I wanted coverage for everything, which was what Endurance told me I was getting. As it turns out, they have tiered plans and they have tiers higher than what I got. Upon questioning them about it, they said I signed up for the highest tier that I was eligible for but they didn't make me aware that I wasn't eligible for the higher tiers. They made it sound as though I was getting their highest tier coverage. More information would have been great. It's one of those things where they didn't technically lie, they just omitted information that would have affected my decision.

Endurance makes it super easy to sign up. It was fairly easy to get through to someone but the reps didn't understand the coverage themselves. I was on the phone probably an hour with them while they asked other people and read through the information. I also tried to use Endurance once and had the claim denied. It's a part that they don't cover. They said it falls in a gray area where it's not specifically spelled out in the contract. I don't know that I will continue using Endurance.

I purchased the warranty around October 7, 2021, paid my initial deposit, then the other half of that deposit on October 14, 2021. The day I was setting up I asked the salesperson if I could do my own oil changes or if I needed to have someone do it, the salesperson stated could do my own oil changes and that was fine, all I had to do was keep receipts of my oil and filter purchase. Three months go by and my car breaks down, I have it towed back to a repair shop and they tell me I need a new engine, since this town was not my home town, I towed the car back to a dealership who verified that I need a new engine. The dealership sent in a warranty claim, the warranty company sent out an inspector who took pictures of the car and sent those in.

I reached out to the warranty company who stated I needed to send in receipts of oil changes, since I do my own oil changes I sent in the Walmart receipts of my oil and filter purchases. I had to call to make sure they received the email, a couple days later, the dealership informed me that the claim was denied. I called the warranty company to find out why, they told me because I didn't write down my mileage when I did my oil changes, I informed them the salesman didn't tell me I had to do that. They just stated it was in my contract and up to me to keep track of that. I again informed them the salesman told me I only had to keep track of my receipts, they repeated the same information. I told the representative that since they didn't tell me this in the beginning and they were pulling this out of thin air I requested them to cancel my service and refund all of payments to them, the representative then transferred me.

I spoke to another rep who looked over the claim and found I was well within the guidelines to be approved, so she spoke to the claims department and informed them that I should have been approved. She came back and told me that now they want 2 years of receipts compared to only last three as was previously stated, so they changed their tune since I do my own oil changes, they also stated they wanted mileage logs of when I changed my oil which is not stated I have to provide in my contract. They also wanted to know why my mileage usage went up which is actually none of their business. So they pretty much scammed me out of monthly payments to not do what they are required to do and replace my engine.

When I signed up, Endurance talked a good game. But when I got the contract, I didn't agree with a lot of stuff in it. So I cancelled my contract with them within 30 days. The girl that I spoke with blew it up like Endurance was the best, but it's not. She said to me I can go anywhere and that Endurance is accepted all over. But when I started calling all around, people never even heard of Endurance. I didn't want to run around finding somebody to fix my car. I also stated that I only go to one person. But when I called the dealer that I go to, they said they did not accept Endurance, so I didn't want to deal with Endurance. Don't tell people anything just to get a sale or to get somebody signed up.

It was hard to get ahold of a person when I was trying to cancel the contract because for one thing, Endurance used a different company to pay. I did two different payments. When I signed up with Endurance, they were able to refund me that. But then I had sent them my first payment while I was still going through my contract. When I tried to get that money back, it was hell. I was on the phone for hours. Nobody knew what I was talking about.

I decided to keep my current vehicle in light of the tight new/used vehicle supplies. I saw a TV ad on Endurance Auto Repair Insurance and checked into it. The agent I spoke to was trying to be very convincing. It sounded like a pretty good deal so I signed up. However I am currently reviewing the contract in detail to see if there are any gotchas. If I am satisfied, I'll keep it. I have 30 days to cancel it if I'm not satisfied with the details. It's basically bumper to bumper coverage for the first year then just mechanical coverage after that.

It was kind of annoying when I was signing up because they were talking to me in terms that I didn't understand the coverage. I had to tell the guy that I would call him later and then I did my own research. But Endurance should have simplified it for me. So it would have been easier for me to understand what they were talking about. But overall, I was pretty satisfied with the experience. The extended warranty was pretty good for the money.

When I reached out to Endurance, the rep was very pleasant. He explained everything to me and told me about the one-time thing that I could check the battery, although he didn't tell me that it was only so much money towards it. They don't send out hard copies of the contract and I had to print it myself on someone else's computer. Then, when I was reading it, I realized that it's only like $45 that goes toward the battery on a one-time basis. The batteries cost $107. They need to be upfront, especially when the customer gets the plan that covers supposedly bumper-to-bumper.

I was shocked that Endurance was willing to pay for something that was substandard instead of a comparable OEM ignition coil. That's not right. According to my reading of the warranty, it said that the ignition coils were covered but it didn't say specifically that it's for a generic ignition coil, not for a DENSO or an OEM Mercedes-Benz ignition coil.

When looking at warranties, it's helpful to know the maximum that the company is willing to pay for labor and a list of maximum prices for parts. Endurance was willing to send a little generic ignition coil and I wouldn't have to pay anything. But my mechanic, who is a Mercedes-Benz certified mechanic, said that the generic one was a piece of junk and he wouldn't put it in the car unless I insisted. In the end, he put in a DENSO, which is Mercedes-Benz comparable and I paid significantly more out of pocket than I expected. I'm looking at other options because I need to read contracts more in-depth so that I'm not surprised by something else happening.

Endurance was a better deal than the company that I had. The reps sent me the contract because I love paper so that made me happy too. They were really smart and informative. I had a couple other people that I had worked with that were very pushy but the reps with Endurance weren't like that. They were very easy to work with.

One of Endurance's reps called me and gave me the same story as far as some of the stories I heard about CarShield. So, that made me switch from them to Endurance. I had a rep explain the different plans to me. The only problem I have is they are supposed to send me the contract papers. I'd like to make sure I got all the information. But I would be glad to recommend them to a friend or family member if they were interested in getting an extended warranty on their vehicle.

Thought was good deal-What was discussed on phone. When received contract things were not completely same as discussed. 1. 30 days before could use service, contract showed 30 days and 1000 miles before could use service (WAS NOT TOLD TO ME). Deal breaker Nov of 2021 drove 87 miles, it would take a year to use service. Shorted amount paid to them; paid $215.00, Refunded $195.05 with no explanation. Sent email for rest have not received $19.95-NO CALL, NO EMAIL! CONTRACT and REP STATED ALL MONEY BACK in 30 days if cancelled!

My experience with the Endurance service reps was good and bad. They were good with the verbal but then the multi-page document that came out to me kind of took me by surprise because now I'm trying to figure out what I am covered and not covered for. The contract is like a treatise from a law department. I don't have time to read all that and try to decipher it. Right now, I'm smothered with stuff to do and I don't have time to play with this. Endurance could have been more clear on that.

The rep was great. He told me that if I wanted to cancel that I couldn't and how after I do my initial two years on the contract, the next two years, I don't have to pay anything. But I was a little upset that two days after I got my warranty, they had a commercial where they're giving premium benefits.

I made the initial payment as well as a monthly payment to Endurance, and I was a little bit surprised when I finally got the contract. It said that I have to had 1,000 miles on the car before they would do anything under the contract. I still don't have 1,000 miles on the car because I don't drive the cars much so, that was awkward. But it’s their rule.

I don't have any problem with the sign-up procedure. The only problem is that I didn’t know that they wanted me to wait 1,000 miles. I could care less, because as soon as I picked up the car, I took it to my friend down the road who owns a garage and I had him check everything. He checked the brakes, the tires, the oil and the Freon pressure. He took care of all that and I paid that out of pocket. I already had the car serviced and I don't care about any contracts. Money is not my issue. It's getting something programmed that the boys can use. I bought a 10-year-old Hyundai Accent, because I wanted something for the boys to start and I want them to have it. They start driver's training next year and as long as they're driving the car, it will continue to be insured and it will also have the Endurance service if it works. It doesn’t go away.

Everything was fine, except the terms of the agreement are concerning me. Because I looked up the people that I talked to and they told me that they have people that use Endurance all over the country, and I said, “Okay.” Then, they were telling me that they were trying to recruit as many people as they can as customers in Florida because of the growth in Florida. I live in Polk County so I started looking around to find somebody who uses Endurance in the event that I need to get something done, I would know where to go. I found only one in my area. So, my concern now is that they're moving into Florida, but there aren’t very many people in Florida that will honor Endurance. There are some in Tampa and some in Jacksonville but there are few anywhere else. If I start hunting and I can't find one, I am not gonna be a happy camper. I'll be looking for somewhere else for coverage or another place.

Endurance said I have the right to stop whenever I want to. I’d just tell them to terminate, I don't make any more payments and that's the end of it. I just lose the money that I invested upfront. Now, to make it even more exciting, I'm moving to Oregon and I don't know what Endurance offers in Oregon. Also, there were a few things that Endurance failed to mention that were clearly omitted. One of which was the use of Mepco as finance people. Nobody told me about that and I didn't know until they sent me the bill.

Company just finds ways to not cover repairs and is a hassle while you are trying to get your car repaired. I went for an oil change, Company called to get a pre-approval, then called back after the oil change, service center had to email a copy of the invoice and wait, An hour later after they paid 50 towards the oil change I paid the rest and was able to get my truck back. Lot of wasted time.

I had to drop my Truck off at night and left the keys and a copy of my warranty card and made note to call the warranty company. The shop called and I asked them to call after they told me what was wrong and to get it fixed. They failed to call and Friday night when I went to pick it up They trying to call and got denied because there was no pre-approval. So if you not on top and at the car shop making sure they are doing things this company requires and keeping track of your record they will not cover your repair.

Yes it's post all of their website, I also asked their sales rep before signing up what would happen if something like this happened and he told me I would have to request for reimbursement which now they aren't letting me and standing behind their you didn't get pre approval. Thanks to them I am out 1300.00. BEWARE A LOT OF LOOPHOLE. Now to Cancel the contract I have to get the cancelation form notarized. Waste of time and money.

The signup process took some time, but it wasn't difficult, and the person I dealt with was patient with me. I had a lot of questions and I was comparing to two products. I decided to go with Endurance to see if I would follow up on my research and decide if I want to stay with them or not. But I like that they have the maintenance support, which means we work together as opposed to leaving me out on the island saying I'm covered. And then, I don’t get a lube job, I miss it by 1,000 miles, and they'd tell me that I’m not covered. If Endurance is paying for the services, I’m more likely to get the services on time, and they will have a record of it. I also like that the person I was speaking to was a representative of the company, as opposed to an independent contractor. If I had a problem, I have access to reach out to that person. I’ve recommend Endurance. It’s just a matter of deciding if it's what they wanna do.

Endurance seems to be well-known and accepted by a lot of dealerships. I spoke to my dealership and they spoke highly of them. One of the biggest issues with dealerships is payment from warranty companies and they seem to have a good reputation for that. I contacted them and they were pretty straightforward from the beginning. They gave me what I thought was a reasonable price for the coverage they offered me and their contract was well stated. It was a smooth transaction.

They were very polite and very helpful when I called in. Also, the price was right. They said to call them back if I had any questions and they sent me an email with the contract so I could read it. I called them back when I had decided to go with them and let them know that I was going to sign up. Everything was straightforward.

Chris, the rep, was able to supply me a sample contract and we went over it. He was able to tell me that my car was covered bumper-to-bumper. So it was more or less me asking him questions about coverages based off of what other companies told me they won't cover. I asked him if there were any other options that Endurance has that weren't included in what I have. He told me that what I wanted covered was what I would get covered. The only contingency is 30 days and 1,000 miles.

Endurance is a good insurance and signing up with them was very nice. It wasn’t difficult at all. Right now, the car is still running perfectly but I got the service contract in case something happens and all I have to pay is a $100 deductible.

I put in some information on some site. The guy called me five minutes later and we talked about it. Endurance was very forthcoming with information. The price was reasonable for a five-year warranty. Also, I like the terms and the coverage for a car that could be very expensive to repair. I liked the idea that I can go to the Porsche dealership and pay the 100 bucks, Endurance covers everything else and I don't have to worry about it. This is a specific car, a 2006 Porsche, that it's very expensive to repair something that could just be something simple.

Endurance explained everything. I had some guy who is in Chicago, and I’ve been with Endurance for several years. He presented everything well. He said, “We can even split up your down payment.” I said, “No. That won’t be necessary. We’ll get it out of the way.” I paid Endurance the down payment and set up a monthly payment. The first draft will come December the 1st and for $130 a month. I was satisfied with the guy. He did a good job of promoting.

However, I was shocked when I got that deal that my contract wasn’t good. A contract is a contract now. I can understand pricing. But not before you have your first month's draft. That is not good. The Attorney General's Office told us to be careful, because I would be 67 here before long. They have been sending out a lot of stuff about scams. And I don't know anything about Endurance. So, I’m gonna try to get away from them. If they don't give me my money, I'm gonna go to the Attorney General's office and get my down payment back. I'm gonna drop it and consider it bad business if they give me my down payment back. But if they wrote me for $250, I'm not gonna be happy.

I got a good contract with Endurance. I talked to two different ladies and both of them were very nice. I got my veterans’ discount and I got them to lower the prices. People need to know to ask for every discount they can think of and try to get as much included in their contract for coverage for you as you can. The other warranty company I talked to wasn't going to give me anything that covered gaskets and seals and I got the people at Endurance to cover those. That was a good deal. It’s the best experience that I had.

I always vet every company, and Endurance had the greatest reviews. The ones that were negative, they responded very fast. So, that's a plus for me. I also work for the ConsumerAffairs Attorney General's office so I was able to see how many complaints they had. They only had two and they resolved those, so I went with them. But they did try a little bait and switch with me. I received my quote through the email. I was told, when I called the number, that that's the computer. The young lady was very nice on the phone and she went through everything. However, when I received, two days later, the copy of the contract, it had a different figure than we've discussed. She had overcharged me. It was $118 more. She had charged me for something that is actually free, because I bought the next to the most expensive plan. So, I immediately contacted her and couldn't get in touch with her.

I called corporate, got the information from corporate and they transferred me to another person. I told them, “I’m from the Attorney General's office, I won't tolerate that transferring people. I'm not having that. You do not want me to file a claim with my office.” The rep apologized, we did the contract, and he informed me that he was going to refund the extra charge, which didn't happen. But I said, “That's okay. $20, I’m not gonna sweat it.” Normally, I would push. I needed this chance to have a warranty because it was a used vehicle. I wanted to have that warranty in place in case something had happened.

The rep that I talked to was nice. But she only explained so much. I know there's a $100 payment you make for the services. But then I emailed her several times and I never got my paperwork in the mail. When I was checking online originally, they said my contract was cancelled. But when I called, the girl said it was not true. She told me a way to log in and then I was able to go on in. I made my first payment this weekend because I know I was disposed of the 30 days and my 1,000 miles. I just started with Endurance and I do like their services. They have a decent price. I appreciate the fact that all I have to do is go to the car shop and tell them who I got, and they can call in whoever.

The contract they sent could be read until it was resent after the 30 days to cancel. Then would send paperwork to do cancelation. Needed repair on truck, took to shop and Endurance denied claim because part was warned due broken bolts. Not covered. Called to cancel again. Supervisor he would discount contract and skip payment but account was charged full amount again.

The sales guy and the money guy from Endurance Auto Warranty were both good. They weren't real pushy and they answered my questions confidently and satisfactorily. I bought a used expensive car, and repair bills are gonna be expensive on it. I did buy a service contract from CarShield. They paid one small claim, then they denied my major claim. So, I canceled them and got Endurance. I just gotta read this contract to see if I want to continue or not. It's a month-to-month contract.

The company I was with previously had changed the terms of our agreement and went up on the cost. I switched to Endurance as I liked terms of the agreement with them as well as the payment plan involved. But right now, I reached out to them to find out when I was supposed to pay the other part of my deposit, and no one called me back. So, I'm annoyed about that. Other than that, we had to negotiate a little bit during the payment process but it was pretty easy.

The initial person that talked to me and the supervisor wanted to make my terms the most favorable for me. So, everything worked out okay. But when they sent me the policy, everything is online, so it's hard to read. I had to print the policy and it was about 22 pages. Whereas the other company that I had sent me a little booklet, which was easier for me.

I went online and I did some checking with a couple other ones, and Endurance Auto Warranty seemed to be more reasonable. Then when I talked with the agent, he was very professional and he let me know about the good things about Endurance and how they would take care of things if I was to have a breakdown. My service contract on my 2018 Dodge Ram was getting ready to expire. I wanted to have a good feeling that I would have some type of coverage. Dodge also offered something to me, but it was way expensive. I figured I'll get my bang for my buck and I can still take my car to the Dodge dealership and wave Endurance in front of them and say, “Hey, look! We couldn't do anything, but you still got to go ahead and service my truck.”

I talked with a couple of Endurance reps previously, and I definitely wanted to get back with them but I lost their name and their number extension, so then this other gentleman reached out to me and we started talking. I was on the road. I asked him if he would be patient and let me get back with him and he said, “Sure.” He gave me his number and everything and I called him back.

It was pretty encouraging to go ahead and sign up with Endurance. I haven't had any breakdown. I haven't had to use it. The 30 days hasn't passed yet where I can be eligible to go ahead and have anything done to it if something should happen to it. I didn't understand that part. Most of the time, when you're paying upfront for something like insurance, it's effective right then and there. With Endurance, you have to wait 30 days. I'm hoping it's gonna be well worth it. I haven't had to use it. I’ve already paid into it, and it's all taken care of.

Paul, the Endurance rep, knew his stuff. It was so quick and easy and I appreciated the salesperson's knowledge. The only thing that was wrong is I have him an estimated mileage on mine. So, after I got off the phone with him, I went out and looked at the actual mileage, which was 600 miles less than what I gave the quote for. So, I have called the customer service number to get this redone on my contract. I spoke with someone last week and it's not done as of yet. But I called tonight and spoke with a Halina and she said it should be done within the next couple of days.
