything would be covered except for suspension. I've been with Endurance a year now but I'm not receiving what I thought I was I going to be receiving.
I feel like everything with insurance is a scam. I’m paying all insurance and I feel like I’m paying my money for nothing because when I had to use it, it didn't cover anything. I put in claims for multiple things and Endurance paid for one thing but not the other two. When I called originally, they were talking about a point system. But I wasn’t looking at it when I got the plan because that was not what I was told. They sent me that point system table but that was after the fact. Since I was told on the phone on what the coverage was supposed to be, that was what I expected and not them talking about a point a, b, c, and d. I didn't care about that.
In the end, the payment had to come out of pocket. And Endurance still wants me to pay them for the warranty. Although they lowered my payment, I’m not really happy with the warranty and what I'm getting at this moment. It's just that I have to have something because if the engine or the transmission goes out then I'd really be out of luck.
I was very surprised by how low the quote was. I mean, my car is pretty old and high in mileage, so not as valuable as it once was, but I kind of thought it would get more expensive to have warranty coverage after the initial warranty expired. I keep my car in good shape, but you know something will go wrong after 100,000 miles. I'm glad I can afford the coverage, because I can't afford a breakdown or major repairs.
I wanted to see if I could find a warranty for my truck that had a similar coverage to the one I had that was ending but had a better price. Endurance had that and it was an easy process purchasing it. My rep did a nice job and Endurance sounded like a good program. Their guys were prompt to get and send the information package and cards to me after I purchased the service so I was pretty pleased. In the future though, I won’t buy an extended warranty through the dealership but buy it from Endurance. I'd tell others to do the same and to give Endurance a call. It'll save them a bunch of money and they'd get the same amount of coverage.
I found Endurance online while searching for extended warranty coverage. I was impressed with their rating and the many good reviews I read. I had a good experience speaking with a representative. He gave me bit of a spiel, but when he was done I was able to ask a lot of questions and he answered them all and was very nice. I was able to choose a policy and I like the extra roadside assistance, which I've never had before.
My car warranty expired, but I wanted to have coverage for my car so I went online to research. I found very good reviews for Endurance and based on the reviews that I read online, they seem to be a pretty good company, so I called them. Their rep answered my questions and I signed up that day because I already researched and I already knew most of it. The process was pretty easy. Once I said I wanted the insurance, she transferred me over to someone else and they took care of the rest. It was pretty straightforward.
My Endurance purchasing experience went fine. I bought a travel trailer and I wanted to make sure that my truck would continue to be able to pull it for the length that I have with power trip. Price is the main issue when I looked for an auto warranty. The second issue would be whether or not the mechanic that I get to access, which they do, so that was another important part. I compared Endurance against prices with another company and they're further ahead as far as their prices were, the prices were better. And the coverage was adequate for what I want to do.
Setting up with Endurance was fine. Their rep was very helpful. Every time you spend that kind of money on something that you probably will never use, then you got a lot of questions. So, I had lots of questions. The questions he couldn’t answer, he had someone answering for him so I got it as well. I was very satisfied with Endurance. Although I hope I never use the warranty all the way through.
I was a little weirded out that Endurance contacted me. How did they know my car was out of warranty? I called to ask and ended up learning about their extended warranty coverage, lol! It seemed like a good deal so I signed up. I always thought extended warranty was too expensive, but I guess that's just with the dealer warranty.
I got Endurance for my 2012 Nissan. My car is about to be paid off this month. So I thought about getting a warranty so that I don't have to worry about anything. Endurance was the fastest to connect with me. And their rate was cheaper than everyone else with the best coverage. I would prefer one that covered my car's electronics, but Endurance didn't cover those. But I thought that's fine. I can get that fixed myself. Their reps have been very nice and easy to deal with. I'd recommend my friends to get it.
I got Endurance this year and my rep, Alex, was really helpful and I had a good experience purchasing the warranty. It's pretty easy making payments too as I set up an autopay. But when I had a heating issue one time, I gave my warranty to a shop and Endurance said it was not covered. I called and the guy on the phone was helpful but I was upset that my claim was declined. Other than that, everything has been good including service and I've recommended Endurance. It was very easy to get extra coverage for my car and they were very helpful to guide me through how the service works.
A year ago, I bought my son a car. And when we were sitting at the dealership, I knew I wanted warranty immediately. So I was trying to hurry up and Google, doing match up between several of them and Endurance appeared to have the best coverage. Customer service was good too, so I bought it. But when we had to take the car in for some issues that we were under the impression were covered, they told us it was not covered. We took the car into the Chrysler dealership, and the dealership tried to file. They do all the work. They file the claim, they contact the warranty people, they do everything. But the dealership called us back and said that the warranty people says that's not covered. And these were things that we specifically asked for when we bought the warranty. So, there was a clear miscommunication as to what we bought and what we actually got. They need to improve their communications on what actually is covered. Put it all in the book.
Originally, I was interested in trying to get some additional coverage because the dealer that I was looking to purchase the car from, they didn’t offer any type of warranty or anything for it. Working with the Endurance specialist was not the best experience. And I’ve actually spoken with them twice about this. Basically, long story short, the young lady sold me on the warranty and I hadn’t even secured the vehicle. I was just going out there to look at it and I didn’t even wind up getting that particular vehicle. But I had to wind up calling in a week later, after it had already posted through my account. So I didn’t really enjoy the experience.
The rep was pleasant, initially. She’d kind of up-sold me on getting two years for free, but the thing is I wasn’t able to secure financing for the particular vehicle. So it was a waste and I specifically remember that I spoke with her on Monday and she told me I can call her back Wednesday if things didn’t work out and that she would have it in a pending sort of deal to where it won’t hit my account. But Tuesday it had already gone through.
They need to be upfront to let people know that their option is available for the two-three years. If you’re going to put in a pending status, then do that for the people because they’re really looking to be able to investigate those vehicle thoroughly before actually locking in something and having the amount to their account. But they reversed the charge and I was happy about that. I am happy that they fixed it but I would have preferred not to have the experience to begin with. I wish she would’ve just lived up to her word that she was telling me that she was going to do.
We had a GM extended warranty on the vehicle. But the warranty was only available for 12 months and it expired. That put me in a position of having to look for a new warranty service. I did some research over the internet and just typed in used vehicle warranty services and read the reviews about them. And Endurance was the best one I found out there through the reviews. Then I went to the Endurance website and read about what they offered and was impressed. Their specialists helped me understand and I decided to take the coverage. The experiences I've had with Endurance have all been positive.
My truck is over the warranty of five years. I then learned about Endurance through word of mouth. I then chose them because other people had them. The gentleman that talked to me was very nice, courteous, and friendly. As long as they’re going to pay when I go get my vehicle fixed, I'm good. Because it’s amazing how some of the other companies I found out, you'd shell out the money but don’t get nothing covered and this one, so far, everybody has recommended Endurance, that they pay. It’s not cheap, but so far, they were the best in coverage. I don’t want to get something for nothing either. I know they got to make a living, but so far, it seems pretty good.
Unfortunately had to cancel the policy with Endurance, they did not cover any of the repairs recommended by a certified Cadillac dealer arguing the parts and services were not included in the policy. So I paid all this time for a coverage that I never had. Follow my advice. Avoid this company, I recommend to purchase the extended warranty offered by your dealer or by the manufacturer. Endurance makes money by taking it from you and not covering any repair at all.
Most of Endurance's representatives were able to answer my questions. I initially spoke with a representative who gave some rundown on the warranty. And then I had to speak to another one who gave me the most information about the policy as far as how much it was going to cost and what is covered and what isn't. It was kind of vague and I really need a list of what was covered and what's not.
Making the payments was pretty easy, and I got a printed form of the plan that I got. But I would also like to know what other coverage options they had available for my vehicle if there was more than what I was told about. They told me that I was only able to get a starter plan for the vehicle that I have, but after getting it, they told me that I would be able to get another plan. And then they ended up changing it to where it was a different plan. The first one that I was told was a really good plan and the second one was mediocre.
I just got an Endurance Auto warranty for my 2007 Toyota Camry. The warranty on it was expiring and I didn't want to have a lapse in between, so I was looking around. And Endurance had the best reviews and there was no hassle. And when I looked it up, they have different tiers of coverage and they cover a little bit more than some of the other companies do. The person I spoke with was knowledgeable. I got my warranty approved but it doesn't start for 60 days though after the purchase. The payment's pretty reasonable. And I went online and made my first payment, which was easy, but not too long ago, I received an email saying that I set up for automatic payment. And I don't remember doing that so I'm going to call them and see what's going on with it.
I got my 2012 BMW covered with Endurance Auto Warranty. I read a lot of Endurance's reviews online and they seem to be very positive and also their coverage seems to be better than most. Their representative was very helpful and he explained a lot of the questions that I had and he definitely gave me the confidence to enroll with them. It was very easy to get information and easy to sign up with them. And hopefully, it will be as easy if I ever have to file a claim.
My Endurance rep was knowledgeable, personable and friendly when I talked to him about coverage for my car that has gone over the 36,000 miles. I've had my warranty for a month now and it's on automatic debit. Endurance was easy to work with and so far, everything has been great.
I liked coverage Endurance had for a used vehicle, I was looking for the best outside warranty. Their rep was great too. I got the password and all the stuff from the letter that they sent me but I can't seem to get online to make a payment so I plan to call Endurance about it.
I had to interact with some of the sales guys from Endurance and it went in multiple iterations. We had to reach out to the manager for taking some additional approval. The interaction and the service were good though. The people responded on time and they followed up. One thing, however, was the rep was not transparent and should have explained the options that I had as the end-user. I was under the assumption that there will be only one plan and that would be the plan I would be getting. But when I did some more research after buying the plan, that’s when I felt that they had multiple options and the coverage differed based on what kind of plan the end-user chose. I was a little disappointed when I saw that a few benefits were not covered under the plan that I took. But that’s how one makes sales and I understand.
Endurance Auto Warranty is not a third party insurance company. I asked their representative what their warranty covered. They looked up my VIN and they told me the coverage I could get. And I found it to be reasonable so I chose to go with them. I like that I paid for two years and I don't have to pay for the last two years, and there is a monthly premium that comes out of my account. And from there forth, I don't worry about it.
Endurance Auto has been very easy to work with. They were very helpful and answered all of my questions, so I felt comfortable that they knew what they were doing. All of the benefits and the process of filing a claim were explained and the rep took the time to let me know the different levels of insurance that was available and let me pick the one I felt was best for me. I'm going to keep my car for only a couple of years more. So, I didn't need a full set of coverages, but I needed the most important thing, which was what I got. I've had Endurance for about a month, and my experience has been very positive and informative.
After doing an online research, I decided to sign up with Endurance because of their mileage warranty. I also dealt with other companies, but they offered a same time frame way less, half a mileage warranty coverage. I had a very good experience with the Endurance rep. She was informative, gave me a good description of what was covered, and offered different methods of paying it, whether it’d be all upfront or payments, and let me know what discounts were available. I then got a discount on down payment for the monthly payments. The whole process she explained seemed easy and it was easy to set up, and compared to the other quotes I got, Endurance offered significant savings and extended coverage.
I used to have an auto warranty when I purchased my car. But it was with a different company, and it was through the Toyota dealership. And because I rarely utilized it, I cancelled the plan because I didn't really feel like I needed the services. But then, when things would come up, I started seeing it different. Like if my car blew out, and if I took it in, I didn't have to pay for anything. I thought it would be easier for me if I got back on having a car repair insurance. Just to help offset the cost. And looking and trying to research the company that I previously had, I stumbled across Endurance on the internet.
On my first attempt to give Endurance a call, I talked to an agent who was very thorough and knowledgeable in his job. He explained everything to me very well to the point where I felt confident that I wasn't dealing with a scam. Payment was very easy. Did a credit card payment right on over the phone. I had an overall great experience purchasing the policy and hopefully, as time goes on, I will find that it's beneficial for me to pay into having this policy versus doing what I did before. I'm just putting in a little over $100 a month, every month, for something that I'm not using. I have to have with me renter's insurance and auto insurance but do I have to have this?
I did have a concern with a special offer I had got on the phone which, if I had got off the phone call, thought about it or called back later, I felt pressured. If I didn't take it right then, I wouldn't get this discount. And even though I went through with it, because he reassured me that everything was fine, I just didn't have any other time to think about it. It was like, "Look, if you don't do it now, you call back, you don't get this discount. And then, you'll be paying a full price of coverage when you could have just paid the two-years and then you got two-years free. And you'll only be paying like $100 and some a month versus $300 to $400." But having the peace of mind that I do have the coverage, I've always been recommending Endurance.
I purchased the car not too long ago and I know the repairs on my car would be very expensive. I was googling who would be the best extended warranty company for the type of vehicle that I have and Endurance came up. They gave me an excellent deal over everybody. Their protection specialists were very informative, courteous, polite, very thorough in explaining about what Endurance did and the different types of coverages that they provided. It was a great experience. Also, they made making payments very convenient. I told them the type of work I do and I set up auto pay through my checking account.
I had an issue with my car fairly recently actually where I think I've driven it to a carwash and they caused some problems to my electrical. Endurance was very informative, explained to me what they needed me to do and that was pretty cut and dried. I appreciate they're a lot more professional. I've only been with them a short time but as far as from what I read and what I heard about them, it definitely seems to be way true right now.
My warranty was ending, I was getting ready to move cross country about 1500 miles away, and I’m about halfway through paying my car. So, I felt like I needed that additional coverage. I went with the highly recommended one on the internet, and had a very smooth interaction with the Endurance rep. Everything’s been positive so far. I’m very pleased with them.
I have a 2011 Buick Regal, I also have a warranty with Endurance. I took my car to get diagnosis by a certified mechanic. The code that came up was timing chain. He mention to me he doesn't specialize in this type of work, for me to take my car to a Buick dealer... I then left view my warranty to see was it cover & call Endurance to be certain & it was cover. So I then took my car to a certified Buick dealership, told them my previous diagnosis. The guy Lonell then mention he have to diagnosis himself. He call and told me the previous diagnosis was accurate. I told him I have a warranty. He say, "Well I'ma submit your claim. Give me your warranty number." He then submitted my claim, told me Endurance said it was cover to go ahead brake done my engine. They was going to send their adjustor out to confirm it.
Lonell at the Buick dealership call me back. Said they denied it to call my warranty to find out why, but if I want to come get my car, I had to pay them a 1000 dollars for labor I do not have due to me burying my sister, so I call Endurance. They mention my claim was denied because of wear & tear. I then mention I had two certified mechanics diagnosis my car. They didn't say that the guy then mention of course they gone say what they think because they want to get paid. I then ask to speak to a supervisor. Told him my situation. I gave him Lonell number so they can speak about their different diagnosis.
Lonell call me back. He mention to me, "It's not wear and tear. Your car is 5 years old, Josephine. You need to fight for your repair because your coverage states it's coverage". I don't think the adjustor that came out was certified. If my warranty didn't cover it when I first call to see I wouldn't never took my car this far. I'm seeking help. I don't have the money to pay for my car to get fix nor release from Buick and in 2 weeks my finance company gone come take my car!
When I was away on a military mission, I had a general discussion with somebody who bought almost the same car as I did. We talked about how certain manufacturers have common issues. And one of the common issues from our 2008 TrailBlazer Super Sport was the electrical, the turn signal on the light mirror. Sometimes the pistons go bad or a lot of times the right, you don't hear the knocking that comes up the oil pan. I thought my car was still under warranty and an older gentleman urged me to get a warranty. And I'm worried about how much the warranty costs 'cause at the dealership, they were trying to charge me $300 down payment and $200 a month. But with a new car, I shouldn't have any problems.
So after some time and consideration, I thought I should get a warranty just in case anything happens. But the most I have wrong with the car was the headlight kept going out. So once I did my research and got a couple of recommendations, I decided to just pay for the extended warranty just in case anything does happen to my car. There were two or three people in my unit who actually have Endurance and they recommended it to me, 'cause they say Endurance's price is more efficient and that they work fast if something does happen. I was also told about the military discount.
Because I wasn't with my car, I wasn't sure about my car's mileage so I gave the customer service a rough estimate, but I had to call back and give them my actual mileage, and then it went pretty smooth. The rep I talked to was friendly. She knew exactly what she was talking about. She gave me accurate recommendations, explained what each pages consist of and also gave me a professional recommendation based off the amount of mileage that I had on my vehicle. I definitely would recommend Endurance to other individuals who are looking for extended warranties, because the warranty most people are offered for used vehicles, either they don't cover enough or they cover too much but they are too expensive, but I thought that Endurance has an efficient pricing and coverage and my experience with them has been professional and convenient.
If you think you are going to have coverage when you need it, you are fooling yourself. These guys send an adjuster out every time you ask for coverage (resulting in a minimum additional 48 hour delay) and they ALWAYS find some reason NOT to pay for your repair.
We are ending our coverage on our current warranty on our vehicle in a couple of thousand miles. I wanted to have something additional when that runs out. I shopped around and Endurance had the best deal and the best rating overall after looking at four other providers. Endurance's representative was very informative and went through everything thoroughly. It took an hour to get through that. Everything was also good when they transferred me over to the person processing the payment. They pull my payments on a monthly basis so it is very easy. It was a very good experience.
When we got an auto warranty from Endurance, we thought it was based on mechanical breakdown or failure. So, essentially, your car would have to break and would have to be on the side of the road and not functioning at all in order for it to be covered. All these different car warranties cover different things. Some of them say wear and tear. Some of them say mechanical breakdown. Some say mechanical breakdown or failure. Who knows what you're really getting until you actually have a claim. So, when we looked at it within the 30 days and it's a mechanical breakdown, we don’t need that if it breaks down. And then if it breaks down or something else is damaged, it doesn’t cover that either. So, truly, it covers some listed component parts. This is probably not as good a coverage as what was supposedly sold.
The sales guy is real nice and a good dealer but why have a warranty if it's not real clear? He said, “You know what, man, your X, Y, Z is really worn out. This thing is going to break down. With that point, you wouldn’t want to drive so well. But your warranty is not going to cover it until it actually breaks down. So, please tell your significant others to keep driving ‘til you're stranded on the side of the road. And when that happens, give us a call. We'll tow it in and get it fixed. So, that’s kind of how their policy is written. It has to orderly break. A significant breakdown is what's covered which is important for consumers to realize.
You wouldn’t want to get stuck with something like that. You spend a lot of money for the warranty and really didn’t cover anything. They're not saying they wouldn’t cover if something actually happen. They probably would. I think they're a reputable company in that regard. They had good reviews online. They also explained everything, but I think they might be a little vague on some things. Their customer service was pretty good, too. But I cancelled the warranty because it wasn’t enough coverage. When I went to cancel it, they were great. They cancelled and there's no problem at all.
I wanted to make sure I have coverage for a lot of electronics and things on the car that I bought. I researched Endurance as best as I could online and I bought my warranty directly from them. And then, I paid for it in a lump sum so it was very easy. Their representative did a good job in explaining the benefits. I would recommend the company.
I love, love, love my Maxima, but it's a 2009 and my warranty expired. Of course, right after that I blew a crucial part and had to get them all replaced, go figure. It wasn't crazy expensive, but I got to thinking, what's next? So I decided to look for extended warranty plans. A friend of mine uses Endurance and had a good experience, so I signed up for coverage. SOOOO glad I did, cause I started having electrical problems (apparently a known issue?) and had to get it fixed. Lucky I picked a policy with coverage for electrical components. It was totally covered, no problem! Couldn't be happier!
When my transmission went out, I had to get it fixed quickly, and Endurance did not disappoint. The claim I submitted was approved almost immediately and I didn't have to pay for anything. It was even easier than the last time I had to deal with the dealership, when I still had a warranty through them. This is what a warranty service is supposed to do and I have no trouble recommending them to anyone looking for coverage after their original warranty expires.
I called Endurance Warranty hoping to get coverage for my work vehicle because it has a lot of miles and I really need it working for my business. I found out it's not eligible for coverage because it’s a commercial vehicle, but after talking to a rep for a while I ended up signing up for a plan for my personal vehicle instead. I still haven't found a way to get coverage for my work truck, which is kind of a bummer, but at least my car is covered now in case of a breakdown, and I get extras like roadside assistance.
I wasn't even sure I wanted an extended warranty when mine expired, especially because the one from the dealership was so ridiculously expensive. It just didn't seem worth it. But I was thinking about how much repairs might cost and started researching options. I was really impressed with Matthew, who gave me a ton of information when I called to ask about policies. He told me about some of the differences in plans and the different pricing for levels of coverage, then helped to set me up with the supreme plan for bumper-to-bumper protection. His knowledge and enthusiasm really sold me.
Was not too happy with my first response from the Endurance Auto coverage co and was having a small problem. But I called back and was introduced by PH to a Gentlemen by the name of Daniel **, He took the time to listen, and had my problem solved in about two minutes. Thanks again Mr. **. Please keep up the good work. Semper fi. I am sure I will be contacting them again in the future for more coverage.
Daniel did a great job helping me out. We canceled due to a new lease purchase and a new job with a company car. Daniel is going to help me recoup my refund. No issues with the service. Never had to use the coverage but if it is like the rest of the process I assume it would have gone smoothly.
With me paying a car note, if something was to ever occur or going to go wrong with my vehicle, then I wanted some type of coverage. I looked up auto warranty and Endurance came up. They called me back and were saying the few gears and everything was around in my ballpark, so I went with them. The specialist was quite convincing and nice, and she made me laugh. She went through one price, then she took it down, and she got in the ballpark figure of what I was willing to pay for in a month. As far as the planning goes, I was saying a bucket of reference, she was correcting me, lowers my bucket more preferably. It covers more of the vehicle than it doesn't cover. So, I was pretty happy with that plan. And the fact that I only pay for equals two years instead of doing it for four years. I've paid 24 months but I'm covered for 48 months from that. There was also no difficulty making payments at all. After my first month, then I'm going to do an auto pay.
For the response to the phone call, I would rate it high. And the fact that if I don't use it, then I can end up recovering an amount of my money back. So, praying that I don't have to use it. But if I don't have to use it, I would recommend Endurance to all my friends. The coverage would be well-worth it. It was always good to have some type of side coverage, so that you don't break your pocket.
I recently replaced the motor on my truck and it’s expensive so I got an auto warranty in case something happens or the transmission goes out. Also, Endurance had the best coverage and price for what they offer so I chose them. It’s very easy to talk to their customer service and they did not overload me with information or sway me in a certain direction. Payments are also direct deposit out of my account so it’s not hard at all.
I didn't want to purchase a new vehicle anytime soon and considering the amount of miles on our car, I decided to purchase an auto warranty. The Endurance Auto Warranty rep was very friendly and he gave me as much information as possible. After the sales area, I was referred to the person who set up the payment information. She was polite and maybe she was just a person who talks fast, but I felt that she was rushed. Even though a couple of questions came to mind at that time, I didn't bother to ask and I needed to call back at a different time instead. But I had the payments on auto draft and it was easy making the payments.
After I got the policy, I skimmed through the pages and more questions came and the sales rep was knowledgeable whenever I asked him. However, it seems that even though my car is pretty old and past warranty, I still have to do regular maintenance in order for the warranty to be valid. The engine is one of the things that's covered and if anything should happen to it, it seems that I have to be able to provide proof that the car has had regular maintenance up until that event and I'm still not clear on the extent of the coverage.
I have two policies with Endurance Auto Warranty. Even though my vehicles are running superb, I don’t want to be caught in a bad situation especially because they’re barely new and these things can be expensive. Their representative answered all my questions and got me the maximum coverage for a minimum price. That was a good experience. Also, my payments come out of my account automatically once a month. So far, my experience with Endurance has been great.
We had an extended warranty through the bank for our pick up and it was getting close to being over the mileage. We were planning on making a trip all the way down to North Carolina so, we wanted to make sure that we were covered. I looked around a bit and compared different ones as far as the monthly price and coverage. Endurance covered the same thing as what we had before and including a little extra. For the price that we’re paying, it made sense. The certified vehicle protection specialist went over what it all covered and the experience was fine. The payment is on automatic withdrawal and fairly easy.
I have a used car and it only had a little bit of a factory warranty left on it. I used to do my all my own private repair and it's getting harder and harder to do it. I did some research and I've read some appealing reviews about Endurance Auto Warranty. The protection specialist I talked to explained the warranty coverage to me well enough. My payment plan with them is working out fine. If I have anything to complain about it would be one of their sales tactics was the price they quoted for me was only good for that day. They only gave me 24 hours to make a decision.
I had bought a used vehicle and got Endurance Auto Warranty. Their price for the coverage I was getting was so different from that of another company I was looking at. Endurance was willing to tailor a little bit to match. Their rep was okay and very knowledgeable. I had my second payment thru direct draft and I haven’t had any issues. If I needed another warranty, I would call again.
Endurance gave me full detail of all the coverage that was being provided. They also gave me a reasonable price for that. But they told me that I had 30 days to decide if I wanted to keep that warranty or if I want to close the account and I decided to cancel the extended warranty in 20 days. The payment for purchasing it was straightforward. They asked for my payment information on the phone and I'm hoping it's secure. Overall, my experience with Endurance was okay given that it's just auto warranty. They did a good job in making sure that I got my business.
A month prior to getting the extended auto warranty from Endurance, my old one was getting expired and I didn't want it to lapse and go get anything. Fortunately, the only thing wrong with my truck was a heated seat thing. So, I figure I'm going to borrow time. I read through 200 plus comments on Endurance and I figured if someone fakes 300 plus comments, you know good on them. Aside from that, when I talked to them, they weren't pushy. They found out what I needed. But the big thing was some of their perks. For example, trip insurance. If my car breaks down, they'll cover me for three days for hotel and reimburse me for any trip or lost money. Some of the other ones didn't offer that. They also had bumper to bumper, up, down, left, right, three dimensional, complete, 100% coverage for $3000. It wasn't expensive.
The person that I talked to was really nice. He was in Chicago and is a veteran like me. He was not trying to oversell me. I had also talked to their quality assurance guy. So there were two levels to make sure everything's on the up and up. If something was misunderstood, there was a totally separate guy, which I like. Their transparency and their due diligence to make sure that you're covered was a highlight. They also work with every mechanic or maintenance facility, so you're not limited to a certain few. Everything up to now I'm completely satisfied. They're good in conversation. I have peace of mind as soon as I hung up with them.
I already had Endurance Auto Warranty on my other car and we didn’t have any coverage on this vehicle so we decided to get it an auto warranty as well. I haven’t filed a claim for this vehicle but every time I have something go wrong with my other car, they say it's not covered. I'm hoping that that's not going to be the case forever. But so far, everything has been good. The protection specialist when I was buying the warranty was nice and making payments for it was easy. It was, overall, a very enjoyable experience.
My car didn't have warranty anymore and I was looking for that, just in case something happen to be covered. Endurance Auto Warranty is the one with the most satisfaction of people in the web and that's why I chose it. The rep was really kind and he explained really well all the requirements and all the coverage that I will have. He was very good and it was an easy application. To make payments, we put a direct pay through my bank account and it's easy. It looks like I'm in good hands and I feel glad that I did everything.
I’ve used a warranty in the past and I did some research on one of the top extended warranties for vehicles and saw Endurance Auto's name pop up. I was interested in the detailed, bumper-to-bumper coverage and the competitive pricing. The rep was very informative and knowledgeable. Everything went well and a packet that had all the information and details was going to come in the mail. I called to get information on the coverage on a specific automatic lift gate and they said it was covered.
I just bought a car with 60,000 miles. Then, I saw that it’s over 100,000 so, I decided to get an extended warranty before it starts giving me trouble. Endurance had a rental car and everything with it. The vehicle protection specialist explained these things, like its coverage, the policy and how it helps me in cases like breaking down at the side of the road. He knew all the information about it. Also, making payments to purchase the warranty was very easy. He transferred me over and he got everything taken care of. I’ll recommend them.
I wanted some extra coverage on a newer vehicle that I purchased. I am familiar with the Endurance logo including some of the people that were associated with the company so I knew that it was a better business accredited situation. So far, I've had a very easy experience with them. I had very few questions and their protection specialist was very knowledgeable. Then when I got the warranty, their reps called to see how I was with it and how I thought about it. Everybody’s been very professional. Also, I do my payments online and it's wonderfully easy. If there’s ever a claim, I hope everything’s just as easy as it has been so far.
I bought a used vehicle and it was outside of the factory extended warranty. I liked Endurance's coverage plan and the rep described everything in depth. I'm on an automatic payment plan, so there is no trouble and I don’t miss a payment. Overall, my experience was smooth and simple. They're easy to deal with, very helpful and knowledgeable.
I am writing this review to let you know about my great experience with Endurance. I have a Lexus ES350 that the water pump went out. I quickly brought the car to the mechanic and they verified that it was the water pump for sure. I later called Endurance and spoke to Martin. Martin works at Endurance and let me tell you this guy is awesome. From the second you first talk to him he shows that he really cares about the customers' needs. If anyone is looking to sign up to Endurance I highly recommend talking to Martin first. He will tell you exactly the best coverage needed for your car.
My warranty was about to expire so I wanted to get an extended warranty. I got Endurance mainly for their price and coverage. I then paid them in full. It has been an easy experience.
The factory warranty of my vehicle was coming to an end. I did some general reading on a couple of websites and Endurance Auto Warranty's offer seemed more reliable for what I wanted to do. Also, rep was helpful and informative. I didn't get an email that laid out everything about the coverage I chose, but I still bought an auto warranty from them. Making payments for the warranty was easy and straightforward. Overall, working with Endurance was a good experience and I would recommend them.
I appreciated Steven's willingness to change the coverage to fit our personal needs! The company would have lost this policy due to cancellation had he not offered a solution to our situation. Great customer service that truly met our needs!

I had an auto warranty with another company and I wasn’t satisfied with the coverage that it was offering for what I’m paying for. I got a quote from Endurance and switched mainly because it has a lower price and better coverage. The protection specialist was outstanding and explained everything. So far it’s going good and I was so pleased I even mentioned it to a friend. I put in a good word for Endurance Auto.
I enjoyed buying slightly gently used vehicles, especially leased ones, because they have to be well-maintained and they generally were. Usually, all the vehicles that I bought have a certain portion of their warranty remaining. But, as a protection, I always like to have an extended warranty for a little bit longer than just the remaining balance left on the manufacturer warranty if I can in case there's something that goes on.
I signed up with Endurance Auto Warranty. Their certified vehicle protection specialist was straightforward. He gave me all the information I needed and was able to get back with a quote very quickly. I had been checking around with other extended warranties and Endurance Auto Warranty was very competitive even against my credit union, which offered an extended warranty. I went online and researched Endurance and they had a very good reputation also. I talked to the dealership where I bought the car and they had the same opinion of Endurance. So as far as the actual person I dealt with, it was very good.
However, I had an issue after the policy was issued to me. I kept getting an email stating that they needed to know the actual mileage on the vehicle at that time so I gave them the mileage over the phone twice. It was a recorded message and when it came on the recording, it was the gentleman who had sent the letter. It was the same name so I gave my name and I said, “You sent me the email.” Then the third time I got the email, I just replied by sending the email back with the mileage and I haven't heard anything from them since about three weeks ago. So, I'm assuming that what he wanted was to send it on an email. But overall, it was a very easy and seamless procedure to get the coverage that I wanted. I was very satisfied.
I've got a 2016 Nissan Frontier and still got about 16,000 miles on the factory warranty. I got a letter from one auto warranty company that kept pressuring me and wouldn't get me the opportunity to shop around. Endurance have better reviews and views. I got in touch with them and the rep answered all the questions I've had. The process was quick, easy and painless. But I've had to start going six months and got 20,000 on it. I haven't filed a claim yet but I'm confident about the coverage.
The fact that this gentleman went above and beyond to help out was fantastic. He gave me a lot of info about the coverage and recommended the best one that fits my budget along with what type of car l drive. I appreciate the great customer service from Martin.
I got an older car and I needed some protection. However, the previous warranty company that I was with required a minimum of four hours labor before they would pay for a rental car. Then I had put my car in the shop and the dealership put labor down as 3.9 hours, which is about six minutes difference and my previous company wouldn’t honor that rental car payment. My car wasn't running but they were so backed up at the shop that they couldn't get to it until after a few days. Yet, the company wouldn't pay until work actually began on the vehicle, but in the meantime, I was without transportation. With Endurance, they explained to me that once I leave my car, whether the shop can get to it or not, they’ll pay for the rental as long as my car is in the shop. They don't go by the hours of labor.
Purchasing the warranty was easy. However, one issue is at the time I called and set up everything, I gave them a ballpark mileage because my wife had the car at work. Then three weeks later, I called to give them the exact mileage which was maybe a thousand-miles difference. And according to their rules, they can't begin coverage until 1000 miles or sixty days. I thought that it started right when I first called them and when I called them back to give them the extra mileage, they said that it started from there. Other than that, it's good as of now and I would recommend them.
I had checked with a couple of people and several said that Endurance has a big coverage and is reasonably priced. I found that to be very true. They've got a great product. The people I spoke with were very courteous as well. They were well-informed and they helped me quite a bit. They they told me about all the factors and answered all of my questions with ease. Everybody did an excellent job and I didn't have a problem with any of it. I'd recommend them.
John was an outstanding customer service rep. He made my Monday beautiful and blessed. He used great customer service and very professional and I would definitely recommend to a friend. He helped me through a tough time and ensured me that my coverage is excellent.
Customer service at Endurance were polite and knowledgeable, but they were a little pushy. They told me that if I didn't buy the warranty right then, the rate changes. But they have more comprehensive coverage so I chose them for my auto warranty.
My experience with Endurance Auto Warranty has been great so far. Setting up a claim was easy and their representatives were effective and got the job done. But I was kind of disappointed because my power steering pump may have just failed me and they said it wasn't included in the coverage. As I understand, they said that that's considered preventative maintenance. Preventative maintenance prevent a lot of things from going bad faster, but the fact that something ultimately can never go bad through the preventative maintenance is just repulsive. Other than that, I can't complain so far.
The car I bought is already out of its manufacturer warranty, so I wanted to add an extra warranty to it. I called around and Endurance gave me a better plan. I talked to three different reps from Endurance. The first lady that I spoke to kind of didn’t explain the warranty to me, although I thought I understood it. But the second person I dealt with said something different from her, and I was lost. But the third rep I talked to explained it to me better and made a lot more sense. They were really nice and helpful. Even if I didn’t understand, they were still respectful in trying to break it down to me. The plan I got is with monthly payments for two years, and the coverage lasts four years. And the monthly payment helped instead of paying $2,000 to $3,000 upfront. I have recommended them.
Last summer, I bought a 2013 Nissan Pathfinder. I bought it used, as is and no warranty. In September that year, I had the central electronic component go out which affects all the electronics in the car. And I had to replace that at my own expense for $1,200. It's working fine and I'm not having a problem with it now. But I decided I better get an extended warranty on the car. So if something like it happens in the future, I would be covered.
I looked online and started reading reviews and information about the different companies. It seemed like Endurance was a pretty good one. Then I called them and I liked what I heard. We talked about the different kinds of coverage and what I might need. They were helpful and they answered my questions and didn't act like it was a pain or they were in a hurry. I decided on the coverage I thought fit best for me and my family. It's always easy scheduling for payment plan, though it's always painful when you get another bill. But if you're gonna have the protection, then you're gonna have to pay for it.
Very prompt and have very good coverage. Great customer service. Do not take too long to respond to request again. Would recommend to anyone looking for extended coverage. I only used it one time and it saved me a lot of money. Thank goodness I had the coverage.
I bought a used car, so I got an auto warranty from Endurance and it wasn't a third party insurance. The only interaction I had with their rep was when I purchased the warranty and it was real brief. I was at work, so it was kind of touch-and-go. I had done a lot of research online before I talked to the rep. It wasn't necessarily the best customer service experience, but it worked. The rep was all right, but he was rushed. It would have been better if he had taken more time in trying to answer my probing questions better, and not just repeating the same things and having so much of a car salesman's approach. Nonetheless, it was easy to make payments for purchasing the warranty. I set it up through auto-pay. I wanted smaller payments, but then I wanted the extended coverage.
Endurance Auto Warranty covered my side mirror that was not functioning properly but not the air-conditioning that was working intermittently. It has to stop working completely before they would cover it. I don't understand why because the dealer was able to show that the AC stopped working at some point. And it's only a matter of time before it stops working again. That was the choice that the inspector made. Aside from that, the inspector took five days to get out there. The process took three weeks and they covered the rental vehicle for a couple of days only. They're frustrating to deal with. I'm a little uncertain about the quality of their coverage.
Martin was very helpful and pleasant and entertaining!!! He walked me through the process while on the phone. Endurance is very good coverage. They paid out $1400 in repairs in two years. I would definitely recommend Endurance. I loved my car. I drove it for nine years. Endurance helped me keep the car that long.
Customer Service was great, luckily, I did not have to use the protection plan but Martin was always prompt and courteous when I had to make adjustments to plan and or questions about my coverage. I would definitely consider Endurance for my future vehicles and would recommend to friends and family.
I spoke with Bridget **, Customer Service, regarding how to get the oil change receipt. She was extremely helpful and walked me through how to quickly get the oil change receipt to Endurance to meet my obligation for my vehicles extended coverage.
Cancellation of policy due to automobile being totaled out. My experience with Endurance could not have been better. They have always been helpful and courteous when I have needed assistance. I have told many friends about your coverage and how pleased I was with your services. I will definitely use your services again in the future.

Michael ** was truly helpful with all my questions and concerns. He deserves to be rewarded for being a great help. Michael's customer service I would rate definitely 100%. He helped me to understand my coverage by breaking it down and many ways. I've had many experiences with other reps but he made it a lot more easier for me.

I will not refer this organization to anyone because you said one thing when I signed up for your services and when I got my information packet it said something else. When I called about it the person I talked to tried to make it better by extending my coverage out by two years without adding the extra miles to make it useful.
It was a pleasure every time talking with Joe **, very professional and answered all of my questions. I received my policy and membership card within 7 days. I highly recommend Endurance as an excellent choice for extended warranty coverage.
During my time as a customer, I received the best customer care. Their coverage packages were flexible to meet my needs. I'm glad I was able to have them as a provider. Martin **, a representative, assisted me with great character.
I was happy with the customer service provided. I would recommend. My vehicle was a Lexus with 180k and the wear and tear outweighed the coverage. Every situation is different. I was placed on the lower coverage. They have good plans based off of vehicle qualifications. They are good at explaining the why behind everything. Transparent is what you need to keep any business going!

The person I spoke with today was very nice. Helpful. Knowledgeable. Soft spoken. Great personality. Explained everything to me that I was inquiring about. This coverage has been very helpful to me and easy to work with. I've recommend my husband to get this coverage as well and I refer people to you as well.
I called with questions about my account and information concerning my coverage and the person I spoke with was very friendly and extremely helpful and put my mind at ease. There should be more customer service representatives like him. Thank you.
I just want to acknowledge Mr. ** for the awesome service he gave to me and my family. The first 3 days issues kept happening between the 2 other parties involved. Fortunate for me, the last time I called I got Mr. ** at the other end of the phone. I explained to him the setbacks I was having. From that day forward he intervened on my behalf, and he did everything he told me he would do. Because of Mr. **, I am really glad to be a member of the Endurance. I am telling everyone I know about Endurance extended coverage, due to the kindness, thorough and professional service I received. I am grateful to have our paths to cross. I hope everyone at Endurance know what they have in Steven **. Thank you. Congrats. GO CUBS.
SAVE YOUR MONEY AND FIND ANOTHER COMPANY!! I have tried to make 3 separate claims now and ALL 3 have been DENIED!!! I have the EXTRA Supreme coverage (the most coverage you can buy). I've paid about $4000 in the last few months on things that aren't covered, but they would have been if I had just renewed with my last extended warranty!
I would like to say that I would definitely recommend Endurance Warranty. I recently called to inquire about what my warranty covered after speaking with the service department about repairs for my vehicle. I had the pleasure of speaking with Justen, with a promptness I had all of my questions and concerns answered. He provided me with exceptional customer care with the vast knowledge and expertise about my coverage. I felt like I had hit the jackpot when I was speaking with Justen. I felt like a special customer instead of a number. I was enthralled with the extraordinary care and attention that was given about my inquiry. Thank you again...
I called in ready to cancel my policy. The customer service rep, Joseph **, calmed me down and went above and beyond to explain my policy and what type of coverage I had. I was so impressed with Joe, that I kept my policy and also am saving money. I couldn't be happier with the service I got when I called in and spoke with him.
I had a question about my warranty coverages and Malika gave me the answer I needed along with some very helpful advice.
I spoke to Art ** about how to transfer my vehicle coverage to the new owner. His excellent assistance and outstanding attitude are some of the reasons I choose Endurance. Thanks again.
Kevin went above and beyond to help me regarding my coverage. He also called a place to make sure that they will be expecting me and my situation... He made a situation that had me stressed out to a situation that I am calm due to the extra steps he took... Thank you sooo much.
I spoke with Justin quite recently today. I am having problems getting my vehicle repaired. I called because I needed to know what my next move could be according to the warranty company. Justin listened to my complaint, allowed me to vent my frustrations, and calmly helped me. He went above and beyond his job description in order to assist me and did extensive research into the problem with my vehicle. He then emailed the information to me. Justin also reviewed my policy and informed me of my coverage. He did an outstanding job. He is an asset to your company. Thank You Justin!
With my situation with Endurance even after eight months and me no longer being a customer they show they really care and want to do what is best for the customer. The customer service is top notch and even though they couldn't fix the problem they tried their best to make sure they could help. Endurance is very personable and I would recommend them to anyone! They literally turned a bad situation to a workable situation and for that, I am forever grateful for the assistance and also caring. Thank you Endurance for everything!
Last October my Volvo s60 was having issues - my check engine light was flashing on and off. I took it to my mechanic and he said he could not fix it so I got it towed to Secor Volvo in New London CT. After a couple days Secor said one issue was wrong with my car and I tried to file a claim with Endurance. I was informed that this was not covered and I was upset because I THOUGHT I had to pay 800 dollars for something that was not covered and my mindset was what's the purpose of having an extended warranty if it's not going to cover anything. I explained this to the customer service rep and I told him, "You know what I don't want this service anymore," and he said fine and explained to me that he would cancel my service. Less than an hour later I get a phone call from Endurance asking how can they help with the situation and literally talked me into staying with Endurance which I agreed.
I later found out what the claim that I tried to file and got denied wasn't actually what was wrong with my car. So when Secor Volvo tried to file another claim I was told I did not have a policy anymore even though the customer service rep offered me two free months of coverage due to my situation. When it was all said and done Endurance did not cover my damages to my car which was a computer issue which is covered. I did not get the free two months. I lost my job and Endurance did not stand behind the rep who said he would offer me two free months.
I was a month behind on my payments but the rep told me that I didn't have to worry about that. So in all it's June I still am saving up to get my car and I was lead on by a customer service rep and even if he was speaking out of turn he was representing the company and they should have stood by him but they didn't and left me in the cold and I damn near lost everything. I am also free to discuss this matter with whoever if they want.

Whenever I call Endurance, I only ask for Mark. He is always so helpful and great! Love my policy & the coverage! No issues!!
Unfortunately, my vehicle was totaled in an accident 2 weeks after purchasing the warranty. When I received word from my insurance company that my vehicle was totaled, I immediately contacted Endurance and they issued my refund for the full amount I had paid without any issues. I will definitely go through them for coverage on my next vehicle.
Very easy going and knowledgeable individual. Convinced me to keep coverage even though I just purchased a new vehicle. Nice experience.
I would like to start this review of Endurance insurance by telling you I have never written a review for any company or person in my entire life. My negative experience with Endurance prompted me to take time out my day to create log in credentials and take extra steps just to help prevent others from ever having to deal with this company. I had seen a commercial for Endurance. I emailed them for a quote. Very quickly I was contacted and set up a policy. The sales rep was very well-informed however her answers regarding diagnostic coverage was wrong. When I found this out I cancelled my policy within hours of initiating it. It was very easy to cancel and I was assured I would see a credit on my account the very same day. My account showed two transactions; a credit and deduction from Endurance for the amount of the policy payment.
However at 3 am the next day, the credit disappeared showing only the deduction. This 3 am deduction of the policy or reversal of the refund caused my account to be overdrawn. So the next day I called Endurance, spoke with supervisor Steve **. Mr. **'s response to my inquiry was reading off an email he sent out to his staff telling them to not promise refunds earlier than 3-5 business days. This in no way answered my question or resolved my issue. Implementing a policy after I have been affected is hardly a solution to my problem.
When I persisted that this is of no help to me he decided to direct obscenities at me. I quote, "I'll be real with you. He ** up", was Mr. **'s response to me. He also attempted to defer Endurance's fault in the situation onto my banks. He instructed me to call my banking institution and just let them know what happened and it would be alright. I did that, and my bank almost laughed at me, a response I totally expected. My bank informed me that no refund had been initiated and still only a debit was being processed. Mr. **'s explanation is that the refund that I was promised is in "banking land".
I understand that sometimes refunds take longer to post. However what I don't understand is if Endurance employees are giving me wrong information why is their management team not correcting the problem. As this circle continued with Mr. **, I asked to speak to his supervisor. He told me there was no one else to direct my frustration to and the only employees at a higher position than him were the owners of the company.
He then transferred to another rep whom I was never connected with. Mr. ** reached out to me later in the day after the disconnection. He told me he would check with the refund department and call me back. I thought, "ok I won't have to write a review because he will call me back and take care of this." Never happened. This unprofessional called me back to tell me he would return my call right after speaking with the refund department and the call never came. Accidents and mistakes happen. It's understandable. But the reaction to these mistakes by their management team has hindered any future business from myself or any type of positive recommendation.
The service was professional and very helpful. He moved me from the comfort of paper to the non-paper age with regard to my request for information. That takes some doing. I have everything I need, saved a tree, stamps and time for everyone. Good job. Thanks. PS - I have no idea regarding value or coverage at this time. Hopefully it is as good as they say.
I was so frustrated before calling Endurance due to the fact that I had a bad experience with one of the auto shops but Shawntel ** helped me with the issue. The auto shop had my part of back order and they had my car for over a month. I did not understand what was going on and Shawntel was able to expedite my issue and get me taken care of so that I would not have such a burden being that I need my car since I have a job that requires traveling. I will definitely be recommending Endurance to my friends and family in other states as well because Endurance gives me nationwide coverage. Agents like Shawntel keep me coming back. Thank you for that.
I was adamant on cancelling services because of budget issues but Matt convinced me to stay and he was really concerned about why It was important for me to continue coverage. He was a true sweetheart and very caring and concerned. A great guy!
Very courteous and professional throughout the whole time I had the coverage. I would definitely recommend this company to anybody who is thinking about buying an extended warranty for their vehicle.
I had a problem with my policy and I called the Endurance Rep (Jevon) and explained everything to him. He was very professional and fast to assist me with my problem. He transferred me to Ashley (Endurance customer Service Rep). She was extremely helpful, fast, and knowledgeable which made me feel comfortable with my choosing of Endurance to provide extended warranty coverage for my vehicles.
Great service. Martin was very helpful in getting me into the website to review my coverage and explaining how my policy works.
Was attempting to confirm coverage by logging on and was unable to do so. Agent was able to get me logged on and verified coverage was all at it should be. Well done!
Representative changed my mind about taking the coverage by showing the many things being offered with my coverage.
Coverage transfer - Joe ** explained things to me in a way that nobody else had so could understand them like I'm a 4 year old. He made it easier than falling in love!! I will definitely consider y'all for coverage on my new ride. :) Thank you for being there.
I called in 02/15/16 because my prior extended warranty coverage was longer than I expected. I called to see if they could postpone or cancel and repurchase. I spoke to Justen who explained that it would cost more so instead my March payment would be covered by them so I would not have to cancel. Who else would do that???
The Chevy dealer overcharged me for service. Joe was very helpful and supportive when I needed help. He educated me on my policy and sent me a copy of my coverage right away.
Thank you Eddie helping me find a good mechanic. They basically led to me saving my family vacation after our engine completely went out. Some minor things were excluded from coverage but it was small things like a few hoses and gasket casings. Was really hoping this thing would come through and it did. Roadside assistance was really easy to use too.
Hi Rosa,
Glad to hear that Eddie was able to resolve all your issues and empower confidence for the road ahead. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to serve you, and please don't hesitate to give our Customer Service Department a call at 1-866-432-4443 if you need anything in the future.
Thank you for choosing Endurance and have a great day!-Endurance
Very happy with the warranty I got from Endurance. It was the 5th company I called to get a quote and they had the best price for the coverage I wanted. Don't let anyone talk you into lower coverage, get the full coverage! I got the Endurance supreme which is the best and it was about the same price for the basic coverage other companies were offering. The rep I spoke to was also very nice and gave me a lot of good info.
Hi Monique,
We're very glad to hear that you were able to find coverage for your vehicle with Endurance. Worst customer service and a bad experience overall. I would rather invest time and work on my own car than have it projected under this extended warranty which is useless. When I was signing up the lady offered too many things to be true and mentioned that it's covered from bumper to bumper. But when I took it in for a repair after the 30-day wait period they classified the problems as preexisting in wait period and denied coverage. When I called customer service to cancel the policy the manager on the phone was indirectly hinting that my car will be classified as high risk to convince me to stick with policy. Looks like lot of thugs and underwriters run this company without any integrity and values. Stay away from this company and use the money to put it towards the actual repair if you want to keep the car long term.
Waited until I heard final word on whether or not the claim for my driver side window motor and alternator were approved before I left this review. I will say this, the customer service at Endurance is impeccable. When they give you their word that they will get something done they get it done!! After an hour of going back and forth between the shop and the warranty company, the Endurance customer service rep that was helping me took things into his own hands and got everything sorted out. Both claims were approved and I am happy to say that their coverage actually works.
Got a quick quote over the phone and was signing up for coverage 30 minutes later. Great staff and coverage plans. Highly recommend Endurance.
I originally chose my warranty from Endurance because their prices were the best that I shopped around for especially for the amount of coverage that they give you. I looked at a few other auto warranty companies to get price quotes but they all seemed too pushy or a little shady for me to want to go with, so I chose Endurance. I am VERY glad that I did go with Endurance because I had a pleasure to work with Justen who was able to get my claim investigated and saved me well over $600. I am glad to see that Endurance is still one of the honest companies out there.
Glad I ended up getting this warranty from Endurance. I don't know if I am one of the lucky ones or not but the thing has already paid for itself after 1.5 years and I have a 5 year policy. Very happy with this coverage.
I was contacted by Steven ** (Customer Service Manager for Endurance) and we came to very excellent resolution to the problems I encountered. Due to the misunderstanding initially between us; he graciously offered a refund of a major portion of what I had paid into the policy as recompense. Not many companies would even entertain doing such a thing, but Steven assured me that theirs is not just any company. Perhaps I'll consider them for a policy on a future vehicle at some point.
I had requested policy coverage that would cover all electronic components on my vehicle. I was assured they would be covered. The first and only claim I filed was for a faulty electronic module that would cost almost $2000 to replace. Thought it would be covered but was told by the third party company that actually had the policy through Endurance that it was not covered. I attempted to cancel my policy with Endurance and they said they would label my vehicle as a high risk, thus making it difficult to obtain another policy with another company other than theirs.
Endurance is a company that I fully recommend to anyone because of their fair prices and exceptional customer service. Endurance is a company that actually stands by their word and pays their claims! I am very happy I purchased this coverage because it is not only paying off, it has already saved me money which I thought was too good to be true. Thank you Endurance and Eddie ** for all of your help!
This warranty is definitely worth the money I pay for it each month. I was skeptical at first because this policy was about $800 less than the coverage that the salesman at the dealership "swore by". But the coverage looked pretty similar so I decided to take a chance. I am glad that I did because I was actually able to get two repairs done in about an 8-month span. I did the math and the total payments that I made in those 8 months was $560, but the two repairs combined were about $1800, so I am already winning. Yay!
Shaun gave me a great deal on my warranty coverage and I got all the roadside assistance packages thrown in as well. That alone is saving me $30 a month from AAA and I get to make sure that any time my car breaks down that the repairs are covered. This coverage is awesome!
I got a good price on my warranty and I got better coverage than the dealership was offering me. Got offered a better deal by some other company but the coverage wasn't as good as the one that Endurance was offering me and it was only going to save me like 100 dollars overall.
Got two VERY expensive claims paid for almost a month ago and I am writing this review now to tell you that I just had to go in for the third time and it was a minor repair but it was again covered. This coverage is a GODSEND and you would be foolish not to buy it. I am not made of money and this policy has saved me quite a bit of it. Their customer service is also very professional and prompt.
I am pleased to be writing this review and to inform anyone who may be reading it that Endurance is an excellent company to get an extended auto warranty from. I have been very pleased with the coverage thus far and I am sure that anything that may come up in the future will easily be handled by their team of professionals. They receive an extra 6th star from me because of their excellent service!
Endurance is a great warranty company and their coverage/prices are unbeatable. I shopped around for my extended warranty on my Toyota Prius for about 4 months before I chose a provider and I am glad I went with Endurance Warranty. I am very happy with the service that I receive each time I call.
The customer service ** is impeccable at Endurance and I am very satisfied with my purchase of their warranty coverage. I was a bit pessimistic at first when my first claim was not approved, but that was a minor brake replacement, and I was under the impression that my policy covered that but those are maintenance items, which is understandable. But replacing my entire transmission (a repair cost of about $3,000) and getting it done before I had to pick up family from the airport this weekend, now that is what I call service. This warranty is well worth the price of it, my monthly payment is $96 and I only have 4 left before it is paid off. And even then I will still have another 3-years of coverage. What a wonderful feeling!
I am very happy with the coverage that I bought. After just recently using it for the first time, I am happy to report that it worked flawlessly. There was a small hiccup with calling in the claim, but that was because I had the wrong number and so I had to wait an extra day but that is my fault and not theirs. The customer service is excellent btw.
I have nothing but good things to say about Endurance. I ended up selling my vehicle and had to go through their refund process which I was surprised to see how easy it was. They did it all over the phone, sent them a few documents, and the amazing ** was able to confirm the transaction was complete and I got my check in the mail today. Very easy and would have kept the amazing coverage, just didn't have any use for it since I didn't have a car anymore (I'm a public transit guy now!). All around, it was absolutely great!
I recommend an Endurance Warranty to anyone that wants a warranty with great coverage at a great price. They were over $1000 less than the dealership wanted and they offered me better coverage. I guess they call they really do call those places STEALerships for a reason!
** was incredible and answered all of my questions and sent three e-mails with different coverage options that I was considering before buying. He gave me time to talk it over with my husband and to get all of the information so I could make a wise purchase. I am so glad I went with Endurance. Their service is the best.
I am very satisfied with the service I received, my warranty coverage, and the overall value that my policy from Endurance gives me. ** were amazing at getting my car back to me ASAP.
Awesome warranty coverage from Endurance and the customer support is incredible! I would recommend anyone looking to get the best warranty for their money. Very easy to use too!
Can't get more satisfied. Great prices, amazing customer service, and coverage that is actually WORTH your money. Definitely the car warranty company you should go with if you are looking for good coverage at a great price.
** is awesome and totally saved me almost $50 a month by reducing my monthly payment. I have had a few financial hiccups and I was having issues with paying my bills but thanks to ** he explained why my coverage is so important because for real how would I pay to get my car fixed when I am already having issues paying for monthly bills? Now I have a lower payment and my car is still covered. It's a win-win situation!
I am very happy with my coverage from Endurance and even happier with the service that I received from **! She is amazing at what she does and helped me with all of my questions. Endurance is the best!
Satisfied with my warranty and the service I received from ** the other day. Very surprised at how easy this coverage is to use and how great Endurance's customer service is.
My husband and I both spoke to ** from Endurance the other day and we both agreed that she was so sweet and well trained on the phone. She handled all of our questions with ease and wasn't even slightly rushed when we spent about 20 minutes just asking questions. Endurance has already impressed us with their prices and their coverage, now we are even more impressed with their service. Thank you ** and thank you Endurance!
Very satisfied with my warranty from Endurance. They are great at their customer services and the best price around. I am very happy that I purchased this coverage.
Endurance is a great company and offers a great warranty. Good prices, full coverage, and their customer service is unmatched. Special shout out to ** for taking care of my policy and forgiving me for forgetting to leave this review. The service is great!
Endurance has really good customer service, especially **. Their prices are fair and their coverage was the best when I was searching for a extended warranty. I give them 5 stars but I would give them more if I could.
Got my warranty from ** and he explained everything and went over every detail with me. I appreciate the time and attention, you don't see service like this anymore. I searched around and Endurance had the best prices and coverage. Glad I went with them.
** gave me a quick quote and was able to answer all of my questions. Lots of coverage options. Did my research first and the company is the best rated and had the best prices. Waiting period is going to be up in 11 days and I will update my review when I get past it.
