I needed security and protection for the car of my daughter who’s a new driver. She really likes the car and I want to make sure that if something happens to her, we can have it repaired. I talked to my mechanic, and he said he had worked with Endurance before, and that was a nice, easy process. I like the coverages. There was an original person that I tried to work with who wasn't very helpful at all and I didn't like him. The second person was fantastic, helpful, and very informative about everything that was offered. The original price was a little bit high, and he was able to negotiate with me, and I felt like it was a good value. He did a really good job and even went above and beyond. He was finished with the dentist, and it was later in the day, and he was still willing to work with me to get it done even after hours. Great customer service.
We have a vehicle that's getting older and the automotive warranty had expired. We wanted to keep the car, and we wanted to have a warranty to help us do that. I went online and did a little research. Endurance is a little more expensive than some of the other ones, but it also has a really good rating as far as dealerships accepting it and paying all the claims in plus it had a more complete coverage that I really wanted. The individual I spoke with on the phone when I was doing my research was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain all the details of the coverage so that I was well aware of exactly what was covered, the whole coverage, and what they were providing me. It was very easy to understand what he was saying, and there was nothing hidden. He was very forthcoming with all the information. Their whole process was easy.
My warranty ran out on my truck. I didn't buy an extended warranty when I bought my truck. Endurance seemed like they had a little bit better coverage and the price was a little bit better. I also had done some research and Endurance had quite a bit of high rating with the public. The experience was great. Their sales rep was really informative about the plan and the questions that I had to ask. He seemed very knowledgeable.

I had just purchased a new vehicle and I was looking to see what the best warranty was. Endurance was what I came up with because of their reviews. I got a bumper-to-bumper warranty and they explained the coverage pretty well. Paying for it is easy. I have it automatically coming out of my account.
I had an oil leak, and I had to pay for that all out-of-pocket. So, I thought about investing in the extended warranty just in case if it happened again, I would have coverage for that. I got another quote from someone else. They said it was supposed to be the best rate and the best coverages, but it was $70 higher a month. I looked into the plan details, and they didn't cover as much. So, I went with Endurance. The customer service was pretty good. They also let me split my payment in half. For the down payment, I only had to make half and then the next week, I made the other half. The only thing that I noticed was, I tried to make the remaining half of the down payment that next week later, and I wasn't able to because until you make the whole down payment, you're not able to use the online system.
I've had the same car for 20 some years and it finally crashed so I had to buy a new used one. This one I bought is like a computer system. It's just like a spaceship in there. This looks like a lot more can go wrong than my imagination can go so that was pretty much why I got an auto warranty. I went with Endurance because they had coverage for more mileage than the other ones. The other ones all seem to cut off earlier. The rep was wonderful.
We are so grateful for your 5-star review. Thanks for sharing your rating with us and the community.

I was looking at getting an extended coverage for security. I don't wanna have to worry about a major repair coming up somewhere down the line and I'm unable to cover it financially at the time. I got Endurance, and I didn't even realize it's the same company that my husband already had for his extended warranty. Their rep was knowledgeable. Everything that I asked, he was aware of. I put my husband on the line because he knows a little bit more. I have an electric vehicle. My husband was able to ask those type questions, and the rep was able to answer them.
I just bought my daughter a car. I wanted to make sure that when she took it to school, it was covered if she needed any major work done on it. I did shop around and I felt like I got more mileage coverage at a lower price with Endurance. It wasn't much cheaper, but I got more miles which was what we wanted. Everything was fine when I purchased my policy. It was easy. Any questions I had, they were very good about answering. The rep was very good and very patient. I’m kinda working remotely and I did say I had some calls. She called me the time I asked her to call me. If it wasn't a good time, she would just say, “Let me know, I'm gonna call you,” or “If you need more time, let me know.” She was very flexible. I was not harassed or anything.
I had warranties on all my vehicles. The one I had on this particular vehicle ran out back in July, so I was looking to get new coverage. I purchased the coverage from Endurance. It was a good experience. The reps explained everything thoroughly and answered the questions that I had.
I needed some warranty on my truck. It's very valuable ‘cause you never know what would happen. It was suggested to me that I get one and I looked at two different companies. Endurance is affordable and the coverage is a lot better. From the individual, they’re easier to deal with ‘cause some people just don’t know how to talk to people. The representative also explained the coverage well and it was easy to purchase. It's the way to go.
I have an older truck that needed an auto warranty. I filled out a questionnaire online and it led me to Endurance. The coverage options that they had available were what I was looking for. The reps were very helpful. They worked with me to get in a price point that was effective and worked with my budget. They also told me the coverage that I needed. I'm very pleased with the purchase so far.

They didn't give me an extended warranty when I got my car so I got one from Endurance and it was a good experience. They explained all aspects of the coverage to me well. Their customer service was very helpful. The payment automatically comes out of my account so I don't have to worry about it.
I have a German car, and they can sometimes have issues over time. My 2016 BMW 328 has low mileage now, so I figured it's a good time to buy an auto warranty in case I needed coverage later. Endurance offered me a good price and good coverage, and they were responsive. Their reviews seemed good online as well. The original person I talked to gave me the basics and gave me a lot of info. They reached back out to me later to follow up and I got a different person who was able to give me a much better, lower price. That's what made me finish the process. Paying was easy too. They set me all up on the phone.
Customer service was excellent. They're very nice, cordial and willing to answer all of my million and one questions. I just bought a used vehicle and then along with that, the breakdown in which the agent explained everything for me, I decided to go with them. Endurance's coverage is over 150,000 and it seemed that their coverage span was a little bit more. A lot of the others didn't start out with that point.

For the next year and a half, I am driving long distances to work every week and I was approaching the end of the extended warranty that I had purchased when I bought the vehicle. The original extended warranty would not give me a 100,000 mile extension. They would only go 50,000 miles, but Endurance gave me 100,000. If you think you're gonna need extended coverage, then this is the place to go. They gave me what I needed, so I went with them. It went quick and easy. It was to the point and professional. I had a couple of calls from two different individuals checking on me and there wasn't any big pressure. They were just letting me know. When I signed up, I put it on my credit card, which was easy.
The rep was very reassuring. He did a good job at explaining the coverage and I didn't have any questions to ask. I also didn't have all the money right then and he broke it down in two payments, which helped me tremendously. After that, everything was fine. I feel comfortable with Endurance and I feel protected. At my age, having a protection plan is very valuable. I'm 73 and I can no longer get out there and do what I used to do. I'm glad that there's somebody else that will step in and take care of things for me.

I was looking for a warranty, but I couldn't afford to pay the full $2,500 at the time. You never know, nowadays and I wanted to make sure I had some type of coverage. I looked up warranties to the point where some were 2 stars and 3 stars. When I looked up Endurance, it was 4.5 stars. I read over what people were saying and at one point, I wasn't going to do it, but then I wanted to make sure. I did something online and then they called me. I then told them I will call them back and then they called me back. It sounded like it was worth it in the long run and the person I talked to was helpful and good. He answered the questions that I needed answered. With how he handled himself, he made me more comfortable to think about purchasing. With how everything panned out, it still gave me that safety net that I needed in case something did happen to my car.
I was checking online what's the best warranty out there, and I've seen one was Endurance. I checked their coverage and the rating that they have. I said, "Maybe this is a reliable company."
I've talked to many different people and some people were pushy. I hate it when people push me and try to force me into doing something and I will not go with them at all even though I really want their service. So far, Endurance has been a very good company. You decide if you want to pay them either every month or come out of your pocket $4,000 all at once if something happened to go wrong. They also did a good job of explaining the coverage. They said everything from electrical to motor and transmission would be covered. The only thing I would have to do is pay a $100 deductible. It's better than the one that I have where I have to pay half for everything when something goes wrong.

Some of the coverage on my car had ended but I still had the powertrain on mine. I checked out CarShield but they were way more. I got Endurance three or four weeks ago and it covers more bumper to bumper. I asked them to do a direct deposit from my account for the payment. But there was one issue that I had with Endurance. One person quoted me one price but when I called back the next day, it was a different price. I called back and the lady there said I had to speak to a manager. It took a long time to get one. Their guy gave me something lower. She said it should have been more but she honored it. She said she corrected it but that information wasn't sent to my email. They charged me too much. I'm gonna wait until the amount is taken out of my bank statement in September. I won't do anything if they correct it.
I got a new vehicle and I never had a foreign car before. It was good dealing with the specialist from Endurance. They explained the coverage pretty well but they didn't get into detail. I don't know if the wheel bearings, ball bearings, strut, and things like that are covered. I don't even have a copy of my policy and I did try to try to get a copy.

I looked online and saw that Endurance had 5 stars. I called about three companies and they were the one I ended up with. The rep was good. He explained everything to me and I got the best coverage I could get for my 2017 Kia Sportage. I don’t like the price though. It should not be that expensive to cover your car but I understand. If you have to use it, it’s expensive. It’s just like any kind of insurance. It’s high dollar but it is what it is. I called customer service and they answered my questions. I asked them on how to get ahold of the coupon. I wanted to see if there was anything in there I wanted or anything I could use. I tried to use it but nothing was free. You gotta buy something and it’s not a deal. They should just not offer coupons but go cheaper on the cost. They’ll appreciate it.
My vehicle is out of warranty and I know that things can happen. So, I just wanted a warranty and the internet highly recommended Endurance. The reps were very nice and they did alright when they explained the coverage. I didn't have to work through a whole lot of red tape. I just wanted to have the warranty and I hope it'll be valuable.
Thank you for your review.

The truck has a lot of electronics on it. I was a mechanic, but there is just no way I would work on it. Endurance sounded like a better deal to me. The reps explained everything pretty well. I got the platinum coverage, which is supposed to be bumper-to-bumper. They just take my payments out of my checking account every month.
I put 118,000 miles on my 2017 car and the warranty's gone. Right after I put 100,000 miles, all hell broke loose. The air conditioner and the sensors went out. I saw Carshield on TV and I didn't like their coverage because it would end at 150,000 miles and I have almost 120,000 miles already. On the other hand, Endurance's warranty goes up to another 100,000 miles from now. I called them and everything went fine. However, when I was talking to the gentleman from Endurance, he was talking about some kind of promotion wherein I would get 250 right then and 250 later. I never got anything. Other than that, Endurance did everything I wanted.
I had signed up with another warranty company but when the gentleman from Endurance called, he gave me some very informational facts that I needed to know. So, based on what he told me, I canceled my other membership and transferred to Endurance. They explained the coverage very well. I have a five-year warranty up to 75,000 and if I sell the vehicle, I can either transfer it over to another vehicle or I can just cancel the warranty. I'm a car dealer and I think everything is on the upper end of what he's talking about.
I wanted extra protection on my ‘09 Chevy Aveo. After kinda looking around and seeing what's out there and what was best, I ended up with Endurance. My research was feedback mainly. I liked all the good reviews of Endurance. I got their bumper to bumper coverage. Everything went fine and their reps were good.

The warranty on the vehicle was almost up, so I decided just to go ahead and do a full extended warranty on it. A couple of my friends have Endurance on their Mercedes as well. I wanted to get the best coverage that Endurance offered at the time. The rep was very informative and answered all of my questions.
My car warranty was expired a couple of months before. I have a Mercedes Benz and I know how expensive it is to repair. So I wanna be under warranty. The salesperson from Endurance handled my questions very well and the payments were affordable. I was gonna do some other research online. But as soon as you start signing up and you put a phone number in, even though you're not finished populating all the home screen, they already have somebody calling you. I don't like pressure sales. However, the salesperson was very nice and I didn't mind him calling. He was very persuasive but their coverage could be a little cheaper. But across the board, bumper-to-bumper coverage is expensive. My deposit was high and he split it in half. I told him that I could pay it this week and then two weeks later. So that was very helpful.
I looked at reviews and after seeing the coverage and other people’s experience with Endurance, I decided on them. Purchasing was smooth and I chose the highest package they had for my 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan. I got bumper to bumper and everything other than regular maintenance is covered. So, it’s a complete coverage package. I set up auto pay for the payments and it’s convenient. I was having trouble signing in to their website but they helped me figure it out.
Thanks, Customer Experience Department
I didn't really wanna spend money out of pocket if something happened with my car and I'd rather pay a monthly for it. With an extended warranty, someone will take care of my car if something happens. Purchasing one from Endurance was good. But they didn't really give me a good deal until I told them that I might look for something else and all that stuff, and then they started digging for something else and gave me better coverage like lower miles. But they could've done this in the beginning. I still didn't get really what I want, but this was probably the best option for me. If I find something else, I'm probably just gonna jump into it. But everything is good, so far.
Welcome to the Endurance Family! Thank you for the review.
My stepdad said it would be a good idea to have some extended coverage. I was googling stuff and Endurance was the one that had better reviews, so I figured it must be better than the other ones. The customer service was very thorough. If I had any questions, they answered them and if we got disconnected, then they’d call me right back, so that was really good for me.
I have coverage on all my cars. My one car got totaled so I put an extended warranty on my next car. I happened to go with Endurance and it's been about a month or so ago. I asked for a bumper-to-bumper and they gave me what I asked for. The process seemed to have gone smoothly.
When I buy anything that someone else used prior to me, I want some type of coverage that'll protect me for the unknown. I would do the same if I bought a brand-new one 'cause normally, problems don't start till after the manufacturer warranty wears out. I would want something extended there because I normally don't trade cars in to get my money's worth out of it. I want something to protect the motor and the major parts of the vehicle. But if the warranty doesn't meet the length that I'm gonna plan on holding it for, then I need something to cover me.
Endurance Auto Warranty was sitting up at the top of warranty companies. I talked to the other ones before I talked to them so I would have a better idea to how I was gonna judge them by. Endurance gave me a military discount, which the other ones didn't. They also had more to offer than the other ones, even the ones they advertise on TV. I liked everything about what Endurance offer. But the customer relationship was worse than poor. It was sad. That can turn people away from them. It might not be a bad thing to go to someone else and pay the extra $300 'cause someone's more aware of what they're doing with their job and what their company is doing.
I'm not happy with the customer service I've been receiving. When you talk to customer relations, half of them don't wanna give you the right information, and the other half don't know. I wanted to be educated so when a problem did arise, I'd know exactly where to go. I'd rather phone tag now so when the time would come that I'd really need them, I could go right directly to the department I'd need to go to. I don't wanna get on the phone and be pissed off because I spend half an hour talking to someone that knows less than I know.
I'm disturbed because something has happened. Now, I need to get something fixed but I can't get it fixed 'cause I'm playing customer service tag or I'm playing with someone that wanna be smarter than what they really are. If you don't know, have enough sense to direct me to someone that does know. I have to normally call back several times to get information about the issue. Overall, I'm somewhat happy but I won't recommend anybody to Endurance 'cause their customer service stinks.
I had to put a transmission in my car but it only got 80,000 miles on it. At 70,000 miles, I had to put a transmission in it and that cost me closer to $4,000. So I was looking for extended warranties on cars and I decided to go with Endurance. The extended coverage really was a lot of money for me to purchase. But the gentleman from Endurance that I talked to seemed very knowledgeable. But he said that there was gonna be this package of things that were sent to me, like $250 worth of stuff that I could use right away. But it wasn't a gift at all. It was like a coupon or something which was a little bit misleading. Other than that, the experience was fine.
Thank you very much for voicing your positive experience with the company.
Looking forward to having you as a client for many years to come.
Thanks,
Customer Experience Department
I needed a warranty and the reps at Endurance seemed like they were giving a good coverage as far as covering the car from bumper-to-bumper. Plus, the people who were talking to me were nice. Also, the price sounded reasonable. The only thing is that they bombarded me with a lot of emails before I made the final decision. But it was fine. If you need a warranty on the car, Endurance is okay and whatever I read for the other people, they seem good.
My car is a 2011 and it looks as new. It’s a luxury vehicle and has a lot of horns and bells and whistles. When I first got it, it was still under factory warranty. When that was expiring, I renewed it for five years or 50,000 miles but I never came close to putting 50,000 miles on it. I put 30,000 miles on it in five years. I've maintained the car meticulously and I wanna keep the car. I like it. But I know that should something go wrong with the lectronics, it could add up to a significant amount of money. I wouldn't wanna own that car without having a warranty.
The warranty industry has been eroded by a lot of charlatans. I've gotten quotes all over the place. One would be $4,700 and with less coverage. It didn't cover this and it didn't cover that. I got quotes for $2,100 that didn't begin to cover the things that were important to me. It was all powertrain. Most of these engines and the powertrain in most of these vehicles now go 300,000 miles without any issues if you service them regularly. But it’s all the little electronic things that could go wrong with age and with time. Those are the things that concern me because I don’t want something not working in my car. If it’s not working, I'm not comfortable.
I want everything that's in that car to be functioning. I got vibrators in my backseat and reclining back seats. I've got power sunshades and the side windows in the back window. I've got a bar in the car. It's all factory put in there. I have a fancy sound system too. My particular car felt like a limo. And most of those things, I never sit in the backseat to use all of them. But I want them working anyways. If something isn't functioning, I want it fixed.
I had been dealing with a company called Alfa Warranty and they've changed a lot of their policies. Another company has kind of taken them over. I had my car covered under them and that was a great policy that I'd had for five years. It's coming to an end in November. I wanted to renew before that expired and I know that there was a 30-day wait. I went online and there was some kind of a promotion for the top 10 companies for warranty extensions. Endurance was one of the top four listed in there. I contacted all of them. They came up with what I thought was the best policy for what I wanted to fill my needs, ad pricing-wise, and everything. It was taken into consideration. I went with them.
When I first called, they had my name on file for some reason that they quoted me on my Hyundai. It was probably a year or two earlier on another vehicle that we were purchasing for my wife. Their rep talked to me and she was a little snide. She said, “Well, we already quoted you on that. It's still the same.” She was not rude, but was a little curt. I said I didn't recall but I asked if they could send it to me and let me know what it was. She had gone back through it again. Somebody else then followed up.
The person I talked to when I finally decided to pull the trigger on it was exceptional. He was absolutely wonderful and he made sure all the T's are crossed I's were dotted. He explained things really well. He answered every question that I had and didn't dodge any issues. I felt that there was integrity in the individual, so I was very comfortable in making that final decision. The only question that I have now is where I should pay the $78 a month. Do they take that out automatically? That's what I'd like them to do. I put it on a debit card.
Our only automobiles, recently, have been used automobiles. We recently purchased a new used truck to match the camper. We thought about what would happen to be out on the road with that camper. We're both retired so we don't have that much money to spend on it. So I wanted to get some coverage because we wouldn't know what would happen. I was hoping the monthly payment with Endurance would be cheaper because it just seemed like we kept adding more and more insurance on the thing. But considering what could go wrong with the vehicle, it's gonna take a long time. If we needed a motor repaired or something, it would take a long time for that hundred and some odd dollars a month to add up to what that cost could be. Everything went great with Endurance. Everybody needs to be encouraged about their work.
Thank you for your review.

I've had many warranties in the past, especially when I buy a new vehicle. I like to have that satisfaction that in case something happens, I would be good, especially when I just spent $17,000 on a car that's just out of factory warranty. I've never had bad experiences with any of the different warranty companies in the past because most of the time I never have to file a claim. But just in case I ever do, I like to have that security.
Endurance was top-rated and had good Google reviews so I tried them out. The first person I spoke with was good. He was trying to upsell me on the top-of-the-line warranty which I get, but that was not what I was going to get. I wasn't okay with the price. I got the Powertrain Plus. It was kind of high for me for what I was expecting. The guy said he would connect me to a price specialist and the price specialist said that was the bottom dollar. I said I would call somewhere else. He said they could lower it to a certain amount. I feel like when I asked, he could have been like, “Oh, well, that's what's you get.” I shouldn't have had to threaten to call another company to get even a slight discount.
I got the warranty and it's pretty standard just like with the previous warranty companies. You gotta go 30 days and 1000 miles. But I still feel it was kind of priced a little high. I've gotten full warranties like the same warranty I have now. It was an Infinity and not a BMW, but I paid 1,700 for the same coverage. I'm paying 3,400 for for my BMW. I get that they're both luxury cars. I get it. A BMW is not an Infinity. That was what the rep was trying to sell me on, but I've bought warranties for other cars and this is the most expensive warranty I’ve purchased. Other than that, so far, so good.
Two years ago, I was gonna put my BMW under Endurance Auto Warranty's coverage. However, their prices were outrageous for a BMW so I just went with the warranty from the dealer. I picked up another vehicle and about a month ago I added it under Endurance. The rep whom I worked with was very informative and working with him gave me a lot of insights. They represented the company well.
I got two cars under warranty with Endurance. One was 2000, the other was a 2010. They gave me full coverage on the 2010 compared to the other company. They wanted to give me a lower warranty, so I made the choice to go with Endurance. The whole process was easy and the customer service was good.
Endurance appeared to have a more encompassing package than the other one I was looking at. Their rep was wonderful, too. She did a great job. All in all, for the vehicle that I have, Endurance covered pretty much everything. There are some aspects of the coverage that it doesn't cover, but what I'm looking for are really the major made parts that will go out such as a transmission. The bar for me was kinda low. She fully explained that. And paying the monthly fee, which was not very much at all, for the type of service that I'm looking for to cover, I thought it was a pretty good deal.
Making the payments was very easy as well. They set it up over the phone. The way that the GMC Acadia works, you can’t necessarily get the mileage. You have to keep on pressing buttons to get the mileage. It's not like the old school cars where the mileage is right there. So, that was the only difficult part for me. And I had to call back and give them the exact knowledge on there. But all in all, it was pretty easy. Having the warranty is pretty valuable. I do a good amount of driving and cars break down. My husband and I have multiple different cars and at one time, we can pay a couple thousand dollars per car dealing with repairs. So between that and the car payments, I thought this was a pretty good idea.
I was looking for an extended warranty for my 2014 Chevy Impala LTZ just to have it because you never know. I had one previously but I wasn’t going with it. Endurance was the first one that caught my eye and I heard that they were number one. The rep who signed me up was very helpful. When I was talking to her, she made my decision to go with Endurance. She explained everything in our coverage. She did her thing and everything was good. It was great.
I have two policies with Endurance now, a 2011 Mercedes Benz C-Class and a 2015 Mercedes Benz E-Class. The reps were very professional and courteous. They made it easy to do the transaction. The value for cost of the coverage was very good.
My friend's car was towed in and the company she was with wouldn't cover it then they refused to tow it back. She was in a bind. I was having the same problem and I just got tired of it. I did my research on the internet and several warranty companies came up. Endurance was on it and they happened to have been the first one. I talked to their rep when I got the policy but they didn't explain about things. Although I think I know because I have the policy I read and have a phone number to call, I would like to know the coverage. Other than that, I referred Endurance to my friend and she sent me that link back saying they had a good rating.
My daughter's new job takes her on the road and I wanted her to be protected. So, I bought the coverage for her car. I liked how Endurance was described. I had a similar coverage on my own car through USAA, and I was very happy with it. And the way it was described, it was similar to that. I thought, "Okay, that's good." It gives my daughter all the things that she needs as she travels throughout the state, so that if she is disabled in a far-reaching part of our state, it covers her hotel and the repair. That's what I was looking for.
My factory warranty was about to run out but I didn't renew it because it’s Nissan and they’re expensive. My next door neighbor also has Endurance and he's the one that recommended them. The reps explained everything good, and it's good price. I was told the coverage was bumper to bumper, just like it was when I bought a brand new vehicle. $135 is a bit more than what I previously paid for warranty, but I'm satisfied with it.
I had a one month warranty when I first bought the car and I figured I'd save money having extended coverage in case something else would happen. I went on Google and read the reviews, and then I picked the best one which was Endurance Auto Warranty. Their reps gave me all the details and it went really well.
I liked what they had to offer and the coverage and the cost, so it made sense to go ahead and go with them. They were very professional and very knowledgeable. They were very easy to talk to. They didn't give me any real sales pitch but answered my questions to my satisfaction and that was what decided it for me. Everything is going to be charged on a monthly basis to a credit card number that I gave them. The warranty is very valuable. I don't have a spouse. I'm responsible for all the upkeep of my vehicles and everything else I own. I wanna make sure it's gonna be covered for any and all incidents of any expense entailed by something going wrong with my car. They're a computer on wheels now and you don't know how sensitive something's going to be.
I need a new coverage on my car. Endurance Auto Warranty has been around for a while which is a plus. I called them and their reps were professional and they answered all my questions with no hesitation. They worked with me on the payments so that it would come out on around the time my check would come. I did not buy it outright 'cause I did that once before and the company went under. I hadn't recouped my money since. So now, I pay monthly. I've been with Endurance for a month and a half.
My mother took the car to Cadillac and its warranty had expired so in order for me to be able to maintain this car, I gotta take it to where she took it but Cadillac is expensive. My mom passed in April, so I gotta make sure that I can live out her dream. I went online looking for some insurance and I looked at about five companies. Endurance had a lot of great reviews and they were supposed to be the best. I liked the coverage, which included the transmission, the engine and the electrical, and then it’s five years. I also liked the price.
The rep spectacularly explained everything. He was very cordial and professional. He was one of the reasons why I picked the package. I felt very comfortable with the company. He said that I would be able to take the car to wherever I choose and then I have to pay a $100 deductible. Then, Endurance would pick up the bill. He also said that there were all kinds of different types of discounts. I put the payment on my debit card and it went right through. Endurance is a perfect match. Time is of the essence and I was able to successfully get the coverage in the time that I needed it. I feel safe and secured knowing that if anything does happen, I can call them and I won't have any problems. I have 93,000 and they would take me all the way to 178,000. So, that’s awesome.
My factory warranty for my 2017 Chevy Silverado was up and every time I looked somewhere, Endurance popped up. So, I decided to go with them because of their advertising. The reps were super thorough and I got the highest coverage. The buying process was great and super easy.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a 5 star review
I bought a used car a few months ago, and it had a little over 142,000 something on it. So, it was out of the factory warranty. Endurance Auto Warranty was easy to work with. They sent me the paperwork, sent me a little plastic card for my billfold, and then told me what was required. I feel very comfortable with what I got. Plus, they go up to 200,000. So, I've got 50,000 miles of coverage for the next five years. The payment was 177 upfront, which started the clock ticking. I had to do 1,000 miles in 30 days which I just completed a few days ago. The repairs I had were before the program kicked in and they weren't super expensive. But so far, so good.
The original warranty expired on my Chrysler 300 a long time ago. I didn't like the first warranty company that I chose. It was too hard to get in contact with them to file a claim. Then once I gave them all the paperwork, then they denied the claim. So, I want a bigger company that's easier to access and offers more coverage and the dealership recommended Endurance.
My experience with the Endurance rep was very pleasant. He gave a lot of information that I didn't know as far as the company, ‘cause I only knew a little bit about Endurance as far as coverage. He was a very nice person. So, that was the main reason I went ahead and accepted the payment plan and the plan itself. Their reps were also very helpful in following up with how to go about if I were to need to make a claim. I was gonna have to cancel the policy just because of my pay. It had gotten messed up, but they extended my payment out for me and that was extremely helpful. I didn't even know that was an option, so that I got to keep the policy instead of having to cancel it and do it another time. It was very good customer service from the people that I've spoken with so far.
Thanks,

I wanted to upgrade my warranty coverage so I went with Endurance. They have good rates, better than some I've seen before. The purchase went well except I spoke with them before and they were really rude. They even cursed at me. But I got another nice lady who I signed on with. I'm waiting to hear back from my other warranty if they will upgrade me or not and I was calling Endurance to get a refund. I kinda want to put the money on hold for now until I find out if I am going on to another warranty or not.
I have an older BMW and I wanted to make sure I'm covered. I was looking around at different warranty providers and Endurance was one of the main ones that had good reviews. It was good when I purchased the warranty. I didn’t think that they were gonna call me that late at night when I did the quote online but they were nice. Also, I will ask about my coverage. It shows I have the gold membership but it was different on the website.
When I got my vehicle, it did not come with a warranty and considering the type of car it is, I knew I needed to have one for it. The expenses in the event that something goes wrong later on can be something that'll be covered. I found Endurance through Google and it was a little cheaper than purchasing the warranty through the dealership or when I've got the vehicle. It was cheaper than getting it added on. The reps were very informative too. I didn't have any questions, but they covered everything that I was wanting to know about it and then they also provided a couple of perks that came with it. They were able to break up the payment in half as well so that I could be able to still afford the coverage.
The truck I bought had a dealer's warranty. They would repair anything but the deductible would be $1,000 which is insane. I had to go find a warranty because what I got was a diesel, three-quarter-ton truck and if something breaks on it, it would be expensive. Endurance's rep answered all my questions. I wanted a bumper-to-bumper type of warranty. While I knew there would be routine maintenance, the breaks, tires, rotors, and exhaust system just wear out. I can't afford to put a new engine, transfer case, or air conditioner. I put Endurance on my debit card and used a credit card for my initial payment. It was very simple to purchase their coverage and so far, I've had a great experience with them.
Welcome to the Endurance Family! Thank you for the review.
I purchased a used truck in good shape and I just thought that I’m gonna keep it for a while. I reached out to several different extended warranty companies and saw what they have to offer. I ended up going with Endurance because they offered me a fair price for it as well as exactly what I was looking to get covered. I talked to the customer service team when I signed up and then, I was transferred over to somebody else. They finished the whole process of getting it signed up.
The reps were very knowledgeable and I felt comfortable with them. They were not trying to sell me something that I didn't need, which was why I chose to go with them. Endurance is a professional company and I would recommend them if I had some friends that needed to get the same type of coverage that I'm getting. They followed up with an email with all the information and I was able to read through it. I'm very satisfied with Endurance and I hope I never have to make a claim but you never know.
I needed to get an extended warranty and I looked into two companies. All of them were giving the same coverage but Endurance had a better price. Their rep did a great job. The payment process was smooth and I did that via debit card. I highly recommend Endurance. It was an easy process and they explained all the basics.
I found Endurance when I was looking online at extended warranties for my car. I've been out of my warranty for a little while now but I was kinda like, "I should probably get one on there and in case that I really do need to go to the mechanic shop." Endurance popped up and I just kinda went with them. They seemed pretty legit so I liked what I saw. Everything was pretty straightforward. They were very professional and informative. I would just like to see what their actual coverage when I actually need it.
I have a 2017 Nissan Altima and it already had 74,000 miles on it. I like Endurance's coverage. Other ones weren't offering the 100,000 plus package. If they did, it was only covering certain things. With Endurance, it was bumper-to-bumper protection. The reps from Endurance were very courteous and helpful, and they answered every question I had. They followed up with me to get the mileage as they promised. As far as the payment plan, it was less than what I was paying on the other one because I was paying 136 a month. So, it was $12 less than what I was paying and for more coverage.
When I bought my 2010 Mercedes-Benz E350 Coupe, I was offered a different program from my dealer, but I wanted to look in online. So, I researched who had a good program, warranty and coverage, and I went with Endurance. The rep I worked with was pretty decent and purchasing the policy went great. Also, compared to the one I was going to get from the people who sold me the car, Endurance was better.
Thank you for the 5 star rating! It is much appreciated!

I'm pretty happy with my Endurance policy for my 2014 Chevy Spark. They had a better rate on the coverage plus with being able to have towing and a rental car if we needed it. They actually offered a longer rental car coverage than most competitors. My dad set the policy up for me and it looked fine. I talked to somebody to give the mileage and the person was really nice.
I chose Endurance this time because I chose them a few years ago for a car that I had for a while, but the warranty has run out and on that vehicle, I also had a extended warranty up to 100,000 miles. When it started breaking 100,000 miles, I thought of reaching out because I know the history of those particular vehicles, that at about 125,000, if something would go wrong, that’s when it would go wrong. I purchased the warranty before I hit that milestone just in case something would go wrong, because I planned on keeping that car way past the time it was paid for. Purchasing the policy was pretty painless. They gave us a lot of information. But not even six months later, my daughter totaled the car. She’s the one that bought the new policy on her car. That’s her car but they put my name on it because I had a previous relationship with Endurance. I’m not sure how that worked out, but that’s okay for now.
With all the COVID stuff, everything is delayed now. It's getting to the point that the rental may not have been long enough because it took a couple of days to get the final approval. We got approval on a Friday night. I called back with the claim number to get a loaner. The guy said, “Yup. No problem. Here’s the claim number. Let me set it up.” They use Hertz. That’s all fine and dandy. All but one of the Hertz locations near me were closed for the weekend. I couldn't get an answer from Hertz as where to go to pick up the car.
I didn’t want to go to the airport to pick up the car but when I called up, they looked at the claim number and they said, ”I don't understand this claim number. This is not a Hertz claim number.” We explained to them that was purchased by my warranty insurance. He said, “I don’t understand none of that. All I know is that claim number doesn’t come up. You don't have a reservation.”
So Saturday and Sunday, I couldn't do anything with the rental because I never picked it up. Monday came and we were not happy campers at that point. I called bright and early when they first opened up. I got to the right department. They understood what was going on and they said according to their files, so according to their link into Hertz, all the stores are open with normal business hours. But that was not the case. The one by me has been closed since February. According to them, “No, we don't see that.”
The rep finally set me up with a vehicle. He gave me a location. I told him to personally call and verify they’re there. He did. They were open, so I went to pick it up. It was a Monday, but because of the delay getting everything approved so late on a Friday, he had no choice but to order the parts on Monday because until he got a claim, he won't spend money on the car, which I understand. But because he waited until Monday, the part he could have got Monday morning if he ordered it Frida took an extra two days. He didn't work on the car until Thursday.
And then, for him to get paid, so we can return the car and pick up our car, it took a long time. From a customer's perspective, if you're gonna give me a loaner for five days, and because of COVID and everything else, it takes longer, then I'm not going to be stuck paying for a loaner when I booked the coverage for it? All this cover stuff is not in my control. I understand it's not in theirs, but it is their policy. But it didn't come to that. We were able to get paid last minute. You finally got the approval and the authorization number to get paid and we were able to pick up the car and then Friday, we dropped off the car at the rental so everything should be okay, but it’s just with everything going on, and everybody's trying to stay busy to stay working to keep money coming in. It got stressful.
Sometimes, when I call and I'm on hold for 45 to an hour and 10 minutes, I could hear desperation in the guy's voice because he knows I've been on hold for a long time and he would be as apologetic as he possibly can be. If you have to pick up the phone and keep apologizing for every single phone call that you come in because of the hold time, it wears on the agent.
Having vehicle protection is very valuable to me, especially with the tire coverage. I looked at a couple of companies and liked the reviews online for Endurance. During the process of signing up, their rep was very helpful and explained things very well. Payment-wise, it was easy to give them my credit card number. I was satisfied.
Thank you for your review.

I just purchased a new vehicle and usually, I try to get insurance that would be suitable for my needs. If Dodge would’ve had their lifetime warranty, I would have gone with that. I do a lot of driving and we cover quite a bit of mileage. In fact, we do more than the average family. I looked at Endurance and three others, plus what the Dodge Corporation suggested. I went with Endurance for the the warranty, the deductible and their coverage. The price was reasonable too.
I wanted to make sure I had something extra because I drive a lot. I necessarily haven't had the car for a very long time, but I drive a lot because I'm a homecare nurse. Endurance's rep was very nice. Everything went very nice and smooth. I'm happy about the coverage. However, I tried to put a claim in recently and it has been three weeks that I haven't heard back. Something is clicking underneath the car. I'm not sure what it is. I took it to the Buick dealership. I told them that I had extended warranty and to look at that first before they go further. However, no one has called them back on the claim.

Endurance offered me the benefits that I needed for my car at the time. I have a 2014 Nissan Rogue and I can’t afford all the stuff that goes on with this car. So having a protection plan is very valuable. Right now, I’m $9,000 in the hole paying for maintenance on my car. The Endurance rep was very experienced and it was very easy to make payments for the extended coverage with my credit card. I would recommend them.
Thanks,

I've had warranties before and when it came time to make a claim, they did everything they could to not honor the policy. Endurance had some things that other companies don't have like towing and rental car coverage, the price for the service, and the way they let me make a down payment. They were also top when I did the search. The specialist I spoke to was great, knowledgeable, and confident. He let me know that there was no reason not to go with them. But we'll see what happens when I go to make my first claim. I just bought a BMW in November and it's one of the reasons I got the service. I also had to replace the driver’s side axle and something else. Overall, for the purchasing process, I would refer them to anybody else.

I bought a certified vehicle and the warranty is limited. My partner told me about Endurance. Their rep was very helpful. He answered all the questions that I asked, and he sent me a description of the types of coverage and the amount. I asked him if he could wait until my partner is back so he could help me choose which one. He called me back to follow up and then we made our decision then. Having a warranty is important, especially if I get a new certified ca, I'll need the extra coverage because repairing is expensive. I would tell others to take a look at Endurance. They have good rates and they work with you.
When I was trying to make my initial setup and quotes, I got a business call from Endurance and the specialist told me that the offer would only last for a day. But I didn't get back to him until the next day, and he still gave me the same offer. He was nice, answered every question I had and he got me the coverage that I wanted. I just bought a Mercedes and the repair costs weren't expensive. But when they do break, it's insane. Endurance offered me the longest warranty for what model it was.
I had a different coverage and I felt like they were kind of shoddy. They said they'd cover everything in my car and they didn't. I went with Endurance and they were transparent, as far as I know. Also, they worked with me on the payments.
I went to Google and searched for a third party auto warranty. At first, CarShield came up. I called my dealership and they told me they did not deal with CarShield. Endurance accepts my dealership's claims so I went with them. I went through a smooth process purchasing coverage. Having their warranty for my vehicle has been valuable as it is computerized. I can't just pop the hood and fix it myself.
Endurance seemed like they had the best deal and the person who set up the coverage was really nice. In fact, they all seemed very nice. They fixed me real good and the monthly payment is not too bad. It's no different than a car payment.

My son had Endurance before so I went with them. It was pretty good with their rep. The coverage is okay and I can afford the payment plan I was given. We just started with Endurance and they're doing good.
The rep did a good job explaining the coverage. It was a good experience.
Thank you so much for this 5-star review. We really appreciate you being a customer and helping to share the word about us. We’re here for you anytime.

I came from an older model vehicle. Insurance only covers so much. A repair will do good at little expenses, but to have a warranty actually helps a lot. When I did my research, Endurance had the best reviews out of the ones that I was looking at and it made more sense to go that way. Everything was pretty much straightforward with Endurance. Their rep walked me through every step and he made sure that I understood what kind of coverage I had. He also told me to give him a call when I had the VIN number of my vehicle. So, I purchased it with the possibility of purchasing a separate vehicle. But I ended up going in a completely different way. But the process overall was just really a walkthrough.
We want to say welcome to the Endurance Family.
Thank you very much for voicing your positive experience with the company.

The difficult side of having a warranty is that if you have something major that happens, it’s good to have if it'll cover you. These companies give you the impression that they will take care of things from the beginning, but there are ways to finagle out of taking care of things and that happens a lot. But from what I have experienced so far with Endurance, it has been fine. They were good and they explained the coverage pretty well. The rep was really informative and nice. Then I set the payment up on auto-pay.
I went on the Chevy website and it gave me Endurance for a warranty. It's cheaper than what I've heard from other companies. The reps explained the coverage well and they told me the payment is 80 something dollars a month. But I thought I was gonna receive a bill or email and I received neither one of those.
We are happy that you are having such a great experience with Endurance!
Thank you for your review.

My vehicle is getting older so I wanted to have coverage on it. Endurance sounded like a good deal and the rep that I dealt with did real good.
My air conditioner went out on the 3rd of July. I took it to the shop and they had the man call me from the GMC dealership to let me know that they said it was a preexisting and that they weren’t gonna cover it. I started to drop them but I talked to Tony and he convinced me to keep it. But I don’t know how it was preexisting. My air conditioner was blowing cold. I had to pay $1,500 out of my pocket. Then I still sent the money out of my bank account to pay their coverage rate for the month.
The claims process was terrible. They were calling and asking me questions, like I had planned to do this. It really made me mad that they denied me after I talked to them. It really pissed me off that they weren’t man enough to call me back and let me know and that the dealer had to call me. I'm really upset with Endurance but I'm gonna keep them.
I was able to acquire a diamond coverage package with Endurance which is for bumper to bumper. Everything covered. My old warranty was a powertrain which was $180. I am paying 125 for a bumper to bumper!!??
Thank you for your review.

Endurance is excellent and their warranty coverage stands out for me. I had them in my other car.
My experience with Endurance Auto Warranty went extremely well. Their rep broke down the policy word for word, instead of just saying in general what it covers. Some companies don't wanna tell you the gray areas or the fine print. But this gentleman went into every detail. He wanted to make sure that I understood exactly what it covered. It would cover up to a certain mileage but it wouldn't cover as much as you would have thought it would have been. There should be more coverage on the mileage for a longer period. But I understand why it's not.
Thank you for the 5 star rating! It is much appreciated!

I needed to find something and the Endurance reps did all right. We went forward and I accepted it. I used Supreme and the coverage is pretty nice. I liked it. It covers the powertrain. It was just what I was looking for too. Also, the price was right, which is the only main thing. That price was absolutely better than the other competitors. I'm very satisfied with Endurance.
We are so grateful for your 5-star review. Thanks for sharing your rating with us and the community.
Thanks, Customer Experience Department
The sales rep was very nice and he explained everything to me. He told me what was all covered in it and all the parts covered. I didn't feel like I was forced to buy anything. They picked the perfect coverage for me and my vehicle. It was a great experience.
Welcome to the Endurance Family! Thank you for the review.
I bought a used car with very low mileage on it but didn’t have the factory warranty. Endurance was the first one that I called. The sales rep seemed to make it sound pretty positive. I'm hoping that it turns out to be like that as well if we have any trouble. He seemed to do a good job of thoroughly explaining the coverage. Hopefully, there won't be anything hidden.
My car is five years, 60,000 miles and I have a 2014. I don't drive my car for what most people drive their car and I wore out my warranty with years. My uncle has Endurance and he is my favorite uncle. So, I take his advice seriously and he recommended it. He says he use them for his cars and so, I decided to go with them. I couldn't pay with COVID but Endurance made it easy to make payments. I told everybody that I was not working so, they broke up the initial payment and I'm paying a lower payment for the same amount of coverage. I could not afford $100 a month and they extended out one extra year to drop the payment. I would pay $69 a month, which is still kinda steep but I want the warranty. I got what I wanted and everybody was nice.
When I called Endurance, the reps were helpful and pleasant. Also, the coverage had everything I wanted.

I have a 2008 Audi a4 and it's got the miles on it. I love the car and I wanted to protect it because sometimes, some of the repairs can be costly on them. I wanted it to be covered and have peace of mind while I'm driving it. I did a Google search for third-party warranties and I read the reviews. I liked the way the process started with Endurance and moved forward with it. I got my coverage in June 7th and I've been very happy with the service. I recommended it to my son and he got a policy with Endurance as well.
They were very Courteous and polite. Explained all the questions I had and work with me to get great auto warranty coverage. I would recommend them to my friends and family. I’m just waiting to see if any repairs are needed in the future, how good my experience with there will be. I love that they offer a rebate just for signing up with them. Looking forward to good future with them.
I saw an ad on YouTube and I clicked it for extended warranties because I had just purchased my luxury automobile and it was used. They were matching me with different companies and then I felt as though Endurance was the best one because they have a warranty for luxury vehicles. Everything was good when I purchased the coverage. The only gripe that I have is that I paid close to $400 for my down payment. On my policy in my email, it said that the down payment was 279. So I was a little confused by that. Other than that, I am satisfied.

I've been thinking about getting a warranty for a long time and decided I should just go ahead and do it. Endurance was highly rated by ConsumerAffairs so I went with them. The sales rep I spoke to explained everything very well. He gave me some options to choose from and I didn't feel pressured. The coverage compared to cost is fair and it's easy making payments.
I have a truck that's worth a lot of money and it was starting to approach 100,000 miles. I wanna keep it for a long time and I wanna get some protection. I started out by checking reviews online and Endurance had good reviews. Then I checked them against some competitors and the value was a little better, which was why I went there. The first time I called them was to get the information and then I called back. I couldn't talk with the same guy, so I talked with a lady and she seemed to be more knowledgeable and professional. Overall, it was a good experience and she knew what she was talking about. She explained the coverage that I was going to be buying.
A friend who had Endurance for an extended warranty explained to me how it works. I liked all the stuff that came with Endurance's warranty and so I went with them. The reps whom I worked with explained the coverage very well. Paying for the warranty has been easy. However, because of COVID and not having an income, I'm trying to get them to postpone payments. I'm having a hard time trying to get them to do that as I have issues getting an agent who is familiar with what they can and can't do. Still, this warranty potentially has value if something major goes wrong with my car.
The lady that called me said everything that sounded cool. I liked them. They were pretty nice. Everything went smoothly. The lady that set me up was great. But I’m not happy with their customer service. You can’t get in contact with anyone on a cellphone for hours and hours waiting. I don’t like the way they do things. I love the coverage and everything that they have but it’s a little different than I thought it would be.

I had a warranty on my truck when I first bought it in 2017. I had just gone over 18 miles and my air conditioner condenser went out and they told me that the warranty was voided over 18. I looked into getting a warranty and the Endurance sales rep didn’t try to manipulate me. He was honest and he went straight to the point just like I asked. He told me exactly what it’s gonna cost and what it's gonna cover. The coverage is kinda expensive, but everything these days is expensive.
I was looking online for another warranty company. I ended up talking to somebody with Endurance, and it was what I was looking for. I switched over to Endurance. It was not very difficult at all to make payments. I put $100 deposit down, and then I paid the other half of the deposit. Then I paid my first payment the end of last month. Having the coverage is very valuable because anything can go wrong with a car and you don't wanna be left with a outstanding due. It's definitely worth it.
I have a very expensive car that's out of warranty, and I just knew I needed the warranty. I was feeling uncomfortable not having any coverage, in case something happened with the car. Endurance sold me from the first time I looked at the advertisement and I really didn't look anywhere else. Afterward, I looked at others and still felt satisfied with Endurance. Also, I spoke to a friend of mine who is a mechanic, and I told him that I purchased the warranty. He asked me how much and he said that I did really well. Just based on those things, I'm very comfortable with my decision.
The sales representatives were very thorough. They told me some things that I'm being afforded but I don't think I got it in writing because I'm not really clear about some perks that go with the elite package that I purchased. I received a couple of things and one of the things I was having trouble with is going online and setting up my account. But I spoke with somebody and then I was able to do that.
Thank you for the 5 star rating! It is much appreciated!

I bought a car for my daughter and I wanted to make sure that she has some type of coverage if anything goes wrong with the vehicle as it is a used car. I wanted that security of knowing that if something goes wrong, she'll have help in getting it fixed in the future. I did an online search for the best extended car warranty on Google and found Endurance. I liked their policy, what they covered, the amount, and the price. I also liked how their customer service answered quickly and that I was able to speak to someone. The information that I got from their rep was clear and concise. I was able to understand what was covered and there was no read in between the lines type information. I ended up doing putting Endurance on my vehicle as well. So, I'm a two-policy holder.
The dealer put us with a warranty company and I didn't like their attitude and what they said to me. I started looking on the internet and I saw Endurance and it looked like something that I would be interested in from the material that I read on the website. I spoke to a woman when I called in and the questions that I had were handled immediately and well. I have another vehicle that I'm interested in getting coverage for.

I've always kept service on the warranties on my vehicle. I looked at four different companies and Endurance was the highest priced but they had the best coverage. The representative was knowledgeable and explained all the aspects of the coverage very well. I didn't want to make monthly payments. I wanted to just pay it and they were the ones who were super easy about it that I could just pay the whole thing right now. It was not a problem.
Thank you for the 5 star rating! It is much appreciated!

Endurance Auto Warranty had the best package and their reviews were excellent. Also, the price was perfect. I sold warranties before and their product was the best bang for the buck and I would advise them to get dealerships to sell their product. Their specialist did an outstanding job. She was very persistent, patient and understanding. She kept up with me, followed up and she called me back when she was supposed to call me back. She made everything happen the way it was supposed to. Then all the numbers fell into place so that just made it sweeter. I was sold on it. Having this coverage is extremely valuable. I pay for it by credit card instead of automatic payments and it's extremely easy to do.

I did some background research and I found that Endurance is a really good company, especially with the coverage and the additional coverage that some other companies did not have for vehicles with my age on it. The price was right and they seem to have a really good plan. They made me feel like I will be well-covered with their insurance, that was why I chose them. Their rep was great too. He was able to explain everything and was very knowledgeable. He seemed like he knows the specific coverage that I've selected. I felt like I was in good hands with him. When I had questions, he was able to answer them. I also felt that he has a good time with the company.
My ex-roommate mentioned Endurance and he told me about the company. I have an ‘06 right now and I've put a lot of money into it and I need some coverage. I went ahead with Endurance and I waited out the 30 days and over 1,000 miles in order to get repairs done under their warranty. 7 days after 30 days, my AC compressor stopped working and I brought it to the mechanic shop. They called Endurance, told Endurance what the issue was, and Endurance denied it saying that it was a preexisting condition.
I was very upset and spoke to the manager at Endurance. He told me that an AC compressor doesn't go bad within 7 days. But it went bad. It had been running and working. Regardless if it's a used or a brand new car, there's no telling when an AC compressor is gonna go and it went on me. Also, I was told by one of the reps from Endurance that they would cover my rental car expenses and everything. My car was gonna be in the shop for a few days and I got a rental car. But Endurance denied my claim and now, I'm stuck with this bill and I'm stuck with the bill for the rental car.
They told me I have to pay out-of-pocket for the fix and if anything happens from that point on, they would cover it. They've already taken two payments out of my account. At that point, I'm frustrated and upset. I feel like it's a scam company. I told the rep to cancel my warranty. I'm not gonna pay $105 a month when I'm paying out-of-pocket for my repairs. It's not right.
We do apologize for you not receiving the best experience with our company.

My factory warranty had expired. We'd like to be able to keep our vehicle for a little longer so that's what prompted the purchase of Endurance. The sales representative was very good, professional, and assisted greatly. I was expecting an email explaining the program, the coverages, and stuff like that. Apparently, I never received it in my inbox although we received the mailed packet.
Thank you for the 5 star rating! It is much appreciated!

The person I dealt with was polite and everything was simple and easy enough doing things over the phone and online. I don't think I got the best option plan I was able to get though because I had Endurance previously and I had a better package plan for my car. However, I knew of one other competitor, and the coverage plan that Endurance gave me was still better than the other company that I researched. The payment plan was acceptable too. I don't have any other complaints other than they said that my car is older and that it didn't qualify for that plan. My car is only seven years old.
The downpayment was reasonable and the rep was cordial. They explained the warranty to where I kinda understood it. To file a claim, you have to have had the policy for more than a month. You also have to have used over 1,000 miles and you have to go to a certified dealership. Also, the 60 months stood out to me. The coverage seems to be very valuable considering the length of time that it's good for. It was also easy to make the payment. I did it with my debit.
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a rating.

I'm gonna buy a new car and I read about how Endurance's warranty could transfer. It could provide me more money when I sell my vehicle. I went with them and the rep whom I worked with answered all my questions. I had a bunch for him involving whether the warranty was truly bumper to bumper. He was very nice and explained all aspects of my coverage to me. Paying for the warranty is easy too. He just took my debit card information.
I spoke with Endurance twice to cancel out my services. It was difficult because I was on the phone for about 40 minutes with the representative. They were just trying to get me to keep the coverage.
The purchasing of my Endurance plan went well. They had the best rate, the best coverage, and then also they had the best customer reviews as well. But when the coil inside the AC's compressor went out, it took them about a day and a half to get back to the dealership in order to either approve or deny our claim to fix the AC. Trying to call them, I waited two and a half hours to speak to someone. It took the dealership about nine hours in order to get ahold of someone. It was a $2,600 repair and they wouldn’t cover it. They sent me a giant list of everything that was covered and I asked them specifically about AC and engine. They said that my AC was totally covered. I didn’t know that a tiny coil inside the compressor was not gonna be covered, which was kind of upsetting
I’ve got a 2015 Dodge Ram pickup truck. I absolutely love it, and it’s all paid off and runs great, and in 2020, the five-year warranty ran out. I was planning on keeping the truck, so I started looking at warranties. I liked Endurance's coverage. So, I called their guy up, and he was extremely helpful and easy to get me all signed up. I’m very pleased with Endurance. The payment options are good, but the coverage itself is what’s important, and this covers my truck bumper-to-bumper. It allows me to get a car if I need to get a car if my truck needs services. Also, what you gotta look for is how many mechanics accept their insurance. Endurance has a very long list of dealers and mechanics that accept their products. So far, my customer service with Endurance has been excellent.
I was talking to a lady from Illinois and I made a decision with her to go with Endurance as they were a little bit better than that name brand that had been kicking out here for years. I just enjoyed what I heard about them. The coverage that I got was good. It went well but I still don't have my card or anything to show proof that I booked them. I talked to someone around last week. I believe they're still gonna emailing me something until the card comes in.

My owner’s warranty was up and I needed to get another coverage for my truck. I went for Endurance with the coverage I would get at the cost of the policy. And the customer service reps were very nice and polite. They answered all my questions. I was satisfied with the explanation. The warranty offsets the major cost of repairs. Newer vehicles have bigger problems and the warranty seems to cover the areas of concern that I would have of my vehicle.
The rep whom I worked with from Endurance was very kind and helpful with information. Their warranty was affordable and everything the rep said coverage-wise was perfect. Buying from them was not stressful at all. I picked my date for my payment to come out and things have been fine so far.
We know a lot of mechanic work but we have a hybrid and we don't have a clue with that car. So we figured we’d better try and get it covered in case something would go wrong. It was a pleasurable experience purchasing the coverage from Endurance and we didn’t see any problem with the payment plan.
A buddy of mine has Endurance on one of his vehicles and he said they’ve taken really good care of him. I've done my research and talked to several different companies. They just kept badmouthing. I've found nothing but positive things about Endurance on the internet and the people that I’ve talked to, which was the reason I went with them. The Endurance rep was very knowledgeable. the coverage was very well explained. The people were so pushy, but that was with all the companies. It wasn’t just Endurance. All in all, I'm very satisfied with the Endurance warranty. It was a very pleasant experience.

We bought a Kia two years ago and at the time, we were told it had the remainder of the 10-year, 100,000-mile warranty on the drivetrain and engine but at 50,000, the bumper-to-bumper would run out. Then I had a problem with the transmission. It ended being just a little bit low on fluid. But when I asked what my warranty would cover in all that, the rep said my warranty expired at 50,000 miles. I asked what about the engine, transmission and drivetrain and he said it all expired at 50,000 miles. That was really a shocker. So we went ahead and started looking at different companies and seeing what was what.
It was really smooth, quick and easy working with Endurance. They were the third company I called and they had the best rates that I found out of all the different policies that were offered. Everything I was looking for in the coverage was there too. I haven't tried to make a claim and I hope I don't have to make one ever but I would hope that it would be as smooth and easy as was advertised and described to me.
The Endurance sales rep on the phone was very helpful and friendly. I appreciated him taking the time with me. I signed up with a different company a few days earlier but something seemed like I didn't I wanna go with them. I really shouldn’t have signed up with them immediately but I was able to call back and cancel it. When I talked to the Endurance rep, he was more thorough. Their price was cheaper for the same coverage, too. For payment, I just told them to put it on a credit card. I also figured when I need something concerning the car, I can just call them.

It was as painless as it can be, having to buy an extended warranty with Endurance. I was real pleased with the service that I received in choosing the coverage. And even more so, I was very impressed with the coverage available for the price. They were the best coverage for about the same amount of what I was about to purchase through CarShield. I'm not gonna say that all of CarShield’s employees are the same way. But the gentleman's attitude towards me and their customer service compared to Endurance, is what changed my mind.
I couldn't pass up the coverage and the kindness. It makes all the difference in the world. So I paid the extra $20 to go with Endurance, which also in the long run I'm very, very glad that I did because the service department of the dealership that I purchased the vehicle from would not have accepted CarShield. It's not under their list of extended warranty provider coverage people. I've been pleased and satisfied with Endurance so far.
My vehicle is an expensive vehicle and it was getting up in mileage so I decided to get extended coverage and Endurance was the first on the list of the top 10. The person I talked to was very nice but they need to come down on their time that they want customers to wait before anything takes effect. And the mileage is way too high. I gotta go 1,000 and I gotta go for 45 days. Everybody else out there is a lot lower than that. With CarShield, it’s 500 miles and 20 days and they’re within dollars of each other for monthly payment. Also, Endurance didn’t take out the payment when they were supposed to. I lost my deposit on it and I went to a different company.
I called three different companies searching for a warranty. The customer service reps I worked with at Endurance were very helpful and courteous. When I told them to call me back, they called me back. Plus they didn't say I have to sign up right then. They didn't pressure me. Though their price wasn't the cheapest, it's fair. Their rep set up automatic payments for me. I got bumper-to-bumper coverage besides the normal wear and tear. Things have been great so far.
Endurance has the best rate and coverage. I went with them and their sales rep was very knowledgeable about what they were offering for my vehicle. She ensured me that the warranty I was choosing would be the best one to fit my needs. During the purchasing process, everything was online and I had to refer to those things. I was in the dark about my downpayment though. When my first payment was due, the rep was offering a 250 voucher for purchases but I wasn't clearly understanding how that worked. Still, I was okay with the payment plan I got. Everything went well when I went with Endurance.
I asked for bumper to bumper. They explained to me what wouldn’t be covered under that. 2 months later I had some kind of suspension problem. They denied the claim. Now the strange part. When they sold it to me, they mentioned that my coverage included suspension.
Endurance Auto Warranty was within the price range and purchasing their coverage was fine. My AC started blowing more hot air. So I contacted Endurancee and they told me to take it to Meineke or to a person that uses them. They didn't give us any list of people to use so we had to find somebody on our own. We took it into Meineke and they told us what was wrong. That was a good five hours and then we wouldn't let them keep the car 'cause I didn't have a rental car. Then Endurance said that they were gonna the parts that they wanted Meineke to put in our car. So I had to wait a couple of days before it was delivered to Meineke. Once it was delivered to Meineke, it was all day.
I was supposed to get a free rental car when my car was in the shop but they couldn't give me the rental car until things were situated and processed. There needs to be a better system where as soon as you take your car at the shop, you can call insurance and set up the rental car. But they wouldn't do that without Meineke looking at the car first, saying what was wrong and doing the claim that way. I was without a car for the whole time that the car was being fixed.
Endurance should talk to the consumer and allow us to set up the rental car. I asked for Enterprise because we were leaving the car at the shop and they can pick us up but Enterprise didn't even listen. They said that it was Hertz. Then when I set up the rental car, we called Hertz and their response was they didn't have any cars available.
The rep on the phone made me aware of all the different rules. They also give you a 250-dollar Walmart card and I’m still waiting on that. Other than that, everything went fine. It is very important to have an extended warranty for your vehicle and I initially looked at three other companies. It seems that Endurance covers more of the essentials than others. But I also signed the thing that I have to have 30 days and a 1,000 miles first before I use the coverage. I think the 1,000 miles shouldn’t be there because you could have been in a used car place and everybody usually does something to fix up the car when they first get it to make sure it’s straight before you really start to use it.
The Endurance rep on the phone made the process easy. I knew what I wanted. They had the best coverage and payment comes out automatically. With Endurance, everything went well.
I needed a warranty and I looked at a couple of companies. Endurance had a good rating and I’d tell others to check it out as well. My experience was good when I dealt with their rep. They explained the coverage pretty well and so far, the package is good. I did the payment online and that was okay too.
I got a used car, and sometimes they give problems. The market is down and work has been up and down and given the times we're living in, I didn't wanna not have the ability to pay for the car if something goes wrong. I looked at Endurance and saw that their history is not too bad. Their rep was very understanding. He walked me through everything and gave me some time to get it. From what I have seen and learned, he explained the coverage to me pretty good. The only thing that I don't have that he talked about was a card that I was supposed to get in the mail. I don't know when that one is coming. I also didn't get a welcome package. But I would definitely tell people to come join Endurance. I've told a couple of people about them.
I reached out to two other companies but Endurance had a better coverage and cheaper price for what I was getting. The payment plan is awesome. Endurance worked with me as much as they could over the phone and I was very happy with it. The rep told me everything I needed to know and was more detailed. However, going through the process, it was like getting jumped through too many places. I probably was put on hold for five times and waited for 30 minutes. It wasn’t a big deal but that could have probably been improved. Instead of going from one guy to another, just get me to the one guy I need instead of jumping though three others.
When I was searching around, Endurance had the best quote to offer. The rep did a good job. He gave me all the options that were available for what I was looking for and some additional ones as well. He explained all aspects of the coverage to me very well. The satisfaction of your vehicle being covered is very valuable.
My friend is with Endurance and he told me how good of a company Endurance was. They were outstanding. I went with them but I'm about to find some more coverage. They have to be more detailed about the service that they're issuing because I think I bought the wrong coverage. They weren't very detailed with me on it.
I have been a elite member of Endurance since January 2020. I attempted to place my first claim in June 2020. Due to being away from work I have not needed to drive my car and will be returning to work soon. My coverage was denied because I have not driven the car a thousand miles due to the Covid outbreak. I have continued to pay my monthly bill even through all this trying time and it was still denied reimbursement of my repairs. This is the worst company in America. No exceptions could be made while myself and the country goes through these crisis.
I got a good price and coverage with Endurance. The specialist answered every single one of my questions. He was able to help me out and pick out the plan that I needed without having unnecessary stuff or paying more for no reason. I’m pretty satisfied. They cover most of everything.
Endurance gave me a quote on a coverage plan and it seemed okay. I can't use the coverage during the first month. Still, I'm satisfied with them.
I bought a 2017 Cadillac and it has a poor reputation. There is a lot of stuff going wrong with it, so I wanted to have an extended coverage for it. I was given a quote as part of the financing, which was a lot more expensive than going directly to Endurance. Then I looked at about three of them, and Endurance was the best as far as what it offered. The specialist I dealt with was definitely professional and courteous in doing his job, but he tried to sell me more insurance than I wanted. He redirected, nevertheless, when I let him know what I wanted. Making the payments was fine, and the guy who sold it to me took a downpayment over the phone. Overall, I felt a lot better about my purchase after I did it.
My sister has a car like mine and she’s having issues with it. I decided to get a warranty. Endurance was my first quote and I didn't wanna keep shopping, and it sounded good. Their rep was great. She expressed all aspects of the coverage well. I’ve been trying to make a payment on the thing and I can’t get through on the app. The app keeps saying something happened, so the app doesn’t work. Then when I called, there's nobody in the office for the payment. Having a warranty is a security in case something happens, and it works well with what's going on during the Coronavirus because the deductible is cheap.
I have a three-year service coverage with Ford and it’s going to expire soon. So, I wanted to keep my car covered for the future and Endurance was the best rate that was given to me. The price was important to me for the full coverage. The rep answered all my questions and I was satisfied with the way he presented himself and what he offered. It was exactly what I was looking for. The payment is on a monthly basis and I have no problem with that.
We looked around and we liked Endurance Auto Warranty's pricing. Their specialist was professional. She explained the process and the coverage is pretty good.
I just bought a extended warranty (Supreme) after shopping around. Endurance has the best warranty and payment plan. I was able to negotiate a great deal on the best warranty and my rep Joe ** did everything to meet my needs. My new car warranty expires in July. I will now have coverage for the next 6yrs at a great price. They did everything to do better than the competitors I shopped with and I am very happy.
One of the other auto warranty providers I was considering said they allowed their mechanics to use used parts when they work on cars. That was not good so I went with Endurance Auto Warranty. Making payments for the coverage was easy. So far, everything has been smooth. I have already recommended Endurance to a couple of people.
The representative walked me through the purchasing process. It was good. However, he told me to read the email that he sent me about the coverage. I had a couple of questions that I asked him that my mechanic and my dad told me to ask them as far as the extended warranty. He basically told me which one he was offering me for the most part. He didn’t give me different options and just gave me the amount of miles. It was pretty straightforward.
My car is a 2008 model and it's in very good condition. But eventually, something is going to go wrong that I won't be able to pay out of pocket. I liked the options that Endurance offered. It was explained to me that if I get stuck away from home that I would have hotel and food coverage. I also like the roadside assistance and towing included. They answered all of the questions I had at that time, and when I found a few more questions, I called and it was answered right away. I'm very pleased. The payment is very reasonable, but I called back and changed the payment due date and I was told they could do it. I wanted it changed to the 4th instead of the 11th. But they still haven't taken their payment out yet. I would highly recommend Endurance.
I had a two-year, 24,000-mile warranty when I got my car from the used auto lot. I went to renew that and the price was astronomical at almost $200 a month. I called Endurance and the cost of their coverage was almost half. I went with them and their rep handled my purchase perfectly. He answered my questions and covered everything that I thought should have been covered. He did a good job letting me know what will and what wouldn't be included in my coverage.
Buyer beware. This company promises that they will cover your vehicle way past 150,000 miles and they cover gaskets but they only tell you that so you will sign up and take your money. After they have you they don't honor their word. The company also failed to tell me that they had upgrades which gave you more coverage in the beginning. Stay away from this company and I mean far away. You will regret it if you sign up for Endurance Warranty. You're better off saving your own hard earned money for your own repairs. I had a terrible experience. They promised me a refund and I still haven't received it.
Aside from the car salesman at the place I bought the vehicle from, Endurance's price led me to buy their warranty. The purchase experience was great and they were willing to work with me on the different options that they had available. I made the initial payment by credit card over the phone and that was easy. Everything from customer service to purchasing was smooth.
However, I'm thinking about canceling the warranty because I haven't heard from them. I tried to call a couple of times last week and was unable to get through. The call said they were closed. The follow-up and giving me the information on the package and especially the application is terrible. I was supposed to receive an email with a breakdown of the coverage. I also downloaded the app but that didn't describe the coverage. The app is pointless. They could give a breakdown on my plan for starters, to let me know what's covered, what I'm paying for, and what I'm getting. The app could also allow me to pay my bill so I could see when my due date is and take the payment right there.
The initial gentleman I spoke to from Endurance Auto Warranty was a good salesman and getting started was easy and awesome. The coverage plan that I got is pretty much all-inclusive.
When I got my car off the dealership, it was a preowned, pre-certified car. And then I paid the extra for the extended warranty. And when that one was really close to coming up, then I got Endurance. Their rep was amazing and really polite. I didn’t have enough for the full amount the first take in my account and so, he took partial. And then eight days later, the rest came out. I really like that. However, he did say there was gonna be a $250 online thing that could be used for Amazon, and I haven’t seen that.
He happened to call at the right time and at the right place. A few other people have called afterwards and it was really weird because I couldn’t remember the name of the company that I bought from. I then got a call from another lady and she asked me to get in contact with someone for the same thing Endurance was selling. I asked if she was the person that I already signed up for and she just hung up on me. The coverage was perfect. I set up my online account but I’m not really tech-savvy and it was not the easiest for me to navigate. I wanted to go in there and see if the Amazon thing was on there, but I didn’t see it.
My car is good with mileage, but it's getting older. When I spoke to Endurance and they were telling me about their coverage, that made me wanna go with them. Speaking with their customer service was good. I'm not looking for something going wrong with my car, but when it does, Endurance is gonna take care of it.
I wouldn’t have shopped for Endurance had it not been for the dealership saying that that’s who they recommended, but I’ve told people to go ahead and look to see if they thought that that was a good thing for them. The place that I bought the car from doesn't have warranties. On their site, it gives a warranty company and that’s where I got the name from. I called to ask about this then I bought the policy before I even bought the car. They have good coverage and I already made my mind up that this was what I was going do, and I explained that when I called them.
In one of the sells, there was a $250 gift card whether you keep the policy or not. The salesman gave that same information to my wife, so I wasn’t mistaken. Come to find out there was no gift certificate. That was a big distinction that one would make and I wouldn’t like it but I can almost get it if someone was trying to get somebody to buy something. I’ve never been a salesman, but the guy gave me some information that he knew to be inaccurate. If he didn’t have the correct information in the first place, then he shouldn’t have taken the phone call. There’s enough people out there to buy the product too.
I can appreciate where the offer would seem more enticing, but the policy was already sold. He didn't even have to say that. I consider that as being dishonest for the purpose of a sale or for the purpose of anything. When I called back to take issue with it, there was another lady that did not know the information. If she didn't have the information about any of their products, then she shouldn’t be answering the phone either. I told them that if I misrepresented something at the hospital where I work, someone could die from it. I don't misrepresent things. That’s my reputation. I have a different job, but I have to be accountable for the things that I say.
When I called back again, somebody answered that knows what they were talking about. Still, I don't have a lot of appreciation for people that are in positions where they don't have to be accountable and they can just tell you whatever they want to tell you. When I tell people about my experience, I give them that information, but that’s not the information that I want them to have. It may be something else that they experience and I want them to focus on the fact that they may not get all of the right information, just for the sale.

The sales pitch seemed to go on forever. When we finally got to the bottom line the quote was $1600 higher than the dealer quote for an extended warranty. The Endurance quote was also for less coverage and a higher deductible. When I told the agent I wasn't interested and why he insinuated that I was mistaken, I didn't have my facts straight, then proceeded with the high pressure tactic of trying to prey on fear of future expenses, etc. At that point I hung up. I had the dealer's offer in my hand with the specs.

I purchase the extended warranty when I purchased my Rubicon back in November. I had to place a claim the first time to replace my driveshaft and after the normal process of confirming coverage and application, the drive shaft was covered and replaced. Here I thought, "this is a great purchase" but then I had an issue months later with my radiator and tie rod. The price point for the radiator authorized was well below what I could find online and what the mechanic shop was charging me so
