We purchased this policy expecting full coverage as was promised by the salesperson. However when it came time to use this policy, they didn’t help with towing and then is not covering anything to help fix the problem. We will be canceling immediately and feel the salesperson was deceiving.

The agent worked with me to get me a good deal. It cost about the same as the other company I contacted, but I feel that the coverage is much better. The other company did not cover the main battery in my Prius, but Endurance said that they do. So I felt much better about that policy. I'm glad that I had a chance to deal with them directly.
I've been all right with Endurance but I wish I had spoken a little bit more in the beginning and I had gotten better coverage. I would have gotten a plan that included the gaskets. I had to change the gaskets on the car and it’s gonna cost me about $1,000 for the valve for the gasket plus the valve cover. Also, my transmission went out, which is a high-dollar item, and they gave me a used one. It performs okay but I thought they would give me a brand-new one. Other than those, they have fixed everything that I had covered. Their reps are courteous and customer service was good when we were speaking on the phone.
Just started... we shall see. Setup was easy, affordable, agent knowledgeable, policy gets to you fast, incentives, fast call response time, lots of extra perks. Main concern was coverage of parts and labor, they state they do. Found Endurance very easy to work with.
When we filed the claim, when we go to a stop sign or stoplight, the car would die and we'd have to restart it. But the they said it was all involved in the brakes. So we put the brakes on and go to the next stoplight and stop and it died. We just took the car in and had it repaired. And it hasn't done it since. We used Endurance and I was shocked that it did not cover diagnostic coverage. They covered the repair. We just had to pay our $100 copay. So that ended up costing us $200 on the diagnostic fee.
We never got a list of anything that it covers until when we made a claim. They didn't send us anything. My husband talked to them on the phone, and they thought we all knew what they would take care of. Because in this case, it's always $100 copay. We understand that. But now, if we're going to have to pay a diagnostic fee every time we want to use it, they might as well say it's a $200 copay. And that was a little more than what we planned.
I wasn't pleased with the last repair we had. The axle on the car went out and we ended up paying for a good part of that, so I'm kind of underwhelmed. I had to rely on the dealership to tell me what was and what wasn't covered by the warranty. Overall, Endurance helped some but not nearly as much as I expected it to. Also, I'm forced to take the car in to the dealer in order to have the warranty accepted, whereas I could have taken it into a shop that might be somewhat cheaper as far as the labor goes, but they don't take any warranties. So I'm not sure I want to continue the coverage.
The Endurance rep explained a lot of different things. He was straightforward. I like their price and their coverage. It covered about everything. When I had a claim about something with the front end being wobbly, the mechanics took care of the process of doing the claim. It didn't take Endurance long at all to settle it. It's been wasy and I had a great experience with Endurance. I would recommend it to anybody.
I'm a return customer because Endurance has been available, knowledgeable, professional and affordable. The reps will go above and beyond for you. The policies cover your interest entirely and you don't have to be unsure of your coverage. Thank you Endurance for your help. Great customer service.
I’ve used Endurance in the past and I never had any problems. Most items were covered, taken care of easily, no hassle. They’ve always been very good and upfront. They usually deal with my dealership and they've had no problem. Their coverage was very good. I just recently had a claim and it was the only thing that I've ever had that wasn't covered. It was expensive. It cost me $3,200. But the one before that was 3,000 and they covered that. The last one was 600 and they covered that, too.
I liked their coverage. It's better than one of the competitions. But the prices were about the same. I have filed one claim and it went very well. I took the car to my dealer and they took care of everything. I paid my $100 deductible, walked out, and Endurance paid almost $600. It was a stress free experience. The problem is a lot of these small car auto mechanics will not and do not have the personnel to make the call and to go through all the paperwork with these companies like Endurance. But the dealers are used to doing that, and that's what I did, and I had a very good, positive reaction.
The overall coverage and price value was comparable to what I needed. Setting up a payment plan with them was simple enough.
Upon checking warranty and consulting with Endurance representative, I thought I got the best warranty coverage for my 2016 Buick Regal Premium. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. Now I have to come up with $1500 for repair because of the coverage provided by Endurance which wasn't the coverage that supported needs of my vehicle.
I have not had an experience using the policy yet, my car is doing fine. I am very concerned about one thing. The person who sold me the policy assured me he would send me a policy in the mail, you did not do so! I told him I've had printer problems and it's a new printer. After assessing this, I've come to the conclusion that it's pitiful and cheap that your company will not send me a policy in the mail. If it is not sent in a reasonable time I may cancel the coverage. Sincerely, David
The rep was very knowledgeable. He explained to me what the coverage was gonna be and how it works. The coverage is perfect.
A valve cover was leaking oil and BMW said it would be $1,400. Endurance said that they weren't going to cover it. I asked them why and they said something about there was nothing connected to it that made the problem. I said, "What do you mean? You guys told me this was a new car warranty, that it was bumper-to-bumper and everything was covered." They said it was not with that and that it's got to have an extra coverage. But they never offered me that over the phone whenever I got the warranty. Also, I was getting free oil changes because that was what the representative had told me but it wasn't free. It was just a discount. There was a discount on windshield wipers, too. I thought those were free. So I got misinformed, and there was a lack of communication as far as the valve cover.
I purchased a used Jeep that had oversized tires, a lift kit, and some other aftermarket rebuilds and accessories. Because of that, the previous company would not warranty it. But Endurance would, and they have. I contacted them, visited them and negotiated with them a bit, and got coverage on my jeep. When I first started talking to them, I was very pleased with the attention and knowledge. I talked to three different people to get it all set up, which was a bit of a bummer. But everybody did a great job getting it all set up.
I was greatly assisted by William **. I was afraid that I was only going to qualify for a base coverage but it turned out I was able to get approved Endurance Advantage Prime. William was able to get me at a great rate per month. One of the best things was that he made it feel personal and not just another transaction. I’m glad that my Expedition qualified and I can now feel more comfortable with the protection of the warranty. Thank you again William!
When I was signing up, they were able to answer my questions regarding the coverage that I was looking for. I had Endurance before and the first time, there was a little bit of miscommunication because it was done through a dealership and I was not there. But this time around, I was able to ask the questions and they were able to answer everything I needed to know.
I gave Endurance a call and they gave me a good price so I went with that. The person I dealt with gave me some good knowledge and some coverage information. He told me to let the mile come up. The warranty is for my 2009 Corvette and not too many people drive their Corvette daily so it might not meet the 1,000-mile limit to go ahead and be considered covered. Endurance should cut the mileage a little shorter for the warranty to be activated.
This is a good deal and the guy I talked to was very polite and nice. Best price I could find. Three years free coverage. Can be paid monthly and is affordable. I feel much better dealing with this company.
I called CarShield first and wanted to see what they had, but they were trying to lock me in right away. I never deal with the first company. So, I sat back and I was like, “Look, I gotta call someone else.” I called Endurance and they offered a little bit more under their coverage. Whatever they were able to cover was good for me. Signing up with Endurance was easy. So far, everything's all good.
My experience with the Endurance rep was more professional. They walked me through how the process worked and the coverage.
The representative went far and beyond in helping me select the right coverage for me and made sure that understood the coverage being provided and everything covered within the plan. They were very professional.
When I spoke to the rep on the phone, she explained things and told me the pricing and some of the coverage. Purchasing the policy was pretty straightforward. But as far as service, I would like to have more options and things available.
Endurance was affordable. They put me on a payment plan. The rep was really helpful and had my warranty set up rather quickly. Try them because of the options, coverage, and the pricing.
Having a warranty is very valuable. I got the full coverage, and signing up with Endurance was very easy and informational.
The initial rep was awesome and he did a really good job. He was very knowledgeable and I was comfortable with him. When he gave me all of the information, I told him, "Let me just think about it because I know that there are different packages with different mileage and years." When I called back and I was ready to sign up, it wasn't the initial guy I spoke with. I told the rep, "Well, that's not the quote that the guy gave me, but that's fine." So then, she was like, "No, that's not right. If somebody quoted you, then we should be able to make sure we're taking care of you." She was like, "No, that's not right. If somebody quoted you, then we should be able to make sure we're taking care of you." She was very nice.
She had me talk to her supervisor and he seemed so arrogant. I said, "The guy, this is what he had told me." And he was like, "Oh, no, he's just an employee. He can't come close to what I can do." And I'm like, "Okay, man. It ain't about that, bro." I signed up with him but I felt like I was rushed. After doing the math, I was like, "Man, I was probably better off with the initial quote than this one." It stretched out my payments longer with a smaller payment but with not as much mileage. The experience could have been better with that last guy. But, I feel good about the coverage I got for now.
The enrolment process with Endurance was pleasant. The part of what was covered and what wasn't was a little confusing, but overall, they did a good job in explaining the coverage.
The warranty covers just about everything. It's a bumper-to-bumper type coverage, which is what I was looking for. Everything during the sign-up was done online. So far, my experience with them has been good.
When I made the claim at Kia in Savannah, they paid 15 bucks on for the diagnostics on the car. They did not do a full coverage on the major repair. And for my ABS and anti-skid lights being all on the dash, they paid just a small part of that. But they wanted to send Kia used parts to repair it with. Any garage that's in business for profit wouldn't accept that offer because want to make a markup on the parts that they provide for a repair.
For peace of mind, it is ideal it is ideal to get an extended warranty coverage because somewhere along the line, you're going to need it. It's hard for anybody to come up with $5,000 to make an auto repair. When I go outside I don't have any qualms about whether my car will get in reverse and back out the driveway or not. Because I know that even though it might cost me some money to go along with it, that the majority of the repair will be covered by Endurance.
