They will find a reason not to cover any repairs. Customer service is a joke! They will talk to you like you are an idiot. When you get to talk to a supervisor, they will not allow you to get 2 words in; they will just tell you that your repairs are not cover because it is due to “wearing out over time”. They are rude, disrespectful and do not follow through with commitments. I would not recommend doing business with this company at all.

I got denied on my 1st warranty claim on semantics and wording on a fuel pump for my automobile. Now I have to wait for a pro-rated check to retrieve a portion of my money back. Some companies are good. ENDURANCE in my opinion is a manipulating, high pressure SCAM company. Buyer beware! Now dig deep and check their unhappy customers. Any way to deny a claim they will find and continue to do so. Disappointed from bottom to top, beware.
They make it sound so good until you need to use it. Then they have a million reasons why they are not going to cover your claim and you spend a ton of time on the phone with them trying to get everything resolved and then they come up with more reasons why they will not cover your claim.
We went to get an oil change. They found out that something was wrong with the compressor and they changed the part. The claim was easy. Endurance took care of everything for us. I'm happy with them and I would recommend them. Some of the people that answer the phone calls are not as nice but the person that took care of me was very nice and helpful. I had to call during my break, and the time waiting period was long, until I had somebody to tell me that they were doing business in Central Time. We're Eastern and they told me I could call after 5:00 my time. The times were a little bit hectic for me because I’m at work 8:00 to 5:00. It took me two weeks to get somebody on the phone and it was not until one person that told me, “We close at 6:00, your time.” I didn’t know that.
The first time I had a claim, it was for a mechanical issue and Endurance took care of it. The second time was for maintenance and they denied it because they said I didn't have a maintenance warranty. But overall, I’m very satisfied.
I had to take the car to have something done on it. But I don't why Endurance wanted to get the unit and send it to their repair shop. The repair shop said, no, they're not going to put that in it. So they paid them the amount of what they would have sent and then I had to pay the rest. So the warranty wasn't extremely beneficial at that point. I wasn't too happy. The repair shop did everything with the claims process and it was easy for them. But I had to call Endurance after to find out why they were not going to pay for the replacement part in full as they were supposed to according to what I've read.
Endurance's customer service was very good. The person I worked with did a really good job of helping me. I was pretty happy. I did use some of the maintenance stuff that I have had and it did save considerably having that done. I just gave the repair place a copy of my policy, and then they took care of everything else for me. I've already recommended Endurance.
The person who helped me didn't blow any smoke up my butt. I like the honesty of this person. The program has worked very well. It's taken care of at least $7,000 of repairs for me. The claim experience was not bad. The guy called Endurance and then in one or two days, there was a person out there.
Pricing, with a bit of consideration, there wasn’t much difference between the different companies. But Endurance covers a bit more of the maintenance items like wipers and pads. They told me exactly what I needed. They held it while I went and researched some other places. And I called back and signed up for it. I needed a new fuel pump and that was covered. And on my Lexus, they needed a new alternator, which was covered as well. So, now it’s running excellent. All I had to do was give the card and the list of those items covered to the mechanic when they brought it there. He called up and said he had no problem. I gave him the numbers and that was it. No money out of pocket. And when I went to pick up my car, he told me it was $100. That was it. I like the insurance. I’m trying to convince my son to get it because he has an older car as well.
Endurance has been valuable enough to save me a couple of bucks. What it costs a year is a lot cheaper to maintain than to go through repairs right now. So far, Endurance has been helping with what my needs are.
Endurance dealt with cars over 150,000 miles and based on my research, they had more perks. Customer service was spotty. I got different company names a couple of times that I’ve called. In the beginning, it was good. Every time my car needed to be towed, the towing recovery was excellent. They’ll take it wherever I wanted it, pick it up from where I wanted to pick it up from.
When I had to have a major repair that included timing chair work and alternator at a Cadillac dealership, the bill was 5,100. Endurance had an inspector come out. I was astonished at the amount of time it took them to approve the claim. We had two prior claims and those went through just fine. One for 800 and the other for 900. When the big one came, the car sat on the lot for a whole month, which was a great inconvenience to us because my wife was still recovering from COVID and that was our only car. We were catching rides and it was ridiculous. Once the inspector went out, he said they were only gonna cover $3,500 worth of repair. We had to come out of pocket for the rest.
I like the fact that Endurance was bumper-to-bumper. And I called my expert in auto and he recommended them as well. There was a claim four weeks ago. I had the auto place call Endurance. They were very straightforward and easy to work with.
I’m happy with the services from Endurance and I already had a claim, and it went smoothly. It was for the wheel bearings in the back of our Mitsubishi and everything went perfectly. Every time you call, the customer service reps answer all your questions. I like the timely service with Endurance, that they get back to you. I had my AC compressor replaced by CarShield and they didn’t want to do a filter that had metal in the system and Endurance was fine with that. It was an excellent decision going with them. I already promoted to everybody.
I had a couple of claims which were taken care of. Both were good experiences. Within 24 to 48 hours, somebody would be there. We get feedback as far as approval within a couple of hours, sometimes a day. It depends on the extremity of the repair. I have high-end vehicles. I like these original products. But a lot of times, Endurance told me they could get stuff elsewhere for less. So sometimes, I get generic ones to my stuff. But I got a BMW and Benz. I want to get my stuff from the dealer to put back on. Other than that, it’s all right. I’d recommend Endurance to a friend.
I called Endurance because I needed to extend my rental but they didn't do it. They said that they only cover for five days. My car was gonna take even more but then I have to pay out of my pocket. I can't believe that if you paid extra monthly insurance, they don't cover the time that the car is at the shop. Also, when I was at the rental, I said, "Listen, I have an SUV because I have a baby, a big chair." and they gave me a regular car. They said that's what Endurance covers, a basic automobile. If you have a certain kind of car, they're supposed to cover for the rental for the time that the car is at the shop, and then they're supposed to give you more or less what you have. Other than that, Endurance covers the repair of the car. The mechanic charged me $1,000 for what they did but I'm pretty sure it was more than that.
The rep who signed me up was informative. I filed a claim a couple of months ago and Endurance was very valuable the time I used it. I took the vehicle in one afternoon and the shop called me with a diagnostic, which was a leaking condenser. They fixed it the next day but it took me a week to be able to get Endurance to pay it. Bowman Chevrolet called them and I called too every day a couple times a day. Until one day, I called Endurance and I was fuming. I told them I was on my way to rent a truck and that was when somebody helped me out. I saved some money by having the warranty although it’s costing me money. In the long run, you will save money.
The Endurance rep seemed to be very knowledgeable and courteous when I signed up. Everything went pretty well when I submitted a claim. The most expensive one that I had was my air conditioner. That was $1,400 and I spent 100 bucks for it.
The customer service was very helpful. The purchase process was finished on the same day but Endurance has a 30-day waiting period before it becomes effective. I’m hoping I don’t have to use it but if it's there, I need it. I used it on maintenance and I just gave the repair shop the ID card, and Endurance took care of everything. I didn't have to deal with it at all.
Everything went good during signup. When I got a new debit card, I didn't realize that I had to let Endurance know about it because the numbers weren't the same. I had automatic pay. When I got back home from out of town, my wife told me that Endurance called yesterday and said that they were going to let me go. I got that squared away and paid up for last month and this month. Also, I try to keep on top of my maintenance, including my oil change and transmission. I get this done every month so I don't run to Endurance every time I got a problem with my car. If I can keep my maintenance up, I'm good to go.
I took my car into AutoNation Chevrolet last year. I had the claim number and Endurance's phone number, and when it came time for me to pay my bill, I gave AutoNation Chevrolet that information. They called Endurance and Endurance paid over half of my bill. That made me feel good because when I went to the same dealership to have some work done on my car a few years ago when I had the other carrier, they wouldn't do anything. That's why I dropped them. I would tell people to check out Endurance. The reps have been good and it's easy to get in contact with them.
I thought Endurance was upfront and the salesperson was very informative. But my opinion has changed drastically. I bought what I thought was a very expensive plan. It's close to $6,000. I wanted to make sure certain things were covered. I went to the auto mechanic because I have an issue with my car. For every one of the major repairs, I was told, "I'm sorry, that has to do with a gasket," or, "No, I'm sorry, that is not an internally lubricated part." I'm very disappointed. I was originally told certain things were going to be covered.
The ironic part of all of this was when I had spoken to somebody higher up, they said I could have just purchased the extended for $250 for seals and gaskets. I told them that I spend almost $6,000 to get the automobile covered. Why wouldn't I have paid $250 to have seals and gaskets covered? It was conveniently not mentioned. Also, Endurance covered an engine mount but they didn't cover a transmission mount. As I'm driving down the road, they don't care if my transmission falls out, as long as my engine is still going.
I called Endurance and I challenged it. My mechanic spent over five hours of his time on and off my car because I was having such a hard time getting feedback from Endurance. They then had an inspector come out. My mechanic said the inspector had no idea what he was looking at. He was not a mechanic and was just a figurehead. My car was in my mechanic's shop for over three weeks. This started in December and three months have gone by. I haven't lessened my total disappointment with the company. I come from a very big family and there are a lot of people buying higher-end used cars. I've told them to stay away from Endurance and look into CarShield.
When I set up my warranty, Endurance answered the phone right away. Filing a claim was great. I'm 100% satisfied with Endurance's process. It was fast and smooth. You just contact them and find the place to fix a car. This warranty is worth it.
I had a claim when I had my first Mercedes and Endurance was telling me it was going to be about $2,000. I had a panoramic roof problem. I took it to the Mercedes in Tallahassee Capital Eurocars and then they called out an adjuster and he went out there. Once he came out, they showed him what was going on. But the problem was just the motor for the roof, and that saved us a lot of money there. So I was bought in from that time on.
My car had a little vibration and I was told that the issue was a transmission mount that was damaged. So the transmission mount was replaced. The claims process went well. Endurance gave me a courtesy loaner car. So I went home and the shop called me that afternoon and told me it was ready. I picked my car up the next day.
When I bought a warranty policy from Endurance, Anthony spent an hour telling me what a great company they are and what they cover, he should have told me what they Don't Cover. This is a Horrible Company, there are better ones out there. Don't be fooled by their lies, DO NOT BUY A POLICY, IT'S CHEAPER TO JUST PAY FOR REPAIRS OR FIND A REPUTABLE COMPANY, ENDURANCE IS NOT ONE OF THOSE.
My mechanic took care of everything when I had a claim. Endurance paid $600 and they were great.
Endurance covered my claim because it was just a fuel pump. But then I paid my $100 deductible. The product that was needed was on backorder, so I had to wait two weeks. I also had a claim on a head gasket that was leaking oil, and it was pretty expensive. It wasn’t covered because they said it was natural wear and tear. It cost me a couple of grand to fix. I didn’t know that that’s not covered under the warranty.
Signing up with Endurance was easy. I called over the phone, I gave them my information and it worked out just fine. I have filed a couple of claims and it was very easy. I just did the oil change thing recently. When I first started, it was hard to get ahold of the representative. But other than that, it’s good now.
I have been a customer of Endurance since 2020. My vehicle had been in good shape up until now. I began having trouble with my air conditioner and heater so I decided to take it in to the dealership to have it looked at. There is a problem with the Evaporator leaking this is a covered repair on my 2016 dodge grand caravan. My vehicle has been at the dealership since February 21, 2022, no one has come to look at my van to approve or deny the repair. It is now March 3, 2022. This is unacceptable!
The rental car service that is supposed to be part of the policy is not effective until the claims examiner has approved the claim so, I am left with no mode of transportation. I paid for this insurance so situations like this would not happen to me but from the looks of it I have been wasting my money. Please be mindful of the policy you choose with endurance and beware of the false ratings because this is not good service practices. It is horrible to pay for a service and be denied what you pay for.
I called Endurance and they offered me a couple of different options. Their best one was good as well as the price and I went with that. The rep was not too pushy and just tell you what they’re about. I already had a repair and Endurance took care of it. So, it was good. We have one policy on my wife's car and then, everything went good with the repair. So, I got a policy on my truck. I also like that they said you can cancel it anytime. You pay the initial and then you pay monthly, and then after that, you can cancel at any time if you want.
The customer service has been pleasant. Every time I've called, they were very helpful and pleasant. I've had two claims and both were covered. I'm satisfied with the service that I'm receiving. I'm enjoying it well. But it would be nice if they'll offer a package that would allow users to have the rent to a vehicle for a little longer than a week. My vehicle was in the shop for a while and I was only able to get a vehicle for one week.
The vehicle needed a new cooling fan and it was easy filing a claim to Endurance. They have good customer service.
